建立了加速溶剂萃取同步净化-同位素内标-气相色谱-高分辨质谱同时测定水产品中32种多氯联苯含量的方法。通过在加速溶剂萃取仪中加入2 g无水硫酸钠、1 g弗罗里硅土、50 g中性氧化铝作为吸附剂实现同步净化的效果,萃取溶剂为二氯甲烷-正己烷(1:1,v/v),萃取温度为100℃,循环2次。萃取结束后分别用0.5 mL浓硫酸净化两次,净化液浓缩定容后,采用气相色谱-高分辨质谱测定,同位素内标法定量。32种多氯联苯在0.1~20 μg/L范围内平均相对响应因子(RRF)的相对标准偏差(RSD)值(n=7)均小于15%,定量限(S/N=10)为0.3~1.9 ng/kg。在草鱼和海鲈鱼空白基质中做加标回收试验,添加水平为5、20和50 ng/kg,得到的平均回收率为71.9%~119.0%(n=6),RSD为3.5%~19.6%。该方法背景干扰低,灵敏度高,重现性好,回收率稳定,适用于水产品中多氯联苯的检测。  相似文献

The simultaneous extraction and clean-up of mussel samples followed by gas chromatography with electron-capture detection and mass spectrometric confirmation of 15 organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) and 11 polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) is developed using Florisil sorbent in the supercritical fluid extraction cell. The method detection limits vary from 1 to 10 ng/g for OCPs and from 2 to 15 ng/g for PCBs. Mean reproducibilities of 11% and 10% and mean recoveries of 80% and 53%, respectively, for OCPs and PCBs are obtained. The feasibility of the proposed supercritical fluid extraction method was confirmed by analyzing a certified reference material and mussels collected from Taiwan region. The method is simple, rapid and requires only small amounts of samples and solvents. It may serve as a screening protocol for the determination of OCPs and PCBs in mussels on a routine basis.  相似文献

Summary The effect of extraction cell dimensions (i.d.: length) on supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) efficiencies of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) is shown to be dependent on the type of sorbent used. For octadecylsilane (C18) sorbents, there is a significant increase in observed SFE recoveries of PCBs when the cell dimensions are made more broad (increased i.d.: length); whereas, no effect of cell geometry is observed when the common adsorbent, Florisil, is utilized. Additionally, recoveries decreased in proportion to the chlorine number, for the PCBs studied, for octadecylsilane sorbents, while no such effect was observed for Florisil. These results illustrate the magnitude of the matrix effect in SFE, which generally dominated observed recoveries, even in the simplest analyte/sorbent systems such as the one studied here.  相似文献

研究土壤中持久性有机污染物的含量可以为区域环境治理和来源解析提供基础数据。本文通过固相萃取结合气相色谱-串联质谱法建立了16种多环芳烃和15种多氯联苯的检测方法,并优化了固相萃取净化方法、色谱条件以及质谱碰撞能量。结果表明16种多环芳烃和15种多氯联苯的标准曲线线性关系良好,方法线性相关系数r~20.999,方法的检出限为0.1~2.5μg·kg~(-1),16种多环芳烃的平均加标回收率范围为62.5%~113.5%,相对标准偏差在2.3%~8.2%之间,15种多氯联苯的平均加标回收率范围为62.6%~91.4%,相对标准偏差在5.2%~7.8%之间。方法的准确度和精密度较高,通过对实际样品的测定,说明该方法具有较低的检出限及较强的抗干扰能力,能满足土壤中多环芳烃和多氯联苯的检测要求。  相似文献

样品采用索氏抽提,抽提液依次经酸性硅胶床、多段混合硅胶柱和凝胶渗透色谱柱(GPC)净化后,用Florisil硅藻土柱分离出样品中的二噁英(PCDD/Fs)和类二噁英多氯联苯(dioxin-like PCBs),采用同位素稀释法和气相色谱/高分辨质谱联用仪(GC/HRMS)测定了其中的17个2,3,7,8-氯取代二噁英类化合物和12个类二噁英多氯联苯。结果表明,用该法分析二噁英和多氯联苯标准溶液,平行4次的分析结果为:RSD(PCDD/Fs)<8.9%,RSD(PCBs)<11.4%;回收率可达60%-105%。PCDD/Fs和PCBs的检出限分别为0.1-0.8 pg/g和0.05-0.6 pg/g。应用本方法成功测定了沉积物、淤泥、土壤和飞灰中的二噁英和类二噁英多氯联苯,并计算出它们的毒性当量。  相似文献

