A series of novel ethyl 4‐(methyl or trifluoromethyl)‐2‐(2‐(substituted phenoxy)acetamido)thiazole‐5‐carboxylates 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d , 7e and 8f , 8g , 8h , 8i , 8j , 8k , 8l , 8m , 8n , 8o , 8p , 8q , 8r were synthesized, and their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H‐NMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. The results of preliminary bioassays show that some of the title compounds exhibit moderate to good herbicidal activities. Compared with the fluorine free compounds 7a , 7b , and 7e , the compounds bearing fluorine 8g , 8j , and 8q showed higher herbicidal activities with 70–100% inhibition against Capsella bursa‐pastoris, Amaranthus restroflexus, and Eclipta prostrata at the dosage of 150 g/ha, which indicated that the trifluoromethyl on the thiazole ring was beneficial for the herbicidal activity. Furthermore, compounds 8f , 8g , 8h , 8i , 8j , 8k , 8l , 8m , 8n , 8o , 8p , 8q , 8r were tested for fungicidal activity against Pseudoperonospora cubensis at 500 µg/mL. Compounds 8f and 8q showed the best fungicidal activity with more than 80% inhibition.  相似文献

The synthesis and spectroscopic characterization of a series of luminescent platinum meso-tetrakis{3,5-di[(N-carbazyl)n-alkyloxyphenyl]}porphyrin (Pt-8Cn-TPP, n-alkyl = (CH2)n, n = 4, 6, and 8) are presented. The protonated platinum porphyrins ([Pt-8Cn-TPPH8]8+) were assembled with mesoporous silica MCM-48 resulting in the assembly materials [Pt-8Cn-TPPH8]8+/MCM-48. The luminescence of [Pt-8Cn-TPPH8]8+/MCM-48 can be extremely quenched by molecular oxygen with very high sensitivity (I0/I100 > 5000) and rapid response time (0.04 s) suggesting that the [Pt-8Cn-TPPH8]8+/MCM-48 system can be employed to develop high performance oxygen sensors. Among this assembly system, [Pt-8C8-TPPH8]8+/MCM-48 exhibits the highest sensitivity. Even if the concentration of oxygen is 0.1%, the luminescence intensity of [Pt-8C8-TPPH8]8+/MCM-48 can be quenched by 86%.  相似文献

A series of 2′‐arenesulfonyloxy‐5‐benzylidene‐thiazolidine‐2,4‐diones (TZDs) were synthesized and examined for their antiproliferative effects on a panel of carcinoma cell lines. Our results indicated that initial synthesis of 5‐[2′‐hydroxybenzylidene]‐2,4‐thiazolidinone (9) by Knoevenagel condensation followed by nucleophilic substitution with arylsulfonyl chlorides exhibited superior efficiency to the alternative synthetic route. Among tested compounds, only 8c and 8e showed significant antiproliferative activity against PC‐3 and BT474 cells with GI50 values of 8.4 and 20.6 μM, respectively. SKHep cells displayed interesting structure‐activity relationships in response to TZD derivatives treatment. Alkyl group‐substituted TZD analogs such as 8a (4‐Me, GI50, 9.4 μM) and 8k (4‐iso‐propyl, GI50, 9.8 μM) revealed better antiproliferative activity than those with bulkier alkyl groups. On the other hand, halogen‐substituted TZD analogs 8c, 8h, and 8i showed better antiproliferative activity against H460 cell line. Together, the new synthesized TZD derivatives 8a , 8b , 8c , 8d , 8e , 8f , 8g , 8h , 8i , 8j , 8k , 8l , 8m , 8n , 8o , 8p exhibited appreciable antiproliferative activity worth for further study.  相似文献

In order to discover new molecules with good insecticidal activities, a series of anthranilic diamides containing polyfluoroalkyl pyrazole were designed and synthesized, and their structures were characterized by 1H NMR and HRMS. Bioassays demonstrated that some of the title compound exhibited excellent insecticidal activities. The larvicidal activities of compound 8a, 8c, 8g, 8k and 8l against Mythimna separata Walker were 100% at 0.8 mg/L. The insecticidal activities of compound 8a, 8c, 8e, 8g, 8k and 8l against Plutella xylostella Linnaeus were 100% at 0.4 mg/L. Surprisingly compounds 8a and 8c still showed 100% larvicidal activities against Plutella xylostella Linnaeus at 0.08 mg/L comparable to the commercialized Chlorantraniliprole. The LC50 of compound 8a and 8c against M. separata is 0.048 and 0.043 mg/L respectively.  相似文献

