通过α-卤代芳基乙酮和5-[(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)甲基]-4-苯基-2H-1,2,4-三唑-3(4H)-硫酮反应, 合成了11个新的2-{5-[(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)甲基]-4-苯基-4H-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫基}-1-芳基乙酮类化合物. 其结构经元素分析, IR, 1H NMR等确证, 并用X射线单晶衍射测定了化合物6f的晶体结构. 生物活性测试结果表明, 部分化合物具有一定的杀菌活性. 相似文献

合成了三种长链多芳环多胺基客体, 它们分别由三种醛基吡啶异构体与4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷形成的Schiff碱还原而成, 并得到1H NMR以及质谱分析方法表征证实. 以核磁共振技术、紫外吸收光谱分析方法以及滴定1H NMR方法为研究手段, 对瓜环(cucurbit[n]urils, n=6~8)分别与三种4,4'-二[N-(吡啶甲基)氨基]二苯甲烷盐酸盐相互作用进行了考察. 实验结果表明, 六元瓜环与三种4,4'-二[N-(吡啶甲基)氨基]二苯甲烷盐酸盐相互作用均形成物质的量之比为2∶1的哑铃型包结配合物; 八元瓜环与三种N,N'-二(N-(吡啶甲基)二苯甲烷盐酸盐相互作用形成以类轮烷结构为主的包结配合物; 七元瓜环与三种N,N'-二(N-(吡啶甲基)二苯甲烷盐酸盐相互作用存在多种模式的竞争. 相似文献

N-{2-氯-5-[3-甲基-2,6-二氧-4-三氟甲基-2,3-二氢嘧啶-1(6H)-基]苯基}酰胺类化合物的合成及除草活性 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
为了寻找高效、安全的除草活性化合物, 合成了12个全新的N-{2-氯-5-[3-甲基-2,6-二氧-4-三氟甲基-2,3-二氢嘧啶-1(6H)-基]苯基}酰胺类化合物, 其化学结构经IR, 1H NMR, LC/MS和元素分析确证. 初步生物活性测定结果表明, 该类化合物具有一定的除草活性, 如7a, 7b, 7c, 7g, 7h, 7i, 7k和7l在有效成分75 g/hm2剂量下, 茎叶处理对苘麻(Abutilon theophrasti)、刺苋(Amaranthus spinosus)等阔叶杂草具有良好的除草活性, 其抑制率达100%. 相似文献

在水热条件下利用H2btpa配体合成了2个镧系金属配合物{[Ln(btpa)(H2O)(OH)]·bpy}n(Ln=Tb(1),Pr(2),H2btpa=5-(3',4'-二(四唑-5'-基)苯氧基)间苯二甲酸,bpy=4,4'-联吡啶),并用元素分析、红外光谱、X射线粉末衍射、X射线单晶衍射对其进行了表征。配合物1和2中,双核镧系金属单元通过btpa2-配体以μ4:η1,η2,η1,η2的配位模式连接,形成二维网状结构,客体分子4,4'-联吡啶通过分子间的氢键作用存在于结构中。相邻的二维网通过氢键的识别作用以锁链形式拓展为三维超分子结构。室温下配合物1呈现出TbⅢ的特征荧光发射峰。 相似文献

4,4'-联吡啶与二苄基二硫代氨基甲酸镉配合物[Cd(DBTC)2]2 (1)反应得到加合物[Cd(DBTC)2(4,4'-bipy)] (2) (DBTC=N,N-二苄基二硫代氨基甲酸), 通过晶体结构分析及红外光谱等研究其结构与性质. 结果表明: 引入小分子配体会破坏[Cd(DBTC)2]2 (1)的二聚结构, 加入吡啶则得到单核的吡啶加合物[Cd(DBTC)2py] (3), 而引入4,4'-联吡啶后其结构变为新型的一维链状结构的配位聚合物2, 这种结构在二硫代氨基甲酸金属配合物中少见报道. 也比较了不同配体如吡啶及4,4'-联吡啶对Cd(II)及Zn(II)配合物结构的影响. 相似文献

