聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯单分子膜的原子力学显微镜研究

报道了利用原子力显微镜（ＡＦＭ）技术对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯（ＰＭＭＡ）单分子膜进行分子结构水平的观察研究．由ＡＰＭ图像中得到的ＰＭＭＡ单体所占面积与用π－Ａ曲线中换算出液面上ＰＭＭＡＬａｕｇｍｕｉｒ膜中单体的面积符合得很好．从ＡＦＭ图像中可见ＰＭＭＡＬＢ膜中ＰＭＭＡ的线型碳链是与档板（ｂａｒｒｉｅｒ）平行的紧密排列，与ＬＢ提膜方向相垂直．并由此对ＰＭＭＡＬＢ膜的形成过程进行分析．此外，还观察到了在Ｓｉ基底上ＰＭＭＡ直链的卷绕伸直排列形态，初步分析了其形成原因．     

Binding Reaction of Hemin with Chloroquine, Quinine and Quinidine in Water-propylene Glycol Mixture

the interaction of hemin with chloroquine,quinine and quinidine was investigated in 50% water-propylene glycol mixture at pH=9,8.1,7.4 and 6.8using a spectrophotometric method.The data could be well fitted into a model consistent with the formation of a 1:1 complex between the reacting partners.In addition,the results indicated that hemin complexed more strongly with quinidine than with chloroquine and quinine,and the binding constants were pH-dependent.Moreover,it was proved that the water-propylene glycol mixture is well suitable to the study of the systems containing hemin and quinolinebased drugs.     

毒素蛋白ColicinE1与磷脂膜相互作用的荧光光谱研究临界摩尔比的测定

磷脂－蛋白相互作用的临界摩尔比是研究膜脂－蛋白相互作用的重要参数．本文利用荧光光谱技术首次测定了毒素蛋白ＣｏｌｉｃｉｎＥ１在不同条件下与不同磷脂膜相互作用的临界摩尔比并通过临界摩尔比的变化讨论了插膜蛋白与磷脂膜相互作用的规律，为进一步探讨毒素蛋白的插膜机制提供了重要的基础     

Metal-ion adsorption on carboxyl-bearing self-assembled monolayers covalently bound to magnetic nanoparticles

Hematite nanoparticles have been functionalized with a self-assembled monolayer of undecanoic acid (UA) by covalent attachment via siloxane groups. The number density of carboxylic/carboxylate groups on the surface was determined by titration, yielding values on the order of 10(14) UA molecules/cm(2) and thus consistent with a closed-packed monolayer. The ability of these functionalized particles to adsorb Cd(2+) in the ppm range was demonstrated using in situ anodic stripping voltammetry.     

Xyloccensin L, a novel limonoid from Xylocarpus granatum

The isolation and structure elucidation of xyloccensin L from the stem bark of Xylocarpus granatum is described. Xyloccensin L is a highly oxidized heptacyclic A, B, D-seco limonoid with an α-8, 30-epoxy ring and a rare 1, 29 oxygen bridge.     

Synthesis of 3,5,7-Trioxapentacyclo[7.2.1.02,8.04,11.06,10]dodecane. A Novel Diacetal Trioxa-Cage

3,5,7-Trioxapentacyclo[7.2.1.0^2,8.0^4,11.0^6,10]dodecane, the parent compound of novel diacetal trioxa-cages, was synthesized from maleic anhydride cyclopentadiene adduct 1 by a four-step sequence. Attempts for the synthesis of monoaza dioxa-cage 12 failed. Ozonolysis of compound 9 in CH₂Cl₂-EtOH(1:1) at ?78°C followed by reduction with Me₂S gave 13 in 65% yield.     

人γ晶体蛋白的一级结构测定 1.γ晶体蛋白的分离提纯及其顺序测定方法(GC/MS法)的研究

成功地从人眼晶体中分离出单纯组分的γ晶体蛋白,对γ晶体蛋白的纯度、相对分子质量、氨基酸组成、N末端氨基酸组成等进行了测定,利用酸水解法和酶解法对γ晶体蛋白进行了水解和酶解条件的摸索、找出了使γ晶体蛋白断裂成适合于GC/MS联用仪进行结构测定的肽段的裂解条件。对进行氨基酸顺序测定的GC/MS法化学衍生化条件作了一系列的摸索,找出了化学衍生化的合适条件。对衍生化过程中的一些影响因素也进行了探讨。     

Polymer crystallization dynamics,as reflected by differential scanning calorimetry. Part 2: Numerical simulations

With the aid of a model for the kinetics of polymer crystallization, as put forward in previous publications, the shape of DSC-curves and their position on the temperature scale were simulated for various conditions of heat transfer in the apparatus. It turns out that the outcome is very dependent on the assumptions made with respect to these heat transfer conditions. For the ideal condition — no temperature differences between sample, pan and furnace — an invariable shape is predicted for the DSC-curves. They only shift to lower temperatures with increasing cooling rates. For more realistic conditions, the curves not only shift but become broader and their maxima decrease. They show a more familiar appearance. These calculations are very involved, however, A simple balance equation is shown to yield equivalent results, if a dimensionless characteristic number like the Nusselt number remains considerably smaller than one. This number contains an effective heat transfer coefficient between sample and furnace which, surprisingly, should not be too high. Apparently, the heat capacity of the pan does not play an important role under these conditions. This is investigated in Appendix II. Appendix I describes the procedure of the numerical simulations.     

笼形聚偕氨肟树脂的研究──Ag(Ⅰ)在树脂上的吸附过程

测定了Ag+离子在笼形聚偕胺肟树脂（CAO）及其酸、碱处理产物（ACAO、BCAO）上的吸附容量．Ag+离子在BCAO树脂上吸附容量较高,但同非选择性吸附,在ACAO上的吸附容量则与处理树脂的酸的pKa值有关．用高pKa值的硼酸、苯酸和对氨基酚处理所得的ACAO树脂的吸附容量接近BCAO树脂的水平,认为是胶后胺肟基发生互变异构所致．吸附动力学表明Ag+离子在H3BO3/ACAO和C6H5OH/ACAO树脂上进行多层吸附．在吸附中伴随有氧化还原反应并生成Ag（O）微晶的过程．     

Synthesis of N-methyl-3-aza[10] paracyclophane: A rigid analog of phenethylamine

The synthesis of N-methyl-3-aza[10]paracyclophane is reported which represents the first example of this ring system being formed via an acyloin reaction. This 3-aza[10]paraeyclophane ring system behaves physiochemically inbetween the normal [9]- and [10]paracyclophane ring systems. Reductive desulfurization of N-methyl-3-aza[10]paracyclophane-6-ethylene thioketal in ethanol provides a small amount of the title compound and an unexpected, ring-opened product, N-ethyl-N-methyl-p-heptylphenethylamine. A possible mechanism for the ring-opening process is suggested.
