Three novel 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles were designed,synthesized and characterized by IR,NMR and APCI-MS.3-o-Fluorophenyl-6-(4-decarboxydehydroabietyl)-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazole(6a,C28H31FN4S) was structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to the orthorhombic system,space group P212121 with a=6.0153(14),b=12.2577(19),c=34.055(3),V=2511.0(7)3,Z=4,Mr=474.63,Dc=1.255Mg/m3,λ=0.71073 ,μ(MoKα)=0.160 mm-1,F(000)=1008,the final R=0.0555 and wR=0.1248 for 3094 observed reflections with I2σ(I).There are six rings in the crystal structure of the title compound.The dihedral angle between 1,2,4-triazole and 1,3,4-thiadiaole rings is 1.4o,and that between 1,2,4-triazole and benzene ring D 25.5o.  相似文献

The title compound 2-(4′-methylphenoxy)-5,8,9-trimethyl-3-phenyl thieno[3′,2′:5,6]pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-one hydrochloride (C26H23Cl4N3O2S, Mr = 583.33) has been deter- mined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 14.8442(11), b = 11.5131(8), c = 17.2010(13) (A), β = 113.7250(10)o, V = 2691.3(3) (A)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.440 g/cm3, S = 1.094, μ = 0.547 mm-1, F(000) = 1200, the final R = 0.0571 and wR = 0.1458. X-ray analysis reveals that the title compound combines with a molecule of dichloromethane by an intramolecular hydrogen bond. The thienopyridine ring is almost coplanar, and the dihedral angle between the thiophene plane and the pyridine plane is 0.6o.  相似文献

The title compound N-4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-carbonyl-N?-3,5-dichloro-4- (1,1,2,2- tetrafluoroethoxyl)phenyl urea (C13H8Cl2F4N4O3S, Mr = 447.19) has been synthesized from 4-methyl- 1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-carbonyl chloride as the starting material, and its structure was characterized by proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (1H NMR), Infra Red Spectroscopy (IR), high-resolution mass spectroscopy (HRMS), and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of the title compound belongs to triclinic, space group P with a = 6.0780(8), b = 11.3760(14), c = 12.1440(18) , α = 96.887(7), β = 91.027(12), γ = 104.252(13)°, Z = 2, V = 806.98(19) ·3, Dc = 1.840 g/cm3, μ = 0.601 mm-1, F(000) = 448, R = 0.0450 and wR = 0.0869. X-ray analysis indicates that the 1,2,3-thiadiazole ring is not coplanar with the phenyl ring, and the dihedral angle is 33.57°. Two intermolecular hydrogen bonds N(2)-H…O(1), S(1)…H-C(11), and three weak intermolecular interactions, C(11)…O(1), N(1)…O(2) and S…O(1), are observed. The bioassay results indicate that the title compound has good insecticidal activity against Culex pipiens pallens and good induction activity for tobacco against tobacco mosaic virus which is equal to that of TDL.  相似文献

