硅烷化衍生-气相色谱/质谱法分析糖氨反应中的2,6-脱氧果糖嗪

糖氨反应混合物之所以被广泛地用于炯草行业以改善或者增强卷烟烟气,关键在于其含有大量的吡嗪类化合物,而2-（1′,2′,3′,4′-四羟基丁基）-6-（2″,3″,4″-三羟基丁基）-吡嗪,或称2,6-脱氧果糖嗪（简称2,6-DOF,结构见图1-a）就是糖氨反应的重要产物之一。该化合物的相对分子质量较大（Mr304）,挥发性低,多羟基极性强,无法直接进行气相色谱／质谱（GC／MS）表征。本文先对2,6-DOF进行三甲基硅烷化预处理,然后用GC／MS对其进行定性和粗略的定量检测。该方法可有效地用于糖氨反应实验的跟踪。

6′，6″-二吡啶基-2，2′：4′，4″：2″，2′′′-四联吡啶稀土配合物的合成、表征及荧光性质研究(英)

Two series of solid complexes of rare earth nitrates and picrates with the “back-to-back” terpyridine, 6′,6″-bis(2-pyridyl)-2,2′:4′,4″:2″,2′′′-quaterpyridine (L) have been synthesized. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, conductivity measurements, thermal analysis and IR spectroscopy. At the same time, the luminescent properties of the Eu(Ⅲ) and Tb(Ⅲ) complexes were also studied.     

固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定焦糖色素中副产物2-甲基咪唑、4-甲基咪唑和2-乙酰基-4-(1,2,3,4-四羟基丁基)咪唑

建立了固相萃取法结合高效液相色谱同时检测焦糖色素中2-甲基咪唑(2-Methylimidazole,2-MEI)、4-甲基咪唑(4-Methylimidazole,4-MEI)和2-乙酰基-4-(1,2,3,4-四羟基丁基)咪唑(2-Acetyl-4-(1,2,3,4-tetrahydroxybutyl) imidazole,THI)的方法.样品经加水涡旋提取后,经混合型强阳离子交换固相萃取小柱富集净化,以乙腈-0.05％氨水(10∶90,V/V)为流动相,流速为0.6 mL/min,用反向色谱柱Polaris C18-A(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱分离,分别在二极管阵列检测器215 nm波长条件下检测焦糖色素中的2-甲基咪唑、4-甲基咪唑和287 nm波长条件下检测2-乙酰基4.(1,2,3,4-四羟基丁基)咪唑的含量.2-甲基咪唑、4-甲基咪唑和2-乙酰基-4-(1,2,3,4-四羟基丁基)咪唑在0.2～ 20 mg/L之间线性关系良好(r＞0.9996),在10,25和100 mg/kg添加浓度的回收率范围为75.3％ ～93.4％,相对标准偏差均小于10％,检出限分别为为2.6,3.0和1.5 mg/kg,定量限分别为8.5,10.0和5.0 mg/kg.     

1-（2′-苯并噻唑）-3-（4′-羧基苯）三氮烯固相萃取分光光度法测定钯

根据新试剂1-(2′-苯并噻唑)-3-(4′-羧基苯)三氮烯(BTCBT)与钯的显色反应及C8固相萃取小柱对显色络合物的固相萃取,建立了一种测定痕量钯的新方法,在pH为5.0~6.3的柠檬酸氢二钠-NaOH缓冲介质中,在乳化剂OP和SDBS存在下,钯与BTCBT发生反应形成1∶2的稳定络合物,该络合物可用C8固相萃取小柱富集,小柱上富集的络合物用乙醇洗脱后用分光光度法测定,在富集后的测定液中,络合物最大吸收波长为490 nm,摩尔吸光系数ε=1.16×105L.mol-1.cm-1,Pd2 量在0.1~1.2μg/mL内符合比尔定律,方法适用于测定催化剂中的钯。     

酰氨基硫脲及相关杂环衍生物的研究——ⅩⅩⅨ.2-(3’-溴苯胺基)-5-[5’-氨基-1’-(4"-氯苯基)-1’,2’,3’-三唑-4’-基]-1,3,4-噻二唑的晶体结构

经1-[5′-氨基-1′-(4″-氯苯基)-1′,2′,3′-三唑-4′-甲酰基]-4-(3′-溴苯基)-3-氨基硫脲在浓硫酸作用下制得2-(3′-溴苯胺基)5-[5′-氨基-1′-(4″-氯苯基)-1′,2′,3′-三唑-4′-基]-1,3,4-噻二唑化合物.该化合物的晶体结构经X射线衍射分析确定,化合物属三斜晶系,P1空间群,a=1.1784(2),b=1.4455(2),c=1.1353(1)nm;α=100.68(1),β=109.50(1),γ=79.89(1)°;V=1.7779nm~3;分子式C~(16)H_(11)BrClN_7S,M_r=448.75;D_c=1.673g/cm~3,Z=4,μ=58.16cm~(-1),最终偏离因子 R=0.084,R_w=0.086.分析化合物的键长,键角数据表明,该分子具有离域π键结构.     