The synthesis of novel 1-{[2-(phenoxy)ethoxy]methyl}uracil derivatives with different substituents in positions and 6 of the pyrimidine ring has been carried out. It has been shown that the alkylation of trimethylsilyl derivatives of uracil with 2-(4-chlorophenoxy)- and 2-(4-methylphenoxy)ethoxymethyl chloride under Hilbert-Johnson reaction conditions gives N(1)-substitution products. It was found that the 1-{ [2-(phenoxy)ethoxy]methyl}uracil derivatives show viral inhibition properties relative to human immunodeficiency type 1 virus in vitro. The most active compounds are 5-bromo-6-methyluracil derivatives which suppress viral reproduction by 50% at 7.2 and 7.8 micromolar concentrations.__________Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 5, pp. 726–731, May, 2005. 相似文献

Base-catalyzed reaction of 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde with 2-{[2-(vinyloxy)ethoxy]methyl}oxirane gave 2-{2-hydroxy-3-[2-(vinyloxy)ethoxy]propoxy}benzaldehyde in 42% yield, and subsequent condensations of the product with thiosemicarbazide and primary aliphatic amines afforded the corresponding thiosemicarbazone (yield 86%) and 1-{2-[(alkylimino)methyl]phenoxy}-3-[2-(vinyloxy)ethoxy]propan-2-ols (74–81%). 相似文献

Reactions of 2-{[2-(ethenyloxy)ethoxy]methyl}oxirane with N-unsubstituted oxazolidin-2-ones give mixtures of isomeric 3-{3-[2-(ethenyloxy)ethoxy]-2-hydroxypropyl}- and 5-{[2-(ethenyloxy)ethoxy]- methyl}-3-(2-hydroxyalkyl)oxazolidin-2-ones. Three-component condensation of methyl {4-[(2E)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)prop-2-enoyl]phenyl}- carbamate with ninhydrin and L-proline in methanol–water (10: 1) afforded methyl {4-[1,3-dioxo-1′- (4-methoxyphenyl)-1,1′,2′,3,5′,6′,7′,7a′-octahydrospiro[indene-2,3′-pyrrolizin]-2′-ylcarbonyl]phenyl}carbamate. Heating of methyl {4-[(2E)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)prop-2-enoyl]phenyl}carbamate with isatin and benzylamine in methanol gave methyl {4-[4′-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-oxo-5′-phenyl-1,2-dihydrospiro[indole-3,2′-pyrrolidin]-3′-ylcarbonyl]phenyl}carbamate. The condensation of methyl {4-[(2E)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)prop-2- enoyl]phenyl}carbamate with sarcosine and 11H-indeno[1,2-b]quinoxalin-11-one generated in situ from ninhydrin and o-phenylenediamine in boiling ethanol led to the formation of methyl {4-[4′-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1′-methyl-11,11a-dihydro-5aH-spiro[benzo[b]phenazine-6,2′-pyrrolidin]-3′-ylcarbonyl]phenyl}carbamate. 相似文献

The oxidation of methyl (4-acetylphenyl)carbamate with selenium dioxide in dioxane–water (30: 1) gave methyl [4-(oxoacetyl)phenyl]carbamate whose condensation with ethyl acetoacetate or diethyl malonate and hydrazine hydrate afforded ethyl 3-methyl-6-[4-(methoxycarbonylamino)phenyl]pyridazine-4-carboxylate and methyl {4-[5-(hydrazinecarbonyl)-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridazin-3-yl]phenyl}carbamate, respectively. The reaction of methyl [4-(oxoacetyl)phenyl]carbamate with o-phenylenediamine in dimethylformamide–ethanol on heating led to the formation of methyl [4-(quinoxalin-2-yl)phenyl]carbamate. Methyl {4-(5,7-dioxo- 4,4a,5,6,7,8-hexahydropyrimido[4,5-c]pyridazin-3-yl)phenyl}carbamate and methyl {4-(5-oxo-7-sulfanylidene- 4,4a,5,6,7,8-hexahydropyrimido[4,5-c]pyridazin-3-yl)phenyl}carbamate were synthesized by reactions of methyl [4-(oxoacetyl)phenyl]carbamate with barbituric and thiobarbituric acids, respectively, and hydrazine hydrate in the presence of zirconyl chloride octahydrate at room temperature. 相似文献

