4,6-二叔丁基-2-氯甲基苯酚(1Bu2-1-(HO)C6H2CH2Cl)与1-(2-羟基3,5-二叔丁基1-苄基)咪唑(2-HO-3,5-di-1Bu-C6H2-CH2{CH(NCHCHN)})反应首次成功地合成双功能化的氮杂环卡宾前体1,3-(2-羟基-3,5-二叔丁基苄基)咪唑筠氯盐([[2-HO-3,5-di-1Bu-C6H2-CH2]2{CH(NCHCHN)}]Cl)1,化合物1通过元素分析,1HNMR和X-ray衍射进行表征.晶体结构表明其晶体属三斜晶系,空间群为P-1,化学式为C37,H55ClN4O2,晶胞参数为a=11.94(4)A,b=16.57(7)A,c=19.11(7)A,a(deg)=94.24(14)deg,β(deg)=92.63(14)(3)deg,γ(deg)=92.52(14)deg,V(A3)=3764(24)A3,Z=4,最终R=0.1565,wR=0.1660.  相似文献

4,6-tBu2-1-(HO)C6H2CH2Cl与1,1'-羰基二咪唑反应成功地合成双阴离子芳氧功能化的氮杂环卡宾前体[[2-HO-3,5-tBu2-C6H2CH2]2{CH(NCHCHN)}]CI(I),结果表明在反应过程中发生了断裂反应。化合物I通过元素分析,1HNMR和X-ray衍射进行表征。晶体结构表明其晶体属三斜晶系,空间群为P-1,化学式为C33H49ClN2O2,晶胞参数为a=12.014(3),b=16.757(3),c=19.191(4),α=94.836(4)deg,β=92.658(4)deg,γ=92.631(4)deg,V=3840.8(14)3,Z=2,最终R=0.092,wR=0.291。  相似文献

阴离子功能化的咪唑盐LCl(L=HO-4,6-di-tBu-C6H2-2-CH2{CH[NCHCHN]iPr})与无水YbCl3反应成功合成阴离子功能化的咪唑基五氯化物镱L3[YbCl5(THF)]2-Cl-,产物通过元素分析、IR、X-ray射线衍射法表征。晶体结构表明配合物属于三斜晶体,空间群P1,晶胞参数a=1.6082(4)nm,b=1.6522(4)nm,c=1.7778(5)nm,α=81.682(16)°,β=81.378(16),γ=68.172(10)°,V=4.315(2)nm3,Z=2,F(000)=1750,D=1.280Mg/m3,μ=1.32mm-1,R1=0.1076,wR2=0.2213。氢键的存在对空间网状结构的形成起着重要的作用。  相似文献

A new compound 2-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxyphenyl)-2-(3,4-dimethylphenyl) acetic acid dimethylamine salt ([NH2(CH3)2][C24H31O3]) was synthesized and structurally determined. It is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 14.731(2), b = 10.1185(10), c = 17.065(2) A^°, β = 98.293(10)° ,Z = 4, V = 2517.0(6)A^°^3, Dc = 1.091 g/cm^3, F(000) = 904 and Mr= 413.58. 以2,4-二叔丁基苯酚和二酰氯为原料,利用微波技术设计并合成了5个具有高分子量和高稳定性的新型酚二酯抗氧剂--双[4,6-二叔丁基-2-(3,5-二叔丁基-2-羟苄基)酚]二酯(3a~3e),其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR和元素分析表征.初步热稳定分析(TGA)表明,与传统抗氧剂2246相比,3a和3d具有更好的热稳定性.  相似文献

