Al–B–Si composite pillared clay was first prepared and its catalytic cracking properties for gas oil were investigated. Characterization techniques included XRD, BET and IR spectroscopy of pyridine adsorbed. It is shown by the results that the introduction of Si enhanced the catalytic activity and gasoline yield on pillared clay. Al–B–Si composite pillared clay was a better catalyst material.

A powder mixture of Al/ZrO2/H3BO3 system was mechanically milled under argon in a high-energy planetary mill at different speeds. The XRD and DSC analyses of the as-synthesized samples show that milling operation affects the mechanism, efficiency, and ignition temperature of combustion behavior of the system. XRD analysis of the as-milled samples shows that low-speed milling does not change the phases presented in the sample, while high-speed milling (350, 450 rpm) has led to the formation of new intermetallic phases. This confirms that some reactions between reactants have occurred during high-speed milling.  相似文献

Al–Y thin films synthesized by the magnetron sputtering technique were evaluated as a possible anode material for lithium-ion batteries. The optimum composition is Al0.87Y0.13, which delivers an initial capacity of 625 mAh/g and a capacity loss of 23% during the successive 70 cycles. The improved electrochemical performance, especially the cycling ability, could be attributed to the formation of a hybrid composite where Al nanocrystals are homogenously dispersed in a conductive amorphous Al–Y matrix. This result shows that nanostructural composites could be a way to address the inherent problems with Al-based lithium storage compounds.  相似文献

This study used a facile method to develop a novel silver/Graphene–polypyrrole (Ag/G–PPy)-modified electrode that can be used as an electrochemical sensor for levosimendan detection. The properties of the synthesized Ag/G–PPy-modified electrode were examined through field-emission scanning electron microscopy, x-ray diffraction, and transmission electron microscopy. The Ag/G–PPy-modified electrode exhibited satisfactory current signals toward levosimendan concentrations ranging from 0.21 to 6.88 μM and exhibited a low detection limit (0.12 μM). Accordingly, the proposed electrode can serve as a simple and inexpensive electrochemical sensor for levosimendan detection.  相似文献

对先驱体聚碳硅烷浸渍裂解工艺(PIP)制备Cf/SiC复合材料过程中碳纤维损伤严重的问题, 系统地分析了在Cf/SiC复合材料制备过程中先驱体裂解对碳纤维的化学损伤. 研究结果表明, PIP工艺中碳纤维的化学损伤包括界面反应和基体向碳纤维内部的扩散反应. 其中聚碳硅烷(PCS)中的活性基团和碳纤维的化学反应并不严重, 而微量的氧气和杂质对碳纤维的化学损伤影响很大; 基体中硅等元素可向碳纤维内部扩散, 随着高温处理时间的延长而加深, 并形成脆性的界面层, 使碳纤维截面积减小. 在第一周期浸渍裂解过程中, 先驱体对碳纤维的化学损伤很少, 在后续周期中, 随着基体致密度的提高, 碳纤维的化学损伤有所增加.   相似文献

Chemical doping of nickel hydroxide with other cations(e.g. Al~(3+)) is an efficient way to enhance its electrochemical capacitive performances. Herein, a simple cation–anion(Ni~(2+)and AlO_2) double hydrolysis method was developed toward the synthesis of nickel–aluminum(Ni–Al) composite hydroxides. The obtained composite hydroxides possesses a porous structure, large surface area(121 m~2/g) and homogeneous element distribution. The electrochemical test shows that the obtained composite hydroxides exhibits a superior supercapacitive performances(specific capacitance of 1670F/g and rate capability of 87% from 0.5 A/g to 20 A/g) to doping-free nickel hydroxide(specific capacitance of 1227 F/g and rate capability of 47% from 0.5 A/g to 20 A/g). Moreover, the galvanostatic charge/discharge test displays that after 2000 cycles at large current density of 10 A/g, the composite hydroxides achieves a high capacitance retention of 98%, indicative of an excellent electrochemical cycleability.  相似文献

Nanopowders of Cu and Al2O3 were synthesized from 3CuO and 2Al powders by high-energy ball milling. Nanocrystalline Al2O3 reinforced composite was consolidated by pulsed-current activated sintering method within 2 min from mechanically synthesized powders of Al2O3 and Cu. The relative density of the composite was 96%. The average hardness and fracture toughness values obtained were 540 kg/mm2 and 6.3 MPa m1/2, respectively.

