以丙烯酸丁酯,苯乙烯,丙烯酸及甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯共聚合成了具有羟基和羧基侧基的丙烯酸共聚物,再用甲苯二异氰酸酯与甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯的半加成物对上述丙烯酸树脂进行接枝改性,经胺中和后,水性化,可得较为稳定的自乳化光敏树脂水分散体系。  相似文献

在初步发现Fe_3O_4对丙烯酸系强碱阴离子交换树脂结构和吸附性能影响的基础上,本研究发现了Fe_3O_4含量和树脂含水率之间的线性关系。围绕目前环境中PPCPs类污染物的去除,使用了布洛芬作为模型吸附质,考察了不同Fe_3O_4含量的丙烯酸系强碱阴离子交换树脂对布洛芬的吸附行为。结果表明,Fe_3O_4含量的增加,可显著提高该类树脂对布洛芬的吸附动力学,但对其吸附机制没有显著影响;酸性条件(pH4)下由于布洛芬呈电中性,难以发生离子交换作用,故不利于其在该类树脂上的吸附;共存的OH~-和Cl~-通过竞争作用极大降低了布洛芬在该类树脂上的吸附量而共存腐殖酸(10mg/L)不会对该类树脂的吸附产生显著影响;较高含量的Fe_3O_4有利于丙烯酸系强碱阴离子交换树脂对布洛芬的吸附。  相似文献

利用马来酸酐(MA)和丙烯酸(AA)对环氧大豆油进行双重改性,制得马来酸酐-丙烯酸改性环氧大豆油树脂(MA-AESO),从而在大豆油分子上引入更多的双键和极性基团.MA-AESO与苯乙烯(St)通过自由基共聚合可制得环境友好型泡沫塑料,其机械性能比单独用丙烯酸改性环氧大豆油树脂(AESO)基泡沫塑料有明显的提高,归因于分子链中较大量的双键和极性基团提高了泡沫塑料的交联密度,故而在含有较多植物油成分的情况下达到与传统石油基硬质不饱和聚酯泡沫塑料机械性能相当的目的.实验室模拟土埋实验证明,MA-AESO树脂基泡沫塑料因含有更多的可降解基团,其生物降解性优于AESO树脂基泡沫塑料.  相似文献

本文对丙烯酸系213阴离子交换树脂和目前常用的苯乙烯系201×7阴离子交换树脂进行抗有机物污染性能的对比研究,研究主要集中在树脂对水中有机物的吸附能力、水通过树脂后的有机物含量及污染后树脂的复苏解析能力这三个方面。结果表明,213树脂抗有机物污染性能较好。  相似文献

用稀溶液粘度法研究了氯化聚丙烯与石油树脂、丙烯酸树脂和醇酸树脂间的相容性,并用α判据对相容性结果进行判别。结果显示,石油树脂/氯化聚丙烯的共混体系是相容的;丙烯酸树脂/氯化聚丙烯的共混体系是不相容的。而醇酸树脂与氯化聚丙烯的相容性情况复杂,由二者的组成决定。当m(醇酸树脂)∶m(氯化聚丙烯)1∶1时,体系是相容的;当m(醇酸树脂)∶m(氯化聚丙烯)1∶1时,体系是不相容的。通过共溶剂法和涂膜宏观特性对上述体系的相容性进行测定,所得结果与α判据的结果相符合,印证了稀溶液粘度法研究溶液中高分子间的相互作用来预测涂料树脂的相容性具有一定可行性。  相似文献

离子交换树脂是一种用途很广的功能高分子材料。自1935年酚醛系离子交换树脂问世以来,已有半个世纪的历史。在此期间,离子交换树脂及其应用技术得到迅速发展。四十年代末,苯乙烯系离子交换树脂开始商品生产;五十年代丙烯酸系树脂在市场上出现;六十年代大孔离子交换树脂及大孔吸附树脂迅速发展;七十年代以来,特种树脂不断涌现,目前国际市场上已有百余种不同品种牌号的树脂。  相似文献

本文概述了苯乙烯系酰胺树脂的合成,并对它们吸附金的能力进行了比较。作者对苯乙烯系甲酰胺树脂的合成方法作了改进,同时对树脂的骨架结构做了新的设计。因此苯乙烯系甲酰胺树脂对金的吸附量从文献报导的124mg/g提高到288mg/g。树脂结构的变化是从聚合反应动力学和相分离实验得到证实和解释的。  相似文献

以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(FMA)、甲基丙烯酸聚二甲基硅氧烷基酯(SMA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯和丙烯酸乙酯为共聚单体,通过溶液聚合反应合成出侧链含有机氟、有机硅的丙烯酸树脂.通过核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、核磁共振氟谱(19F-NMR)、红外光谱(FTIR)对聚合物的结构进行了表征.通过扫描电镜(SEM)、接触角测试和生物评价等方法,探讨了FMA、SMA含量对树脂涂膜性能的影响.结果表明氟硅改性的丙烯酸树脂比单独含氟或含硅改性的丙烯酸树脂具有更低的表面能,而且氟硅改性的丙烯酸树脂涂膜比商业化的聚硅氧烷涂膜具有更好的防污性能.  相似文献

利用双层表面活性剂改性的Fe3O4磁流体为种子,通过乳液聚合法考察了苯乙烯或苯乙烯-丙烯酸对Fe3O4磁流体的包覆情况,并考察了丙烯酸浓度及加入时间对磁性微球表面羧基含量的影响.结果表明,丙烯酸的加入可以明显改善包覆效果,在反应进行2h后加入0.4mL的丙烯酸可以得到包覆效果好且表面羧基含量大的磁性微球.  相似文献

