A series of optically active silatrane derivatives, [Si{N(CHRCH(2)O)(CH(2)CH(2)O)(2)}X] (R = Me, i-Pr; X = Ph, OMe) has been synthesized by the reaction of optically active triethanolamine derivatives with XSi(OMe)(3), and characterized by (1)H NMR, (13)C NMR, (29)Si NMR, and mass spectroscopy, and the structures of six compounds have been determined by X-ray analysis. Molecular mechanics methods have also been employed to obtain the energy-minimized structures. The (29)Si NMR chemical shifts and the lengths of Si-N determined by X-ray analysis are sensitive to the bulkiness of the substituent (R). The Si-X bond lengths (X: trans position to nitrogen) do not appreciably differ from one another. The MM2 calculations indicated that the substituent exists in the equatorial position, and the results are in agreement with those of X-ray analysis and (1)H NMR spectroscopy. Pentanuclear linear chain Pt(II,III) complexes [[Pt2(NH3)2X2((CH3)3CCONH)2(CH2COCH3)]2[PtX'4]].nCH3COCH3 (X = X' = Cl, n = 2 (1a), X = Cl, X' = Br, n = 1 (1b), X = Br, X' = Cl, n = 2 (1c), X = X' = Br, n = 1 (1d)) composed of a monomeric Pt(II) complex sandwiched by two amidate-bridged Pt dimers were synthesized from the reaction of the acetonyl dinuclear Pt(III) complexes having equatorial halide ligands [Pt2(NH3)2X2((CH3)3CCONH)2(CH2COCH3)]X' ' (X = Cl (2a), Br (2b), X' ' = NO3-, CH3C6H4SO3-, BF4-, PF6-, ClO4-), with K2[PtX'4] (X' = Cl, Br). The X-ray structures of 1a-1d show that the complexes have metal-metal bonded linear Pt5 structures, and the oxidation state of the metals is approximately Pt(III)-Pt(III)...Pt(II)...Pt(III)-Pt(III). The Pt...Pt interactions between the dimer units and the monomer are due to the induced Pt(II)-Pt(IV) polarization of the Pt(III) dimeric unit caused by the electron withdrawal of the equatorial halide ligands. The density functional theory calculation clearly shows that the Pt...Pt interactions between the dimers and the monomer are made by the electron transfer from the monomer to the dimers. The pentanuclear complexes have flexible Pt backbones with the Pt chain adopting either arch or sigmoid structures depending on the crystal packing.  相似文献

The reactions of cyclodiphosphazane cis-[tBuNP(OC6H4OMe-o)]2 (1) with 2 equiv of CuX in acetonitrile afforded one-dimensional Cu(I) coordination polymers [Cu2X2{tBuNP(OC6H4OMe-o)}2]n (2, X = Cl; 3, X = Br; 4, X = I). The crystal structures of 2 and 4 reveal a zigzag arrangement of [P(mu-N)(2)P] and [Cu(mu-X)(2)Cu] units in an alternating manner to form one-dimensional Cu(I) coordination polymers. The reaction between 1 and CuX in a 2:1 ratio afforded mononuclear tricoordinated copper(I) complexes of the type [CuX{(tBuNP(OC6H4OMe-o))2}2] (5, X = Cl; 6, X = Br; 7, X = I). The single-crystal structures were established for the mononuclear copper(I) complexes 5 and 6. When the reactant ratios are 1:1, the formation of a mixture of polymeric and mononuclear products was observed. The Cu(I) polymers (2-4) were converted into the mononuclear complexes (5-7) by reacting with 3 equiv of 1 in dimethyl sulfoxide. Similarly, the mononuclear complexes (5-7) were converted into the corresponding polymeric complexes (2-4) by reacting with 3 equiv of copper(I) halide under mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

