Crystal Structure of Complex Tris（4,4,4—trifluoro—1—pheny1—1,3—butanedione）（1,10—phenanthroline）Europium（Ⅲ）

The complex Eu(btfa)₃ (phen) (btfa=4,4,4‐trifluoro‐1‐phenyl‐1, 3‐butanedione, phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline) has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV spectroscopies. The crystal and molecular structures of the complex have been determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. It belongs to the monoclinic crystal system, space group P2₁/c with a = 0.9700(2) nm, b = 3.7450(5) nm, c = 1.0917(3) nm, β = 92.51(2)°, V = 3.962(1) nm⁵, Z = 4, D_c = 1.639 g/cm³, μ = 1.676 mm^?1, F(000) = 1936, R₁, = 0.0388, wR₂ = 0.0775. Structure analysis shows that the europium(III) ion is coordinated to six oxygen atoms of β‐diketonate anions and two nitrogen atoms of phenanthroline molecule. The coordination polyhedron is an approximate square antiprism.

通过ω－溴代丁基季盐与一系列取代芳醛的固／液相转移Ｗｉｔｔｉｇ反应合成了１－芳基－５－溴代戊烯－１，然后利用其与α－三唑基酮的固／液相转移催化Ｃ－烷基化反应，合成了９个标题化合物，对其中部分化合物进行了初步的杀菌活性测定，结果表明，标题化合和的具有一定的抑菌活性。

Several isoxazoline compounds were obtained by the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of benzonitrile oxide to 5-(R)-(1-menthyloxy)-2(5H)-furanone. The reaction condition was investigated preliminarily, the structures of these compounds have been established via the analysis of NMR data (involved NOEID or HMBC) and the reaction seems occurred regioselectively.

由邻苯二甲酸酐为原料，经中间体３－羟基苯酞（３），再经溴丙烯及锡存在下３的烯丙基化、硼氢化氧化、铬酐氧化，二甲基锌甲基化，共６步反应合成了３－（３‘－羟基丁基）异苯并呋喃－１（３Ｈ）－酮。