用量子化学从头计算方法, 研究了Ti8C12分别与H2O, C2H4作用形成Ti8C12(H2O)8, Ti8C12(C2H4)4的反应。计算结果表明, 在Ti8C12(H2O)8中, 电子由H2O向Ti8C12转移, 在Ti8C12(C2H4)4中, 电子由Ti8C12向C2H4转移。从Ti8C12生成Ti8C12(H2O)8能量降低, 稳定性增加, 生成Ti8C12(C2H4)4能量升高, 稳定性减小。  相似文献

To study the structure-activity relationships of neuromedin U-8 (NMU-8) (H-Tyr-Phe-Leu-Phe-Arg-Pro-Arg-Asn-NH2) and to develop a NMU-8 antagonist, twenty-three NMU-8 analogs substituted with Gly or the corresponding D-amino acid(s) at positions 1-8 were synthesized by solid-phase techniques. On isolated chicken crop preparations, the contractile activity of the synthetic NMU-8 analogs was compared with that of NMU-8 and their antagonistic activity was assayed against NMU-8. The replacement of Phe2, Phe4, Arg5, Pro6, Arg7 or Asn8 with Gly brought about a drastic decrease of the agonistic activities. Substitution of the corresponding D-amino acid residue for Phe2, Phe4, Arg5, Pro6 or Asn8 caused a marked decrease of the agonistic activities, while the replacement of Tyr1 with D-form enhanced the activity. It was further revealed that [D-Pro6]-NMU-8 and [D-Leu3, D-Pro6]-NMU-8 exerted a non-competitive antagonistic activity against NMU-8 with x values of 5.22 +/- 0.12 and 5.34 +/- 0.09, respectively. [D-Phe2, D-Pro6]-NMU-8, [D-Arg5, D-Pro6]-NMU-8 and [D-Pro6, D-Asn8]-NMU-8 showed a very weak antagonism. The results indicated that 1) the side chain of each amino acid at positions 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of NMU-8 is of relative importance for the expression of the contractile activity, and 2) [D-Pro6]-NMU-8 and its four analogs acted as an antagonist against NMU-8.  相似文献

采用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、恒流充放电、循环伏安及交流阻抗法,研究了放电温度对LiNi3/8Co2/8Mn3/8O2的倍率特性、锂离子扩散及电荷传递的影响.结果表明, 提高放电温度可显著改善LiNi3/8Co2/8Mn3/8O2的放电容量与倍率放电性能.尽管温度升高使电荷传递活性与锂离子扩散速度都增加,但电荷传递活化能比锂离子扩散活化能大一倍多,表明电荷传递步骤是其电化学反应控制步骤.温度对其电荷传递的影响大于对锂离子扩散的影响.温度升高,电荷传递速率加快,电化学嵌入-迁出反应加速,是其放电容量与倍率放电特性显著改善的主要原因.  相似文献

Free-radical-induced DNA damage by ionizing radiation leads to a number of oxidized purines, of which 7H-8-oxoguanine (8OG) and 7H-8-oxoadenine (8OA) are predominant and known to cause an appreciable amount of cellular damage. A detailed quantum mechanical study at various levels of theory in both the gas phase and in an aqueous solution has been carried out in order to assess the tautomeric preferences of the bases. The calculated energies of various plausible tautomers suggest that at higher levels of ab initio theory with inclusion of electron correlation, the 8-keto-6-enolic form of 8-oxoguanine (8OG2) would predominate over the 6,8-diketo form (8OG1) in the gas phase whereas the 6-amino-8-keto form (8OA1) predominates over the other possible tautomers of 8-oxoadenine. Aqueous solvation, however, changes the gas-phase order for 8-oxoguanine, 8OG1 turning out to be the major tautomeric species in an aqueous medium. The estimated free energies of hydration by polarized continuum models are indicative that the mutagenically significant amounts of minor tautomeric forms of 8-oxoguanine and 8-oxoadenine exist in the aqueous phase and might be held responsible for inducing transversional as well as transitional mutations.  相似文献