Present study shows the structural, morphological, optical characterization of sol–gel spin coated ZnO:Al film and investigation of device efficiency of Zn/ZnO:Al/p-Si/Al heterojunction diode structure. X-ray diffraction study indicates that film has hexagonal polycrystalline structure with (002) preferential direction. Atomic force microscope and scanning electron microscope images exhibit that surface of ZnO:Al/p-Si consists of homogenously scattered nanoparticles. The surface roughness of ZnO:Al film is found to be 15.24 nm. The band gap value of ZnO:Al film deposited on glass substrate is calculated to be 3.34 eV. The electrical characterization of Zn/ZnO:Al/p-Si/Al heterojunction structure is made by current–voltage (IV) and capacitance–voltage (CV) measurements. From these measurements, the heterojunction structure shows a rectifying behavior under a dark condition. The ideality factor and barrier height of Zn/n-ZnO:Al/p-Si/Al structure are calculated as 3.23 and 0.68 eV. The heterojunction structure have diode characteristic with rectification ratio at 64.4 at +2.0 V in the dark. The results suggest that Zn/ZnO:Al/p-Si/Al heterojunction diode can be successfully used in many optoelectronic applications.  相似文献

本文应用溶胶-凝胶技术对蜂窝陶瓷表面进行涂层,然后负载活性组分,以CO氧化作模型反应,考察了催化剂干燥方法,浸涂原液类型以及助剂CeO2对汽车尾气净化催化剂活性的影响,并应用TPR、XPS等手段对其进行表征,由催化剂活性测试结果表明,干燥方法对催化剂活性影响不大,加入分散剂的氧化铝溶胶作浸渍原液的催化活性最高,同时活性评价实验结果还表明,加入CeO2作助剂的催化剂的活性明显提高,这可能是由于PdO与CeO2之间发生的协同效应所致,XPS谱图结果显示,CeO2与PdO之间存在协同作用,且Pd处于较高的氧化状态,这可能起因于从Pd到Ce的电子转移作用,Ce处于较低的还原状态,导致Ce-O键结合强度的降低。H2-TPR表征结果同样证实了PdO与CeO2之间存在协同效应,CeO2的引入,促进了PdO的还原,而PdO的存在降低了CeO2表面氧的还原温度,同时此现象也支持了XPS结论。  相似文献

Polystyrene (PS)/carbon black (CB) composite microspheres were prepared using a modified CB, which was prepared by blending CB with a hindered phenol antioxidant Irganox 1330 in an internal mixer. Scanning electron microscopy indicated that the modified CB adsorbed on the surface of PS microspheres homogenously to form a raspberry-like morphology composite. The non-covalent binding of Irganox 1330 on the surface of PS microsphere was observed from the UV-Vis absorption spectrum in ethanol, while the fluorescence of PS was almost totally quenched by the binding of Irganox 1330. These results implied there were aromatic interactions between Irganox 1330 and the PS microspheres, which played a crucial role in the formation of composite microspheres. 为了合成具有优良电化学性能的Ni系列碱性电池氢氧化镍正极活性物质,本文以硫酸镍和硫酸铝以及硝酸镍和硝酸铝为原料,在搅拌及同时超声波作用的条件下,用共沉淀方法合成了Al含量为Ni含量30(mol)%~50(mol)%的高Al含量的NiAl层状双氢氧化物(HACNiAlLDHs)。用XRD技术表征了HACNiAlLDHs样品的晶体结构特征;采用粉末微电极循环伏安(CV)技术研究了典型HACNiAlLDHs样品的电化学性能。结果表明,合成的HACNiAlLDHs样品为αNi(OH)2;观察到HACNiAlLDHs电极在反向扫描过程中的“第2个还原电流峰”,该还原峰可能为γNiOOH—→αNi(OH)2的还原电流和γNiOOH—→αNi(OH)2还原“滞后”的电流的重叠电流峰;Al3 以及SO42-杂质离子对“第2个还原电流峰”的出现起到重要作用;SO42-在电化学反应过程中使γNiOOH的还原“滞后”,并使得αNi(OH)2在碱性介质中更加稳定;以硝酸盐为原料合成的LNHACNiAlLDHs样品具有优良的电化学性能,如可逆性、电极活性物质利用率、放电性能、循环性能和析氧过电位。  相似文献

