Baker＇s Yeast Mediated Reduction of Optically Active Diketone

Baker‘s yeast mediated reduction of optically active diketone is described. The two keto groups are efficiently differentiated and the ee value of the recovered material is considerably raised. It affords highly optically active key intermediates efficiently for the synthesis of natural polyhydroxylated agarofuran products.     

The Isoelectric Point and the Points of Zero Charge of Fe-Al-Mg Hydrotalcite-like Compounds

The relation of the isoelectric point (IEP) and the point of zero net charge (PZNC) of the hydrotalcite-like compounds was discussed. It was found that the IEP does not equal to the PZNC and the IEP is higher than the PZNC. The structural positive charges existing in the HTlc,which cause the difference between the IEP and the PZNC. The effects of the structural positive charges of the HTlc on its IEP and PZNC are the same as the specific adsorption of metal cations.     

Continuous dependence on modelling for a complex Ginzburg–Landau equation with complex coefficients

Continuous dependence on a modelling parameter is established for solutions of a problem for a complex Ginzburg–Landau equation. A homogenizing boundary condition is also used to discuss the continuous dependence results. We derive a priori estimates that indicate that solutions depend continuously on a parameter in the governing differential equation. Copyright © 2004 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

一种可实时化的多光谱图像融合系统

在多光谱摄影和光电成像技术基础上，本文提出了一种可实时化的多光谱图像融合系统。与多光谱摄影相比，不仅可实现多光谱实时化摄像，而且光谱响应进一步向近红外延伸，并引入图像处理技术。实验表明：这种技术对于增加系统的识别能力具有明显的作用，可进一步构成不同用途的新型多光谱图像融合系统。     

利用半导体光放大器进行光脉冲消基座的理论研究

提出了一种利用半导体光放大器(SOA)联合可调谐光滤波器进行高阶孤子压缩消基座的新方法.进行了详尽的理论分析和优化.数值计算表明,在一定条件下,这种方法能够在不展宽脉冲的前提下,对基座进行有效地抑制.     

Dynamic scanning force microscopy study of self-assembled DNA-protein nanostructures

Self-assembled oligomeric nanostructures consisting of bisbiotinylated DNA fragments connected by the protein streptavidin (STV) are studied by dynamic scanning force microscopy (SFM) operating in air. A comparison of the images taken in repulsive and attractive regimes is systematically made on DNA and STV structures. Stable and reproducible SFM images are obtained in the attractive regime by using a special feedback circuit, called Q-control. On the other hand, when SFM is operating in the repulsive regime, deformation of the structures that reduce the resolution and the image quality are clearly observable. The heights of both DNA and STV have been measured as a function of the tip/molecule interaction forces. This study offers the possibility to suggest a different mechanical behavior of DNA with respect to STV. Received: 24 July 2001 / Accepted: 3 December 2001 / Published online: 4 March 2002
