建立了全二维气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC× GC-μECD)检测土壤中毒杀芬同类物的分析方法.以非极性的DB- XLB(20 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm)为第一色谱柱,中等极性的BPX-50(2 m×0.1 mm×0.1 μm)为第二色谱柱,对土壤中23种高关注毒杀芬同类物进行了分离鉴定,并采用基质曲线外标法进行定量分析.本方法在1~200,μg/L浓度范围内,毒杀芬同类物的线性相关系数(r2)均大于0.99,方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.039~0.482 μg/L,基质加标毒杀芬同类物的回收率为55%~115%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于30%(n=5).利用本方法对毒杀芬污染的土壤样品进行了测定,获得了较好的分离效果.  相似文献

依据GBZ/T 160.39–2007方法测定作业场所空气中的1,3-丁二烯时,采用毛细管色谱柱分离样品,对HP–1,HP–FFAP,DB–1701 3种极性不同的毛细色谱柱进行了对比,确定采用HP–1柱。1,3-丁二烯的质量浓度在45~450μg/m L范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,检出限为0.05μg/m L。解吸效率为87.9%~91.3%,方法精密度在1.5%~2.4%(n=6)之间。毛细管气相色谱法分离效果好,灵敏度高,方法检出限、精密度和解吸效率满足GBZ/T 160.39–2007的要求。  相似文献

建立了快速测定化妆品中维生素K1的正相高效液相色谱方法。不同基质的样品由正己烷采用不同的方式进行提取,高速离心,过滤,以Si柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm)为分离色谱柱,体积比4:6的二氯甲烷-正己烷为流动相,等度洗脱,用高效液相色谱/二极管阵列检测器(λ=271 nm)进行定性、定量分析。对不同的色谱分离、提取和净化方法作了系统的研究,在优化实验条件下,维生素K1正反异构体与基体杂质分离效果良好,在0.5~50.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2为0.9998,方法的回收率为90.2%~96.8%,相对标准偏差小于8.6%,方法定量限为5.0 mg/kg。该方法可用于各类化妆品中维生素K1含量的检测。  相似文献

建立了一种非衍生化高效液相色谱-串联质谱快速检测生物体液中草甘膦、草铵膦及其代谢物等8种极性农药的方法。8种极性农药经Metrosep A Supp 5阴离子色谱柱(150 mm×4.0 mm,5μm)分离,以纯水-200 mmol/L碳酸氢铵溶液(含0.1%氨水)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,负离子多反应监测(MRM)模式进行检测。实验结果表明,8种极性农药在0.5~50 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好(r2>0.99),检出限(S/N≥3)为0.08~0.3 ng/mL,定量下限(S/N≥10)为0.3~1 ng/mL。方法的基质效应为86.5%~106%,目标化合物的回收率为81.5%~114%,日内相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.30%~2.8%,日间RSD为0.50%~5.3%。该方法无需复杂的衍生化过程,简便快速、灵敏度高、稳定性好,适用于生物体液中8种极性农药的检测。  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定烟用香精香料中的甲基异噻唑啉酮及其氯代物的含量。样品采用甲醇提取,以Agilent ZORBAX 300SB-C8色谱柱为分离柱,以不同体积比的甲醇和水混合液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用电喷雾正离子源多反应监测模式检测。甲基异噻唑啉酮及其氯代物的线性范围均为0.05~5.0mg·L~(-1),检出限分别为3.2,3.6μg·L~(-1)。加标回收率在77.1%~95.0%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)均不大于5.0%。  相似文献

建立同时测定洗涤产品中4-氯-3-甲酚、双氯酚、苄氯酚、邻苯基苯酚、对氯间二甲苯酚、三氯生、三氯卡班7种防腐剂的高效液相色谱分析方法。不同基质的样品经甲醇涡旋混匀及超声提取后,用X–Bridge C18反相色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm)进行分离,以甲醇–水为流动相,梯度洗脱,采用二极管阵列检测器(DAD)进行检测,检测波长为285 nm。在优化的实验条件下,7种防腐剂的质量浓度在0.2~500 mg/L范围内与其色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(r2)均为0.999 9,方法的检出限(S/N=3)为1.0~2.5 mg/kg,定量限(S/N=10)为3.0~7.5 mg/kg。7.5,25.0,75.0 mg/kg 3水平加标回收率为92.1%~105.8%,相对标准偏差为0.8%~4.5%(n=6)。该方法简单、快速、准确,适用于洗涤产品中7种防腐剂的测定。  相似文献

采用大体积500μL进样离子色谱法,电导检测测定了几种水体中高氯酸盐的含量。分析柱为容量高、亲水性强的以脂肪族碳骨架为基质的阴离子交换柱IonPac AS20,淋洗液在线发生器自动产生35 mmol/LKOH淋洗液,0.25 mL/m in等浓度淋洗。这种新型的以脂肪族碳骨架为基质的阴离子交换柱的采用,极大的削弱了该色谱柱对对氯苯磺酸的保留,完全消除了现行美国EPA高氯酸盐分析方法中高氯酸根与对氯苯磺酸共淋洗的问题。方法对高氯酸根的检出限(S/N=3)为0.5μg/L,高氯酸根浓度在1~1000μg/L范围内具有良好的线性(r=0.9991)。将本方法应用于自来水、河水和雪水样品中高氯酸盐的检测,实际样品的加标回收率在87%~114%之间;1μg/L高氯酸根连续进样9次,色谱峰面积相对标准偏差(RSD)为6.9%。  相似文献