以共沉淀法合成的水滑石(HT)和类水滑石(HTLc)为前体制备了镁铝、钴铝、钴镁铝混合氧化物,采用了BET、XRD、TG-DTA、TPR、FTIR和微量量热吸附及异丙醇催化反应进行了研究。结果表明:以HT和HTLc为前体制备的混合氧化物,其比表面积较大、并随着钴含量的增加而降低。在HT中引入Co2+离子后,由于Co2+离子的氧化还原属性,削弱了水滑石层对阴离子的键合能力,从而使其热分解温度及热稳定性降低,导至焙烧后生成的混合氧化物的比表面积比不含钴的2Mg/Al混合氧化物的低。在TPR过程中,镁铝混合氧化物不被还原,而含钴的混合氧化物的还原是经由Co3+ → Co2+ → Co0的过程。混合氧化物表面含有酸性位和碱性位,并随着钴含量的变化而得到调变。含钴氧化物样品的表面以L酸为主和含有很少量的B酸。异丙醇催化反应生成丙酮的选择性最高,表明样品表面的氧化还原位是主要的,随着钴的加入及含量的增大,异丙醇催化反应的转化率也是增大的。  相似文献

研究了Pt/Al2O3和Pt/CeO2/Al2O3对甲烷部分氧化制合成气反应的催化活性,发现Pt/CeO2/Al2O3显示了更高的甲烷转化率和合成气选择性.用H2-TPR、H2-TPD、SEM-EDX和XRD等技术对催化剂进行了表征.CeO2和Pt相互作用促进Pt在催化剂表面的分散,抑制Pt在催化剂表面的迁移;降低了催化剂的燃烧活性,提高了催化剂的部分氧化活性和选择性,可避免因催化剂床层局部温度过高而导致催化剂活性下降或失活,提高了催化剂的稳定性.同时,CeO2通过促进水汽变换反应使反应体系迅速达到平衡,提高了催化剂对H2的选择性.  相似文献

蒸汽催化裂化(SCC)为煤焦油的提质提供了一种重要的方法。本研究以Al/Ce和Al/Zr共掺杂Fe2O3为催化剂研究了其在反应温度550 ℃、反应时间1 h下蒸汽催化裂化提质煤焦油的性能。催化剂表征显示掺杂的Fe2O3催化剂具有较小的晶粒粒径、较大的比表面积和孔体积。XPS表征表明,晶格氧是主要的活性氧物种,掺杂可以增加O-的浓度。催化蒸汽裂化结果表明,Al/Ce和Al/Zr共掺杂可以提高Fe2O3催化活性。轻焦油(沸点低于360 ℃)在FeAlZr1、FeAlZr2、FeAlCe1和FeAlCe2上的产率分别为63.2%、58.1%、60.2%和55.1%,高于Fe2O3上的产率49.7%。来自水蒸气解离和催化剂中的活性氧共同参与了煤焦油的改质。催化剂的比表面积和O-含量是决定蒸汽催化裂化性能的主要因素。  相似文献
