Two new lanthanide coordination polymers [Ln(C 5 H 2 N 2 O 4)(H 2 O) 2 (C 2 O 4) 0.5 ] n nH 2 O (Ln=Ce III (1) or Pr III (2);C 5 H 2 N 2 O 4=imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylate anion;C 2 O 4=oxalate anion) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analyses and IR spectrum.Both compounds crystallize in monoclinic,space group P2 1 /c with a=7.5225(3),b=17.2416(6),c=8.6089(3),β=110.9610(10)°,V=1042.68(7)3,Z=4,C 6 H 8 N 2 O 9 Ce,M r=392.26,D c=2.499 g/cm 3,μ(MoKα)=4.414 mm 1,F(000)=752,the final R=0.0167 and wR=0.0412 for 1;a=7.4973(3),b=17.2113(8),c=8.5729(4),β=110.9440(10)°,V=1033.14(8)3,Z=4,C 6 H 8 N 2 O 9 Pr,M r=393.05,D c=2.527 g/cm 3,μ(MoKα)=4.764 mm 1,F(000)=756,the final R=0.0192 and wR=0.0455 for 2.X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that the lanthanide cations in compound 1 or 2 are linked by imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylate and in situ generated oxalate anions via Ln-O and Ln-N covalent bonds to form two-dimensional layered networks.The successful synthesis of compound 1 or 2 also indicates a crystallographic confirmation for the decomposition of curcumin to form oxalate anion under solvothermal conditions.  相似文献

Two new Schiff base benzoyl hydrazone compounds, C14H10FN3O3 (Ⅰ) and C14H10F2N2O (Ⅱ), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Both compounds crystallize in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 7.0514(14), b = 25.928(5), c = 7.7099(15), β = 111.823(2)°, V = 1308.6(4)3, Z = 4, C14H10FN3O3, Mr = 287.25, Dc = 1.458 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.115 mm-1, F(000) = 592, the final R = 0.0841 and wR = 0.2489 for 1901 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)) for I; a = 11.232(3), b =12.735(4), c = 8.612(2) , β = 90.869(3)°, V = 1231.7(6)3, Z = 4, C14H10F2N2O, Mr = 260.24, Dc = 1.403 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.111 mm-1, F(000) = 536, the final R = 0.0453 and wR = 0.1085 for 1317 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)) for Ⅱ. The antibacterial activities of both compounds against two bacteria were first studied and one compound showed considerable antibacterial activity against K. Pneumonia and S. aureus.  相似文献

The title compounds 4a~c were synthesized and characterized by IR,NMR and MS.The crystal structure of C16H13ClN4O2·HBr·H2O(I),the quaternary ammonium salt of 4c,was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.I crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1 with a = 8.3121(8),b = 9.3885(8),c = 13.2903(12),α = 106.788(2),β = 95.204(3),γ = 110.871(2)o,V = 905.81(14)3,Z = 2,C16H16BrClN4O3,Mr = 427.68,Dc = 1.568 g/cm3,F(000) = 432.00,μ = 2.446 mm-1,R = 0.0496 and wR = 0.127.X-ray analysis reveals that C(15) in the BrCH2COOH molecule binds to the N(1) of pyrimidine ring to form the quaternary ammonium salt.Two adjacent I molecules are connected by hydrogen bonds through carboxylate oxygen,water molecule and hydrobromic acid.  相似文献

A new compound [Zn3(C7NO4H3)3Cl4]·[C6NO2H6]4·4H2O (I) has been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography.It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2/c with a=16.9018(14),b=12.6902(10),c=25.1170(2),β=90.54°,V=5387.0(8)3,Z=4,Zn3C45H41Cl4N7O24,Mr=1401.76,Dc=1.728 g/cm3,F(000)=2840,μ(MoKa)=1.615 mm-1,the R= 0.0758 and wR=0.2060 for 3468 observed reflections (I 2σ(I)).Analysis of single-crystal X-ray diffraction data shows that compound I displays an interesting example of 3D supramolecular networks with perfect neutral and ionic hydrogen bonding array.  相似文献