Modified matrix solid-phase dispersion (MMSPD) and gas chromatography have been developed for quantitative analysis of various classes of pesticides (pirimicarb, metalaxyl, metolachlor, isopropalin and pendimethalin) in soil. MMSPD used Florisil as dispersant and acetone as solvent. Determination was carried out by gas chromatography with nitrogen-phosphorus detection (GC-NPD). The effect of the residence time of pesticides in soil on the recoveries was studied. MMSPD was compared with continuous liquid-solid extraction (LSE). MMSPD had good extraction efficiency and cleanup efficiency and the extract obtained could be directly subjected to GC analysis without further purification. The method gave recoveries ranging from 93% to 100% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) lower than 10%. The limits of detection (LODs) ranged from 0.2 to 2.0 ng g(-1).  相似文献

Three extraction methodologies (Soxhlet, ultrasonic and pressurized liquid extraction) and several clean-up procedures (Florisil, silica and alumina in cartridges or glass column format) were tested and compared to extract 16 US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from Pinus pinea L. needles. Quantification was done by gas chromatography with mass spectrometry, by internal standard method using five deuterated PAH surrogate standards. Among the several extraction and clean-up procedures tested, ultrasonic extraction followed by alumina cartridge clean-up was the preferred method, yielding recoveries between 72 and 100% and limits of detection between 0.22 and 0.71 ng/g dry weight. The performance of the method was tested to determine PAHs in naturally contaminated samples.  相似文献

A fast, simple and inexpensive sample preparation method based on the matrix solid-phase extraction (SPE) technique is proposed for the isolation of cypermethrin and its metabolite residues from soils. Both the extraction and clean-up procedures were carried out in two steps and target compounds were determined by gas chromatography coupled with electron-impact mass spectrometry (GC-EI/MS). The characteristic ions and fragmentation mechanism of cypermethrin were evaluated by electron impact ionization mass spectrometry (EI/MS). After the optimization of different parameters, such as the extraction solvent, the pesticide was extracted from the matrix with methanol/acetone in a Soxhlet extractor, cleaned up on a Florisil column by elution with a mixture of 30% ethyl acetate in n-hexane and analyzed by gas chromatography-electron impact ionization mass spectrometry (GC-EI/MS) in the selected ion-monitoring mode (SIM) with permethrin as internal standard. Recovery was in the range 77–118% with relative standard deviations (RSD) between 2.5% and 10.2%. The limit of detection (LOD) was 6.5?µg/kg for cypermethrin. The developed method was linear in the injection range 6–30?ng, with correlation coefficients greater than 0.9957.  相似文献

An effective multi‐residue pretreatment technique, solid‐phase extraction (SPE) combined with dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME), was proposed for the trace analysis of 14 polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) in milk samples using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC‐MS). Interesting analytes in milk samples were extracted with hexane after protein precipitation. The hexane extracts were loaded on an LC‐Florisil column to isolate analytes from the milk matrix. The elutes were dried and dissolved in acetone, which was used as the disperser solvent in subsequent DLLME procedures. The effects of several important parameters on the extraction efficiency were evaluated. Under the optimized conditions, a linear relationship was obtained in the range of 0.02–10.00 μg/L (PCBs) and 0.5–100.00 μg/L (PBDEs). The LOD (S/N=3) and relative standard deviations (RSDs, n=5) for all analytes were 0.01–0.4 μg/L and 0.6–8.5%, respectively. The recoveries of the standards added to raw bovine milk samples were 74.0–131.8%, and the repeatabilities of the analysis results were 1.12–17.41%. This method has been successfully applied to estimating PCBs and PBDEs in milk samples.  相似文献

A new multiresidue method has been developed and validated for the simultaneous analysis of 57 compounds, including organochlorine and organophosphorus pesticide residues (OCPs and OPPs) and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), in eggs at trace levels by gas chromatography coupled to triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC-QqQ-MS/MS). Egg samples were extracted by a simple and fast matrix solid phase dispersion (MSPD) procedure using C18 as sorbent, and ethyl acetate and acetonitrile saturated in n-hexane (85:15, v/v) as elution solvent with a simultaneous clean up with Florisil in-line. The QqQ analyzer acquired data in selected reaction monitoring (SRM) mode, permitting both quantification and confirmation in a single injection with a running time reduced up to 17.70 min. Recovery was in the range of 70-110% and 70-106% at 15 and 50 microg/kg, respectively. Precision values expressed as relative standard deviation (RSD) were lower than 20%. Linearity in the range of 10-150 microg/kg provided determination coefficients (R(2)) higher than 0.98 for all compounds. Limits of detection (LODs) for pesticides were < or =2.25 microg/kg and limits of quantification (LOQs) ranged from 0.02 to 7.78 microg/kg. LODs for PCBs were < or =0.41 microg/kg and LOQ were < or =0.71 microg/kg. The method was applied to real samples. Endosulfan sulphate and p,p'-DDE were found in two samples at concentrations below the first calibration level.  相似文献

