Abstract

9-Bromomethylacridine (9-Br · Ma) gave blue fluorescent 9-acridinylmethyl (9-AM) esters by the reaction with carboxylic acids. The reactions were performed simply by mixing the 9-Br · Ma, tetraethylammonium carbonate (TEA C) and carboxylic acids in N,N-dimethylformamide at room temperature. The 9-AM derivatives of fifteen kinds of fatty acids were separated and detected with high performance liquid chromatography. By this method, fatty acids could be determined at levels down to either pmol order by fluorometry or 10 pmol order by UV method. After saponification, those in triacylglycerols were also determined. When four kinds of fatty acids were added to a butter, their recoveries were 92–101%. The coefficient of variation of myristate as a representative was 2.5% (42.8 pmol, n=6).  相似文献

A 3-monosubstituted dithiirane 1-oxide, 3-(9-triptycyl)dithiirane 1-oxide, was prepared for the first time, by the reaction of (9-triptycyl)diazomethane and S8O. The dithiirane 1-oxide was obtained as cis- and trans-isomers, and the structure of the trans-isomer was verified by X-ray crystallography. The cis-isomer isomerized gradually to the trans-isomer in solution. The divalent sulfur atom of the cis- and trans-dithiirane 1-oxides were removed on treatment with triphenylphosphine to give the corresponding Z- and E-sulfines, respectively. The reaction of the trans-dithiirane 1-oxide with (Ph3P)2Pt(C2H4) provided the (sulfenato-thiolato)PtII complex, and that with Lawesson's reagent yielded the 1,3,4,2-trithiaphospholane and 1,2,4,5,3-tetrathiaphosphorinane derivatives.  相似文献

Abstract

9-Oxo-10-acridineacetic acid, CMA, has been found to be an interferon inducer.1-5 Moreover, it has been shown that some analogues of CMA may significantly enhance the titres of serum interferon in mice. Among them, the sodium salt CMANa, (I), was synthesized and its biological activity was recently analysed.6 This work presents the results of a study on the interaction of CMA- with Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), and Zn(II).  相似文献

按文献方法合成了一个螯形主体分子,反式-9,10-二氢-9,10-二(1-萘基)-9,10-菲二醇。研究发现该主体可以和一些含氮杂环化合物形成一定比例的晶体包合物。用X-射线衍射分析二环己胺包合物的晶体结构表明,包合物中主客体之间存在O-H…N氢键相互作用,客体分子包合在主体分子形成的空腔中。  相似文献

合成了一种具有螯形结构的反式-9, 10-二氢-9, 10-二苯基-9,10-菲二醇(1)作为主体分子。它能与许多有机小分子化合物, 诸如DMF, DMSO, 吡啶, 哌啶, 喹啉, 异喹啉等形成包结化合物。本文还报道了这些包结化合物的IR, 粉末XRD的表征, 用^1H NMR谱测定了它们的分子摩尔比。DMF包结物的单晶四圆X衍射结果表明主体分子1与客体分子形成的包结物为配位笼状包合物。  相似文献

Abstract

A novel method for rapid and simple fluorescent labeling of carboxylic acids with 9-anthryldiazomethane (ADAM) for HPLC is described. This reagent is stable in solution and highly reactive with carboxylic acids. Esterification proceeds at room temperature without catalyst. The labeled compounds are separated using a reversed-phase system and determined with a flow-through flurometer. Picomole level of fatty acids are determined by this method.  相似文献

A novel Brφnsted acidic ionic liquid(IL) based on the cyclic guanidinium cation has been synthesized. This IL,as a strong Brφnsted acid catalyst or solvent, shows high catalytic activity and biphsaic behavor in the esterifications of carboxylic acids and alcohols. The produced esters as a separate phase can be conveniently decanted out from the IL and the IL is recyclable without any loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

Summary Micellar phase-transfer catalysis (MPTC) offers the opportunity to derivatize carboxylic acids directly in an aqueous matrix without prior extraction of the acids into a suitable aprotic solvent. The currently developed MPTC system consists of a non-ionic surfactant, Arkopal N-130, an ion-pair agent, tetrakis-(decyl)-ammonium bromide, and a novel fluorescence reagent, 9-bromomethylacridine. The MPTC system can be applied to the derivatization of many types of carboxylic acids. The reaction rate is affected by the lipophilicity of the acid and by the presence of other functional groups. For lipophilic carboxylic acids the reaction is complete within 5 min at 60°C and pH 7.0.  相似文献