合成了一种新的含取代苄基三苯基镌的马来二氰基二硫烯镍配合物[ClBzTPP]2[M(mnt)2]·H2O([ClBzTPP]’代表对氯苄基三苯基锑阳离子,mnt^2-代表马来二氰基二硫烯阴离子).配合物为三斜晶系,空间群Pi,晶胞参数为a=1.0585(2)nm,b=1.1089(2)nm,c=1.1570nm,α=81.98(1)°,β=84.95(1)°,γ=84.45(1)°,V=1.3691(4)nm^3,Z=1,最终一致性因子R=0.0584.该配合物由2个[ClBzT—PP]^+阳离子,1个[M(mnt)2]^2-阴离子和1个H2O组成.其结构特点是配合物中的[C1BzTPP]’阳离子和Ni(mnt)2^2-阴离子沿c轴方向堆积成柱,并通过C—H…S,C—H…π,C—H…Ni氢键和π-π堆积作用形成了二维网状结构.  相似文献

以硫酸钻、邻菲咯啉(phen)和3-羟基-1-金刚烷甲酸(HOC10H14COOH)为原料,合成了配合物[Co(HOG10H14COO)2(H2O)(phen)]·H2O;利用元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析对产物进行了表征,采用单晶X射线衍射方法测定了其晶体结构.结果表明,所合成的配合物C34H42N2O8Co属于单斜晶系,空间群C2/c,a=2.69798(7)nm,b=1.14319(3)nm,c=2.29092(6)nm,β=120.498(1)°,V665.63,F(000)=2808,Dc=1.452g·cm^-3,μ(Mo-Kα)=0.765mm^-1;R1=0.0805,wR2=0.2209,其通过氢键和π-π堆积作用相结合,形成稳定的二维超分子结构.  相似文献

A potassium organic-inorganic hybrid complex {H2[K(PMo12O40)(CH3CN)3]- (dpdo)2(H2O)}n 1 (dpdo = 4,4'-bipyridine-N,N'-dioxide) with special channels for the chain-like assembly of decorated Keggin-type anions was synthesized and structurally characterized. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of orthorhombic, space group Cmcm with a = 20.5328(17), b = 16.8877(14), c = 16,1454(14) A, V = 5598.4(8) A^3, Z = 4, C26H29N7O45KMo12P, Mr= 2380.91, Dc = 2.825 g/cm^3,μ = 2.813 mm^-1, F(000) = 4528, the final R = 0.0324 and wR = 0.0880 for 2577 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). Compound 1 exhibits a 3D network structure with large channels hosting decorated poly-anion chains as guests.  相似文献

牛磺酸缩2-吡啶甲醛席夫碱,3,5-二羟基苯甲酸与醋酸铜在50%甲醇中反应合成了铜(Ⅱ)-牛磺酸缩2-吡啶甲醛席夫碱-3,5-二羟基苯甲酸三元配合物{[Cu(C8H9N2O3S)(C7H6O4).(H2O)2].2H2O(1)},其结构经IR,元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射法表征。1属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数a=7.066(2),b=11.891(4),c=12.859(4),α=104.034(14)°,β=96.884(13),°γ=99.053(10)°,V=1020.9(6)3,Z=2,Dc=1.633 g.cm-3,μ=1.233 mm-1,F(000)=518,R1=0.1108,wR2=0.322。1的中心铜离子与席夫碱配体的两个N原子,3,5-二羟基苯甲酸羧酸根上一个O原子以及两个水分子的O原子配位,形成一个五配位的四方锥结构。由结晶水分子,没参与配位的磺酸基氧,配位水分子间形成的氢键以及吡啶环、苯环间的π┈π相互作用,使1分子堆积成三维超分子网状结构,稳定了整个晶体结构。  相似文献

