溶胶凝胶法合成聚酰亚胺二氧化钛杂化膜   总被引:13,自引:0,他引:13  
溶胶凝胶法制备了负载型聚酰亚胺 二氧化钛杂化膜 ,采用扫描电镜、红外光谱、TG DTA、压汞法和气体渗透性能测试装置对膜材料的表面形貌、表面结构、热性能、孔径分布和气体渗透性能进行了表征 .结果表明 ,杂化膜材料形成了有机相包裹无机相的交联结构 ;聚酰亚胺与二氧化钛粒子形成了新型键联结构 ;其热分解温度随二氧化钛含量的增加而降低 ,在 4 5 0℃以下热稳定性优于聚酰亚胺膜材料 ;平均孔径随二氧化钛含量增大而增大 ,孔径分布趋于弥散 ;N2 、H2 和CO2 在膜内渗透由Knudsen扩散控制 ,H2 O N2 分离因子均大于Knudsen扩散值 ,表现出良好的亲水性 .  相似文献

聚酰亚胺/SiO2杂化膜的制备、表征和气体渗透性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用溶胶凝胶法,在以TiO2为过渡层的硅藻土-莫来石陶瓷膜管基底上,制备了组分不同的聚酰亚胺/SiO2杂化膜。聚酰亚胺是利用4,4′-六氟亚异丙基邻苯二甲酸酐、2,4,6-三甲基-1,3-苯二胺和3,5-二氨基苯甲酸在溶液中进行亚胺化完成的。采用FT-IR、TG/DTA、DSC、SEM、BET和气体渗透测定对膜进行了表征和测试。结果表明,聚酰亚胺通过支链上的羧酸基和SiO2相键连织构成了具有规则孔道的空间网状结构,并且随着SiO2含量的增加孔径逐渐减小;杂化膜具有较高的热稳定性和有机无机兼容性;相对于聚酰亚胺膜,杂化膜对H2、CO2和H2O与N2相比较具有较高的分离性,SiO2含量为25(wt)%的杂化膜对H2/N2、CO2/N2和H2O/N2的分离因子分别达到55.9、31.1和42.8。  相似文献

 以硅藻土-莫来石陶瓷膜管为支撑体,以SiO2膜为过渡层,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了负载型聚酰亚胺-ZrO2杂化膜(PI-ZrO2/SiO2/K-M),并采用TG-DTA,IR,BET,SEM,渗透测定和微反技术对杂化膜进行了表征和测试. 结果表明,杂化膜的成膜状况良好,厚度约为1.2 μm,平均孔径约为3 nm; 杂化膜的N2渗透通量大于1.5 μmol/(m2·Pa·s),对丙烯/丙烷的分离因子可达1.5. 以Pd-Cu/MoSiO为催化剂,以PI-ZrO2/SiO2/K-M膜管为反应器,在400 ℃下CO2氧化丙烷脱氢制丙烯反应的转化率可达11.5%,丙烯选择性为95.7%,明显高于同温度下的常规催化反应.  相似文献

 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了两类具有不同二氧化硅含量的聚酰亚胺-二氧化硅(PI-SiO2)杂化膜,并用SEM,IR,TG-DTA,氮吸附和气体渗透性能测试等手段对该膜材料的表面形貌、结构、热性能、孔径分布和气体渗透性能进行了表征.结果表明,PI-SiO2膜材料中SiO2粒子的分散良好,与有机相之间存在着分相和键联;膜材料的玻璃化温度θg均随SiO2含量的增加而升高.相比之下,在酸性条件下制备的T系列杂化膜比在碱性条件下合成的S系列杂化膜对θg的影响更大一些;杂化膜具有较好的气体渗透性能和亲水性能,其H2O/N2和H2O/CH4的分离系数远大于努森扩散的理论值.  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶法制备了硅藻莫来石负载的SiO2(SiO2KM)负载的聚酰亚胺二氧化硅银杂化膜,采用IR、TGA、SEM、XRD、氮吸附、气体渗透性能测量等方法对膜的性能进行了表征.银的加入使杂化溶胶的粘度增大,膜孔径增大,孔径分布弥散;二氧化硅在杂化膜中以无定型存在,银以氯化银的形式存在;Ag+和聚酰亚胺中的氮以配位键络合在一起,丙烯通过双键吸附在Ag+上;杂化膜热稳定性随二氧化硅的加入而增加,随银的加入而降低.丙烯丙烷在杂化膜上的分离因子为3.54~4.1,银的加入对丙烯的传输有明显的促进作用.  相似文献

