(GaP)n和(GaP)n (n=10~16)团簇的结构与稳定性研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2

采用密度泛函理论B3LYP/Lanl2dz方法对(GaP)n和(GaP)n (n=10~16)团簇的一系列异构体的结构和稳定性进行了研究. 讨论了中性团簇得到一个电子之后, 几何结构和电子性质的变化. 频率分析预测出最强吸收峰位于341~390 cm-1区域. 从能隙、结合能和能量二次差分等方面综合考虑, 具有Th对称性的(GaP)12和(GaP)12分别是中性(GaP)n和阴离子(GaP)n团簇中最稳定的, 而具有Td点群结构的(GaP)16也比较稳定, 究竟哪种结构易于合成还有待于实验的进一步证实. 在相同理论水平上计算了基态(GaP)n (n=10~16)的绝热电子亲合势(AEAs)及其基态阴离子的垂直电离能(VDEs), 这对以后的实验数据分析将有一定的参考价值.  相似文献

采用5-((4-吡啶基)甲氧基)-异烟酸(H2PLIA)、1,3,5-三(1-咪唑基)-苯(TIB)合成了金属有机骨架[Cd (PLIA)(TIB)]n (MOF-1)。MOF-1是具有理想一维孔道的二维结构化合物,其一维孔道由柔性三角形PLIA2-配体和刚性三角形TIB配体间隔形成。利用MOF-1易掺杂的优势,采用后修饰合成策略制备了Tb@MOF-1。对MOF-1和Tb@MOF-1进行了基本表征及荧光探针性能研究。2种探针材料具有相同的结构。MOF-1和Tb@MOF-1分别对水溶液中的Cr2O72-和S2O82-离子具有较强荧光识别能力,均有响应时间快,稳定性、选择性、灵敏度高的特点。研究了MOF-1和Tb@MOF-1对Cr2O72-和S2O82-的荧光识别机理,其不同可能与Tb3+离子掺杂有关。  相似文献

在量子化学计算的基础上,用统计热力学方法,计算了亚硫酸氢根离子的两种异构体HOSO-2(CS)和HSO-3(C3V)的热力学性质及它们相互转化的平衡常数(相对稳定性随温度的变化)等。通过计算数据的回归分析,给出了摩尔熵、摩尔热容等随温度变化的表达式。  相似文献

应用密度泛函理论, 在B3LYP/6-31G*水平上优化得到了线性簇合物BC2nB (n=1~12, D(h)的平衡几何构型, 并计算了它们的谐振动频率. 在优化平衡几何构型下, 通过TD-B3LYP/cc-pvDZ和TD-B3LYP/cc-pvTZ计算, 分别得到了n=1~12和n=1~7的电子跃迁的垂直激发能和对应的振子强度. 在B3LYP/6-311+G*水平上计算得到了簇合物BC2nB (n=1~12, D(h)的电离能. 基于计算结果, 导出了BC2nB体系电子跃迁能以及第一电离能与体系大小n的解析表达式.  相似文献

用密度泛函理论(DFT)的B3LYP方法, 在6-311G*水平上对AlmN2和AlmN2 (m=1~8)团簇的几何构型、电子结构、振动频率和分子轨道进行了理论研究. 结果表明, AlmN2类团簇的基态结构有两种基本构型, 一种是以N—N键为核心周围与Al原子相配位形成的, 一种是由两个AlnN (n≤m/2)分子碎片通过共用Al原子或Al—Al键相互结合形成的. 对AlnN分子碎片相互结合形成结构的绝热电离能讨论得到, m为偶数的团簇比m为奇数的稳定.  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了2个系列的荧光粉样品:Ba2-xZnGe2O7xBi3+(系列Ⅰ)和Ba1.994-yKyZnGe2O7:0.006Bi3+(系列Ⅱ)。X射线衍射(XRD)测试结果表明,少量Bi3+、K+的掺杂不会明显改变材料的物相结构。样品的荧光光谱测试结果表明,虽然2个系列样品的发光光谱都随组成成分变化有少量变化,但发光颜色基本上均为黄绿色。在358 nm的激发下,荧光粉的发射光谱呈现一个峰值在500 nm的宽发射带,归属于3P11S0能级跃迁。在500 nm监测下,荧光粉的最强激发峰位于358 nm,归属于1S03P1能级跃迁,此外还有一个位于320 nm的肩峰归属于O2--Bi3+电荷转移带。系列Ⅰ样品的光谱数据结果指出,Bi3+的最佳掺杂量x为0.006。在该基质中,Bi3+掺杂取代Ba2+属于不等价取代,会在晶格中产生Ba2+空位或间隙O2-,对材料的发光强度产生负面影响。对此,采用K+与Bi3+协同掺杂起到电荷补偿的作用,填补Ba2+空位或捕获间隙O2-缺陷。空位被填补或间隙被捕获均减少了晶格畸变,从而使发光强度明显提高。系列Ⅱ样品的光谱数据表明,完全电荷补偿的荧光粉样品相比于没有掺K+的样品,其发光强度提高了约2.5倍。  相似文献

