采用微波和相转移催化法通过1-苯基-5-(4-苯基-1,2,4-三唑-5-巯基-3-甲硫基)四唑(2)与2-氯乙酰芳胺(3)反应高效、快速地合成了10种尚未见文献报道的1-苯基-5-[5-(芳胺羰基甲硫基)-4-苯基-1,2,4-三唑-3-甲硫基]四唑. 其结构经 IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR 和元素分析表征. 生物活性实验结果表明, 该类化合物在较低浓度下部分化合物对小麦芽有很好的促进作用.  相似文献

1H-1-Alkyl-6-methyl-3-phenyl-7-phenylazopyrazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazoles (2aa-ad) were obtained by regioselective alkylation of 1H-6-methyl-3-phenyl-7-phenylazopyrazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazoles (2a). 1H-1-Alkyl-6-methyl-3-phenyl-7-phenylazopyrazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazoles 2aa and 2ab were also prepared by coupling phenyldiazonium chloride with 1H-1-alkyl-6-methyl-3-phenyl-pyrazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazoles 1aa and 1ab. The new compounds were characterized by IR, UV-VIS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and 15N-NMR spectroscopy and their structures and actual tautomeric forms were established unequivocally.   相似文献

Thermal cyclization of 3-R-5-chloro-1,2,4-triazoles (R = Cl, Ph) afforded 2,6,10-tri-R- tris[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a:1′,5′c:1″,5″-e][1,3,5]triazines 5 (R = Ph) and 7 (R = Cl). These compounds are first representatives of this class of heterocycles, whose structures were unambiguously established. Treatment of these compounds with nucleophiles (H2O/NaOH, NH3) results in the triazine ring opening to give compounds consisting of three 1,2,4-triazole rings linked in a chain. For example, treatment of cyclic compound 5 with aqueous alkali affords 3-phenyl-1-3-phenyl-1-(3-phenyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl)-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one. Treatment of 3,7,11-triphenyltris[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a:4′,3′c:4″,3″-e][1,3,5]triazine (2) with HCl/SbCl5 leads to the triazine ring opening giving rise to 5-(3-chloro-5-phenyl-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)-3-phenyl-4-(5-phenyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-1,2,4-triazole. Thermal cyclization of the latter produces 3,7,10-triphenyltris[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a:4′,3′c:4″,3″-e][1,3,5]triazine (13). Thermolysis of both cyclic compound 2 and cyclic compound 13 is accompanied by the Dimroth rearrangement to yield 3,6,10-triphenyl-tris[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a:1′, 5′-c:4″,3″-e][1,3,5]triazine (14). Compounds 13 and 14 are the first representatives of cyclic compounds with this skeleton. 13C NMR spectroscopy allows the determination of the isomer type in a series of tris[1,2,4]triazolo[1,3,5]triazines.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. 通过α-卤代芳基乙酮和5-[(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)甲基]-4-苯基-2H-1,2,4-三唑-3(4H)-硫酮反应, 合成了11个新的2-{5-[(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)甲基]-4-苯基-4H-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫基}-1-芳基乙酮类化合物. 其结构经元素分析, IR, 1H NMR等确证, 并用X射线单晶衍射测定了化合物6f的晶体结构. 生物活性测试结果表明, 部分化合物具有一定的杀菌活性.  相似文献

This study presents an efficient synthesis of 3-[6-(substituted-phenyl)-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4] thiadiazol-3-yl]-1H-indazole via dehydrative condensation with cyclization of 4-amino-5-(1H-indazol-3-yl)-4H-[1,2,4]triazole-3-thiol and fluorinated or nonfluorinated carboxylic acids in presence of phosphorous oxychloride. The multistep reaction pathway proceeds through different compounds. Present synthesis has the advantages of easily accessible starting materials, convenient synthesis, simple reaction condition, wider substrate scope, and higher yield (75% to 90% isolated).  相似文献

Summary The Claisen rearrangement of 7-(3-phenyl-2-propenyloxy)-3-phenyl-(4H)-1-benzopyran-4-one (2 a) gave 7-hydroxy-8-(1-phenyl-2-propenyl)-3-phenyl-(4H)-1-benzopyran-4-one (3 a) and 2,3-dihydro-2,6-diphenyl-3-methyl-(7H)furo[2,3-h]-1-benzopyran-7-one (7 a). 2-Methyl-7-(3-phenyl-2-propenyloxy)-3-phenyl-(4H)-1-benzopyran-4-one (2 b) afforded4 b and7 b. 8-Methyl-7-(3-phenyl-2-propenyloxy)-3-phenyl-(4H)-1-benzopyran-4-one (12) gave only the alkali soluble product 7-hydroxy-8-methyl-6-(1-phenyl-2-propenyl)-3-phenyl-(4H)-1-benzopyran-4-one (13).3 a,4 b, and13 were further cyclized in acidic medium to9 a,10 b, and14 followed by dehydrogenation.This paper is dedicated to Dr. F. The reactions of salicylaldehyde and benzoic aldehyde with 5-(2-aminophenyl)-3-pyridyl-1H-1,2,4-triazoles were studied. The reaction products are 5-phenyl-2-pyridyl-5,6-dihydro[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]quinazolines. The structures of the synthesized compounds were determined by IR spectroscopy and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The luminescence properties of solutions and solid samples were studied.  相似文献