将4,4'-六氟亚异丙基-邻苯二甲酸酐(6FDA)和1,3-苯二胺(mPDA)与二端氨基聚醚缩聚, 得到含有聚醚柔性链段的聚酰亚胺气体分离膜材料. 所合成的共聚聚酰亚胺在N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)和四氢呋喃(THF)等有机溶剂中具有良好的溶解性能. 研究了O2, N2, H2, CH4和CO2在聚酰亚胺均质膜中的渗透性能, 考察了二端氨基聚醚的含量、链长和化学结构对气体渗透性能的影响. 结果表明, 聚醚链段的引入增大了气体的扩散系数, 气体的渗透系数显著增大; 聚醚链段与CO2相对较强的相互作用, 增大了对CO2/N2的溶解选择性, CO2/N2的分离性能优于CO2/CH4, 同时CO2比H2优先透过膜.  相似文献

采用苯基三乙氧基硅烷(PTES)和1,2-双(三乙氧基硅基)乙烷(BTESE)为前驱体, 通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了苯基修饰的有机-无机杂化SiO2 膜材料. 通过N2吸附、视频光学接触角测量、热重分析和红外光谱对膜材料的孔结构和疏水性能进行了表征, 并深入研究了膜材料的氢气渗透和分离性能. 结果表明, 修饰后的膜材料具有微孔结构, 孔径集中分布在0.4~0.6 nm. 在温度为40 ℃, 湿度为70%~80%的水热环境下陈化30 d后, 膜材料仍保持微孔结构. 苯基修饰后膜材料具有疏水性, 当n(PTES)/n(BTESE)=0.6时, 膜材料对水的接触角达到(125±0.4)°. 氢气在膜材料中的输运遵循活化扩散机理, 300 ℃时, 膜材料的H2渗透率达到8.71×10-7mol·m-2·Pa-1·s-1, H2/CO2的理想分离系数达到5.53.  相似文献

采用1,2-双(三乙氧基硅基)乙烷(BTESE)和十三氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷(PFOTES)为前驱体,在酸性条件下通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了十三氟辛基修饰的有机-无机杂化SiO2膜材料。利用接触角测量、红外光谱、动态光散射和N2吸附等测试技术分别对膜材料的疏水性、溶胶粒径和孔结构进行表征,并深入研究有支撑膜材料的氢气渗透、分离性能以及长期水热稳定性。结果表明,十三氟辛基修饰后的膜材料由亲水性变成了疏水性,当nPFOTES/nBTESE=0.6时膜材料对水的接触角达到(110.4±0.4)°,膜材料还保持微孔结构,孔径分布在0.5~0.8 nm。氢气在修饰后的膜材料中的输运遵循微孔扩散机理,在300℃时,氢气的渗透率达到8.5×10-7mol·m-2·s-1·Pa-1,H2/CO2,H2/CO和H2/SF6的理想分离系数分别为5.49,5.90和18.36,均高于相应的Knudsen扩散分离因子。在250℃且水蒸气物质的量分数为5%水热环境下陈化250 h,氢气渗透率和H2/CO2的理想分离系数基本保持不变,膜材料具有良好的水热稳定性。  相似文献

采用H2SO4/HNO3混酸处理得到不同氧化程度的多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT-COOH),再通过与4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)的预聚和扩链反应构建碳纳米管/聚氨酯(MWCNT-COOH/PU)杂化膜。利用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、拉曼光谱(Raman)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等分析表征多壁碳纳米管结构;探讨了多壁碳纳米管氧化程度和填充量对MWCNTCOOH/PU杂化膜的形貌和CO2、N2渗透性能的影响。结果表明,混酸处理后的多壁碳纳米管带有一定的含氧基团,并随氧化程度的提高,多壁碳纳米管的拉曼光谱G峰和D峰的强度之比(ID/IG)有所增大;氧化程度对多壁碳纳米管在溶剂和杂化膜中的分散性有较大影响,氧化程度越高,分散性越好;杂化膜的CO2、N2渗透性及CO2/N2渗透选择性随多壁碳纳米管氧化程度的增加有所增大,而随多壁碳纳米管填充量的增加表现出先增大后减小的趋势,当氧化程度较高的多壁碳纳米管(H-MWCNT-COOH)填充量为1.0wt%时,H-MWCNT-COOH/PU杂化膜的CO2渗透系数为67.8 Barrer,CO2/N2渗透选择性可达45,表明适量填充MWCNT-COOH能显著提高MWCNT/PU杂化膜的CO2渗透性及CO2/N2的渗透选择性。  相似文献