Three distannoxane dimers[(PhCH2)2(Cl)SnOSn(X)(CH2Ph)2]2(X=Cl,OMe,OEt)were prepared by the hydrolytic reaction of (PhCH2)2SnCl2 with sodium alkoxides.The compounds are assigned tetranuclear distannoxane structures in solid state.which contain the so-called ladder arrangement with a central planar Sn2O2 four-membered ring.The endo-and exo-cyclic Sn atoms are both five-coordinate,and have distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometries.A variety of hydrolyses of(PhCH2)2SnCl2 were performed and these dimers were characterized by IR,^1H NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Reaction of LnI2 (Ln = Sm, Yb) with two equivalents of NaTp(Me2) or reduction of Eu(Tp(Me2))2OTf gives good yields of the highly insoluble homoleptic Ln(II) complexes, Ln(Tp(Me2))2 (Ln = Sm (1a), Yb (2a), Eu (3a)). Use of the additionally 4-ethyl substituted Tp(Me2,4Et) ligand produces the analogous, but soluble Ln(Tp(Me2,4Et))2 (1-3b) complexes. Soluble compounds are also obtained with the Tp(Ph) and Tp(Tn) ligands (Tn = thienyl), Ln(Tp(Ph))2 (Ln = Sm, 1c; Yb, 2c) and Ln(Tp(Tn))2 (Ln = Sm, 1d; Yb, 2d). To provide benchmark parameters for structural comparison the series of Sm(Tp(Me2))2X complexes (X = F, 1e; Cl, 1f; Br, 1g; I, 1h; BPh4, 1j) were prepared either via oxidation of the Sm(Tp(Me2))2 or salt metathesis from SmX3 (X = Cl, Br, I). The solid-state structures of 1-3a, 1b, 1-2c and 1e, 1f, 1h, and 1j were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The homoleptic bis-Tp complexes are all six-coordinate with trigonal antiprismatic geometries, planes of the kappa(3)-Tp ligands are parallel to one another. In the series of Sm(Tp(Me2))2X complexes the structure changes from seven-coordinate molecular compounds, with intact Sm-X bonds, for X = F, Cl, to six-coordinate ionic structures [Sm(Tp(Me2))2]X (X = I, BPh4), suitable crystals of the bromide compound could not be obtained. The dependence of the structures on the size of X is understandable in terms of the interplay between the size of the cleft that the [Sm(Tp(Me2))2](+) fragment can make available and the donor ability of the anionic group toward the hard Sm(III) center.  相似文献

The reaction of mono- or dichloro-dimolybdenum(III) complexes [Mo2Cp2(mu-SMe)2(mu-Cl)(mu-Y)] (Cp=eta5-C5H5; 1, Y=SMe; 2, Y=PPh2; 3, Y=Cl) with NaBH4 at room temperature gave in high yields tetrahydroborato (8), hydrido (9) or metallaborane (12) complexes depending on the ancillary ligands. The correct formulation of derivatives and has been unambigously determined by X-ray diffraction methods. That of the hydrido compound 9 has been established in solution by NMR analysis and confirmed by an X-ray study of the mu-azavinylidene derivative [Mo2Cp2(mu-SMe)2(mu-PPh2)(mu-N=CHMe)] (10) obtained from the insertion of acetonitrile into the Mo-H bond of 9. Reaction of NaBH4 with nitrile derivatives, [Mo2Cp2(mu-SMe)4-n(CH3CN)2n]n+(5, n=1; 6 n=2), afforded the tetrahydroborato compound 8, together with a mu-azavinylidene species [Mo2Cp2(mu-SMe)3(mu-N=CHMe)](14), when n=1, and the metallaborane complex 12, together with a mixed borohydrato-azavinylidene derivative [Mo2Cp2(mu-SMe)2(mu-BH4)(mu-N=CHMe)] (13), when n=2. The molecular structures of these complexes have been confirmed by X-ray analysis. Preparations of some of the starting complexes (3 and 4) are also described, as are the molecular structures of the precursors [Mo2Cp2(mu-SMe)2(mu-X)(mu-Y)] (1, X/Y=Cl/SMe; 2, X/Y=Cl/PPh2; 4, X/Y=SMe/PPh2).  相似文献