研究了双核金属多重键配合物Cp2MM'(μ-C8H8)(MM'=ScMn,TiCr,ScCo,TiFe,VMn,VV,CrCr)的结构和成键模式.计算结果表明,对于28价电子体系,Cp2V2(μ-C8H8)基态为含V-V三重键的三态构型,其等电子体Cp2TiCr(μ-C8H8)为Ti-Cr四重键的单态,等电子体Cp2ScMn(μ-C8H8)为Sc-Mn三重键的单态.对于30价电子体系,Cp2Cr2(μ-C8H8)基态为含Cr-Cr三重键的单态,等电子体Cp2VMn(μ-C8H8)为含V-Mn单键的三态,等电子体Cp2ScCo(μ-C8H8)和Cp2TiFe(μ-C8H8)为含Sc-Co和Ti-Fe双键的单态.在三态Cp2MM'(μ-C8H8)中,两个金属原子多为17电子构型,而单态结构中两种金属原子多分别为16和18电子构型.  相似文献

Ti(C5H5)2(C8H4S8) (1), Ti(C5Me5)2(C8H4S8) (2), [NMe4][Ti(C5H5)(C8H4S8)2] (3), and [NMe4][Ti(C5Me5)(C8H4S8)2] (4) [C8H4S8(2-) = 2-(4,5-ethylenedithio)-1,3-dithiole-2-ylidene)-1,3-dithiole-4,5- dithiolate(2-)] were prepared by reaction of Ti(C5H5)2Cl2, Ti(C5Me5)2Cl2, Ti(C5H5)Cl3, or Ti(C5Me5)Cl3 with Li2C8H4S8 or [NMe4]2[C8H4S8] in THF. They were oxidized by iodine, the ferrocenium cation, or TCNQ (7,7,8,8-tetracyano-p-quinodimethane) in CH2Cl2 or in acetone to afford one-electron-oxidized and over-one-electron-oxidized species, [Ti(C5H5)2(C8H4S8)].I3, [Ti(C5H5)2(C8H4S8)][PF6], [Ti(C5Me5)2(C8H4S8)].I3, [Ti(C5Me5)2(C8H4S8)][PF6], [Ti(C5H5)(C8H4S8)2].I0.9, [Ti(C5H5)(C8H4S8)2][TCNQ]0.3, [Ti(C5Me5)(C8H4S8)2].I2.4, and [Ti(C5Me5)(C8H4S8)2][TCNQ]0.3, with the C8H4S8 ligand-centered oxidation. They exhibited electrical conductivities of 1.6 x 10(-1) to 7.6 x 10(-4) S cm-1 measured for compacted pellets at room temperature. The crystal structure of 2 was clarified to consist of isolated dimerized units of the molecules through some sulfur-sulfur nonbonded contacts: monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 9.534(2) A, b = 18.227(2) A, c = 17.775(2) A, beta = 94.39(1) degrees, Z = 4.  相似文献

A series of 2‐substituted phenoxy‐N‐(4‐substituted phenyl‐5‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)thiazole‐2‐yl)acetamide derivatives 8a , 8b , 8c , 8d , 8e , 8f , 8g , 8h , 8i , 8j , 8k , 8l , 8m , 8n , 8o , 8p , 8q , 8r , 8s , 8t was synthesized by the reaction of phenoxyacetyl chloride 7 with intermediate 4‐substituted phenyl‐5‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)thiazol‐2‐amine 5 . Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS, IR, and elemental analyses. The synthesized compounds were also screened for their antimicrobial activity against three types of plant fungi (Gibberella zeae , Phytophthora infestans , and Paralepetopsis sasakii ) and two kinds of bacteria [Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo ) and Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri (Xac )] showing promising results. In particular, 8b , 8f , 8g , and 8h exhibited excellent antibacterial activity against Xoo , with 50% effective concentration (EC50) values of 35.2, 80.1, 62.5, and 82.1 µg/mL, respectively, which are superior to the commercial antibacterial agent bismerthiazol (89.9 µg/mL). The preliminary structure–activity relationship studies of these compounds are also briefly described.  相似文献

