基于DETR的道路环境下双目测量系统

DETR(detection transformer)算法是一个基于Transformer的目标检测算法,具有检测速度快、检测效果好的优势。介绍了一种利用DETR算法及双目视觉原理对道路环境下的人、车、自行车、信号灯等目标进行构建的测量系统。分析了双目测距、相机标定、目标检测以及目标匹配的原理,并以此为基础构建了测量系统。采用目标检测算法检测视野中的目标,利用双目视觉原理对检测到的目标进行测距,同时分析了测量系统中测量误差的来源,并计算其对结果的影响。该算法在KITTI数据集及现实环境中进行测试,测量系统基线为45 cm,对15 m～80 m的指定目标检出率高于90.6%,测距误差小于5.8%,在RTX 2080Ti平台上能够实时运行。     

基于光谱图像的森林病虫害自动检测方法

我国天然林区分布范围广,地形复杂,依靠传统的护林员巡检方式进行林木病虫害防治,效率较低,难于及时发现早期的林木病虫害,可能因此错过防治的最佳时机。针对该问题,设计了一种基于多光谱图像检测林木病虫害的深度学习网络,研发了一套检测软件,通过无人机挂飞实验,利用搭建的深度学习网络,完成林区染病区检测,对检测结果进行了分析。     

Performance assessment of CsI(Tl) screens on varioussubstrates for X-ray imaging

Thallium-doped cesium iodide (CsI(Tl)) screens are widely used in X-ray imaging devices because of the columnar structure of the CsI(Tl) layer, but few reports focus on the optical role of the substrate in the screen system. In this paper, four substrates including fused silica (SiO₂), silver-film coated SiO₂, graphite (C) and fiber optic plate (FOP) are used to fabricate CsI(Tl) screens by thermal evaporation. Their imaging performance is evaluated by relative light output (RLO), modulation transfer function (MTF), normalized noise power spectrum (NNPS) and noise equivalent quanta (NEQ). The results reveal that although CsI(Tl) film on graphite plate yields images with the lowest light output, it presents relatively higher spatial resolution and better signal-to-noise characteristics. However, films on SiO₂ plate obtain low MTF but high NNPS curves, whether they are coated with silver film or not. Furthermore, scintillation screens on FOP have bright images with low NNPS and high NEQ, but have the lowest MTF. By controlling the substrate optical features, CsI(Tl) films can be tailored to suit a given application.     

双微波馈入热阴极微波电子枪实验研究

中国工程物理研究院紧凑型自由电子激光太赫兹源装置采用了两路微波独立调谐热阴极微波电子枪作为注入器,一路由首腔馈入激励首腔和实现阴极表面建场并引出电子,另一路由后续腔馈入并通过腔间耦合激励各腔,两路微波互不耦合。对于这种微波激励方式,微波电子枪首腔的电场相位和幅度在实验中均可调节,因此可以通过实验研究来优化微波电子枪的工作参数,从而减小热阴极微波电子枪的电子反轰效应,提高束流品质。介绍了该热阴极微波电子枪热测实验研究的最新结果,通过BCT测得微波电子枪出口处束流强度超过400mA,电子反轰效应随着首腔电场的相位和幅度调节发生显著变化,这些指标和实验现象与理论研究结果较为吻合。

A 10Gb/s Directly-Modulated 1.3μm InAs/GaAs Quantum-Dot Laser

We demonstrate 10 Gb/s directly-modulated 1.3 μm InAs quantum-dot （QD） lasers grown on GaAs substrates by molecular beam epitaxy. The active region of the QD lasers consists of five-stacked InAs QD layers. Ridge-waveguide lasers with a ridge width of 4 μm and a cavity length of 600 μm are fabricated with standard lithography and wet etching techniques. It is found that the lasers emit at 1293 nm with a very low threshold current of 5 mA at room temperature. Furthermore, clear eye-opening patterns under 10 Gb/s modulation rate at temperatures of up to 50oC are achieved by the QD lasers. The results presented here have important implications for realizing low-cost, low-power-consumption, and high-speed light sources for next-generation communication systems.     

含三苯胺的1,8-萘酰亚胺衍生物的合成及光谱和电化学性能研究

通过Suzuki偶联反应合成了一系列含三苯胺的1,8-萘酰亚胺衍生物，并进行了表征及光谱和电化学性能研究。研究表明该类化合物的荧光波长在584~610nm，位于橙色区。三苯胺的引入降低了化合物的HOMO值，有利于空穴的注入。