The self-assembly of 5-bromoisophthalic acid (H2BIPA) with Tb(NO3)3·6H2O under hydrothermal conditions gives rise to a 3D coordination polymer, [Tb2(BIPA)3(CH3CH2OH)]n (1), which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 19.2591(17), b = 8.2537(7), c = 18.5663(17), β = 104.4720(10)°, V = 2857.6(4)3, C26H15Br3O13Tb2, Mr = 1092.95, Dc = 2.540 g/cm3, F(000) = 2040, μ = 9.173 mm-1 and Z = 4. The final R = 0.0324 and wR = 0.0767 for 5299 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Complex 1 displays an unusual three-dimensional (4,6)-connected network with (48.66.8)2(44.62)2(42.84) topology, which is different from [Tb(HBDC)(BDC)(H2O)4]·3.3H2O (BDC = isophthalate) because the -Br substituent of isophthalate results in different electronic effect and steric hindrance to change the coordination modes of carboxylate groups in the assembly process. Moreover, luminescent properties of 1 have also been investigated in the solid state.  相似文献

A metal-organic coordination compound formulated as [Cd(MDPPz)(BDC)(H2O)]n 1 (MDPPz=11-methyldipyrido[3,2-a:2',3'-c]phenazine,BDC=1,4-benzenedicarboxylate) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectrum,fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group C2/c,with a=30.673(8),b=9.623(3),c=20.784(6) ,β=98.646(3)o,V=6065(3)3,C27H17CdN4O5,Mr=589.85,Dc=1.292 g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=0.757 mm-1,F(000)=2360,Z=8,the final R=0.0381 and wR=0.0855 for 4191 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)). 1 exhibits blue fluorescence property at room temperature.  相似文献

The title complex,[Zn(ip)2(H2O)2][ZnCl4]·H2O·2DMF 1(ip=imidazo[4,5-f][1,10] phenanthroline),has been synthesized via the slow evaporation of concentrated reaction solution at room temperature.It was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Crystal data for C32H36Cl4N10O5Zn2:white prism,0.17mm×0.15mm×0.10mm,monoclinic,space group P2/c,a=11.928(8),b=9.868(6),c=16.520(11),β=104.879(12)°,V=1879(2)3,Z=2,Mr=913.25,Dc=1.614 g/cm3,F(000)=932,μ=1.616 mm-1,λ(MoKα)=0.71073,GOOF=1.045,R=0.0710 and wR=0.1755 for 3055 observed reflections with Ⅰ2σ(Ⅰ).X-ray diffraction study reveals that the title complex has an interesting 3D architecture via hydrogen bonding interactions and π-π interactions.The IR,TGA,XRD and luminescent properties of complex 1 were also studied.  相似文献

Monosulfuron is a novel sulfonylurea herbicide with ultra-low dosage invented and patented by Nankai University.Herein its sodium salt was firstly synthesized and crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method.The title compound belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1- with a = 7.306(6), b = 9.446(8), c = 11.872(10)(A), α= 76.578(14), β= 78.049(13), γ= 77.620(14)°, V = 767.7(11)(A)3, Mr = 377.32, Z = 2, Dc = 1.632 g/cm3,μ= 0.283 mm-1, F(000) = 388, R = 0.0444 and wR = 0.1186.In the title compound, Na(1) coordinates with O(4) and O(5) from one monosulfuron molecule, N(4A) and O(5A) from the other monosulfuron molecule and the oxygen atom from H2O to give five coordination bonds.The title complex is further linked into a three-dimensional structure through π…π interactions and intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the oxygen and nitrogen atoms.  相似文献

The title compound 12-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-7,8,9,10,11,12-hexahydrobenzo-[f]pyrimido[4,5-b]quinoline-9,11-dione DMF solvate 1(C24H20Cl2N4O3,Mr=483.34) was synthesized and crystallized.The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group P21/n with a=6.4798(16),b=20.595(5),c=16.723(4),β=95.267(7)o,Z=4,V=2222.3(9)3,Dc=1.445 g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=0.328 mm-1,F(000)=1000,the final R=0.0530 and wR=0.1388 for 3484 observed reflections(I2σ(I)).X-ray analysis reveals that the central 1,4-dihydropyridine ring is slightly distorted,adopting a half-chair conformation,which is obviously different from the boat conformations of other similar compounds.In addition,the classical hydrogen bonds of N(2)-H(2A)…O(2) are presented in the crystals,and link the adjacent molecules to form dimmers.Atom O(3) in the DMF solvent forms two hydrogen bonds of O(3)…H(1H)-N(1) and O(3)…H(3H)-N(3) with a pyrimidoquinoline moiety,forming an interesting half-chair-like conformation.The hydrogen bonds link the molecules to form dimmers,while intermolecular π-π interaction connects the above-mentioned dimmers to yield a one-dimensional structure.  相似文献

