2-Aminocyclopenta[d]pyrimidines 3a–c were achieved via a one-pot, three-component reactions of cyclopentanone 1, aromatic aldehyde and guanidine hydrochloride(1:2:1 molar ratio). Also, cyclization of 2,5-bis-(arylmethylidene)cyclopentanones 2 with guanidine hydrochloride(1:1 molar ratio) in methanol in the presence of sodium methoxide afforded cyclopenta-[d]pyrimidines 3. Compound 3c has been shown to be a useful building block for the synthesis of some novel pyrimido[1,2-a]pyrimidines 5, 7and 12. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were confirmed on the basis of analytical and spectral data.  相似文献

Brodimoprim (1) is a new antibacterial benzylpyrimidine with a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activities. An improved synthetic method of (1) was reported in this paper from 4-bromo-3,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde (2) through Knoevenagel condensation, 1,3-prototropic isomerization and cyclization with overall yield of 53.8% which was 40.2% in the early report. As a key intermediate, cinnamonitrile (3) was prepared by the condensation of 2 with 3- methoxypropan-enitrile, which was generated in situ from acrylonitrile with methanolic sodium methoxide. It was found that 3 could be converted easily into the corresponding benzyl isomer 4 by reacting with ethylene glycol monomethyl-ether. 4 reacted with guanidine to give 1 without isolation and purification.  相似文献

Br(?)nsted acidic ionic liquids based on imidazolium cation were employed as a series of environmentally benign catalysts and mediums in the alcoholysis of acetonitrile to synthesize ester.The results showed that Br(?)nsted acidic ionic liquid [HSO_3- pmim]HSO_4 was an efficient catalyst and medium for the alcoholysis of acetonitrile which could be recycled easily without obvious decline in catalytic activity,the highest yield could reach 85%.  相似文献

1 , 5-diazabicyclo['1, 3, 0]non-5-ene(DBN) has been synthesized in our laboratory, and its catalytic activity and selectivity for methanol carbonylation to methyl formate (MF) have been studied. The experimental results have demonstrated that the synthetic processes of DBN used for the present work are reasonable and feasible. The total yield of three steps of DBN synthsis is approximate to 80%. The activity evaluation has shown that DBN can effectively catalyze the carbonylation reaction of methanol in the presence of propylene oxide (PO) promoter. PO-promoted DBN is a novel catalytic system superior to sodium methoxide.  相似文献

By using triphenyl phosphine/carbon tetrachloride as a condensing reagent,2'-tosyl c-AMP reacted with RR-NH to give nucleoside 3',5'-cyolic phosphoramidates in 28?5% yield.Esterification of 2'-tosyl c-AMP can be carried out in acetonitrile with alkyl toluenesulf-onate.Detosylation can be completed by using sodium napnthalide at-78℃ in DME.The stereoisomers of these compounds have been separated and the structures were identified by 1H NMR.31P NMR and MS.  相似文献

Narrow disperse poly(ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate-co-4-vinylpyridine)(poly(EGDMA-co-4-VPy))microspheres were prepared by distillation-precipitation copolymerization of ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)and 4-vinylpyridine (4-VPy)with 2,2'-azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiator in neat acetonitrile.The polymer microspheres containing pyridyl group were then utilized as stabilizer for gold metallic colloids with the diameter around 7 nm,which were prepared by the in situ reduction of gold chloride trihydrate with sodium borohydride through the coordination of the pyridyl group on the gel layer and surface of the microsphere with the gold metallic nano-particles.The catalytic properties of the pyridyl- functionalized microsphere-stabilized gold metallic colloids and the behavior of the stabilized-catalyst for the recycling were investigated with reduction of 4-nitrophenol to 4-aminophenol as a model reaction.  相似文献

A facile and efficient approach was developed to access 5,7-disubstitued thiazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidine-4,6(5H,7H)-diones through condensation of N-substituted 5-amino-4-carbethoxythiazole with structurally diverse isocyanates in the presence of sodium hydride.The easy availability of substrates and tolerance of structural diversity in this reaction make it attractive to be used for construction of libraries in drug discovery process.  相似文献

The direct asymmetric aldol reaction of aromatic aldehydes with cyclic or acyclic ketones was catalyzed by proteinase from Aspergillus melleus (AMP) in acetonitrile in the presence of water. A wide range of substrates could be transformed into the corresponding aldol products in yields up to 89%, enantioselectivities up to 91% ee and diastereoselectivities up to >99:1 (anti/syn). This work provided an example of enzyme catalytic promiscuity that widens the applicability of this biocatalyst in organic synthesis without the need for additional cofactors or special equipment.  相似文献

A facile route for the synthesis of dimethyl adipate (DAP) from cyclopentanone and dimethyl carbonate (DMC) in the presence of solid base catalysts has been developed.It was found that the intermediate carbomethoxycyclopentanone (CMCP) was produced from cyclopentanone with DMC in the first step,and then CMCP was further converted to DAP by reacting with a methoxide group.The role of the basic catalysts can be mainly ascribed to the activation of cyclopentanone via the abstraction of a proton in the α-position by base sites,and solid bases with moderate strength,such as MgO,favor the formation of DAP.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献

An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.  相似文献