为了从理论层面深入探究团簇ConMoS (n=1~5)的电子性质、光学性质及磁性,弄清其内在关联,依据拓扑学原理和密度泛函理论,在B3LYP/def2-TZVP量子化学水平和多个自旋多重度下对该团簇进行结构优化并分析。结果表明:团簇ConMoS共有21种稳定构型;通过对NPA (自然布居分析,natural population analysis)电荷、静电势、亲电指数、电离势、光学电负性和折射率等分析得出,金属原子有高概率失去电子,非金属原子相对更容易得到电子,团簇Co5MoS中的构型5a在最稳定构型中有高的得失电子能力、反应活性和折射率,Co和Mo原子易发生亲核反应,S原子易发生亲电反应;对该团簇自旋布居数、原子磁矩、轨道磁矩和态密度分析发现,该团簇磁性主要由Co原子的d轨道提供,且团簇Co3MoS表现出了比其它尺寸团簇更为稳定和优异的磁性。最终得出团簇Co3MoS在磁性方面有较好的表现且构型5a在活性和光学领域有一定的潜力。  相似文献

采用高温固相法在空气中合成了Ba1.97-yZn1-xMgxSi2O7:0.03Eu,yCe3+系列荧光粉。分别采用X-射线衍射和荧光光谱对所合成荧光粉的物相和发光性质进行了表征。在紫外光330~360 nm激发下,固溶体荧光粉Ba1.97-yZn1-xMgxSi2O7:0.03Eu的发射光谱在350~725 nm范围内呈现多谱峰发射,360和500 nm处有强的宽带发射属于Eu2+离子的4f65d1-4f7跃迁,590~725 nm红光区窄带谱源于Eu3+5D0-7FJ (J=1,2,3,4)跃迁,这表明,在空气气氛中,部分Eu3+在Ba1.97-yZn1-xMgxSi2O7基质中被还原成了Eu2+;当x=0.1时,荧光粉Ba1.97Zn0.9Mg0.1Si2O7:0.03Eu的绿色发光最强,表明Eu3+被还原成Eu2+离子的程度最大。当共掺入Ce3+离子后,形成Ba1.97-yZn0.9Mg0.1Si2O7:0.03Eu,yCe3+荧光粉体系,其发光随着Ce3+离子浓度的增大由蓝绿区经白光区到达橙红区;发现名义组成为Ba1.96Zn0.9Mg0.1Si2O7:0.01Ce3+,0.03Eu的荧光粉的色坐标为(0.323,0.311),接近理想白光,是一种有潜在应用价值的白光荧光粉。讨论了稀土离子在Ba2Zn0.9Mg0.1Si2O7基质中的能量传递与发光机理。  相似文献