A supramolecular compound(H2en)2[Cu(en)2(H3O)2][Mo8O28](en=ethylenediamine) was hydrothermally prepared and confirmed by elemental analysis and TG analysis.Single-crystal X-ray analysis reveals that the crystal crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1 with a=9.4635(4),b=9.8645(5),c=10.9794(5),α=69.2050(10),β=72.3730(10),γ=78.4510(10)o,Mr=1559.55,V=908.24(7)3,Z=1,Dc=2.851 g/m3,F(000)=749,μ=3.350 mm-1,S=1.000,the final R=0.0217 and wR=0.0567.The compound consists of(H2en)2+,[Mo8O28]8-anion and [Cu(en)2(H3O)2]2+ cations and constructs a 3D supramolecular structure through hydrogen bonds between the nitrogen atoms from en of [Cu(en)2(H3O)2]4+ fragments and the terminal oxygen atoms from the [Mo8O28]8-polyoxoanions.The electrochemical behavior of this compound has been studied in detail based on a solid bulk modified carbon paste electrode of compound(CPE).  相似文献

The structure of a manganese(Ⅱ) polymer,[Mn(TP)(TBZH)]2n 1(TBZH=thiabendazole,TP=terephthalic acid),has been determined by X-ray crystallography and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectrum and thermogravimetric analysis.It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system,space group Pbcn with a=12.7813(12),b=10.7544(10),c=20.1270(19) ,V=2766.6(4)3,Z=8,C14H9Mn0.50N3O2S,Mr=310.77,Dc=1.492g/cm3,F(000)=1268,μ=0.674 mm-1 and S=1.064.The 1-D chain architecture of 1 is constructed from terephthalic acid and manganese atoms.Hydrogen bonds and aryl ring π-π stacking interactions in 1 contribute to form a 3-D supramo-lecular structure.  相似文献

Two new organic supramolecular cocrystal complexes C18H18O4·C10H8N2(I) and C18H18O4·C12H10N2(II)(C18H18O4 = 2,3,6,7-tetrahydroxyl-9,10-dimethyl-9,10-dihydro-9,10-ethanoanthracene(LH4), C10H8N2 = 4,4'-bipyridine(bpy) and C12H10N2 = 4,4'-bipyridinylethane(bpe)) have been obtained by mixing LH4 with corresponding bpy or bpe ligand. The two complexes have been determined by X-ray crystal structure analysis, elemental analysis and IR analysis. Compound I crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pnma with a = 9.7078(4), b = 22.4974(10), c = 20.6272(9) V = 4505.0(3)3, Mr = 454.51, Dc. = 1.340 g·cm-3, μ = 0.09 mm-1, F(000) = 1920, Z = 8, R = 0.0503 and wR = 0.1360. Compound II crystallizes in monoclinic C2/c with a = 29.944(6), b = 9.820(2), c = 22.643(5) , V = 5048.4(18)3, Mr = 480.54, Dc. = 1.265 g cm–3, μ = 0.084 mm–1, F(000) = 2032, Z = 8, R = 0.0548 and wR = 0.1600. X-ray single-crystal structure analysis shows that two-dimensional(2D) layer supramolecular structures are formed through hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions in the two complexes. IR analysis also indicates that there are only associated hydroxyl groups in the two complexes.  相似文献

Two coordination compounds with a flexible ligand N,N?-diacetic acid imidazolium(HDAM),{[Co(trans-DAM)(bipy)(H2O)2](OH)·4H2O}n 1 and {[Cd(trans-DAM)(bipy)(H2O)](NO3)?2H2O}n 2(bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine),were prepared and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P2/n with a = 7.589(6),b = 11.444(2),c = 12.894(3),β = 90.99(3)°,V = 1119.8(4)3,Z = 4,C8.5H14N2O5.5Co0.5,Mr = 261.68,Dc = 1.552 g/cm3,F(000) = 546,μ = 0.832 mm-1,the final R = 0.0657 and wR = 0.1958.Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic C2 space group with a = 17.479(4),b = 11.689(2),c = 11.670(2),β = 117.13(3)°,V = 2121.9(7)3,Z = 4,C17H21N5O10Cd,Mr = 567.79,Dc = 1.777 g/cm3,F(000) = 1144,μ = 1.096 mm-1,the final R = 0.0233 and wR = 0.0638.In 1,the Co(II) ions are linked by μ2-trans-DAM-and bipy ligands to build a 2D(4,4) rectangular grid layer,exhibiting a 4-connected sql net.As for 2,μ3-trans-DAM-and bipy bridge Cd(II) ions form a 2D double-layer,consisting of a couple of(4,4) grid layers,which can be viewed as a(3,4)-connected network.In both compounds,the 2D structures are stabilized by hydrogen bonding interactions to give 3D supramolecular frameworks.Additionally,FT-IR spectroscopy,UV-Visible spectroscopy,and the fluorescent properties are discussed.  相似文献