Effective synthesis of novel sulfamates from various carboxylic acids has been developed in the presence of chlorosulfonyl isocyanate (CSI) in mild conditions. Several acids, bases and solvents effects were investigated for one-pot synthesis sulfamates as a catalyst. Finally, triflic acid was found to possess efficiently under optimized conditions in acetonitrile. This method is easy, fair price and practical. 呫吨羟基羧酸酯类化合物是一类新型高效的抗胆碱、抗梭曼化合物, 比以往的抗胆碱药物效价有较大幅度的提高,设计合成了一系列新的9-羟基-9-呫吨羧酸酯类抗胆碱化合物. 在合成环状基团的过程中, 探索了取代呫吨环中间体的合成路线; 在氨基醇的合成过程中, 采用10%的Pd/C作催化剂, 并将H2的压力下降到30 kg/cm2, 产率提高到90%, 优化了催化氢化的反应条件; 在目标化合物的合成过程中, 改进了产物的纯化和后处理方法, 简化了操作步骤.  相似文献

A series of benzimidazole, thiazole and benzothiazole carbamates derived from 9-methyl-9-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-3α-ol was synthesized and studied by 1H, 13C, 2D NMR and IR spectroscopy. To assist in the interpretation of the spectroscopic data, the crystal structure of 3 (9-methyl-9-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-3α-yl 2-amino-1H-benzimidazole-1-carboxilate) was determined by X-ray diffraction. It has been found that 1-carbamates and 2-carbamates can be obtained in the case of the benzimidazole derivatives. The benzimidazole-1-carbamates are obtained in higher yields (41, 38%) than the benzimidazole-2-carbamates (3, 9%). The compounds studied displayed in CDCl3 solution a preferred chair–boat conformation with the substituted ring in a distorted boat form and the N–CH3 substituent in an axial position with respect to the chair piperidine ring. This conformation is similar to that determined by X-Ray diffraction for compound 3.  相似文献

研究合成了新试剂2,3,7-三羟基-9-间羟基苯基荧光酮(简称m-HPF)。测定了试剂各级酸离解常数。研究了试剂的化学发光性能和试剂与金属离子的显色行为。结果表明,只有Co^2^+离子对m-HPF-H~2O~2体系有较强的催化发光作用;在表面活性剂存在下,试剂与许多离子都呈灵敏的显色反应。用Huckel分子轨道法(HMO)计算了中性分子及各离子构式的π电子分布,对离解常数进行了归属。  相似文献

 Using 9-allylaminoacridine synthesized in this laboratory as the fluorescent agent an fiber optode for p-nitrophenol (p-Np) has been prepared. 9-Allylaminoacridine has a polymerizable olefin unit and can be copolymerized with hydrophilic monomer 2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate (HPMA) under UV irradiation. On silanized activated glass surface a 9-allylaminoacridine containing HPMA membrane has been covalently bound forming a stable optode membrane free of leaching problem. The analytical performance characteristics including reversibility, reproducibility, short-term stability and interference have been evaluated. The optode has relatively long lifetime with the spectral response characteristics not changing after one month use. The plot of log(I 0/I − 1) versus logarithm of the p-NP solution concentration can piecewise be fitted with the straight line of the form of Stern-Volmer equation, with a detection limit of 9.0 × 10−8 mol L−1. The relative standard deviation obtained from eight separate determinations for two p-NP concentrations, 1.0 × 10−5 and 4.0 × 10−4 mol L−1, are 2.36% and 1.34%, respectively. p-Np can be determined in water samples with satisfactory recoveries. A method has been developed for separation of 20 kinds of aromatic carboxylic acid using anion-exchange chromatography. A Dionex IonPac AS9-HC guard column (250mm×2mm) was used with a 9mmol/L sodium carbonate solution containing 50% (v/v) acetonitrile as eluent. A set of retention time data has been obtained using a conductivity detector DS6. Furthermore, geometrical optimization and electrostatic potential calculation of 20 kinds of aromatic carboxylic acid have been performed at the HF/6-31G* level of theory. A number of statistically-based parameters derived from molecular surface electrostatic potential have been obtained. Linear relationship between retention time and structural parameters has been established by multiple regression method. The result shows that parameters derived from electrostatic potential Vs +, Vs -, П together with the dipole moment μ can be well used to express the quantitative structure-retention time of this kind of aromatic carboxylic acid. Good predictive capability has also been demonstrated. The result has provided a framework which further proves the general applicability of this electrostatic potential parameter set to a great extent,and with which the ion chromatographic adsorption mechanism can be investigated.  相似文献

In a previous communication1, we reported a novel photo-induced coupling of 9-fluorenylidenemalononitrile 1 with the coenzyme NADH model 10-methyl-9, 10-dihydroacridine (AcrH2) to give 9-dicyanomethyl-9-(10-methyl-9-acridinyl)fluorene and proposed a mechanism involving photo-induced electron transfer-proton transfer and radical coupling.