The diorganotin(Ⅳ) complexes of N-(3,5-dibromosalicylidene)-α-amino acid, R2Sn(2-O-3,5-Br2C6H2CH= NCHRCOO)(where R=H, Me, i-Pr, Bz; R'=n-Bu, Cy), were synthesized by the reactions of diorganotin dichlorides with in situ formed potassium salt of N-(3,5-dibromosalicylidene)-α-amino acid and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (^1H, ^13C and ^119Sn) spectra. The crystal structures of n-Bu2Sn(2-O-3,5-Br2C6H2CH= NCHRCOO)(R=i-Pr, Bz) and Cy2Sn(2-O-3,5-Br2C6H2CH=NCHRCOO)(R=Me, Bz) were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction and showed that the tin atoms are in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry to form five- and six-membered chelate rings with the tridentate ligand. Bioassay results indicated that the compounds possess better in vitro antitumour activity against three human tumour cell lines, HeLa, CoLo205 and MCF-7, than cis-platin and moderate anti-bacterial activity against two bacteria, E. coli and S. aureus.  相似文献

以对羟基苯基和对羟基苄基咪唑啉2,4-二酮羧酸酯类化合物为二次先导结构,根据Hydantocidin在植物体内的作用形式是Hydantocidin 5’-Phosphate的特点,将3种对羟基苯(苄基)-2,4-咪唑啉二酮中间体与(硫代)磷酰氯反应合成得到了38个结构新颖的含有2,4-咪唑啉二酮的(硫代)磷酸酯类化合物,其结构通过IR,1H NMR,31P NMR和元素分析表征.初步生物测定结果表明O-乙基-O-苯基-5-(4-羟基苯基)-2,4-咪唑啉二酮硫代磷酸酯(B14)和O,O-二苯基-5-(4-羟基苄基)-2-硫代-4-咪唑啉二酮硫代磷酸酯(B25)在100μg/mL浓度下对油菜的抑制率为53.1%和62.7%,化合物O,O-二(邻甲氧基苯基)-5-(4-羟基苯基)-2,4-咪唑啉二酮硫代磷酸酯(B7),B14和O,O-二(对甲基苯基)-5-(4-羟基苄基)-2,4-咪唑啉二酮硫代磷酸酯(B17)对蚜虫表现了一定的杀虫活性,在300μg/mL浓度下24 h的校正死亡率分别为52%,51%和69%.  相似文献

The title compounds 3-(3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)quinoline (1) and 3-(4- fluoro-3-methylphenyl)quinoline (2) were synthesized through Suzuki-Miyaura Cross coupling reaction of 3-bromoquinoloine with aryl boronic acids. The title compounds were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, El-MS, elemental analysis and IR. The crystals of 3-(3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)quinoline (C17H9F6N, Mr = 341.25) belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21n, a = 12.3072(13), b = 4.9378(6), c = 24.493(2) A, V= 1473.1(3) A3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.539 Mg m-3, 2 - 0.71073A, μ = 0.144 mm^-1, F(000) = 688, the final R = 0.0715 and wR = 0.1873 for 1875 obserwed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I) and the crystal of 3-(4-fluoro-3- methylphenyl)quinoline (C16H12FN, Mr= 237.27) belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group Pca21, a = 23.794(2), b = 3.9094(3), c = 25.669(2) A, V = 2387.7(4) A3, Z = 8, D, = 1.320 Mg m-3, 2 = 0.71073 A, μ = 0.088 mm-1, F(000) = 992, the final R = 0.0534 and wR = 0.1188 for 2270 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I).  相似文献

The title compound, { [Ag2(bipy)2(H2O)2]·pydc·2H2O}n (bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine, pydc = pyridine-3,5-dicarboxylate), has been synthesized by the reaction of Ag2O with pydc and bipy in CH3OH solution. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 21.419(8), b = 7.515(3), c = 18.070(7) A,β = 108.273(6)°, Mr = 765.27, V = 2761.9(17) A^3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.840 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1528,μ = 1.478 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0307 and wR = 0.0681. The structure determined demonstrated that the Ag(I) is three-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from bipy and one water molecule, forming a one-dimensional coordination polymer [Ag2(bipy)2(H2O)2]n^2n+, which is further linked to generate a two-dimensional layer structure via Ag---Ag attractions.  相似文献

