首次利用S2O2-3和I-与Hg-EDTA二元络合物通过柱前衍生形成EDTA-Hg-S2O3和EDTA-Hg-I两种三元络合物的方法,实现了对S2O2-3和I-的间接反相离子对色谱分离和紫外检测。在ZorbaxODS柱上,用甲醇∶水=23∶77作流动相,内含对离子TBA+3.0mmol/L,EDTA1.0mmol/L,NaNO32.0mmol/L和缓冲剂KH2PO4-Na2HPO4(pH7.0),紫外254nm检测。S2O2-3和I-的最小检出限分别为61.1ng和37.6ng。方法简便,选择性好。  相似文献

以沥青中间相为原料,氢氧化钾直接活化,获得了比表面达2363m ̄2/g的超高比表面炭分子筛(CMS)。分别以CMS、SiO_2、活性炭和θ-Al_2O_3为担体,制备了负载钼催化剂,并研究其加压甲烷化反应性能,发现活性依下面顺序增加:θ-Al_2O_3<SiO_2<活性炭(AC)<CMS。还分别以钼酸铵和磷钼酸(HPMo)为前驱体,制备了CMS负载钼催化剂,并考察了其煤气甲烷化活性,发现不同的催化剂前驱体对催化剂反应活性影响很大。根据产物中CH_4/CO_2的变化,推测CO在钼催化剂上的甲烷化反应包括如下两个步骤:(1)3H_2+CO→CH_4+H_2O,(2)CO+H_2O→CO_2+H_2。  相似文献

研究了在抗坏血酸存在下的6mol/LHBr介质作流动相,以PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)负载的乙醚作固定相,反相萃取层析使微量Ga(Ⅲ)、In(Ⅲ)与Fe3+、Tl3+、Mo6+、Au3+、Ti4+、Bi3+、Al3+、Mg2+、Ca2+、Ni2+、Co2+、Cd2+、Zn2+、Pb2+、Cu2+等多种离子分离。留于柱上的铟、镓分别用HCl(4mol/L)-H2O2(3%)及HBr(1mol/L)洗脱进行连续分离与测定。本方法已应用于地质样品中微量镓、铟的连续分离与测定  相似文献

高效液相色谱手性流动相法拆分甲状腺素对映体   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
运用高效液相色谱手性流动相法(HPLC-CMP)对影响甲状腺素对映体(D-,L-T4)分离方法的因素:三乙胺(TEA)浓度,流动相pH值,铜离子(Cu2+)浓度,L-脯氨酸(L-pro)浓度,柱温以及流动相的流速进行了系统的研究。同时,考察了色谱方法分离T4对映体的线性关系,精密度和准确度。线性响应范围为0.6~3.2 nmol (D-,L-T4),线性相关系数为rD-T4=0.9980,rL-T4=0.9990,日内和日间的精密度分别为RSD<2.3%(n=6),RSD<3.15%(n=5)。结果表明本实验所得的色谱条件较文献报道的优越,分离条件简单,重现性好。HPLC-CMP法测定甲状腺素对映体其意义在于该方法可为定量测定药品及人体血液中D-,L-T4两种异构体,为治疗药物监测(TDM)和药物不良反应监测(ADRs)提供了依据。  相似文献

系统地研究了碱性条件下(pH8~10.8)As3+,As5+,MA,DMA和AB等砷化合物在PRP-X100阴离子交换柱上的保留行为。用火焰原子吸收光谱(FAAS)测定从HPLC分离的砷化合物,即通过一根1m×0.23mmi.d.不锈钢毛细管,将HPLC柱出口与FAAS的雾化器连接起来,采用乙炔/空气火焰,在193.7nm处测定。具体研究了两个流动相(20mmol/LNH4HCO3和2.5mmol/L对-羟基苯甲酸-1.0mmol/L苯甲酸水溶液)。  相似文献

新显色剂5,10,15,20-四(3-溴-4-磺酸苯基)卟啉,即T(3-BrP)PS_4,与Co(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)离子生成螯合物,可在岛津CLCODS柱上用离子对反相高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分离。流动相为27+73的乙腈+水,内含20mmol/L的乙酸+乙酸钠缓冲液(pH6.0)和10mmol/L的四乙基碘化铵(TEA·I)。检测波长为420nm。应用于茶叶、桔皮和紫米中微量钴、锌,铜离子的测定中,结果满意。  相似文献

采用配体4-CH3SC6H4NH2插层的α-磷酸锆为插层主体,将Rh63+引入层状材料的层析之间制备了新型层柱催化材料Zr(HPO4)1.70(CH3SC6H4NH2)1.09(PO4)0.30Rh0.10.5.52H2O,其是距为2.36变为1.56nm,结晶度有所下降。  相似文献

