以仲丁醇铝(ASB)和三甲基乙氧基硅烷(TMEO)为前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法,经乙醇超临界干燥制备了耐温高、成型性好的硅/铝复合气凝胶。用透射电子显微镜、N2吸附分析仪、红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、hot disk热分析仪等仪器表征了气凝胶的形貌、孔结构、表面基团、晶相、热学等性能。在溶胶-凝胶过程中,通过添加TMEO在氧化铝纳米颗粒表面引入了-Si-(CH_3)_3基团,该基团经高温热处理后会在Al_2O_3表面形成SiO_2纳米颗粒,有效地抑制了Al_2O_3纳米颗粒在高温下的晶体生长,使得该复合气凝胶具有优异的耐温性能。在1 200℃高温处理后,线性收缩低至16%,比表面积可达141 m~2·g~(-1),这将进一步促进气凝胶材料在高温保温隔热、吸附、催化等领域的广泛应用。  相似文献

通过溶胶和超临界干燥方法制得了Fe2O3/Al2O3二元气凝胶,其比表面积和孔隙体积分别为246 m2·g-1和1.89 cm3·g-1,并具有较宽的孔径分布。以Fe2O3/Al2O3二元气凝胶作催化剂,通过甲烷催化裂解成功地合成了高质量的单壁纳米碳管。利用FESEM、TEM和HRTEM、Raman光谱等分析手段研究了反应温度对单壁纳米碳管生长的影响。结果表明在900 ℃时合成单壁纳米碳管的质量较高,并且合成的炭产物为毡状,该炭产物主要为高质量的单壁纳米碳管。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Au/Al2O3纳米复合薄膜。利用X-射线衍射、X-射线光电子能谱、原子力显微镜以及紫外-可见光谱对薄膜的微观结构、表面形貌及光学性能进行了表征,研究表明:Au/Al2O3纳米复合薄膜是由纳米微晶组成的颗粒膜, 复合薄膜均匀、致密、无裂纹,Au以纳米晶核形式镶嵌于Al2O3基体中,纳米Au晶核的粒径为23~26nm;复合薄膜在可见光区有较强的吸收,吸收峰位置与烧结温度有关,吸收强度随烧结温度和金添加量增大而增大。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法和乙醇超临界干燥工艺制备ZrOX/SiO2复合气凝胶,再经1200℃高温热处理得到自生纳米纤维增强SiO2复合气凝胶。利用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射、热重和氮气吸附等手段对气凝胶的结构和性能进行了分析,并且测试了样品的压缩强度及真密度。实验结果表明:自生纳米纤维增强SiO2复合气凝胶具有均匀的多孔网络结构,锆氧纳米纤维是以化学键连接复合的方式无序穿插在气凝胶中,对复合气凝胶的机械强度和隔热性能有明显的改善。经1200℃热处理后的ZrOX/SiO2复合气凝胶比表面积为827.22m2·g-1,压缩强度为9.68MPa,真密度为0.23g·cm-3。  相似文献

以溶剂热法制备氨基功能化的Fe3O4纳米颗粒为磁核,结合溶胶-凝胶法和模板法在其表面先后包覆上致密的SiO2层和介孔TiO2层,制备了磁性-发光-微波热转换性-介孔结构为一体的多功能核-壳结构纳米复合颗粒,并对其结构、性能及载药能力进行了研究。XRD分析表明:Fe3O4表面包覆上了无定形结构的SiO2和TiO2。TEM照片表明:所得的纳米复合颗粒具有明显的核壳结构和完美的球形,构成核的Fe3O4颗粒的尺寸在40~50 nm之间,Fe3O4@SiO2@mTiO2核壳结构纳米复合颗粒的尺寸为60~70 nm,壳层厚度约10 nm,并可观察到壳层中清晰的孔状结构。磁性、荧光光谱和微波热转换特性分析表明:该复合颗粒同时具有良好的发光性、磁性和微波热转换特性。N2气吸附及药物负载率分析表明,该复合颗粒具有较高的比表面积(640 m2·g-1)和介孔结构(孔径约2.8 nm)并且具有较高的药物负载率。  相似文献

采用“一锅法”制备了四氧化三铁/半胱氨酸(Fe3O4/Cys)磁性纳米微球,随后对Fe3O4/Cys进行亚氨基二乙酸(IDA)修饰得到Fe3O4/Cys/IDA磁性双功能化纳米微球。研究发现Fe3O4/Cys中的L-Cys是通过—SH基团接枝到Fe3O4表面的,随后IDA分子中的羧基与Fe3O4/Cys中的—NH2形成酰胺键,最终形成多支链多羧基的Fe3O4/Cys/IDA磁性纳米修复剂。基于修复剂表面短支链-长支链交替的多羧基结构,实现了羧基基团的高密度接枝。同时,Fe3O4/Cys/IDA磁性纳米微球对Pb2+、Cd2+、Cu2+、Co2+、Ni2+、Zn2+为专性吸附,而对Hg2+属于非专性吸附,且吸附重金属后得到的钝化产物均表现了良好的稳定性。另外,Fe3O4/Cys/IDA对重金属离子的吸附符合Langmuir模型,属于单层均相吸附,其吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型,最大吸附量为49.05 mg·g-1。  相似文献