合成了稀土钐配合物Sm(OPri)β2,并与油墨用改性醇酸树脂等复配,考察不同β-二酮如α-噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮(HTTA)、二苯甲酰甲烷(HDBM)、乙酰丙酮(HAA)对油墨基质的荧光性能的影响。紫外光谱(UV)结果表明,掺杂稀土配合物后,217nm处的紫外吸收峰显著增强。荧光光谱(FS)表明,掺杂配合物Sm(OPri)(DBM)2或Sm(OPri)(AA)2,油墨基质主要呈现位于460nm附近醇酸树脂荧光发射峰;而掺杂Sm(OPri)(TTA)2配合物在365nm波长激发下,在562nm、598nm、644nm处发射较强的Sm3+离子4G5/2→6H5/2,4G5/2→6H7/2,4G5/2→6H9/2跃迁的特征荧光。  相似文献

In this study, the synthesis, characterization, and properties of a short oil length chain–stopped(rapid) alkyd resin is investigated. Gum rosin modified alkyd resin (RA-GR) was prepared using soybean oil, phthalic anhydride, glycerin and gum rosin acid. An alkyd modified with benzoic acid (RA-BA) was also prepared for comparison. FTIR analyses and GPC measurements of the alkyds were used for characterization. Other properties such as the viscosity, acid value, and solid content of the final resins were determined. Separately, the synthesized resins were used in paint formulations without any changes in other parameters such as filler, airdrying agents, solvents, etc. Paints were applied to metal and glass surfaces and the effect of gum rosin was investigated by looking at touch and hard drying times, adhesion to metals and gloss changes. Compared to the benzoic acid modified resin (RA-BA), gum rosin modified resin (RA-GR) exhibited remarkable positive effects on the paint with a better adhesion to the metals, and short drying times without any loses in the glosses.  相似文献

Waterborne alkyd resin coatings are ideal for use as corrosion protection coatings because of its high cost‐effective and environmental advantages. However, their uses are restricted to general applications due to their poor acid, water, and alkali resistance. In this work, waterborne alkyd hybrid resins modified with fluorinated acrylate‐siloxane were synthesized via a surfactant‐free miniemulsion polymerization process using maleic anhydride and silicon modified alkyd resin, dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate, methyl methacrylate, and butyl acrylate as monomers. And then, crosslinking alkyd resin films were prepared at room temperature using trimethylolpropane‐tris‐(βN‐azir‐idinyl) propionate (XR‐100) as the crosslinking agent. The acquired films had lower water absorption and higher water contact angles and had better mechanical/thermal properties, as well as good waterproof property. Most importantly, the electrochemical corrosion studies revealed that the cross‐linked coating exhibited superior corrosion resistance performance with an inhibition efficiency of 99.95% and a corrosion rate of 6.95 × 10?3 mm per year.  相似文献

不饱和聚酯树脂(简称UP-树脂)固化时体积收缩率高达7%~10%,限制了它的应用范围,七十年代以来,国外已开始生产低收缩不饱和聚酯树脂,并有不少这方面的专利,我国尚未见有关研究低收缩树脂的报道,我们考察了PS、PE、PVC、330聚醚及醇酸树脂的减收缩效果并用于191 UP-树脂,制成了无填料浇铸板及散状模塑料,测定了它们的体积收缩率、线收缩率以及力学和热学性能,发现PS、PE、PVC及330聚醚只宜做散状模塑料,而醇酸树脂则既可做散状模塑料又可做无填料浇铸板,性能均较好。  相似文献

The analysis of automotive coatings is important to forensic scientists, especially in the investigation of hit-and-run accidents. Amino resin paints, alkyd resin paints, and polyurethane paints are all popular automotive coatings. In this study, FTIR was employed to investigate these coatings, particular in amino resin paints. IR spectra were tentatively interpreted. The indicative peaks distinguishing amino resin paints (1550 cm?1) and alkyd resin paints (1600 cm?1/1580 cm?1) were summarized. Two kinds of alkyd resin paints (with the Pigment Scarlet Powder and with the Toluidine Red), which were frequently confronted in cases and might readily be read as amino resin paints in IR spectra, were studied and interpreted. The indicative peaks (1619 cm?1, 776 cm?1 and 1674 cm?1, 1494 cm?1) were selected to discriminate these two kinds of alkyd resin paints from amino resin paints and avoid an incorrect certificate of authenticity. The data in this study can help the forensic scientists identify these three paints accurately, especially in the cases with the interference of the pigments.  相似文献

The fatty acid composition of tobacco seed oil revealed that the oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, having linoleic acid (71.63%), oleic acid (13.46%) and palmitic acid (8.72%) as the most abundant unsaturated and saturated fatty acids respectively. So the tobacco oil was characterized as semi-drying type on the basis of fatty acid composition. The synthesis of alkyd resin was carried out by alcoholysis or monoglyceride process using an alkali refined tobacco seed oil, pentaerythritol, cis-1,2,3,6-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride along with lithium hydroxide as catalyst. The alkyd resin so prepared was found to be bright and of low color with high gloss. The drying and hardness properties and adhesion of the tobacco seed oil derived alkyd resin were also found a bit superior to those of other alkyd resins of the same oil length. In addition, the water and acid resistance of the said alkyd was also found comparable to the other alkyds.  相似文献