本文报道了以2-(6-甲基-2-苯并噻唑偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(MBTAE)作柱前衍生化试剂,在SpherisorbC_8柱上,以甲醇:水=80:20(V/V),含2mmol/LLi_2SO_4和10mmol/LpH5.0醋酸盐缓冲溶液作流动相,反相高效液相色谱分离和测定了Fe ̄(2+)、Co ̄(2+)、Ni ̄(2+)和Cu ̄(2+)。各金属离子的检出限(S/N=3)分别为(pg):Fe ̄(2+)6.40,Co ̄(2-)1.38,Ni ̄(2+)4.47,Cu ̄(2+)7.28。方法用于欧洲标准局,黑麦草标样的分析,所得结果与标准值相符。  相似文献

用高效液相色谱法在涂敷15%(Wt)三苯基氨基甲酸纤维素醌手性柱上,考察了洗脱液正己烷/醇(V/V)中醇对分离-2,2,2-三氟-1(9-蒽基)乙醇对映体的影响,初步认为,在对映体分离过程中,洗脱液中醇与手性固定相的NH和C=O形成氢键作用,此过程与对映体和手性固定相的NH和C=O所形成氢键作用相竞争;洗脱液中醇的结构不同之所以影响对映体的分离效果,还与洗脱中醇改变固定相中手性空穴的立体环境有关,  相似文献

Summary The chromatographic behaviour of anions on paper strips treated with tri-n-octylamine (TOA) salts or Aliquat 336 and developed with aqueous solutions of acetic, formic, monochloroacetic or trifluoroacetic acids and their sodium salts was investigated. Liquid-liquid extraction of organic acids by 0.1 M solution of TOA in benzene as well as the anion exchange between benzene solutions of TOA salts or Aliquat 336 (in acetate form) in benzene and aqueous solutions of sodium halides was also studied. It was found that extraction increases in the following order of the acids: CH3COOOH<HCOOH<CH2CICOOH<CF3COOH; the relative affinity of organic anions to the quaternary alkyl-ammonium cation also increase in a similar order. The extraction of acid in excess over the amount necessary to neutralize the amine was observed for all four acids. The RF values of anions investigated depend markedly on the type of organic acids or their salts and their concentration in the mobile phase. Halide ions are more strongly retained on paper treated with Aliquat 336 as compared with TOA salts. Although there are many simple thin-layer chromatography (TLC) separations, many more are complex and involve more than a few components, that means having to use special high-performance TLC (HPTLC) plates or microspotting or banding devices to increase its resolving power if developing in only one direction. However, adding a second development to perform two-dimensional TLC (2D TLC) allows even better resolution of complex samples. This is because different modes of chromatography are being invoked by the use of one stationary phase with two mobile phases, bilayer plates, graft TLC, or multidimensional TLC. This paper is a review of recent applications that have benefitted from using 2D TLC in its various forms. They were chosen for their variety of sample types as well as the unique choices of plates and/or mobile phases made by the researchers to yield improved separations.  相似文献

The concept of unified chromatography has been in existence for 50 years after the work of Giddings proposing that all modes of chromatography (gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, supercritical fluid chromatography and so on) may be treated together under a single unified theory. His idea was partially fulfilled 23 years later by Ishii, Takeuchi and colleagues, who demonstrated for the first time the possibility to analyze a complex sample containing substances with a wide range of boiling points and polarities in the same instrument and column, just by varying the mobile phase pressure and temperature to change from one chromatographic mode to another. This approach has been demonstrated through application to the separation of complex mixtures in several areas including crude oil, edible oils and polymers. Still, unified chromatography has not yet been fully developed. In the present work, we will review the fundamentals, instrumentation and several applications of the technique. Also discussed are the drawbacks that still hinder development, as well as the recent developments and trends in instrumentation and columns that suggest the most feasible ways forward to the full development of unified chromatography.  相似文献

Summary A method is described and experimentally verified permitting the determination of the optimal gradient programs in HPLC on the basis of isocratic TLC data. The proposed method has many advantages and can also be used in reversed-phase systems. A satisfactory agreement between the theoretical and experimental of VR/VO values has been confirmed. Some discrepancies for more strongly retained solutes are, probably due to the respective equilibrium and nonequilibrium state of the column in isocratic and gradient elution.Part I: Ref. Affinity monolith chromatography (AMC) is a liquid chromatographic technique that utilizes a monolithic support with a biological ligand or related binding agent to isolate, enrich, or detect a target analyte in a complex matrix. The target-specific interaction exhibited by the binding agents makes AMC attractive for the separation or detection of a wide range of compounds. This article will review the basic principles of AMC and recent developments in this field. The supports used in AMC will be discussed, including organic, inorganic, hybrid, carbohydrate, and cryogel monoliths. Schemes for attaching binding agents to these monoliths will be examined as well, such as covalent immobilization, biospecific adsorption, entrapment, molecular imprinting, and coordination methods. An overview will then be given of binding agents that have recently been used in AMC, along with their applications. These applications will include bioaffinity chromatography, immunoaffinity chromatography, immobilized metal-ion affinity chromatography, and dye-ligand or biomimetic affinity chromatography. The use of AMC in chiral separations and biointeraction studies will also be discussed.  相似文献