The title compound N-tert-butyl-N-(4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole)-5-yl-N'-(4-me-thyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole)-5-formyl-N'-3,5-dichloropyrid-2-yl-diacylhydrazines (C18H17Cl2N7O3S2, Mr = 514.41) has been synthesized by the reaction of N-tert-butyl-N'-3,6-dichloropyridine-2-formyl hydrazine with 4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-carbonyl chloride and triethylamine, and its structure was characterized by 1H NMR, HR MS, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of the title compound belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 27.726(8), b = 11.045(3), c = 14.507(4), β = 96.758(4)°, Z = 8, V = 4412(2) 3, Dc = 1.549 g/cm3, μ = 0.521 mm-1, F(000) = 2112, R = 0.0405 and wR = 0.1153. X-ray analysis indicates that all rings are non-planar in this molecule. The bioassay results indicate that both the title compound and the positive control RH-5992 have weak fungicide activities, while the title compound has good insecticidal activity against Plutella xylostella L. and no insecticidal activity against Culex pipiens pallens.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound (C19H15F3N2O2, Mr= 360.33) was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P(1), with a = 6.5604(7), b = 13.9614(16), c = 18.1790(18) (A), α = 102.749(7),β = 97.542(6), γ = 94.355(4)°, V= 1600.5(3) (A)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.495 g/cm3, λ(MoKα) = 0.71070, F(000) = 744, μ(MoKα) = 0.122mm-1, R = 0.0434 and wR = 0.1051. A total of 7590 unique reflections were collected, of which 5429 with |F|2 ≥ 2σ|F|2 were observed. The two cyclohexene rings in the molecule adopt boat-boat conformations with the deviations of ring atoms C(9) and C10 from the C(5)/C(6)/C(7)/C(8) plane (Ⅰ) by 1.1204 (0.0023) and 1.1132 (0.0023) (A), respectively, whereas from the C(2)/C(3)/C(5)/C(8)plane (Ⅱ) by 1.1627 (0.0022) and 1.1818 (0.0021) (A), respectively. In the cyclopropane and lactam rings, atoms C(11) and N(1) point towards the double bond of C(9)-C(10) and the dihedral angle between the ring plane (Ⅲ) containing C(1), C(2), C(3) and C(4) and plane (Ⅳ) consisting of C(6),C(7) and C(11) is 55.76 (0.07)°. The dihedral angles between planes Ⅳ and Ⅰ and Ⅱ and Ⅲ are 63.58 (0.07)° and 58.10 (0.06)°, respectively. The dihedral angle between the benzene ring C(13)~C(18) and plane Ⅳ is 42.41 (0.06)°.  相似文献

The title compound (C17H16O2, Mr = 252.30) crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 11.5763(14), b = 11.0321(11), c = 11.5094(13) (A),β = 114.581(3)°, V= 1336.7(3) (A)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.254 g/cm3, μ(MoKa) = 0.081 cm-1 and F(000) = 536.00. The final R and wR are 0.0527 and 0.1285, respectively for 3058 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the title molecule, two phenyl rings are rotated oppositely with respect to the central part C(1)-C(2)=C(3)- C(4) (plane 3) and the dihedral angle between them is 14.8°. The phenone O(1) atom deviates from plane 3 by 0.291(A). In the crystal the molecules form H-bond chains of R21(6) and R21 (5) types similar crystals are also presented.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to triclinic system, space group P with a = 5.8550(8), b = 7.5668(10), c = 16.416(2) , α = 78.364(2), β = 81.204(2), γ = 84.749(2)°, V = 702.58(16) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.568 g/cm3, μ = 0.429 mm-1, F(000) = 340, the final R = 0.0442 and wR = 0.1092 for 2001 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the title molecule is nearly planar. In the crystal structure, the molecules are linked by strong intermolecular N-H…N hydrogen bonds together with weak nonclassical intermolecular (C-H…Y, Y = N, O and Cl) hydrogen bonds and stacked through π-π interactions. The preliminary bioassay shows that the title compound exhibits good fungicidal activities against Rhizoctonia solani, Botrytis cinerea and Dothiorella gregaria.  相似文献

The dihedral angle between the oxazolidine ring taking an envelope conformation with a local pseudo-mirror and the triazole ring is 27.7(9)°. Weak intermolecular C-H...N hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions exist between the triazole rings of neighboring molecules, forming a three-dimensional network, which stabilizes the crystal structure. The dihedral angles made by the triazole ring with two benzene rings are 43.56(3) and 54.78(2)°, respectively. A novel compound 5-(p-tolyl)-4-[2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)acetamido]-1,2,4-tria zole- 3-thione 2a has been synthesized by the reaction of 5-(p-tolyl)-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione 1 with 2-(2,4-dich/orophenoxy)acetyl ch/oride. Interestingly, the title compound 2 was obtained when 2a crystallizes from a mixed solution of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate, and it has been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ^1H NMR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 9.780(5), b = 10.876(6), c = 11.615(6) /A, a = 104.822(7), β= 94.105(6), ), = 94.305(6)°, V= 1185.7(11)/A3, Z = 2,μ = 0.397 mm^-1, Mr= 497.39, Dx= 1.393 g/cm^3, F(000) = 516, S = 1.097, the final R = 0.0730 and wR = 0.2133 for 4111 unique reflections (Rint = 0.0525) with 3212 observed ones. The dihedral angles made by the triazole ring with the methyl- and chloro-substituted benzene rings are 43.5(7) and 50.2(9)°, respectively.