Syntheses and characterization of oxo-centered triruthenium compounds with orthometalated bipyridine
Reaction of oxo-centered triruthenium precursor compound [Ru3O(OAc)6(py)2(CH3OH)](PF6) (1) with 1.3 equiv of bipyridine ligand at ambient temperature gave oxo-centered triruthenium derivatives [Ru3O(OAc)5{micro-eta1(C),eta2(N,N)bipyridine}(py)2](PF6) (bipyridine = 4,4'-dibutyl-2,2'-bipyridine (dbbpy) (2),4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine (dmbpy) (3), 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) (4), 5,5'-dibromo-2,2'-bipyridine (Br2bpy) (5), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) (6)). Formation of compounds 2-6 involved substitution of the axial methanol and one of bridging acetates in the precursor compound 1 by an orthometalated bipyridine. Reduction of 2 and 4 by addition of excess hydrazine gave one-electron-reduced neutral products Ru3O(OAc)5(py)2{micro-eta1 (C),eta2(N,N)-bipyridine} (bipyridine = dbbpy (2a), bpy (4a)). As established in the structure of 3 by X-ray crystallography, the orthometalated 2,2'-bipyridine adopts a micro-eta1(C),eta2(N,N) bonding mode. In the 1H NMR spectra of 2-6, the protons of acetate, pyridine, and bipyridine show obvious paramagnetic shifts. Tentative assignments of these proton signals were carried out. Absorption spectra of the bipyridine triruthenium derivatives show characteristic intracluster charge transfer (IC) transitions in the visible to near-infrared region (600-1000 nm) and cluster-to-ligand charge transfer (CLCT) transitions at 320-450 nm. By comparison of the redox data for 2-6, it is concluded that introducing electron-donating substituents to the bipyridine favors stabilizing the [RuIII3]+ and [RuIII2RuII]0 states against disproportionation. 相似文献

A group of new amphiphilic poly(phenylacetylene)s bearing polar oligo(ethylene oxide) pendants, poly{4‐[2‐(2‐hydroxyethoxy)ethoxy]phenylacetylene} ( 1 ), poly(4‐{2‐[2‐(2‐hydroxyethoxy)‐ethoxy]ethoxy}phenylacetylene) ( 2p ), poly(3‐{2‐[2‐(2‐hydroxyethoxy)ethoxy]ethoxy}phenylacetylene) ( 2m ), poly(4‐{2‐[2‐(2‐methanesulfonyloxyethoxy)ethoxy]ethoxy}phenylacetylene) ( 3 ), poly(4‐{2‐[2‐(p‐toluenesulfonyloxyethoxy)ethoxy]ethoxy}phenylacetylene) ( 4 ), poly(4‐{2‐[2‐(2‐trimethylsilyloxy‐ethoxy)ethoxy] ethoxy}phenylacetylene) ( 5 ), and poly(4‐{2‐[2‐(2‐chloroethoxy)ethoxy]ethoxy}phenylacetylene) ( 6 ), were synthesized with organorhodium complexes as the polymerization catalysts. The structures and properties of the polymers were characterized with IR, UV, NMR, and thermogravimetric analysis. 1 , 2p , and 2m , the three polymers containing pendants with hydroxyl groups, were oligomeric or insoluble. The organorhodium complexes worked well for the polymerization of the monomers without hydroxyl groups, giving soluble polymers 3 – 6 with a weight‐average molecular weight up to ~160 × 103 and a yield up to 99%.
