FeCl3催化乙酰丙酮的炔丙基化反应

FeCl3,催化炔丙醇与乙酰丙酮在1,2-二氯乙烷中发生亲电加成反应得炔丙基化产物--3-炔丙基-2,4-戊二酮,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR和MS表征.于90℃反应8 h,产率80.9%-94.2%.     

Pd/C催化氧气对1,3-二羰基化合物的α-位氧化

以碳酸钾作碱,DMF作溶剂,5%Pd/C催化1,3-二羰基化合物在室温下与氧气反应,直接得到α-羟基化合物,其结构经NMR和MS表征.     

1,3-交替构象杯[4]芳烃-香豆素衍生物的合成

以对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃为原料,通过醚化、原位硝化、还原、缩合四步反应合成了三个新型的具有1,3-交替构象的杯芳烃-香豆素衍生物,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR和MS表征.     

新型含芴基的富勒烯衍生物的合成

以2,7-二溴芴酮为起始原料,经Suzuki偶合、腙化和1,3-偶极环反应合成了3种新型的含芴基的富勒烯衍生物,其结构经UV-Vis,1H NMR,13C NMR,FT-IR和MALDI-TOF-MS表征。     

新型N^C^N三齿配体1,3-二(2′-嘧啶基)-5-甲氧基苯的合成

以1,1,3,3-四甲氧基丙烷为起始原料,经Stille偶联等五步反应合成了新型N^C^N三齿配体——1,3-二(2′-嘧啶基)-5-甲氧基苯,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和EI-MS表征.     

1,3-二噁烷环的双磺酸盐表面活性剂的微波合成

在微波辐射下, 以磷钨酸为催化剂, N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂, 将2,2-二羟甲基-1,3-丙二醇与醛缩合合成了单缩醛, 然后与氢化钠和1,3-丙磺内酯反应得到含1,3-二噁烷环的双磺酸盐表面活性剂. 产物经过元素分析、IR和¹H NMR表征.     

新型氟代缺联吡啶环蕃的合成

以1,3-二溴甲基-5-氟苯为原料,在低温条件下利用模板效应制得"联吡啶环蕃化合物"(1);1经过连续萃取及离子交换合成了新型氟代缺电子联吡啶环蕃单体——环蕃F-CPQT,收率7.6%,其结构经1H NMR和13C NMR表征。     

5-氨基-1,3-二氢-1,3-二氧-异吲哚-2-丙酸类衍生物的合成及抗血管生成活性研究

根据RGD序列肽的构效关系, 设计并合成了一系列以5-氨基-1,3-二氢-1,3-二氧-异吲哚-2-丙酸为分子骨架的新化合物. 其中间体和目标物的化学结构经¹H NMR, MS和元素分析确证. 体外初步生物活性筛选结果表明, 目标物在10^－5 mol/L浓度下对bFGF诱导的鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜新生血管生成有显著抑制活性.     

区域选择性合成三芳基取代的含氟吡唑

本文报道了碱促进下的三氟甲基取代炔与原位生成的腈亚胺的[1,3]-偶极环加成反应。该反应具有操作简单、条件温和、官能团兼容性好的特点,能以良好的产率和优异的区域选择性得到含有三氟甲基取代的吡唑杂环化合物。目标产物结构均经过1H NMR、13C NMR、19F NMR、HRMS等确证。该反应有望在生物活性分子合成中得到应用。     

1,4-二取代-1,2,3-三唑衍生物的合成

在超声波辐射下,端基炔与叠氮基(3,3-二甲基-2,4-二氧戊环基)甲烷通过1,3-偶极环加成合成了1-(3,3-二甲基-2,4-二氧戊环基甲基)-4-芳基-1,2,3-三唑(5);5在酸性条件下脱保护得1-(2,3-二羟基丙基)-4-芳基-1,2,3-三唑,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,MS和元素分析表征。     

利用手持技术改进测定乙醇分子结构实验

利用压强传感器代替排水集气法,改进测定乙醇分子结构实验的仪器装置,并探索最佳反应条件。另外,设计两个空白实验,结合压强变化曲线对实验误差进行相关讨论。     

Neutral diterpenoids of oleoresins of five species of conifers of Transcarpathia

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. The results obtained are necessary for the chemotaxonomy of conifers of the family Pinceae.Novosibirsk Institute of Organic Chemistry, Siberian Branch, Academy of Sciences of the USSR. 非那雄胺合成工艺改进

非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。     

Calculation of enthalpies of hydrogenation of hydrocarbons

Sets of hydrogen molecule equivalents have been developed which permit the calculation of hydrogenation of different types of carbon-carbon bonds from ab initio total energies (3-21G and 6-31G* basis sets, and, to a more limited extent, for MP2/6-31G* data) of reactants and products. The calculated enthalpies of hydrogenation are in good agreement with experiment for unstrained molecules, with average errors on the order of 2 kcal/mol. The 6-31G* equivalents allow the enthalpies for strained molecules to be calculated accurately, but the 3-21G equivalents do not. The equivalents for both basis sets have been tested by calculating the enthalpies of hydrogenation of carbon-carbon bonds in nitrogen- and oxygen-containing organic molecules, free radicals, and classical carbocations. The results are in good agreement with experiment in most cases.

Influence of viscosity of medium on processes of oxygen quenching of excited states of mesoporphyrin

The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles.