Ab initio MP2/6-31G*//HF/6-31G*+ZPE(HF/6-31G*) calculations of the potential energy surface in the vicinity of stationary points and the pathways of intramolecular rearrangements between low-lying structures of the OBe3F3 + cation detected in the mass spectra of μ4-Be4O(CF3COO)6 were carried out. Ten stable isomers with di- and tricoordinate oxygen atoms were localized. The relative energies of six structures lie in the range 0–8 kcal mol−1 and those of the remaining four structures lie in the range 20–40 kcal mol−1. Two most favorable isomers, aC 2v isomer with a dicoordinate oxygen atom, planar six-membered cycle, and one terminal fluorine atom and a pyramidalC 3v isomer with a tricoordinate oxygen atom and three bridging fluorine atoms, are almost degenerate in energy. The barriers to rearrangements with the breaking of one fluorine bridge are no higher than 4 kcal mol−1, except for the pyramidalC 3v isomer (∼16 kcal mol−1). On the contrary, rearrangements with the breaking of the O−Be bond occur with overcoming of a high energy barrier (∼24 kcal mol−1). A planarD 3h isomer with a tricoordinate oxygen atom and linear O−Be−H fragments was found to be the most favorable for the OBe3H3 + cation, a hydride analog of the OBe3F3 + ion; the energies of the remaining five isomers are more than 25 kcal mol−1 higher. 利用密度泛函理论在B3LYP/6-311G*水平上对碱土金属叠氮化合物(MgN6)n(n=1~5)团簇各种可能构型进行了几何优化,预测了各团簇的最稳定结构。并对最稳定结构的成键特性、电荷分布、振动特性及稳定性进行理论研究。结果表明,叠氮化合物中叠氮基以直线型存在,MgN6团簇最稳定结构为直线型;(MgN6)2团簇最稳定结构为Mg2N2四元环平面结构;(MgN6)n(n=3~5)团簇最稳定结构是由2个叠氮基与2个Mg原子首先构成近似菱形,再由近似菱形延伸形成的链状结构。叠氮基中间的N原子显示正电性,两端的N原子显示负电性,且与Mg直接作用的N原子负电性更强,金属Mg原子和N原子之间形成很强的离子键。(MgN6)n(n=1~5)团簇最稳定结构的IR光谱分为4个部分,其最强振动峰均位于2209~2313cm-1,振动模式为叠氮基中N-N键的反对称伸缩振动。稳定性分析显示,(MgN6)3和(MgN6)5团簇相对于其他团簇较为稳定。  相似文献

以双季铵盐表面活性剂为模板剂,水热条件下合成了硅铝比(nSi/nAl)为18、26和95的ZSM-5沸石纳米片,采用离子交换方法制备了铜改性的ZSM-5纳米片样品,并测试了其催化分解N_2O性能。结合X射线衍射(XRD)、N_2吸附/脱附、X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、氢气程序升温还原(H_2-TPR)、氧气程序升温脱附(O_2-TPD)和原位红外漫反射光谱(CODRIFT)等表征结果 ,探讨了沸石硅铝比对于催化剂N_2O分解性能的影响及其原因。结果表明,ZSM-5纳米片硅铝比越低,CuZSM-5纳米片催化剂的活性越高。催化活性的提高归因于低硅铝比催化剂上Cu~+活性物种可还原性的增强和吸附氧脱附能力的提高。  相似文献

以FT-IR方法研究了水/C12-EOx-C12•2Br/正己醇/正庚烷形成的W/O微乳中水的状态. 结果表明, 其中的水存在4种状态, 分别为阳离子头基结合水、反离子结合水、类似本体的水以及束缚在微乳栅栏层中的水. 由解卷积技术分解FT-IR谱图, 进而获得每个表面活性剂分子对应于这4种状态水分子的数目nN+, nBr-, nbnf. 随着水含量(W0)增加, nb急剧增大, nN+少许上升, 而nfnBr-维持不变, 这说明微乳水核逐渐长大, 且在所考察W0范围内, 表面活性剂头基解离度保持不变.  相似文献

The high-resolution207Pb magnetic resonance spectra ofR 4–n PbX n (R=Methyl, Ethyl;X=h1-Cyclopentadienyl, Chloride;n=1, 2) have been studied at 16.72Mc. The207Pb- ·· -1H spin-spin coupling constants for the molecules described have been obtained by analysis of the first order NMR-patterns as AxByM and AxByCzM respectively. The experimental spectra have been verified by a computer simulation. The chemical shifts and coupling constants of the lead organyls investigated show similar dependences on moleculare structure as well as number and species of the substituents like analogous organotin compounds.

We investigated the structural evolution and electronic properties of ConC3-/0 and ConC4-/0 (n=1-4) clusters by using mass-selected photoelectron spectroscopy and density functional theory calculations. The adiabatic and vertical detachment energies of Co1-4C3- and Co1-4C4- were obtained from their photoelectron spectra. By comparing the theoretical results with the experimental data, the global minimum structures were determined. The results indicate that the carbon atoms of ConC3-/0 and ConC4-/0 (n=1-4) are separated from each other gradually with increasing number of cobalt atoms but a C2 unit still remains at n=4. It is interesting that the Co2C3- and Co2C4- anions have planar structures whereas the neutral Co2C3 and Co2C4 have linear structures with the Co atoms at two ends. The Co3C3- anion has a planar structure with a Co2C2 four-membered ring and a Co3C four-membered ring sharing a Co-Co bond, while the neutral Co3C3 is a three-dimensional structure with a C2 unit and a C atom connecting to two faces of the Co3 triangle.  相似文献