A series of mixed oxidation state compounds, [{Rh(2)(acam)(4)}(3)(μ(3)-X)(2)]·nH(2)O (Hacam = acetamide; X = Cl, n = 4 (1·4H(2)O); X = Br, n = 10 (2·10H(2)O); X = I, n = 10 (3·10H(2)O)) and [{Rh(2)(pram)(4)}(3)(μ(3)-X)(2)]·6H(2)O (Hpram = propionamide; X = Cl (4·6H(2)O), Br (5·6H(2)O), I (6·6H(2)O)) were synthesized and their X-ray structures were determined. In the crystal structure of all of these complexes, dirhodium complexes and halide ions construct 2-D honeycomb sheet arrangements in which the walls consist of Rh(2) units and halide ions lie at the corners. Complexes 1·4H(2)O, 4·6H(2)O, 5·6H(2)O and 6·6H(2)O have three independent Rh(2) units, in which there are two Rh(2)(5+) and one Rh(2)(4+). In these structures, the water molecules hydrogen bond to O atoms and from the N atoms of the amidate ligands. The number of hydrogen bonds from water molecules to the Rh(2)(4+) unit is greater than that to the Rh(2)(5+) units. This suggests that there exists pinning of the oxidation states by water molecules. In the structures of 2·10H(2)O and 3·10H(2)O, all of the Rh(2) units are crystallographically equivalent. In these structures, eight of the 10 water molecules form a honeycomb-like network between the {Rh(2)(acam)(4)}(3)X(2) honeycomb sheets. The former four structures show very low electrical conductivities of ca. 10(-8) S cm(-1) (room temperature, pellets) and the latter structures have the higher values of ca. 10(-4) S cm(-1). In the former complexes, improvement of the values to 10(-6) S cm(-1) was observed, caused by loss of pinning water.  相似文献

Complexes having the empirical formulae M(ETTC)2X2 (M = Zn or Hg, X = Br or I, ETTC = ethylene trithiocarbonate), Cd(ETTC)2I2 and Hg(ETTC)X2 (X = Cl, Br or I) were obtained by the reaction of zinc, cadmium or mercury dihalides in dichloromethane or ethanol with ETTC. The structures of the compounds were characterized by 1H NMR and IR spectrometry, conductance measurements and elemental analysis. The X-ray crystal structure of Cd(ETTC)2I2 has been determined using counter data and refined to an R value of 0.045. The unit cell constants are a = 1586.3(2), b = 699.7(1) and c = 724.9(3) pm, the space group is Pmn21 and Z = 2. Coordination about the cadmium atom is tetrahedral.  相似文献

In this study we present the synthesis and conformational analysis of mono- and disubstituted ferrocene bioconjugates bearing dipeptide chains (Boc-AA-AA-Fn-X, AA=Gly, l-Ala, l-Val). The conformational preferences of novel aminoferrocene derived conjugates with X=H, as well as their 1-acetyl analogues (X=COMe), were investigated by spectroscopic techniques (IR, NMR and CD) and corroborated by DFT calculations. Chirally organized structures, stabilized through intrachain hydrogen bonds, prevail in solution when X=H. The resulting 10-membered hydrogen-bond ring is destabilized by heteroannular introduction of an acetyl group when X=COMe.  相似文献

