The structure of a copper(Ⅱ) polymer, [Cu(IP)(TBZH)]2n 1 (TBZH = thiabendazole, IP = isophthalic acid), has been determined by X-ray crystallography and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum and thermogravimetric analysis. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 11.76, b = 10.41, c = 14.08A^°, β = 104.80°, V= 1666.0(3)A^°^3, Z = 4, Mr= 428.90, Dc= 1.710 g/cm^3, F(000) = 868,μ = 1.468 mm^-1 and S = 1.001. The 2-D layered gridding architecture of 1 is constructed from isophthalic acid and binuclear copper atoms. Hydrogen bonds and aryl ring π-π stacking interactions in 1 contribute to a supramolecular structure.  相似文献

The title compound, [Mn(4,4'-bpy)1.5(H2O)3](ClO4)·(4,4'-bpy)(L)·H2O(1), where L=2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid, was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a=2.929 9(6) nm, b=1.036 4(2) nm, c=8.222 0(1) nm, α=105.300(2)°, β=97.495(2)°, γ=91.118(2)°, V=1.884 0(4) nm3, Z=2, Mr=780.10, Dc=1.375 g·cm-3, μ=0.483 mm-1, F(000)=812, R=0.055 4, wR=0.135 2. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by three N atoms of three 4,4'-bipyridine ligands and three O atoms of water. By hydrothermal synthesis,a manganese(Ⅱ)tetracarboxylate [Mn(2,2'-bipyridi-ne)btec)o.5(H2O)]2n(H4btec=1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid)was obtained and characteri-zed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,IR,elemental analysis and thermogravimetrie analysis.It crystallizes in triclinic,space group P(1),with a=7.721(4),b=8.905(5),c=10.712(6)(A),α=80.899(8),β=70.371(8),γ=78.201(8)°,z=2,V=675.8(7)(A)3,Mr=354.20,Dc=1.741 g/cm3,μ=1.007mm-1,F(000)=360,S=0.956,(△/σ)max=0.000,the final R=0.0490 and wR=0.1262.This compound presents an infinite 1D polymer featuring a double-chain structure.The Mn(Ⅱ)ion is five-coordinated.The four carboxylate groups of btec4- are all deprotonated and coordinated to four Mn atoms in a monodentate fashion,forming a 1D double chain structure with a cavity.Such chains are interconnected by π-π stacking interactions into 2D layers which are further interlinked into a supramolecular structure by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers, namely {[Mn(HL_1)(phen)]·4H_2O}_n(1) and [Co_2(HL_2)_2(H_2O)_2]_n(2) have been constructed hydrothermally using H_3L_1 and H_3L_2(H_3L_1 = 2-(5-carboxypyridin-2-yl)terephthalic acid, H_3L_2 = 2-(4-carboxypyridin-3-yl)terephthalic acid), phen, MnCl_2×4H_2O and CoCl_2×6H_2O. The products were isolated as stable crystalline solids and were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental, thermogravimetric(TGA), powder(PXRD) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Compound 1 features a 3D framework structure, which was topologically classified as a trinodal 4,6,6-connected net with the unique topology defined by the point symbol of(3~(10).5.6~4)4(3~(10).6.7~4)2(5.6~2.8~2.9). Compound 2 possesses a 2D metal-organic layer, which was topologically classified as a binodal 4,4-connected layer defined by the point symbol of(4~3.6~2.8). The layers are further extended into a 3D supramolecular framework via hydrogen bonds. The magnetic properties for both compounds were also investigated, indicating antiferromagnetic interactions between the adjacent metal ions.  相似文献

A manganese(Ⅱ) complex (tataH)2[Mn(pydc)2]·4H2O (C20H28MnN14O12, Mr = 711.50, tata = 2,4,6-triamino-1,3,5-triazine, pydcH2 = pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 9.9847(3), b = 10.9813(3), c = 15.2616(5) (A), α =101.5310(10), β = 90.2610(10), γ = 116.4600(10)°, V = 1459.44(8) A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.619 g/cm3, μ = 0.539 mm-1, F(000) = 734, the final R = 0.0292 and wR = 0.0745. In the crystal the MnⅡ atom is six-coordinated by four carbonyl oxygen atoms and two pyridine nitrogen atoms from two tridentate H-bonded tetramer. The molecules are packed in a three-dimensional framework structure by the combination of O-H…O,N-H…O and N-H…N hydrogen bonds between (tataH) ,[Mn(pydc)2]2- and crystal water.  相似文献