A multiresidue method was developed for the de termination of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in unifloral and multifloral honeys. The analytical procedure is based on the matrix solid-phase dispersion of honey on a mixture of Florisil and anhydrous sodium sulfate in small glass columns and extraction with hexane-ethyl acetate (90 + 10, v/v) with assisted sonication. The PAH residues are determined by gas chromatography with mass spectrometric detection using selected-ion monitoring. Average recoveries for all the PAHs studied were in the range of almost 80 to 101%, with relative standard deviations of 6 to 15%. The limits of detection ranged from 0.04 to 2.9 microg/kg. The simultaneous extraction and cleanup of samples makes this method simple and rapid, with low consumption of organic solvents  相似文献

Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in water were extracted with a rebuilt extraction unit using 47 mm C18 solid-phase extraction (SPE) disks. Three types of disks (SPEC, ENVI and Empore) were investigated for the extraction of seven PCBs from 11 reagent water spiked at two concentration levels (20 and 1000 ng/l). The Empore disks produced the best analyte recoveries (91-107% with R.S.D. of 1-8%) at the low concentration level and displayed no leaking tendency. Empore disks were therefore considered superior to ENVI and SPEC disks for the conditions outlined in this work. The obtained extracts were dried and purified in an additional clean-up step using custom-made columns containing Florisil and Na2SO4. For water containing large amounts of organic matter, a pre-filtration was included. Final analysis was carried out on a dual-column GC-electron-capture detection system with on-column injection. The optimised extraction method, including clean-up, was less time-consuming and used less hazardous organic solvents than conventional liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) methods. Recoveries were 92-102% with R.S.D. of 3-8%.  相似文献

A new, single-step extraction and purification method was developed for the separation of 26 organochlorine pesticides (OCPs), three pyrethroid pesticides (PPs) and six polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) from fatty foods of either animal or vegetable origin. The method includes homogenisation of extracted fat and diatomaceous earth. Separation was achieved using a mini Pasteur pipette where a matrix solid-phase dispersion extraction was carried out with only 5 mL of dimethyl sulphoxide as an eluting solvent. A Pasteur pipette was joined to a prepacked slurry filled Florisil column, water deactivated to 15% where a liquid–liquid extraction and adsorption chromatography successively took place. The elution of OCPs, PPs and PCBs was performed with n-hexane/diethyl ether. Recoveries for PCBs were from 81 to 86% and for OCPs 68 to 94%, except for β-HCH, which gave lower, more variable recoveries. Excellent recoveries were obtained for pyrethroid pesticides, mostly more than 80%. The method was applied to 509 fatty samples for monitoring of these compounds. GC, with two columns connected to two electron capture detectors (ECD), was used.  相似文献

A gas chromatography/ion trap mass spectrometry (GC/ITMS) method was developed for the determination of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and polychlorinated naphthalenes (PCNs) in harbor seal (Phoca vitulina) tissues. Tissue samples were homogenized, lyophilized and fortified with (13)C-PCBs 28, 123, 169 and 170, and then extracted with an accelerated solvent extractor with a mixture of hexane and methylene chloride (1:1, v/v). After lipid removal using a 40% H(2)SO(4)-modified silica gel column, all organochlorines were collected in one fraction and further fractionated with an activated carbon/silica gel (1:20) column into a first fraction containing OCPs, non-coplanar PCBs and (13)C-PCBs 28, 123 and 170, and a second containing PCNs, coplanar PCBs and (13)C-PCB 169. Prior to GC/MS/MS analysis, (13)C-PCB 169 was added into the first fraction as an injection standard and (13)C-PCB 170 into the second fraction to calibrate the recoveries of the fortified internal standards. This method can effectively eliminate matrix interferences, and has high selectivity and sensitivity. Recoveries averaged 45-86% for OCPs with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 2-14%, 52-137% for PCBs with RSDs of 3-29% and 36-152% for PCNs with RSDs of 7-29% from lard and chicken heart samples, which were used as alternative matrices to harbor seal samples in recovery studies. The limits of detection for OCPs, PCBs and PCNs were 0.7-1.9, 1.5-8.9 and 0.5-10 pg/g dry weight, respectively. This method can be used to analyze OCPs, PCBs and PCNs in harbor seal blubber, liver and kidney samples.  相似文献