Complexes of general formula [(TPA)Fe(R-Cat)]X.nS were synthesised with different catecholate derivatives and anions (TPA = tris(2-pyridylmethyl)amine, R-Cat2- = 4,5-(NO2)2-Cat2- denoted DNC(2-); 3,4,5,6-Cl4-Cat2- denoted TCC2-; 3-OMe-Cat(2-); 4-Me-Cat(2-) and X = BPh4-; NO3-; PF6-; ClO4-; S = solvent molecule). Their magnetic behaviours in the solid state show a general feature along the series, viz., the occurrence of a thermally-induced spin crossover process. The transition curves are continuous with transition temperatures ranging from ca. 84 to 257 K. The crystal structures of [(TPA)Fe(DNC)]X (X = PF6-; BPh4-) and [(TPA)Fe(TCC)]X.nS (X = PF6-; NO3- and n= 1, S = H2O; ClO4- and n= 1, S = H2O; BPh4- and n= 1, S = C3H6O) were solved at 100 (or 123 K) and 293 K. For those two systems, the characteristics of the [FeN(4)O(2)] coordination core and those of the dioxolene ligands appear to be consistent with a prevailing Fe(III)-catecholate formulation. This feature is in contrast with the large quantum mixing between Fe(III)-catecholate and Fe(II)-semiquinonate forms recently observed with the more electron donating simple catecholate dianion. The thermal spin crossover process is accompanied by significant changes of the molecular structures as shown by the average variation of the metal-ligand bond distances which can be extrapolated for a complete spin conversion from ca. 0.123 to 0.156 A. The different space groups were retained in the low- and high-temperature phases.  相似文献

设计合成了同时含有丙腈基和咪唑基的新型三脚架配体N,N-二(3-丙腈基)-[3-(1-咪唑基)]正丙胺(L),并与银盐按1:1和2:1的比例反应分别得到了配合物{[AgL]X}n (X = BF4-,1a;X = ClO4-,1b)和{[Ag(L)2]ClO4}n(2),并用X-射线单晶结构分析和电喷雾质谱等方法对其进行了表征。结构分析结果表明,配合物1a和1b为一维链状结构,而配合物2则为单核结构。表明金属盐和配体的比例对配合物结构有很大影响。  相似文献

合成了一系列吡啶双亚胺酰氯三齿Ni(Ⅱ) 配合物(1a~1c, 2a~2c), 通过傅里叶变换红外光谱和元素分析对配合物进行表征, 测定了配合物1a~1c的晶体结构. 3个化合物同属于单斜晶系, 且都具有以Ni原子为中心的近似于Cs对称的扭曲三角双锥构型. 该系列配合物通过倍半乙基氯化铝(EASC)活化, 在20 ℃下对丁二烯聚合表现出良好的催化活性, 得到分子量为4700~5200、 cis-1,4含量为74.8%~77.2%(摩尔分数)的液体聚丁二烯. 通过改变配体的结构和聚合条件, 可在一定范围内调控聚丁二烯的结构和分子量.  相似文献

A series of mixed-valent (MV) complexes [(FeCp)2(mu-C10H6(BPh)2)]+X ([1+]X; X=I 5, PF6, SbF6, B(C6F5)4) were prepared by oxidation of diboradiferrocene [(FeCp)2(mu-C10H6(BPh)2)] (1) with I 2, AgPF6, and AgSbF6, respectively, and through anion exchange of the I 5(-) salt with [Li(Et2O)x][B(C6F5)4] in the case of X=B(C6F5)4. The MV state of the cation was investigated in solution by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy, CV, and UV/Vis-NIR absorption spectroscopy, and in the solid state by IR spectroscopy, single-crystal X-ray crystallography, and M?ssbauer spectroscopy. The cyclic voltammogram of 1 shows two distinct redox waves with a large redox splitting of Delta E=510 mV in CH2Cl2 and the NIR spectrum for the mono-oxidized species displays an intervalence charge-transfer band at around 1500 to 1700 nm depending on the specific counterion present. The X-ray crystal structures of [1+]X show inversion-symmetric cations with X=I 5 and B(C6F5)4 and unsymmetric valence-trapped structures composed of one ferrocene and one ferrocenium moiety with X=PF6 and SbF6. M?ssbauer data for X=PF6 are consistent with valence trapping at all temperatures between 90 and 343 K. In comparison, fast electron transfer is evident on the M?ssbauer timescale for X=I 5 and temperature-dependent behavior is observed for X=B(C6F5)4. The anion dependence of the X-ray structural and M?ssbauer data is discussed in the context of crystal symmetry and the possibility of static and dynamic disorder effects is considered.  相似文献