采用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和Co(NO3)2.6H2O为前驱体通过溶胶-凝胶法制备掺钴微孔二氧化硅膜,研究钴在二氧化硅膜材料中的存在状态、膜材料孔结构以及膜材料的气体渗透和分离性能。结果表明钴元素以Si-O-Co的形式存在于SiO2骨架之中,掺杂Co 10%的微孔SiO2膜具有典型的微孔结构,其孔体积为0.119 cm3·g-1,平均孔径在0.52 nm左右且孔径主要分布在0.4~0.55 nm之间。氢气在膜材料中的输运低温下遵循Knudsen扩散机理,高于100℃时遵循活化扩散机理,300℃时膜材料的H2渗透率达到6.41×10-7 mol.m-2.s-1.Pa-1,H2/CO2分离系数达到6.61,高于Knudsen扩散的理想分离系数。  相似文献

非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. Two vanilloids, (5E)-8-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)oct-5-en-4-one (1) and 4-[3-hydroxydecyl]-2-methoxyphenol (2), isolated from the dried seeds of Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta), were synthesized; the latter compound was made as the S-enantiomer and the material derived from the seeds was found to be a 1:1.7 mixture of the R and S isomers. The synthetic route used should allow the preparation of analogs having extended alkyl chains and consequently different lipophilicity, and 3, a homolog of 2, was also prepared.  相似文献

Cotton cellulose was swollen in a sodium hydroxide solution and carboxymethylated by a two-bath method for different periods of time for each process. The kinetics of acid hydrolysis and the crystallinity of the swollen and carboxymethylated samples were measured. The proportion of broken bonds, rate constants for hydrolysis, and permeability of cellulose to hydrolyzing agents were calculated. The susceptibility of glycosidic linkages to acid hydrolysis was improved by carboxymethylation more than by swelling in alkali. The increased accessibility of carboxymethylcellulose to acid was regarded as a consequence of increased intra-and intercrystalline swelling and of the glycosidic bonds' weakness caused by the electron-attracting carboxymethyl group on the C-6 position.  相似文献

Main hydration products of two cement pastes, i.e. CSH-gel, portlandite (P) (and specific surface S) were studied by static heating, and by SEM, TEM and XRD, as a function of cement strength (C-33 and C-43) hydration time (th) and subsequent hydration in water vapour.Total change in mass on hydration and air drying, Mo, increased with strength of cement paste and with hydration time. Content of water escaping at 110 to 220°C, defined as water bound with low energy, mainly interlayer and hydrate water, was independent on cement strength but its content increased with (th). Content of chemically bound (zeolitic) water in CSH-gel, escaping at 220-400°C, was slightly dependent on strength and increased with (th). It was possibly derived from the dehydroxylation of CSH-gel and AFm phase. Portlandite water, escaping at 400-500°C, was independent on cement strength and was higher on longer hydration. Large P crystals were formed in the weaker cement paste C-33. Smaller crystals were formed in C-43 but they increased with (th). Carbonate formated on contact with air (calcite, vaterite and aragonite), decomposed in cement at 600-700oC. It was high in pastes C-33(1 month) and C-43(1 month), i.e. 5.7 and 3.3%, respectively; it was less than 1% after 6 hydration months (low sensitivity to carbonation) in agreement with the XRD study showing carbonates in the air dry paste (1month), and its absence on prolonged hydration (6 months) and on acetone treatment. Water vapour treatment of (6 months) pastes or wetting-drying increased this sensitivity.Nanosized P-crystals, detected by TEM, could contribute to the cement strength; carbonate was observed on the rims of gel clusters.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

The aim of the presented work was the investigation of thermal oxidation of ilmenite in static air atmosphere. The investigations were carried out by use of a derivatograph (MOM, Hungary). The changes of crystallographic structure of investigated samples were identified by X-ray diffractometry on Philips PW-1710 diffractometer. In temperature above 500°C appears structure of hematite Fe2O3. On the basis of the thermogravimetric measurements, the contracting area and contracting volume models were found as the best fitting experimental data. Cyclopropyl derivative of 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol is synthesized as a probe to investigate the mechanism of base-catalyzed autooxidation of phenol derivatives. Our study indicates that one electron reduction of molecular oxygen from phenolate gives phenoxyl radical 3, a key intermediate of autooxidation. The coupling of phenoxyl radical and superoxide radical gives peroxylate anion 4 and produces the final epoxy alcohol adduct 6.  相似文献