A new method has been developed and validated for the simultaneous analysis of 11 polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), in water samples at trace levels by gas chromatography coupled to triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC-QqQ-MS/MS). Water samples were extracted by the QuEChERS (Quick Easy Cheap Effective Rugged and Safe) method. The QqQ analyzer acquired data in multiple reactions monitoring (MRM), permitting both quantification and confirmation in a single injection with a running time reduced up to 11.0 min. The effect of matrix interferences in extracts on analyte quantification and the identification of PCBs in water samples was deeply studied. The results showed that PCBs were prone to strong matrix interactions in water samples, and the quantification and identification of PCBs were highly affected by a matrix enhancement effect. To evaluate the performance of the method, validation experiments were carried out on water samples at three spiking levels (1.6, 8.0, 40.0 μg L(-1)). Recovery was in the range of 95 - 109% at 1.6 μg L(-1), 90 - 95% at 8.0 μg L(-1) and 97 - 102% at 40.0 μg L(-1), respectively. Precision values expressed as relative standard deviation (RSD) were lower than 15%. Linearity in the range of 0.5 - 50.0 μg L(-1) provided determination coefficients (R(2)) higher than 0.999 for all compounds. The limits of detection (LODs) for PCBs were ≤0.1 μg L(-1) and the limits of quantification (LOQs) ranged from 0.04 to 0.3 μg L(-1). The applicability of the proposed method to detect and quantify PCBs has been demonstrated in analyse of 15 real samples.  相似文献

In order to reduce time of analysis, a new pressurized liquid extraction (PLE) method that automatically and rapidly achieves quantitative and selective extraction of 39 polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) congeners in sediment samples was optimized. It consists of on-line cleanup by inclusion of sorbents in the extraction cell. The new method was compared with a conventional method based on the use of Soxhlet extraction followed by solid-phase extraction (SPE) with cartridges. The instrumental determination was performed by GC-MS, using negative chemical ionization in the selected-ion monitoring mode. Recoveries from 47 to 82% were obtained for spiked tri- to hepta-PBDE congeners in sediment sample. The repeatability of replicate extractions was better than 15% relative standard deviation. The detection limits obtained with the new developed method were between 1 and 46 pg/g dry weight. The reduction in the sample preparation (extraction + cleanup) time (from days to 30 min) with a similar efficiency than that afforded by the conventional Soxhlet extraction-SPE cleanup technique indicates the suitability of this method. The method was applied to sediment samples where the analytes were detected in the range of 0.86-2.49 ng/g dry mass.  相似文献

In this work, we developed a novel graphene-assisted matrix solid-phase dispersion (GA-MSPD) method for extraction of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) and their methoxylated (MeO-) and hydroxylated (OH-) analogs from environmental samples. We found that grinding the solid sample with chemically converted graphene (CCG) powder yielded a tight contact and sufficient dispersion of the sample matrix due to the large surface area and flexible nanosheet morphology of CCG. The resultant blend was eluted using a two-step elution strategy: PBDEs and MeO-PBDEs were eluted firstly by hexane/dichloromethane and analyzed by GC-ECD, and then OH-PBDEs were eluted by acetone and determined by LC-ESI-MS/MS. The GA-MSPD conditions were optimized in detail. Better recoveries were obtained with GA-MSPD than with other sorbents (C18 silica, Florisil and carbon nanotubes) and other extraction techniques (Soxhlet and accelerated solvent extraction). Other advantages of GA-MSPD, including reduced consumption of sorbent and solvent, good selectivity and short extraction time, were also demonstrated. In analysis of soil samples, the method detection limits of five PBDEs, ten MeO-PBDEs and ten OH-PBDEs were in the range of 5.9-28.7, 14.3-46.6, and 5.3-212.6 pg g(-1) dry weight, respectively. The proposed method was successfully applied to the extraction of PBDEs, MeO-PBDEs and OH-PBDEs from different kinds of spiked environmental samples, including soil, tree bark and fish.  相似文献

将超声辅助提取与液相色谱-质谱联用技术相结合,建立了油料作物中6种新型乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)抑制剂类除草剂(甲基二磺隆、氯吡嘧磺、双草醚、嘧草醚、嘧苯胺磺隆和乙氧嘧磺隆)的痕量多残留检测技术。比较了超声辅助提取和QuEChERS提取2种方法对6种除草剂的提取回收率,并根据净化效果和吸附作用对十八烷基键合硅胶吸附剂(C18)、乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷(PSA)、石墨化炭黑(GCB)、弗罗里硅土(Florisil)和增强型基质去除吸附剂(EMR)5种吸附材料进行优化。结果表明,超声辅助提取可使6种化合物的提取回收率在90.0%以上,EMR对6种化合物的吸附作用较小,且可有效去除油脂干扰,减小基质效应。6种除草剂在0.05~500.0 μg/L范围内具有良好的线性,相关系数均大于0.9984。该方法检出限和定量限分别为0.08~0.8 μg/kg和0.25~2.5 μg/kg。6种化合物在油菜籽、大豆、花生米和葵花籽4种基质中3个加标水平下的加标回收率为70.7%~103.8%,相对标准偏差为0.8%~9.2%,可应用于油料作物中6种ALS抑制剂类除草剂的同时测定。  相似文献