[1,3]-Sigmatropic migrations of the nitroso group in the systems ON-X-CH=X (X = O, S, Se, NH, CH2) were studied by MP2(fc)/6-311+G** and B3LYP/6-311+G** quantum-chemical calculations. The energy barrier in the process was estimated at 2.4 (2.5), 20.0 (25.0), and 22.3 (23.4) kcal/mol for X = O, NH, and CH2, respectively. The energy minima for X = S and X = Se correspond to cyclic structures with two-coordinate NO group, which are more stable than acyclic structures by 9.3 (4.3) (X = S) or 13.1 (5.7) kcal/mol (X = Se).  相似文献

A new family of dicopper(I) complexes [CuI2RL](X)2 (R=H, 1X, R=tBu, 2X and R=NO2, 3X, X=CF3SO3, ClO4, SbF6, or BArF, BArF=[B{3,5-(CF3)2C6H3}4]-), where RL is a Schiff-base ligand containing two tridentate binding sites linked by a xylyl spacer, has been prepared and characterized, and its reaction with O2 has been studied. The complexes were designed with the aim of reproducing structural aspects of the active site of type 3 dicopper proteins; they contain two three-coordinate copper sites and a rather flexible podand ligand backbone. The solid-state structures of 1ClO4, 2CF3SO3, 2ClO4, and 3BArF.CH3CN have been established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. 1ClO4 adopts a polymeric structure in the solid state while 2CF3SO3, 2ClO4, and 3BArF.CH3CN are monomeric. The complexes have been studied in solution by means of 1H and 19F NMR spectroscopy, which put forward the presence of dynamic processes. 1-3BArF and 1-3CF3SO3 in acetone react rapidly with O2 to generate metaestable [CuIII2(mu-O)2(RL)]2+ 1-3(O2) and [CuIII2(mu-O)2(CF3SO3)(RL)]+ 1-3(O2)(CF3SO3) species, respectively, that have been characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy and resonance Raman analysis. Instead, reaction of 1-3BArF with O2 in CH2Cl2 results in intermolecular O2 binding. DFT methods have been used to study the chemical identities and structural parameters of the O2 adducts, and the relative stability of the CuIII2(mu-O)2 form with respect to the CuII2(mu-eta2:eta2-O2) isomer. The reaction of 1X, X = CF3SO3 and BArF, with O2 in acetone has been studied by stopped-flow UV-vis exhibiting an unexpected very fast reaction rate (k=3.82(4)x10(3) M-1 s-1, DeltaH=4.9+/-0.5 kJ.mol-1, DeltaS=-148+/-5 J.K-1.mol-1), nearly 3 orders of magnitude faster than in the parent [CuI2(m-XYLMeAN)]2+. Thermal decomposition of 1-3(O2) does not result in aromatic hydroxylation. The mechanism and kinetics of O2 binding to 1X (X=CF3SO3 and BArF) are discussed and compared with those associated with selected examples of reported models of O2-processing copper proteins. A synergistic role of the copper ions in O2 binding and activation is clearly established from this analysis.  相似文献

Cerium(IV), Thorium(IV) and Uranyl(II) complexes with the ammonium salt of sulfasalazine drug (H2SSZ, HL-) have been studied. The structures of the complexes were elucidated using elemental analysis, IR and mass spectroscopy and thermal analysis. The complexes were isolated in 1:1 and 1:2 (M:L) ratios. The solid monocomplexes (1:1) (M:H(2)SSZ) were isolated in the general formulae [UO2(L)(H2O)2].2H2O and [M(L)(X)z(H2O)n].yH2O (M=Ce(IV) and Th(IV) (X=NO3, z=2, n=2, y=0-3)). The biscomplexes (1:2) (M:H2SSZ) solid chelates found to have the general formulae [UO2(HL)2].2H2O and [M(L)2(H2O)2] (M=Ce(IV) and Th(IV)). The thermal decomposition of the complexes should be discussed in relation to structure, and the thermodynamic parameters of the decomposition stages were evaluated applying Coats-Redfern and Horwitz-Mitzger methods.  相似文献