The novel alkaline metal complex Ca(BPDCH)2(1, BPDCH2 = 2,2'-bipyridine-5,5'-dicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Ca(NO3)2·4H2O with 2,2'-bipyridine-5,5'-dicarboxylic acid. The molecular and crystal structures of complex 1 have firstly been characterized by FTIR, elemental analysis, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The 3D MOF structure of complex 1 was interpreted by the versatile binding modes-the intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions of 2,2'-bipyridine-5,5'-dicarboxylic acid ligand. The analysis results show complex 1 belongs to a coordination polymer with 3D MOF structure. The results of thermogravimetric analysis and solubility demonstrate complex 1 is a thermostable compound and does not dissolve in water and traditional organic solvents.  相似文献

The new compound 3-(2-pyridyl)-4-(p-methoxyphenyl)-5-(2-thienyl)-1,2,4-triazole L was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,MS,UV and photoluminescent spectra.The complex CoL2(NCS)2 was prepared by the reaction of ligand L with Co(SCN)2,and its structure was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,IR,UV,elemental analysis and MS.The complex crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/n with a=13.7639(19),b=7.6641(11),c=18.409(3),β=101.549(3)o,V = 1902.6(5) 3,Z=2,C38H28CoN10O2S4,Mr=843.87,Dc=1.473 g/cm3,μ=0.720 mm-1,S=1.075,F(000)=866.0,the final R=0.0825 and wR=0.2149 for 2566 observed reflections(I2σ(I)).In the crystal structure,the cobalt atom adopts a distorted octahedral environment with two NCS-ions in the axial positions and two bidentate chelating L ligands in the equatorial plane.The extended 2D network of the complex is formed by intermolecular C-H…N hydrogen bonds together with π-π stacking interactions.  相似文献

The coordination polymer [Mn_2(cipt)_2(aic)_2]_n(cipt = 2-(3-chlorophenyl)-1Himidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline, aic = 5-amino-isophthalic acid) has been obtained from hydrothermal reaction and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The title compound crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 11.523(3), b = 12.162(3), c = 18.706(5) ?, β = 81.789(5)o, V = 2455.2(1) ?3, C_(54)H_(32)Cl_2Mn_2N_(10)O_8, Mr = 1129.68, Z = 2, Dc = 1.528 g/cm3, μ = 0.692 mm-1, F(000) = 1148, R = 0.064 and wR = 0.145 for 9571 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). In this polymer, the Mn(Ⅱ) atoms adopt different coordination modes. The Mn(1) atom is five-coordinated, forming a distorted tetragonal pyramidal geometry. Mn(2) atom is six-coordinated to get a distorted octahedral geometry, which is different from the Mn(1) atom. Each Mn(Ⅱ) atom is linked by aic ligands with neighboring Mn(Ⅱ) atoms, forming an infinite one-dimensional(1D) double-chain structure. The existence of N–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions leads the 1D chains to generate a 2D structure. Luminescent properties for the ligand cipt and compound 1 have also been discussed in detail.  相似文献

A new complex [Mn(DHTA)(bipy)_(0.5)]n(1, H_2 HTA = 2,5-dihydroxy-1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid, bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine) was hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, single-crystal and power X-ray diffraction. It belongs to monoclinic system, C2/c space group with a = 12.874(13), b = 11.302(12), c = 17.352(18) ?, β = 101.574(15)°, V = 2474(4) ?3 and Z = 4. It displays a one-dimensional zigzag chain-like structure, which was further extended into a three-dimensional supramolecular structure by hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions. Moreover, we analyzed Natural Bond Orbital(NBO) of 1 in using the PBE0/LANL2 DZ method built in Gaussian 03 Program. The calculation results show the obvious covalent interaction between the coordinated atoms and Mn(Ⅱ) ion.  相似文献