The structure and growth trend of the protonated acetophenone-water clusters have been investigated using the DFT-B3LYP method combined with the standard 6-31+G(d,p) basis set. In order to obtain more accurate single-point energy the B3LYP/6-311++G(3df,2p) method was adapted. The results show that the formation of H+C8H8O-H2O is a barrierless reaction process and the equilibrium distance between the proton and the O atom in C8H8O molecule is 1.015 A. For H+C8H8O-(H2O)n(n=1,2,3) clusters, the proton lies between the acetophenone molecule C8H8O and the water molecule H2O. The distance between the proton and the O atom of the C8H8O molecule increased from n=1 to n=3; C8H8O-H+-H2O can be regarded as an solvation shell. For H+C8H8O (H2O)n (n=4,5,6,7,8) clusters, the proton lies between the two H2O molecules forming a H5O2+ structure, C8H8O-H5O2+ is an important structure, which the other H2O molecules will attack from different sides.  相似文献

As a part of systematic investigation of synthesis and biologically active compounds of thiazolidine (TZD) derivatives containing pyrazole ring system, several new pyrazole–TZD derivatives 8a , 8b , 8c , 8d and 9a , 9b , 9c , 9d have been synthesized. Compounds 8a , 8b , 8c , 8d were prepared from N‐substituted TZDs 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d and 1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carboxaldehyde 7 by Knoevenagel‐type reaction. Treatment of 8a , 8b , 8c , 8d with sodium hydride at room temperature caused dimerization reaction to afford the corresponding spirocompounds 9a , 9b , 9c , 9d . All the synthesized compounds were characterized by spectroscopic analysis. In vitro, the synthesized compounds 8a , 8b , 8c , 8d and 9a , 9b , 9c , 9d were tested for their growth inhibitory activity in A549 lung cancer, B16F10 murine melanoma, and HeLa human uterine carcinoma cells and for their differentiation of 3T3‐L1 preadipocytes to adipocytes. The results showed that compound 8c possessed growth inhibitory effect of B16F10 cells (IC50 = 27 μM) and compounds 9c , 9d had induction effect on the differentiation of 3T3‐L1 preadipocytes. J. IR spectra of toluene, ethylbenzene and styrene adsorbed on pressed discs of hematite between room temperature and 400°C are described. Mechanisms of adsorption and transformation are discussed and compared with those reported on the basis of kinetic measurements of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation on iron oxide catalysts.

Mo_2(C_8H_8)_3是由Mo(CO)_6和环辛四烯在正癸烷中回流而制得。它的晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为P2_1,单胞参数为:a=7.772(3),b=11.964(5),c=10.445(2),β=100.33(2)°,V=955(1)~3,根据Z=2和fw=504.31计算密度Dc=1.75g/cm~3。在Enraf-Nonius CAD4衍射仪上用MoKα射线收集了I>2σ(I)的独立衍射点2393个。晶体结构用直接法(MULTAN)程序解出,所有非氢原子的位置参数和各向异性热振动参数经全矩阵最小二乘法修正,最后的偏离因子R_1(F)=0.030,R_2(F)=0.035。分子中钼—钼的距离为2.293(1),形成了Mo-Mo四重键。Mo_2(C_8H_8)_3存在两种晶型;一是与W_2(C_8H_8)_3同晶;另一是与Cr_2(C_8H_8)_3同晶。  相似文献

Efficient formulas for computing the probabilities of finding exactly electrons in an arbitrarily chosen volume 3 for Hartree–Fock wavefunctions are presented. These formulas allow the use of shape optimization techniques, such as level set methods, for optimizing with respect to various criteria involving such probabilities. The criterion defined as the difference between the Hartree–Fock and the independent-particle model probabilities of finding electrons in stresses the quantum effects due to the Pauli principle. We have implemented a 2D level set method for optimizing this criterion in order to study spatial separation of electron pairs in linear molecules. Some sets in the space of compositions possessing an invariance property are considered for a closed system, where a complex chemical reaction of a known mechanism proceeds. If the vector of concentrations belongs to such a set at a certain moment of time, it will remain within it at any succeeding moment. Some possible applications are discussed.
