S-烯丙基硫赶磷酸酯在SiO2上的合成

探讨了O 烯丙基硫逐磷酸酯热重排制备S 烯丙基硫赶磷酸酯的反应条件 ,结果表明 :反应在SiO2 上进行几乎可定量地完成 .运用这一合成方法 ,制备了 14个不对称结构的新型硫赶磷酸酯 ,所有的化合物均经IR ,1HNMR ,3 1PNMR及元素分析表征 .生物活性试验显示 5a ,5e ,5h ,5i及 5k有良好的杀虫活性 .     

蛋白质荧光标记中协同效应的高效液相色谱

以牛血清白蛋白和胰岛素为研究对象, 经1,5-I-AEDANS衍生后, 采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)进行分离分析, 发现两者的衍生存在明显的协同作用.     

溶剂热还原法制备蛋壳状碳材料

Eggshell-like carbon materials with high yields have been synthesized by a solvothermal route in a stainless steel autoclave using metallic zinc and absolute ethanol as starting materials. The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffractometry (XRD)， energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX)， Raman spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The eggshell-like carbon spheres had diameters ranging from 500 nm to 1 μm. The optimal reaction conditions to obtain eggshell-like carbon materials were 600 ℃ and 12 h.     

溶液中(RC2R')Co(CO)(PR″3)2的配体PR″3之间的交换作用——三跳动力学模型

本文成功地运用了三跳动力学模型,通过相关函数和超精细分裂常数的关系, 推出了电子自旋共振波谱的线宽与基本线宽T_(2,0)~(-1)、溶液中各种异构体的超精细分裂常数、配体的交换寿命等之间的关系。求出了在290 K温度下(Ph_2C_2)Co(CO)[P(OEt)_3]_2的THF溶渡中P(OEt)_3配体的交换寿命是5.6×10~(-11)秒。     

Entropy and equilibrium property of QCD-instanton induced final state in deep-inelastic scattering

The scaling and additivity properties of Rényi entropy in rapidity space of the instanton final state (IFS) and current jet identified by the r-sorting method from the QCDINS Monte Carlo event sample are to saturation with decreasing phase space scale. Furthermore, it is found that the additivity of H2 holds well for the IFS in narrow rapidity windows at different positions. These results indicate that the IFS produced in the instanton-induced process of deep inelastic scattering has reached local equilibrium.     

Two-Player and Two-Strategy Symmetric Evolutionary Game with Fluctuations

Research on evolutionary games in a noisy environment is still a non-solved problem. By using Markov process, we build a dynamic model for two-player and two-strategy symmetric game in noisy environment. Some illustrative examples are presented and the results are determined by simulation experiments.     

An evolutionary game based particle swarm optimization algorithm

Particle swarm optimization (PSO) is an evolutionary algorithm used extensively. This paper presented a new particle swarm optimizer based on evolutionary game (EGPSO). We map particles’ finding optimal solution in PSO algorithm to players’ pursuing maximum utility by choosing strategies in evolutionary games, using replicator dynamics to model the behavior of particles. And in order to overcome premature convergence a multi-start technique was introduced. Experimental results show that EGPSO can overcome premature convergence and has great performance of convergence property over traditional PSO.     

C18-磺酸基双改性液相色谱固定相的制备与评价

以十八烷基三氯硅烷和3-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷为改性剂,采用一锅法对硅胶表面加以修饰,进一步将巯基氧化制备成C18-磺酸基双改性液相色谱固定相.在优化的反应条件下得到了十八烷基和磺酸基摩尔比为3∶7的固定相,分别采用扫描电镜、元素分析、红外光谱对固定相的形貌和特征加以表征.针对制备的固定相,在不同的分离模式下,系统考察其色谱分离性能.在反相色谱模式下,成功分离了5种烷基苯化合物;在亲水模式下,分离了3种核苷;进一步应用于牛血清白蛋白酶解产物的分离,得到了较好的结果.实验结果表明,制备的混合模式固定相同时具有多种分离机理,在分离复杂样品、调整选择性方面具有潜在的优势.     

以戊二醛为间隔臂的万古霉素键合手性固定相制备

基于戊二醛具有双官能团、高反应活性的特征,以其为间隔臂将万古霉素键合到氨基二氧化硅填料表面,制备了万古霉素键合手性固定相,制备方法简单易行。采用元素分析及扫描电子显微镜对制备的万古霉素键合手性固定相进行了表征。在高效液相色谱分离模式下,分别对谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、苯丙氨酸和异亮氨酸等4种手性氨基酸和手性药物罗格列酮进行拆分,其中谷氨酸和罗格列酮的分离度分别达到了2.0和2.3。系统考察了流动相条件对对映体拆分的影响,证实有机改性剂、缓冲液种类和浓度、pH值及温度对所测样品的保留行为和手性选择性均有显著影响。