A new tetranuclear square compound (H3O)[Sm2Co2(CDTA)2(DMF)2 (μ4-O) (H2O)6]ClO4 was synthesized through the assembly reaction of Co2+ , Sm3+ and trans-1,2-cclohexylenedinitrilotetraacetic acid (H4CDTA) in aqueous solution. X-ray crystal structural analysis shows that the compound belongs to the monoclinic C2/c space group, with a=27.213(2), b=10.5574(9), c=19.4923(17),β=98.799(1)°, V=5534.1(8)3 , C34H65ClCo2N6O30Sm2 , Mr=1491.93, Dc=1.791g/cm-3 , F(000)=2984,=2.820 mm-1 and Z=4. In the compound, Co2+ is 7-coordianted while Sm3+ is 9-coordinated. With the help of a central O2- and 8 carboxylate oxygen atoms, two Co2+ and two Sm3+ ions are linked into a square with the side length of 3.45 . Magnetic property was investigated.  相似文献

Three lanthanum/4-sulfocalix[4]arene complexes,namely,H2[(H4CAS)La(H2O)7]2· H2[(H4CAS)La(H2O)7]2·2C2H5OH·12H2O(1),[H(H4CAS)La(H2O)5]·5H2O(2)and [(H4CAS)La-(H2O)4(NO3)La(H2O)5]·7H2O(3),have been synthesized at different pH conditions.Complex 1,which exhibits the structure of "molecular capsule" containing the guest of C2H5OH molecule,is formed at pH = 1.At pH = 2~3,a two-dimensional(2D)coordination polymer of 2 is formed.Further increase of the pH value to 5 leads to the three-dimensional(3D)coordination polymer of 3.Crystal data for 1:monoclinic,space group P21/n,a = 10.8743(16),b = 25.957(4),c = 15.863(2),β = 94.763(2)°,V = 4462.1(11)3,Mr = 1160.87,Z = 4,F(000)= 2376,R = 0.0370 and wR = 0.0936;Crystal data for 2:tetragonal,space group P4/n,a = 11.6593(16),c = 14.069(4),V = 1912.5(6)3,Mr = 1114.81,Z = 2,F(000)= 1136,R = 0.0849 and wR = 0.1906;and those for 3:triclinic,space group P1,a = 10.4588(16),b = 14.995(2),c = 16.699(3),α = 65.446(3),β = 83.487(3),γ = 73.305(3)°,V = 2281.6(6)3,Mr = 1367.76,Z = 2,F(000)= 1368,R = 0.0423 and wR = 0.1183.  相似文献

A novel two-dimensional coordination polymer [Ba2(phen)4(tp)2]n(phen=1,10-phenanthroline,tp=terephthalic acid) has been synthesized with tp as bridge ligands and structurally determined by X-ray crystallography.The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group C2/c,with a=18.877(4),b=18.489(4),c=15.658(3),β=103.61(3)o,V=5311.5(19)3,C32H20O4N4Ba,Mr=661.86,Z=8,F(000)=2624,μ=1.542mm-1,Dc=1.655 g/cm3,the final R= 0.0228 and wR=0.0554 for 6063 observed reflections(I2σ(I)).The structural analysis shows that each tp ligand bridges barium atoms to form a two-dimensional infinite layer.There are aromatic π-π stacking interactions between neighboring layers,and aromatic π-π interactions further extend such layers into a three-dimensional supramolecular framework.  相似文献

A lead(II) coordination polymer,{[Pb2(butca)(H2O)2](H2O)2}n (1),has been synthe-sized by the hydrothermal reaction of Pb(OH)2 and 1,2,3,4-butanetetracarboxylic acid (H4butca) at 160 °C.Single-crystal X-ray analyses reveal that it crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/c with a=7.616(5),b=7.584(4),c=12.314(7),β=105.595(12)o,V=685.0(7)3,Z=4,C8H14O12Pb2,Mr=716.57,Dc=3.474 g/cm3,μ=24.610 mm-1,F(000)=644,the final R=0.0381 and wR=0.1176 for 1465 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).The complex presents a 2D-layered structure featuring two different types of rings,and has a (4,36)topology based on Pb and butca4-nodes.In solid state,complex 1 shows photoluminescence with the maximum emission intensity at 468 nm under 286 nm excitation.  相似文献
