Resonant Optical Absorption in Semiconductor Quantum Wells

We have calculated the intraband photon absorption coefficients of hot two-dimensional electrons interacting with polar-optical phonon modes in quantum wells. The dependence of the photon absorption coefficients on the photon wavelength λ is obtained both by using the quantum mechanical theory and by the balance-equation theory. It is found that the photon absorption spectrum displays a local resonant maximum, corresponding to LO energy, and the absorption peak vanishes with increasing the electronic temperature.     

太赫兹半导体探测器研究进展

太赫兹（THz）探测器是THz技术应用的关键器件之一．基于半导体的全固态THz量子阱探测器（THzQWIP）具有探测响应速度快、制作工艺成熟、体积小和易集成等优点．文章简要介绍了THz探测器的分类和特点，重点介绍了THzQWIP的工作原理和研究进展．     

水热改性对NiMo/γ-Al2O3加氢脱氮催化剂结构及性能的影响

The influence of hydrothermal modification on the structure and hydrodenitrogenation (HDN) activity of NiMo/γ-Al₂O₃catalyst was studied in the range 140～180 ℃. The experimental results indicated that the hydrodenitrogenation reaction rate of pyridine was accelerated using the NiMo/γ-Al₂O₃catalyst synthesized via hydrothermal route due to the change of the structure, the increase of the amount of Mo and Ni and the rise of the specific surface area. The change of the structure of catalysts was enhanced at higher hydrothermal temperature, producing NiMo/γ-Al₂O₃catalyst with better HDN activity.     

CuCl catalyst heterogenized on diamide immobilized SBA-15 for efficient oxidative carbonylation of methanol to dimethylcarbonate

CuCl has been successfully immobilized on a novel diamide modified SBA-15, and proven to be an efficient heterogenized catalyst for the oxidative carbonylation of methanol to dimethylcarbonate.     

Simulation of the Propagation Property of Metal Wires Terahertz Waveguides

The propagation property of metal wires terahertz waveguides is studied and simulated under the framework of the Sommerfeld model. The group velocity dispersion, attenuation amplitude, transverse magnetic mode and propagating energy have been obtained by numerically solving the complex eigenvalue equation for the propagation constant. It is found that the group velocity dispersion and attenuation amplitude decrease with the increasing radii of metal wires. The energy power within the dielectric layer increase with the increase of radiation frequency.     

固体氧化物燃料电池LSCF-SDC 纳米复合阴极制备及性能研究

利用硝酸盐溶液一次浸渗工艺在La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ(LSCF)表面涂覆Sm0.2Ce0.8O2(SDC)纳米颗粒,制备了LSCF-SDC纳米结构复合阴极。微观结构分析显示SDC纳米颗粒在LSCF表面均匀分布并且颗粒大小均一。界面阻抗图谱表明SDC浸渗极大的降低了LSCF阴极的界面极化阻抗,在750和650℃仅为0.074,0.44Ω.cm2。LSCF-SDC复合阴极的表观活化能为1.42 eV,略小于纯LSCF阴极。与混合法制备的LSCF-GDC复合电极相比,采用浸渗工艺制备的LSCF-SDC纳米结构复合阴极也显示出良好的电化学催化活性。     

Selectivity control in alkylidene carbene-mediated C-H insertion and allene formation

Regioselectivity of alkylidene carbene-mediated C-H insertion was explored utilizing electronic, conformational, steric, and stereoelectronic effects. Relying on these factors, highly regio- and chemoselective carbene insertion reaction of C-H bonds in different environments could be obtained. The observed selectivity clearly indicates that an electronic effect plays a more important role than steric effect. In general, C-H bonds in conformationally rigid cyclic environments are less reactive than those in acyclic systems toward carbene insertion, and in this situation, a competing intermolecular reaction between alkylidene carbene and trimethylsilyldiazomethane led to the formation of allenylsilanes. The formation of allenylsilane becomes more favorable as the concentration of reaction becomes higher, as well as the C-H bonds undergoing insertion becomes electronically and conformationally deactivated.     

反应离子刻蚀ZnTe的THz辐射和探测研究

运用电光采样技术揭示了反应离子刻蚀（RIE）ZnTe晶体表面THz辐射的光学整流产生机制， 观察到0.25 ps的THz场分布.通过比较刻蚀前后以及不同刻蚀条件下ZnTe样品在不同激发功 率下的THz辐射强度，发现由于反应离子刻蚀破坏了ZnTe样品表面的有序性，晶体的电光系 数随射频功率的增加而减小.借助于计算不同刻蚀条件下ZnTe晶体的频率响应函数，分析了 随射频功率增加ZnTe晶体响应频谱展宽的现象. 关键词： THz辐射 反应离子刻蚀 ZnTe

Simulation of Photocurrents of Terahertz Quantum-Well Photodetectors

We theoretically simulate the influence of the scattering processes of the electrons in the continuum states on the shapes of the photoeurrent spectra of THz quantum well photodetectors. The width of the photocurrent peak should be wider according to the uncertainty relation when these scattering processes lead to shorter relaxation time. We take a simple approximation model to include this influence and calculate the photocurrent spectra, which axe in agreement with experimental results qualitatively.
