The supercontinuum (SC) source plays a key role in wavelength division multiplexing over the optical time division multiplexing (WDM/OTDM) transmission system.The SC produced in dispersion decreasin fibre (DDF) is wider and flatter than that produced in dispersion shifted fibre (DSF).In this paper,a SC producing process in DDF is numerically simulated,the effects of pump pulse chirp on the SC width and flatness are initially studied and the corresponding theoretical explanations are given.Particularly,we have analysed and compared the evolutions of the SC along DDF pumped by different chirp pulses.Several valuable conclusions are obtained. 相似文献

A Fabry-Perot(F-P)etalon and a semiconductor optical amplifier(SOA)were combined to preprocess thedata signals before clock recovery.With this technology in the 10-Gb/s clock recovery utilizing injectionmode-locked laser(IMLL)based on SOA,the amplitude fluctuation and timing jitters caused by thepattern effect in recovered clock pulses were greatly reduced,experimentally.It also demonstrated thatclock could be recovered from the very degraded signals. 相似文献

随着工作频率的提高,通信系统面临的电磁干扰问题日益严重。其中高速连接器信号走线上的高频电流是产生电磁辐射的主要干扰源。对含有复杂元器件的通信机箱进行电磁建模与仿真长期面临结构过于复杂、仿真与测试难以匹配等困难。提出基于机箱Q值测算融合的方法建立等效仿真模型,基于区域分解对干扰源和机箱进行协同仿真,并采用有源叠加实现随机信号叠加效应的仿真分析。提出的分析方法可准确模拟真实机箱的谐振及耗散特性,简化连接器多端口激励随机叠加效应的仿真计算,实现机箱泄漏场强的准确预估。 相似文献

报道了对10Gb/s恶化数据信号的全光3R(再放大、再定时、再整形)再生的实验研究。针对利用基于半导体光放大器的注入锁模环形激光器进行时钟恢复时的码型效应问题,提出了利用梳状滤波器对信号进行预处理。利用这个技术极大的减小了由于码型效应造成的时钟信号的幅度和时间抖动,从恶化的数据信号中恢复出无码型效应的高质量光时钟脉冲。信号整形的关键是光判决门,性能良好的判决门可以进一步提高信号的消光比、减小抖动。研究了基于电吸收调制器的信号再整形。利用上述器件构成的3R再生器,实现了10Gb/s恶化信号的全光3R再生。 相似文献

The comb-like filter characteristic of a Fabry-Perot etalon in frequency domain was deployed to filter out the discrete spectral lines of injected 10GHz optical pulse train. By changing the free spectral range and obtaining the spectral components spaced to 4 and 6 times of the repetition rate, the pulse trains with 40 GHz and 60 GHz were successfully obtained. 相似文献

以N-Boc-D-谷氨酸和不同链长的烷基氨为原料,1-乙基-3-(3-二甲氨基丙基)碳二亚胺盐酸盐和1-羟基苯并三唑为缩合剂制得N,N′-双十二(双十四,双十六)-D-Boc-谷氨酸二酰胺(DBGn); DBGn在二氯甲烷中用三氟乙酸水解合成了N,N′-双十二(双十四,双十六)-D-谷氨酸二酰胺(DGn),其结构经1H NMR和MALDI-TOF-MS确证。采用FT-IR, SEM和XRD研究了DGn在不同溶剂中的成胶性能。结果表明:Boc基团之间的氢键相互作用和长烷基链之间的疏水作用有利于凝胶的形成。 相似文献
