5-氨基四唑(1)经过重氮化反应得到5-硝基四唑(5), 5与甲醛反应得到2-羟甲基-5-硝基四唑(6), 6与HCl或HBr反应分别得到5-5氯代四唑(7)和5-溴代四唑(8), 采用MS, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR等技术对这些化合物进行了表征. 用X射线单晶衍射法测定了化合物5-硝基四唑钠(4), 5和6的晶体结构. 化合物4属于三斜晶系, P-1空间群; 化合物 5和6均属于单斜晶系, P21空间群, 化合物6的晶胞参数a=0.66131(18) nm, b=0.54905(15) nm, c=0.7566(2) nm, Z=2, V=0.27470(13) nm3, Dc=1.754 g/cm3, F(000)=128, μ=0.160 mm-1. 相似文献

玉米须是我国传统中药, 具有多种生物活性. 为了寻找玉米须中的生物活性成分, 对玉米须的化学成分进行了研究, 从中分离得到一个新黄酮1和两个尿素苷2和3. 应用多种波谱学方法(1H NMR, 13C NMR, HSQC, HMBC, 1H-1H COSY, ESI-MS等), 确定了3个化合物的化学结构. 化合物1为新化合物, 鉴定为6-乙酰基-木犀草素; 化合物2和3是两个新的天然产物, 分别鉴定为鼠李糖尿素苷和1,3-二鼠李糖尿素苷. 首次对两个新天然产物的氢谱和碳谱数据进行了全归属. 相似文献

在I2催化剂的作用下, 利用苯甲醛与季戊四醇反应, 制备了聚缩醛螺胞二醚的模型化合物3,9-二苯基-2,4,8,10-四氧杂螺[5.5]十一烷(1). 在此基础上, 利用1,3-苯二甲醛与不同摩尔比的季戊四醇合成了化合物1,3-二(2,6-二氧杂-4,4-二羟甲基环己基)苯(2)和2,4,8,10-四氧杂-3,9-二(3'-甲酰基苯基)螺[5.5]十一烷(3). 化合物2与化合物3反应, 制成标题化合物聚缩醛螺胞二醚4, 收率为95.4%. 用FTIR, 1H NMR对化合物1~4的结构进行了表征. 发现在含有手性轴化合物1, 3, 4的1H NMR谱中, 4个亚甲基中的8个氢原子裂分为4组双峰, 而不含有手性轴化合物中的4个亚甲基中的8个氢原子不裂分, 是个单峰. 这种不同不是由于化合物中刚性环所致, 而是由于有无手性轴造成的. 相似文献

研究了穿心莲中抗血栓的活性成分. 应用AB-8大孔吸附树脂、聚酰胺柱色谱及薄层色谱进行分离, 应用波谱学(1H NMR, 13C NMR, DQFCOSY, TOCSY, HMQC, HMBC, NOESY等)方法进行结构鉴定. 分离得到两个黄酮苷类化合物, 确定了1H NMR, 13C NMR信号的全归属. 化合物1鉴定为5,4'-二羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮-6-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷, 化合物2鉴定为5,4'-二羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷, 化合物1为首次从该植物中分得, 首次对两个化合物的碳谱和氢谱进行了全归属. 相似文献

采用微波和相转移催化法通过1-苯基-5-(4-苯基-1,2,4-三唑-5-巯基-3-甲硫基)四唑(2)与2-氯乙酰芳胺(3)反应高效、快速地合成了10种尚未见文献报道的1-苯基-5-[5-(芳胺羰基甲硫基)-4-苯基-1,2,4-三唑-3-甲硫基]四唑. 其结构经 IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR 和元素分析表征. 生物活性实验结果表明, 该类化合物在较低浓度下部分化合物对小麦芽有很好的促进作用. 相似文献

A unique new tetracyclic tetraterpenoid has been isolated from the Chinese soft coral Sarcophyton tortuosum Tixier-Durivault and designated as methyl sartortuoate. Its chemical and crystal structures as well as its absolute configuration were determined by IR, UV, NMR and X-ray diffraction analysis. The marine fungus Chondrostereum sp. was collected from a soft coral Sarcophyton tortuosum from the South China Sea. This fungus was cultured in glucose-peptone-yeast (GPY) medium and the culture broth was extracted with EtOAc. By the method of 1H NMR pre-screening and tracing the diagnostic proton signals of the methyl groups, two new hirsutane-type sesquiterpenoids, chondrosterins N and O (1 and 2) were isolated from the metabolite extracts. A new alkaloid, fumiquinazoline K (1), and a new nordammarane triterpenoid (2), together with three known diketopiperazines (3-5) and tryptoquivaline F (6) have been isolated from a marine strain of Aspergillus fumigatus KMM 4 631 associated with the soft coral Sinularia sp. Their structures were determined by HR-MS and 1D and 2D NMR. Compounds 3-5 exhibit weak cytotoxicity against cytoplasm non-specific esterase in Ehrlich carcinoma cells. Compound 3 also induces early apoptosis of the same cells in a non-toxic range of concentrations. 相似文献

A new norcembrane, designated sinularectin 3, was isolated from the Kenyan soft coral Sinularia erecta. Sinularectin is a chlorinated highly oxygenated norcembrane with an unprecedented functionalisation of the cembrane isopropyl group. Two new cembrane diterpenes (+)-polydactylide (1) and (+)-7alpha,8beta-dihydroxydeepoxysarcophine (2) together with (+)-sarcophine (3) and (+)-sarcophytoxide (4) have been isolated from the soft coral Sinularia polydactyla. The new cembrane diterpene (-)-7beta-hydroxy-8alpha-methoxydeepoxysarcophine (5) has been obtained from the soft coral Sarcophyton trocheliophorum and the known briarane diterpene briaexcavatolide W (6) from the gorgonian coral Briareum sp.The structures were determined primarily by NMR spectroscopy. An Okinawan soft coral Cespitularia sp. has proven to be a good source of cytotoxic metabolites having a carbon skeleton of the seco-type variety of xenicin. This soft coral yielded alcyonolide, the major constituent, and other related compounds, all of which have proven to be cytotoxic. Reinvestigation of the cytotoxic ethyl acetate extracts of the coral yielded two new alcyonolide congeners, trisnorditerpenoid 1 and diterpenoid 2, possessing the same carbon skeleton. Their structures were elucidated by a detailed analysis of spectroscopic data (1D, 2D NMR, and MS). Metabolites 1 and 2 showed cytotoxicity against HCT116 cells (IC50 6.04 and 47.0 μM, respectively) and a dose dependent, anti-inflammatory effect in LPS/IFN-γ-stimulated inflammatory RAW 264.7 macrophage cells. 相似文献

A new member of the family of zoanthamine-type alkaloids, lobozoanthamine (1), has been isolated from the Indonesian soft coral Lobophytum sp. This represents the first report of a zoanthamine-type alkaloid from a marine invertebrate different from zoanthids. The densely functionalized heptacyclic stereostructure of lobozoanthamine (1) has been established through the interpretation of 2D NMR data and application of the modified Mosher method. 相似文献
