A New Method for Synthesis of Methyl 3—Azido—3—deoxy—2—O—mesyl—5—O—benzoylxylofuranoside

A new method for synthesis of 3-azido-3-deoxyxylofuranoside was described. D-ribose was methylated, then treated with methanesulfonyl chloride to give Ⅱ.Ⅱ was selectively replaced by benzoate at the 5-position to give Ⅲ. All these processes gave good yields. Ⅲ was treated with sodium azide to afford Ⅳ, whose structure was determined by ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR.     

Fe—Ce—N—O,Fe—Y—N—S溶液的热力学研究

本文主要研究了在1570～1650℃范围内Fe-Ce-N-O、Fe-Y-N-S溶液的热力学性质,得到主要结果如下:(1)铈、钇增加氮的溶解度,氧轻微地增加氮的溶解度,硫轻微地减少氮的溶解度;(2)铈、钇、氧、硫与氮的相互作用系数与温度的关系。e_N~(Ce)=(-6230/T) 2.670,e_N~Y=(-6640/T) 2.986,e_N~O=(-3497/T) 1.650,e_N~S=264/T-0.128;(3)铈、钇脱氮产物为CeN、YN;(4)铈、钇脱氮常数与温度的关系:1gK_(CeN)-(-20960/T) 7.972,1gK_(YN)=(-20440/T) 7.863。     

Dynamic Structure of Mo—O Species in Ag—Mo—P—O Catalyst for Oxidative Dehydrogenation of Propane

The dynamic structure of Mo-O species in Ag-Mo-P-O catalyst was studied by in situ confocal microprobe laser Raman spectroscopy (LRS) and catalytic test. The results indicate Mo-O species of MoO3 transformed to Mo-O species of AgMoO2PO4 in C3H8/O2/N2(3/14) flow at 773K. This behavior is closely relative to oxidative dehydrogenation of propan and intrinsic properties of Mo-O species. The Mo-O species of AgMoO2PO4 may be active species for oxidative dehydrogenation of propane.     

Structures of N—（2,3,4,6—Tetra—O—acetyl—β—D—glycosyl） thiocarbamic Benzoyl Hydrazine

The crystal structure of N-(2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-gly-cosyl)-thiocarbamic benzoyl hydrazine(C22H27N3O9S) was determined by X-ray diffracton method.The hexopyranosyl ring adopts a chair conformation.All the ring substituents are in the equatorial positions.The acetoxyl-methyl group is in synclinal conformation.The S atom is in synperiplanar conformation while the benzoyl hydrazine moiety is anti-periplanar.The thiocarbamic moiety is almost companar with the benzoyl hydrazine group.There are two intramolecular hydrogen bonds and one intermolecular hydrogen bond for each molecule in the crystal structure.The molecules form a network structure through intermolecular hydrogen bonds.

A Novel Diterpenoid,11—O—β—D—glucopyranosylneo—triptophenolide, from Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f

A new diterpenoid was isolated from the ethanolic extract of the dried root bark of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f. It is the first example of abietane diterpenoid glycoside isolated from Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.Its structure was identified to be 11-0-β-D-glucopyranosyl-neotriptophenolide based on spectral methods.     

The Preparation of 2—O—Acetonyl—β—cyclodextrin as One Key Intermediate for Water Soluble β—Cyclodextrin Derivatives

2－O－Acetonyl-β-cyclodextrin with a suitable average substitution degree of about 5.8, which could be used as a key intermediate for water soluble functional β-cyclodextrin derivatives, was prepared based on the proper oxidation of heptakis(6-O-dimethyl-tert-butylsilyl)-2-O-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin.