建立了动物肌肉组织中己烯雌酚残留的液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。样品用乙腈-甲酸溶液均质提取,以乙腈-水(体积比85∶15)为流动相经反相色谱柱分离后,采用多反应监测(MRM)负离子模式检测,定性离子对为m/z266.9/237.0和266.9/251.0;其中m/z266.9/251.0用于外标法定量。空白样品及其加标实验结果表明,特征离子相对强度比值稳定,无基质干扰,结合保留时间可实现准确的定性定量,方法检出限为0.10μg/kg(S/N=3),不同肌肉基质样本添加水平在0.5~5.0μg/kg时,平均回收率为82%~96%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为3.7%~6.4%。  相似文献

建立了茶叶中三氯杀螨醇残留量的高效液相色谱快速检测方法。选择丙酮:正己烷(1:2,V/V)对不同茶叶中三氯杀螨醇农药残留进行提取,经浓硫酸净化,1 mL甲醇定容后供高效液相色谱检测。Agilent Acclaim TM 120 C_(18)色谱柱(250×4.6,5μm)分离,流动相为乙腈-水(85:15,V/V)混合溶剂,梯度洗脱。对不同茶叶类型,提取、净化条件进行考察优化。结果表明,标准工作曲线,在0.02~5 mg/kg范围内,三氯杀螨醇线性关系良好(r为0.9999),方法定量限为0.05 mg/kg。在绿茶、红茶、黄茶、青茶、白茶、黑茶6种茶叶中4个添加水平0.05,0.1,5,50 mg/kg的平均回收率范围分别为91.8%~108.3%,88.8%~102.5%,83.7%~94.3%,80.9%~84.2%,相对标准偏差在1.2%~14%之间(n=6)。  相似文献

建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)同时测定有机肥中磺胺类、喹诺酮类、大环内酯类46种抗生素的分析方法。样品用乙腈-EDTA缓冲溶液(p H 10.0)提取,盐析后离心分层,乙腈层按Qu ECh ERS法,采用吸附剂净化;缓冲溶液层经HLB柱净化。ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18柱用作色谱分离,以2mmol/L甲酸铵水溶液(含0.1%甲酸)-甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱;电喷雾电离源正离子(ESI+)多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,基质外标法定量。46种抗生素在1~200μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)为0.996 6~0.999 9。在25,100,400μg/kg加标浓度下,3类抗生素的回收率分别为67.8%~95.6%,65.6%~89.4%和66.6%~107.8%,相对标准偏差为0.4%~11.9%;方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.6~4.6μg/kg,定量下限(S/N=10)为2.1~15.4μg/kg。  相似文献

An efficient approach to the synthesis of highly congested di, penta and hexacyclic pyrazoles as well as imidazole fragment containing novel heterocyclic molecule has been developed through a carbanion induced transformation of suitably functionalized 2H-pyran-2-ones, benzo[h]chromene and thiochromeno[4,3-b]pyrans. A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

An efficient tandem approach for the selective synthesis of 4,5-dihydroimidazo[1,5-a]quinoxalines 6ag and imidazo[1,5-a]quinoxalines 7ah by the reaction of 2-imidazolyl anilines 4ac with aryl aldehydes 5ak under mild reaction conditions is described. The Diels-Alder reactivity of 1,2-heteroborines (H4C4B(H)X, X?=?NH, PH, AsH; O, S, Se) has been computationally explored by means of Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations. The influence of the HB?=?X fragment on the reactivity of the system has been quantitatively analyzed in detail by means of the so-called Activation Strain Model (ASM) of reactivity. It is found that the interaction between these species and the dienophile is significantly stronger than that computed for their all-carbon isoelectronic counterpart, benzene. In addition, the strain energy plays a key role in the observed reactivity trends. The role of the aromaticity strength of these heteroarenes on the reactivity is also assessed.  相似文献

A variety of N-aryl and N-alkyl carbazolones were conveniently achieved in good to high yields via Pd2(dba)3-mediated intramolecular coupling of N-substituted α-iodo enaminones under microwave irradiation. The Pd(0)-catalyzed cyclization was found to proceed favorably with the more electron-deficient phenyl ring during the reactions involving unsymmetrical N,N-diaryl α-iodo enaminones. This unique property enables the construction of carbazolone skeleton containing nitro substituted benzenoid ring.  相似文献

An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

Both substituted 2,4,5,6-tetrahydrocyclopenta[c]pyrazoles and 2,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrazoles have been synthesized by the 3+2 intramolecular dipolar cycloaddition of nitrilimines to alkynes. In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.  相似文献