A new carboxylic acid ligand, 2,4-bis-oxyacetate-benzoic acid(H3BOABA), was designed and introduced to construct novel metal-organic framework materials. [Zn Na(BOABA)(phen)(H2O)]·H2O(1), Zn Na(BOABA)(2), Mn3(BOABA)2(phen)2(3), [Mn2(BOABA)(OH)]·(H2O)2(4)(CCDC: 885138, 885137, 894225, 883094) were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and thermal gravimetric analyses. Crystal structures of the complexes were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction method. Complex 1 is a one dimensional double edges non-interpenetrated framework decorated by the phen ligands on the surface. Complex 2 is an unique three dimensional open framework, consisting of Zn(II) and Na(I). Complex 3 is an unique double edges one dimensional MOF containing a [Mn3(BOABA)2(phen)2]n non-interpenetrated structure. Complex 4 is a two dimensional plane structure containing two Mn atoms in the same coordination environment. The interaction between four complexes and DNA were studied by Et Br fluorescence probe. Meanwhile, photoluminescence studies revealed that these four complexes display strong fluorescent emission bands in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Chemical formula: C_(14) H_(10) N_3 O_5 Zn_(1.5). It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2_1/c with a = 12.303(4), b = 12.052(4), c = 10.212(3) ?, β = 104.147(4), V = 1468.3(8) ?~3, Z = 4, M_r = 398.30, D_c = 1.802 g/cm~3, F(000) = 800, μ = 2.501 mm-1 and S = 1.000. The 2-D network architecture of 1 is constructed from benzimidazole, zinc and pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid. The quantum-chemical calculations have been performed on ‘molecular fragments' extracted from the crystal structure using the B3 LYP method in Gaussian 09. The luminescence spectrum shows that complex 1 emits blue luminescence.  相似文献

One coordination polymer(CP) {[Mn(ADA)(Phen)](H_2O)_2}_n(1, H_2ADA = azobenzene-4,4?-dicarboxylic acid, Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), has been synthesized via hydrothermal reactions. CP 1 was characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, thermal behaviors, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. In CP 1, each ADA~(2-) ligand bridges two Mn~(2+) to give one-dimensional zigzag chains with the Mn···Mn separations of 17.6911 and 16.3976 ?, which generates a three-dimensional supramolecular structure by means of strong π···π interaction and hydrogen bonding. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1, with a = 7.6200(13), b = 9.1530(15), c = 18.262(2) ?, α = 88.467(3)o, β = 84.145(2)o, γ = 77.542(2)o, V = 1237.2(3) ?~3, Z = 2, C_(26)H_(20)MnN_4O_6, Mr = 539.40, Dc = 1.448 g/cm~3, F(000) = 554, S = 1.018, R = 0.0531 and w R = 0.1094. In addition, natural bond orbital analysis was performed by the B3 LYP/LANL2 DZ method of Gaussian 09 Program. The fluorescence, magnetic, and electrochemical properties of 1 have been investigated.  相似文献

The title compound,{[MnL2·(2,2'-bipy)·H2O]·(HL)},has been synthesized (HL =p-methoxybenzoic acid,2,2'-bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine) by the reaction of MnCl2·6H2O with p-methoxybenzoic and 2,2'-bipyridine in an alcohol-water solution.It crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 10.1138(5),b = 11.2811(5),c = 16.2210(8)(A),a = 77.5920(10),β= 72.1890(10),γ = 66.2320(10)°,Mr = 683.56,V= 1603.65(13) (A)3,Z= 2,Dc = 1.416 g/cm3,F(000)= 710,μ =0.473 mm-1,the final R = 0.0619 and wR = 0.1571 for 4724 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).The structure determined demonstrated that it is an isomeric modification of the structure reported before.The Mn atom is six-coordinated by two N and four O atoms,forming a distorted octahedral geometry.All Mn-O and Mn-N distances range from 2.113(3)~2.410(3) (A).There also.exists a dissociative p-methoxybenzoic acid beside the octahedron.  相似文献

A 1-D paddle-wheel copper (II) coordination polymer constructed by 2-nitro-benzene-1,4-di(oxyacetic) acid has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction,and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic,space group P1 with a=7.7257(12),b=8.3648(13),c=11.5516(18),α=76.654(2),β=82.088(2),γ=63.636(2)o,C20H22Cu2N2O20,Mr=737.48,V=650.27(18)3,Dc=1.883 g/cm3,F(000)=374,μ=1.737 cm-1 and Z=1. The final refinement gave R=0.0345 and wR=0.0995 for 1996 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The coordination polymer demonstrates a 1-D microporous structure,and the channel is formed by two NBDOA2-and two Cu2+ ions. The ligand NBDOAH2 displays a good flexible characteristic. The 1-D chains are connected to a 3-D supramolecular network by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献