顶空-固相微萃取-气相色谱法检测可可麦汁中吡嗪类化合物

建立了顶空-固相微萃取(HS-SPME)-气相色谱快速测定可可麦汁中3种吡嗪类物质(2,5-二甲基吡嗪、2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪和2,3,5,6-四甲基吡嗪)的方法.选择不同的固相微萃取头对萃取温度和时间进行优化,所得最佳萃取条件为:在60℃下,采用75 μm CAR/PDMS萃取头对麦汁样品萃取40 min.本方法的检出限(S/N=3)为0.023～ 0.056 μg/L,线性范围1～500 mg/L;相对标准偏差为3.6％～6.4％;回收率为95.4％～102.7％.本方法应用于样品检测,发现可可麦汁中吡嗪的浓度与原料中可可粉的添加量正相关,显示了很好灵敏性.     

HIV-1 RT抑制剂研究I.1,3-二苄基-6-(3,4-环氧丁基)尿嘧啶的合成

报道了1,3-二苄基-6-(3,4-环氧丁基)尿嘧啶的合成新方法.以6-甲基尿嘧啶(1)为起始物,经1,3-二苄基-6-甲基尿嘧啶(2)及未见文献报道的1,3-二苄基-6-(3-丁烯基)尿嘧啶(3)和1,3-二苄基-6-(3-羟基-4-溴丁基)尿嘧啶(4),首次高收率合成了1,3-二苄基-6-(3,4-环氧丁基)尿嘧啶(5),并对其化学结构进行了表征.     

新型5-甲基-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮类化合物的合成及抗菌活性研究

利用生物活性叠加原理,以4-氨基-5-甲基-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮为原料,设计合成了15个未见报道的化合物2-N-2′,3′,4′,6′-四-O-乙酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-4-N-取代苯基亚胺基-5-甲基-1,2,4-三唑(2a～2e),4-N-取代苄基氨基-5-甲基-1,2,4-三唑(3a～3e)和2-N-2′,3′,4′,6′-四-O-乙酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-4-N-取代苄基氨基-5-甲基-1,2,4-三唑(4a～4e).其结构经IR,1H NMR,13C NMR和元素分析确认.生物活性测试表明,所有化合物均表现出一定的抑菌活性,尤其是化合物4b对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度为8μg/mL,明显优于市售抗菌药物氟康唑,表现出较强的抗细菌活性;同时,与三氯生相比,所有化合物对白色念珠菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)均小于或等于32μg/mL,亦表现出较好的抗真菌活性.     

利用手持技术改进测定乙醇分子结构实验

利用压强传感器代替排水集气法,改进测定乙醇分子结构实验的仪器装置,并探索最佳反应条件。另外,设计两个空白实验,结合压强变化曲线对实验误差进行相关讨论。     

Neutral diterpenoids of oleoresins of five species of conifers of Transcarpathia

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. The results obtained are necessary for the chemotaxonomy of conifers of the family Pinceae.Novosibirsk Institute of Organic Chemistry, Siberian Branch, Academy of Sciences of the USSR. 非那雄胺合成工艺改进

非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。     

Calculation of enthalpies of hydrogenation of hydrocarbons

Sets of hydrogen molecule equivalents have been developed which permit the calculation of hydrogenation of different types of carbon-carbon bonds from ab initio total energies (3-21G and 6-31G* basis sets, and, to a more limited extent, for MP2/6-31G* data) of reactants and products. The calculated enthalpies of hydrogenation are in good agreement with experiment for unstrained molecules, with average errors on the order of 2 kcal/mol. The 6-31G* equivalents allow the enthalpies for strained molecules to be calculated accurately, but the 3-21G equivalents do not. The equivalents for both basis sets have been tested by calculating the enthalpies of hydrogenation of carbon-carbon bonds in nitrogen- and oxygen-containing organic molecules, free radicals, and classical carbocations. The results are in good agreement with experiment in most cases.