The title compound has been synthesized by the addition reaction of N-(4-cyanopyrazole-3-yl)-3,5-difluorophenyl-imine and diisopropyl phosphate. Its structure was confirmed by means of IR, ^1H NMR and elemental analysis. The single-crystal structure of the title compound was determined by X-ray crystallography. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 18.9959(14), b = 9.2212(7), c = 22.1108(16)A^°, β= 90.1540(10)°, V = 3873.0(5) A^°^3, Dc = 1.366 g/cm^3, Z = 8, μ = 0.185, F(000) = 1664, and the final R = 0.0503 and wR = 0.1539 for 2996 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). The results demonstrate that the dihedral angle between the pyrazole and benzene rings is 105.5°, and there is a full delocalized pyrazole system with sp^2 hydridization of N(3). The crystal structure is stabilized by two intermolecular hydrogen bonds of N(1)-H(1)…O(3) and N(3)-H(3A)…N(4). The preliminary biological test shows that the title compound has a moderate antifungal activity.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of copper chloride dihydrate and 5,5-dimethyl-imidazolidine,-2,4-dione with a mole ratio of 1:1 in acetonitrile resulted in the formation of a new acetate-bridged dinuclear copper complex, [C2H6ON]2[Cu2Cl2(μ-CH3COO)4]. Protonated acetamide in eaolie form and acetic acid were yielded by the hydrolysis of acetonitrile under hydrothennal condition. The rifle complex (C12H24Cl2Cu2N2O10) was characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, IR spectrum, elemental and electrochemical analysis. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 8.298004), b = 14.358(2), c = 12.0010(2) A^°, β= 130.620(3)°, V = 1085.3(2) A^°^3, Dc = 1.696 g/cm^3, 34, = 554.31, Z = 2, F(000) = 564 and μ = 2.254 mm^-1. The crystal structure consists of a tetraacetate-bridging dinulcear copper complex anion [Cu2Cl2(μ-CH3COO)4]^2-, with the chlorine anions in the axial positions, and two protonated acetamide cations [C2H6ON]^+, which were connected through hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional infinite network.  相似文献

用溶液扩散法合成了一例价态互变聚合物[co^Ⅱ(3,5-DBsq)2(dpg)]·(3,5-H2DBcat)2(1)(其中3,5-DBsq=3,5-二叔丁基半醌,3,5-H2DBcat=3,5-二叔丁基邻苯二酚,dpg=内消旋一仪,13-二(4-吡啶基)乙二醇),通过单晶衍射法等确定了其结构.化合物1利用3,5-HzDBsq电活性配体和dpg桥联配体,沿b轴方向形成了锯齿状的一维链,这些链在bc平面内堆积形成了二维层状结构,层状结构又进一步沿着α轴方向堆积,形成的孔道被游离的3,5-H2DBcat分子占据.磁性测试表明了该化合物具有温度依赖的价态互变行为,其行为表现出有趣的压力效击釉半祷府  相似文献

利用二丁基氧化锡和3,5-二硝基水杨酸在苯-乙醇中反应合成了新配合物乙醇合二丁基锡3,5-二硝基-2-氧苯甲酸酯(n-C4H9)2Sn(2-O-3,5-(NO2)2C6H2COO)(C2H5OH)(1),通过元素分析、IR、1H NMR和X-射线单晶衍射表征了其结构。化合物1属单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,a=1.363 33(10)nm,b=1.861 90(14)nm,c=0.841 51(6)nm,β=93.311(1)°,Z=4,V=2.132 5(3)nm3,R1=0.033 6,wR2=0.090 0。该化合物为由羧基桥联配位和分子间氢键形成的新型一维链状有机锡配合物,锡原子具有六配位[SnC2O4]畸变八面体构型。化合物1对2种人癌细胞A549和CoLo205增殖均有强的抑制作用,对乙酰乙酸乙酯与醇的酯交换反应具有高选择性和良好的催化活性。  相似文献
