柴油溶剂中脂肪酶催化高酸值废油脂酯化制备生物柴油   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4  
采用0#柴油作为反应溶剂,利用固定化脂肪酶催化高酸值废油脂与甲醇酯化反应制备生物柴油。来源于Candida antarctica的固定化脂肪酶Novozym435在0#柴油溶剂中具有极高的催化活性。以酸价高达157×10-3的废油脂为原料,废油脂质量比10%的Novozym435,甲醇与废油脂初始摩尔比2∶1,0#柴油与废油脂质量比5∶1,摇床摇速170r/min,50℃下反应2h甲酯化率可达95.10%。0#柴油作为反应溶剂有效地溶解了高酸值废油脂和甲醇,降低了反应体系的黏度和消除了甲醇对Novozym435的负面影响,提高了Novozym435的稳定性。同时,0#柴油溶剂对未脱胶废油脂中残留的对脂肪酶有害的磷脂等胶类物质具有一定的稀释作用。该工艺省却了溶剂蒸馏的繁琐工序,直接得到脂肪酸甲酯和石化柴油的混合燃料。  相似文献

利用动理学理论研究量子等离子体中波的色散关系和电子朗道阻尼.从电子的量子流体动力学方程和动理学描述下的光子运动方程出发,研究量子效应对光子朗道阻尼的修正.研究发现量子效应只对纵波模式,即电子等离子体波的色散关系有修正,对横向电磁波的色散关系没有影响.量子效应减小了朗道阻尼,起着朗道增长的作用. 关键词: 量子等离子体 朗道阻尼 电子等离子体波 色散关系  相似文献

A novel compound N-phenethyl-4-hydroxy-4-phenyl piperidine hydrochloride (C19H24ClNO·H2O) has been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ^1H NMR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 8.6306(8), b = 11.0464(10), c = 19.3221(18)A^°, V = 1842.1(3)A^°^3, Z = 4, Dc =1.211 g/cm^3,μ = 0.217 mm^-1, Mr= 335.86, F(000) = 720, S = 0.973, R = 0.0420 and wR = 0.1009 for 3627 unique reflections with 3157 observed ones (I 〉 2σ(I)). In the crystal, the dihedral angles made by piperidine ring with two benzene rings are 84.8(6) and 62.5(7)°, respectively. Intermolecular O-H…O and O-H…Cl hydrogen bonds involving water molecules form chains along the b axis, which stabilizes the crystal structure. The preliminary bioactivity tests indicated that the title compound has good effect of cellular growth inhibition to K562 cells and potential bioactivity of anti-leukemia.  相似文献

In this paper, the propagation of x-ray bursts in the magnetoplasma of pulsar magnetosphere is discussed. The electromagnetic interaction between x-ray bursts and magnetoplasma is described as some geometry. The electromagnetic effects of surface superstrong magnetic field and dynamic effects of outflowing magnetoplasma of pulsars are treated as an optical metric. The Gordon metric is introduced to represent the gravitational metric and optical metric. So the propagation of x-ray bursts in magnetoplasma of pulsars can be described as x-ray bursts transmitting in an effective space characterized by Gordon metric. The modification of gravitational redshift, attributed to the flowing magnetoplasma of pulsars, is obtained and it is shown that the modification is of redshift and can reach the same magnitude as the gravitational redshift for ordinary pulsars.  相似文献

The title compounds,C9H13ClN6O2S 1 and C15H17ClN6O2S 2,were synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis,IR,1H NMR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Compound 1 is in the monoclinic system,space group P21/c with a=13.7711(5),b=10.3883(4),c=9.7623(2),V=1344.47(8)3,Dc=1.506 g/cm3,C9H13ClN6O2S,Mr=304.76,F(000)=632,μ=0.448 mm-1,Z=4,S=1.084,R=0.0497 and wR=0.1328 for 2640 unique reflections(Rint=0.0787) with 2089 observed ones(I2σ(I)).Compound 2 belongs to the monoclinic system,space group P21/n with a=8.3828(5),b=14.5285(7),c=14.2456(4),V=1729.74(14)3,Dc=1.462 g/cm3,C15H17ClN6O2S,Mr=380.86,F(000)=792,μ=0.364 mm-1,Z=4,S=1.057,R=0.0598 and wR=0.1582 for 3384 unique reflections(Rint=0.0469) with 2833 observed ones(I2σ(I)).Compounds 1 and 2 are homologues and stabilized by intermolecular and intramolecular hydrogen bonds.Moreover,compound 2 containing C(2)-H(2)…π(thiazole) interaction is more stable than 1.  相似文献