The interaction of 4-allyl-5-phenyl-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione with iodine proceeds with the formation of a mixture of 6-iodomethyl-3-phenyl-5,6-dihydrothiazolo[2,3-c]-1,2,4-triazole and 6-iodo-3-phenyl-6,7-dihydro-5H-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3-thiazine. The structures of the cyclization products obtained were established on the basis of the 1H NMR spectra of their dehydroiodinated derivatives. 6-Methyl-3-phenylthiazolo[2,3-c]-1,2,4-triazole, 3-phenyl-5H-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3-thiazine, and 3-phenyl-7H-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3-thiazine are formed on eliminating HI from the cyclization products.  相似文献

The cyclocondensation of 6-acetyl-4,7-dihydro-5-methyl-7-phenyl[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (3) with hydroxylamine or hydrazine leads to 3a,4,9,9a-tetrahydro-3,9a-dimethyl-4-phenylisoxazolo-[5,4-d][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine ( 4a ) and 3a,4,9,9a-tetrahydro-3,9a-dimethyl-4-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine ( 4b ), respectively. In the presence of methanolic hydrogen chloride, 4b undergoes a cleavage of the pyrimidine ring to yield (5-amino-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-4-yl)phenylmethane ( 5 ). The structure determination of the compounds obtained is based on 1H and 13C nmr spectra including NOE measurements.  相似文献

This paper describes the synthesis of the previously unknown 11H-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-b]pyridazino[4,5-b]indoles (2) and 11H-tetrazolo[4,5-b]pyridazino[4,5-b]indoles (3) from 4-hydrazino-5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indoles (1) , as well as the synthesis of 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-f]-1,2,4-triazino-[4,5-a]indoles (10) from 2-indolecarbohydrazide (4) . Compounds 2 were obtained by acylation of compounds 1 , followed of thermal cyclization and compounds 3 by treating compounds 1 with nitrous acid. The reactions of compound 4 with formic acid or ethyl orthoformiate gave 1,2-dihydro-1-oxo-1,2,4-triazino[4,5-a]indole (6) . Treating this last compound with phosphorus oxychloride or phosphorus pentasulfide, followed by hydrazine, gave 1-hydrazino-1,2,4-triazino-[4,5-a]indole (9) . Acylation of this last compound, followed of cyclization gave compounds 10 . All the compounds were characterized by elemental analysis and ir and 1H-nmr spectra.  相似文献

By cycloaddition of arylazides to acetylacetone are obtained derivatives of 1,2,3-triazole. In the reaction of 1-[5-methyl-1-(R-phenyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl] ethanones (IIa–IIe) and 1-[4-(4-R-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)phenyl] ethanones (VIIa-VIIe) with isatin are obtained 2-[1-(R-phenyl)-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-4-quinolinecarboxylic acids (IIIa–IIIe) and 2-[4-(4-R-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)phenyl] -4-quinolinecarboxylic acids (IXa, IXb), respectively. We found that 1-[5-methyl-1-(R-phenyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl] ethanones (IIa–IIe) readily transform into [5-methyl-1-(R-phenyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl] acetic acids (IVa–IVc) by the method of Wilgerodt-Kindler. The (5-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)acetic acid reacts with 5-phenyl-4-amino-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-thiol affording 6-[(5-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl) methyl]-3-phenyl[1,2,4] triazolo[3,4-b] [1,3,4] thiadiazole (VI). l-Phenyl-lH-tetrazol-5-yIhydrazine (2) was reacted with nitrous acid to yield 1-phenyl-lH-tetrazolo[4,5-d]tetrazole (3). l-Arylidene-2-(l-phenyl-lH-tetrazol-5-yl)hydrazines (4) were generally reactive towards electrophilic reagents. When treated with bromine in acetic acid, 4 yielded mixtures of 1-arylidene-2-[1-(4-bromophenyl)-lH-tetrazol-5-yl]hydrazines (5a-d) and 2-[1-(4-bromophenyl)-lH-tetrazol-5-yl]hydrazidic bromides (6a-d). Solvolysis of 6a-d in aqueous acetone yielded 5-aryl-1-(4-bromophenyl)-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-d]tetrazoles (7a-d). The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed on the basis of elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR data.  相似文献

A series of pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine-4-one derivatives was conveniently synthesized via tandem aza-Wittig and annulation reactions of the corresponding iminophosphoranes, arylisocyanate, and substituted thiophenols. The structures of the target compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, LC-MS, and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay demonstrated that some title compounds such as 6-(3-chlorophenylthio)-1-phenyl-3-methylthio-5-(4-chlorophenyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]-pyrimidin-4(5H)-one and 6-(4-fluorophenylthio)-1-phenyl-3-methylthio-5-(3-chlorophenyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-one showed good inhibition activities against the root of Brassica napus (rape) and Echinochloa crusgalli (barnyard grass) at a dosage of 100 mg/L.  相似文献

微波辐射条件下, 首先由2-苯并呋喃甲酰肼依次与二硫化碳和水合肼反应合成3-(2-苯并呋喃基)-4-氨基-5-巯基- 1,2,4-三唑, 进一步在微波辐射条件下由4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑分别与芳甲酸/芳氧基乙酸、α-溴代苯乙酮及芳醛反应以较高产率制得了相应的1,2,4-三唑并[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑、1,2,4-三唑并[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二嗪及4-芳亚甲基亚胺基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑. 产物结构经IR, 1H NMR, MS及元素分析进行了表征.  相似文献
