半结晶聚酯(PET)的二相共存结构的表征

采用X射线衍射对称反射法,对半结晶聚酯PET₂试样收集粉末X射线衍射全图(XDWP)数据,用Rietveld方法和Fourier过滤技术,对XDWP拟合并分离成结晶衍射峰之和CR₂和非晶散射峰之和AM₂两部分,与此同时获得PET₂试样的结晶相CR₂的三斜晶系晶胞参数:a=0.445,b=0.592,c=1.072nm,α=99.6,β=116.9,γ=111.9(°),结晶密度d_{c关键词： 聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 二相共存结构 径向分布函数 Rietveld方法 Fourier过滤技术}     

SETUP AND APPLICATION OF SCANNING NEAR-FIELD OPTICAL MICROSCOPY

The research on the setup and application of scanning near-field optical microscopy (SNOM) performed in our laboratory is reviewed in this report. We have constructed a versatile low temperature scanning near-field optical microscope with the capability of near-field imaging and spectroscopy, operating at liquid nitrogen temperature. A special designed coaxial double lens was used to introduce the illumination beam through a 200μm fiber; the detected optical signal was transmitted via a fiber tip to an avalanche photon detector. The performance test shows the stability of the new design. The shear force image and optical image of a standard sample are shown. A system of SNOM working at room temperature and atmosphere was used to characterize semiconductors and bio-molecular samples. It revealed the unique features of semiconductor microdisks in the near-field that is significantly different from that of far-field. The effects of different geographic microstructures on the near-field light distribution of InGaP, GaN, and InGaN multi-quantum-well microdisk were observed.

碳-13核磁共振法研究小皮伞多糖结构

采用＾１３Ｃ核磁共振法测定和确定了小皮伞多糖中的大分子葡聚糖,葡甘聚糖等３种多糖的一级结构,这些结果与组成分析和甲基化分析结果是一致的,确定了毫克级直接用＾１３Ｃ核磁共振法分析和检测多糖结构的方法。     

INFLUENCE OF THE DIPOLE-DIPOLE INTERACTION BETWEEN ATOMS ON THE PHASE PROPERTIES OF LIGHT

The time evolution and the statistic characteristic of the light phase in the Tavis-Cummings (T-C) model of two identical two-level atoms coupled to a strong coherent light field are studied by means of the Pegg-Barnett phase theory. It is proved that the dipole-dipole interaction between atoms will lead to the frequency shift of light, the weakening of the degree of atom-field coupling and the restraint of light phase diffusion.     

铁磁薄板在磁场中变形和应力的理论分析与实验研究

在二维板壳磁弹性理论基本方程基础上,以二维铁磁薄板磁弹性问题为例,建立了含有10个基本未知量的偏微分方程组,再利用Newmark有限等差式,得到了可以应用DOM方法求解的标准型方程组.求解得到了载流铁磁薄板的位移及应力与各电磁量之间的关系,计算了载流铁板在磁场中的变形和应力.同时进行了载流铁磁性薄板在电磁场中变形和应力的实验研究,介绍了电磁场中铁磁性薄板的实验装置和实验方法,给出了实验数据,并将实验结果与理论计算结果进行了分析对比.     

Effects of concentration and annealing on the performance of regioregular poly（3-hexylthiophene） field-effect transistors

This paper investigates the effects of concentration on the crystalline structure, the morphology, and the charge carrier mobility of regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) (RR-P3HT) field-effect transistors (FETs). The RR-P3HT FETs with RR-P3HT as an active layer with different concentrations of RR-P3HT solution from 0.5~wt% to 2~wt% are prepared. The results indicate that the performance of RR-P3HT FETs improves drastically with the increase of RR-P3HT weight percentages in chloroform solution due to the formation of more microcrystalline lamellae and bigger nanoscale islands. It finds that the field-effect mobility of RR-P3HT FET with 2~wt% can reach 5.78× 10^-3~cm²/Vs which is higher by a factor of 13 than that with 0.5~wt%. Further, an appropriate thermal annealing is adopted to improve the performance of RR-P3HT FETs. The field-effect mobility of RR-P3HT FETs increases drastically to 0.09~cm²/Vs by thermal annealing at 150~℃, and the value of on/off current ratio can reach 10^4.     

Temperature field at time of pulse current discharge in metal structure with elliptical embedding crack

Theoretical analysis is made on the temperature field at the time of pulse current discharge in a metal structure with an elliptical embedding crack. In finding the temperature field, analogy between the current flow through an elliptical embedding crack and the fluid flow through a barrier is made based on the similarity principle. Boundary conditions derived from this theory are introduced so that the distribution of current density and the temperature field expressions can be obtained. The study provides a theoretic basis to the applications of stopping spatial crack with electromagnetic heating.