Using density functional theory (DFT) method with 6-31G* basis set, we have carried out the optimizing calculation of geometry, vibrational frequency and thermodynamical stability for (AlN) n + and (AlN) n + (n=1–15) clusters. Moreover, their ionic potential (IP) and electron affinity (EA) were discussed. The results show that the electrical charge condition of the cluster has a relatively great impact on the structure of the cluster and with the increase of n, this kind of impact is reduced gradually. There are no Al-Al and N-N bonds in the stable structure of (AlN) n + or (AlN) n -, and the Al-N bond is the sole bond type. The magic number regularity of (AlN) n + and (AlN) n - is consistent with that for (AlN) n , indicating that the structure with even n such as 2, 4, 6, ... is more stable. In addition, (AlN10 has the maximal ionization power (9.14 eV) and the minimal electron affinity energy (0.19 eV), which manifests that (AlN)10 is more stable than other clusters.  相似文献

Ab initio molecular orbital and density functional theory calculations on X2Y3 (X = B, Al,Ga; Y = O,S) indicate a bent structure withC 2v symmetry to be the preferred arrangement for B2 O3, B2 S3 and Al2S3. In contrast, the linear isomer is favoured for Al2 O3 and Ga2 O3. These are in agreement with the experimentally observed structures. The electronegativity difference between X and Y, the MO patterns and the ionic nature of the bonding explain variations in the molecular structure. The results from the two theoretical approaches (MP2/6-31G* and Becke3LYP/6-311 +G* level) are comparable.  相似文献

Sulfur/oxygen-bridged incomplete cubane-type triphenylphosphine molybdenum and tungsten-clusters [Mo3S4Cl4(H2O)2(PPh3)3]·3THF (1A), [Mo3S4Cl4(H2O)2(PPh3)3]·2THF (2A), [Mo3OS3Cl4(H2O)2(PPh3)3]·2THF (1B), and [W3S4Cl4(H2O)2(PPh3)3]·2THF (1C) were prepared from the corresponding aqua clusters and PPh3 in THF/MeOH. On recrystallization from THF, procedures with and without addition of hexane to the solution gave 1A and 2A, respectively, while the procedures gave no effect on the formation of 1B and 1C. Crystallographic results obtained are as follows: 1A: monoclinic, P21/n, a=17.141(4) Å, b=22.579(5) Å, c=19.069(4) Å, =96.18(2)°, V=7337(3) Å3, Z=4, R(R w)=0.078(0.102); 1C: monoclinic, P2 1/c, a=12.635(1) Å, b=20.216(4) Å, c=27.815(3) Å, =96.16(1)°, V=7062(2) Å3, Z=4, R(R w)=0.071(0.083). If the phenyl groups are ignored, the molecule [Mo3S4Cl4(H2O)2(PPh3)3] in 2A has idealized CS symmetry with the mirror plane perpendicular to the plane determined by the metal atoms, while the molecule in 1A does not have the symmetry. The tungsten compound 1C is isomorphous with the molybdenum compound 2A. 31P NMR spectra of 1A, 2A, and 1C were obtained and compared with similar clusters with dmpe (1,2-bis(dimethylphosphino)ethane) ligands.  相似文献

讨论了辛基(苯基)-N,N-二异丁基胺甲酰基甲基氧化膦(CMPO)/1-烷基-3-甲基咪唑双(三氟甲烷磺酰)亚胺盐([C_nmim][NTf_2],n=2,8,12)萃取体系分别对硝酸溶液中的铕离子(Eu~(3+))和铀酰根离子(UO_2~(2+))的萃取行为。主要研究了硝酸浓度、接触时间、温度、CMPO浓度对CMPO/[C_nmim][NTf_2]体系萃取性能的影响,并选取CMPO/[C_2mim][NTf_2]体系对模拟高放废液中的镧锕元素进行了萃取分离。结果表明:随着离子液体侧链长度增长,萃取平衡时间逐渐延长;CMPO/[C3+2mim][NTf_2]体系对Eu的萃取是放热反应,萃取率随酸度增加而逐渐降低,对UO_2~(2+)则是吸热反应,萃取率随酸度增加而逐渐升高;通过机理研究,推测出对Eu~(3+)的萃取反应是离子交换,而对UO_2~(2+)的萃取反应则是中性配位;CMPO/[C_2mim][NTf_2]体系能有效的萃取模拟高放废液中的镧系、锕系元素,且在高酸下有一定的镧锕分离效果。  相似文献