通过水热-高温处理两步法,合成了直径150~200 nm厚度40~80 nm的多孔α-Fe2O3纳米盘颗粒。并用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、氮气吸附-脱附仪和震动样品磁强计(VSM)对样品进行了表征。对颗粒生长的机理进行了初步研究,结果表明磷酸根离子对α-Fe2O3纳米颗粒(001)面的选择性吸附在盘状颗粒的生长过程中起着重要作用。合成的多孔纳米盘颗粒BET比表面积为27 m2·g-1,孔径在2~100 nm的范围内分布,样品还具有明显的铁磁性,较其他结构的α-Fe2O3纳米颗粒具有较高的矫顽力。  相似文献

采用水热法、以氯化铝为铝源对硅藻土(De)进行改性,通过浸渍法将亚铁氰化铜(KCuHCF)纳米颗粒负载于改性De表面,制备出γ-AlOOH/De-KCuHCF和γ-Al2O3/De-KCuHCF两种复合吸附剂,对所制备的吸附剂进行了表征,并研究了其对Cs+的吸附性能。结果表明,所制备吸附剂具有优异的Cs+吸附性能,γ-AlOOH/De-KCuHCF和γ-Al2O3/De-KCuHCF最高吸附容量分别可达75.44、84.02 mg·g-1,γ-Al2O3/De-KCuHCF对模拟卤水中Cs+的吸附率高达97.55%;以3 mol·L-1 NH4NO3为脱附剂,经3级连续脱附后,γ-Al2O3/De-KCuHCF的Cs+脱附率可达81.88%,经过5次吸附-脱附循环后仍保持了较高的吸附量。  相似文献

采用草酸铝、氟化锂与尖晶石LiMn2O4进行高温固相反应,制备出改性尖晶石LiMn2O4材料。对材料进行了XRD、SEM分析及电性能测试,结果表明,改性材料均基本保持了尖晶石主体结构,晶格常数随n(Al)∶n(F)比例的增大而减小;Al3+、F-的引入可以引起材料颗粒表面形貌的变化,产生规则结晶,而颗粒表面结晶的大小受n(Al)∶相似文献

以Fe(NO3)3·9H2O和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料, 通过溶胶-凝胶法和辅助模板法分别制备了纳米α-Fe2O3和SiO2, 并对所合成样品进行了粉末X射线衍射(XRD)和BET表征. 使用自动电位滴定仪测定了α-Fe2O3/SiO2纳米颗粒混合体系的表面酸碱性质. 研究了在不同pH下α-Fe2O3/SiO2混合体系对Cu2+、Pb2+、Zn2+离子的吸附行为. 基于上述实验数据, 用WinSGW软件计算了α-Fe2O3/SiO2混合体系表面酸碱配位常数, 并得出结论: α-Fe2O3/SiO2混合体系表面反应为单一脱质子反应≡XOH ⇔ ≡XO-+ H+(lg K = -8.19±0.15), 明显区别于同时具有加质子和脱质子反应的α-Fe2O3/SiO2/γ-Al2O3, α-Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3和SiO2/γ-Al2O3等纳米颗粒混合体系. 在此基础上拟合得到α-Fe2O3/SiO2混合体系吸附重金属离子Cu2+、Pb2+、Zn2+的表面络合反应平衡常数分别为:

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. A series of 20 CuAIAC reactions between eight 4-acylamino substituted pyrazolidine-3-one-1-azomethine imines and four terminal ynones were performed using Cu0 as catalyst. The corresponding fluorescent cycloadducts were obtained in very high yields upon simple workup. Thus, Cu-metal turned out to be a better catalyst than CuI in terms of yield and ease of isolation. Availability of azomethine imines, mild reaction conditions, and simple workup enable a “click” access to libraries of densely substituted 2,3-dihydro-1H,5H-pyrazolo[1,2-a]pyrazol-1-ones. Reactivity of differently substituted dipoles was evaluated experimentally and by quantum chemical methods (DFT).  相似文献

(E)-4-(Fullerenopyrrolidin-1-yl)-3-methylbut-2-enoic acid and its corresponding succinimidyl ester, readily obtained through Prato-type modification of C60, were used for the selective N-acylation of polyamines. The thus obtained conjugates were evaluated for their antioxidative and anti-inflammatory activity and their cytotoxicity was determined. Members of this family of compounds showed interesting anti-lipid peroxidation, anti-lipoxygenase and anti-inflammatory activity and comparable cytocompatibility to spermidine.  相似文献
