2，2′-二硒并烟酸及其叔丁基酯的合成和结构

本文以2-氯烟酸为原料合成了2,2′-二硒并烟酸叔丁基酯(1)及2,2′-二硒并烟酸(2),化合物1和2的结构分别用 ¹H NMR,¹³C NMR,⁷⁷Se NMR,元素分析和X-射线单晶结构测定技术进行了表征。在化合物1和2的晶体结构中,吡啶环和2个硒原子处于同一平面,这一结果与已报道的芳基二硒醚化合物的晶体结构完全不同。     

高乌头根中新的二萜生物碱

从高乌头根中分离得到3个新的冉乌头型的C₁₈-二萜生物碱高乌宁己(1)、高乌宁庚(3)、高乌宁辛(5)和一个新的牛扁碱型C₁₉-二萜生物碱高乌宁壬(7). 它们的结构通过IR, ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, MS予以确证.     

5-硝基-2H-四唑的合成、反应性及产物晶体结构的研究

5-氨基四唑(1)经过重氮化反应得到5-硝基四唑(5), 5与甲醛反应得到2-羟甲基-5-硝基四唑(6), 6与HCl或HBr反应分别得到5-5氯代四唑(7)和5-溴代四唑(8), 采用MS, IR, ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR等技术对这些化合物进行了表征. 用X射线单晶衍射法测定了化合物5-硝基四唑钠(4), 5和6的晶体结构. 化合物4属于三斜晶系, P-1空间群; 化合物 5和6均属于单斜晶系, P2₁空间群, 化合物6的晶胞参数a＝0.66131(18) nm, b＝0.54905(15) nm, c＝0.7566(2) nm, Z＝2, V＝0.27470(13) nm³, D_c＝1.754 g/cm³, F(000)＝128, μ＝0.160 mm^－1.     

玉米须中的一个新黄酮和两个尿素苷

玉米须是我国传统中药, 具有多种生物活性. 为了寻找玉米须中的生物活性成分, 对玉米须的化学成分进行了研究, 从中分离得到一个新黄酮1和两个尿素苷2和3. 应用多种波谱学方法(¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, HSQC, HMBC, ¹H-¹H COSY, ESI-MS等), 确定了3个化合物的化学结构. 化合物1为新化合物, 鉴定为6-乙酰基-木犀草素; 化合物2和3是两个新的天然产物, 分别鉴定为鼠李糖尿素苷和1,3-二鼠李糖尿素苷. 首次对两个新天然产物的氢谱和碳谱数据进行了全归属.     

聚缩醛螺胞二醚的合成及结构表征

在I₂催化剂的作用下, 利用苯甲醛与季戊四醇反应, 制备了聚缩醛螺胞二醚的模型化合物3,9-二苯基-2,4,8,10-四氧杂螺[5.5]十一烷(1). 在此基础上, 利用1,3-苯二甲醛与不同摩尔比的季戊四醇合成了化合物1,3-二(2,6-二氧杂-4,4-二羟甲基环己基)苯(2)和2,4,8,10-四氧杂-3,9-二(3'-甲酰基苯基)螺[5.5]十一烷(3). 化合物2与化合物3反应, 制成标题化合物聚缩醛螺胞二醚4, 收率为95.4%. 用FTIR, ¹H NMR对化合物1～4的结构进行了表征. 发现在含有手性轴化合物1, 3, 4的¹H NMR谱中, 4个亚甲基中的8个氢原子裂分为4组双峰, 而不含有手性轴化合物中的4个亚甲基中的8个氢原子不裂分, 是个单峰. 这种不同不是由于化合物中刚性环所致, 而是由于有无手性轴造成的.     

4-(取代嘧啶-2-基)-1-芳磺酰基氨基脲化合物的合成与表征

以取代的苯磺酰肼与(取代嘧啶-2-基)-氨基甲酸苯酯在非亲核性碱存在下合成了12个4-(取代嘧啶-2-基)-1-芳磺酰基氨基脲化合物5和3个5与碱形成的有机盐5as, 5bs和5cs. 所有合成化合物均经过元素分析和¹H NMR的结构确证. ¹H NMR数据证明, 在5as～5cs中, 磺酰氨基脲起到提供质子的作用.     

穿心莲中两个黄酮苷的波谱学研究

研究了穿心莲中抗血栓的活性成分. 应用AB-8大孔吸附树脂、聚酰胺柱色谱及薄层色谱进行分离, 应用波谱学(¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, DQFCOSY, TOCSY, HMQC, HMBC, NOESY等)方法进行结构鉴定. 分离得到两个黄酮苷类化合物, 确定了¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR信号的全归属. 化合物1鉴定为5,4'-二羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮-6-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷, 化合物2鉴定为5,4'-二羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷, 化合物1为首次从该植物中分得, 首次对两个化合物的碳谱和氢谱进行了全归属.     

超声波辐射固-液相转移催化下2,5-二取代-1,3,4-噻二唑和N-取代二酰肼的一锅法合成研究

采用超声波辐射与相转移催化联用技术, 4-甲基苯氧乙酰氯(4)和硫氰酸铵反应得到中间体芳氧乙酰基异硫氰酸酯5, 不经分离直接与芳氨基乙酰肼2反应, 一锅法制得了7个新的2,5-二取代-1,3,4-噻二唑7a～7g和9个新的N-取代二酰肼8a～8i, 并利用IR, ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, MS谱和元素分析对其结构进行了表征.     

微波作用下1-苯基-5-[5-(芳胺羰基甲硫基)-4-苯基-1,2,4-三唑-3-甲硫基]四唑的合成及生物活性

采用微波和相转移催化法通过1-苯基-5-(4-苯基-1,2,4-三唑-5-巯基-3-甲硫基)四唑(2)与2-氯乙酰芳胺(3)反应高效、快速地合成了10种尚未见文献报道的1-苯基-5-[5-(芳胺羰基甲硫基)-4-苯基-1,2,4-三唑-3-甲硫基]四唑. 其结构经 IR, ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR 和元素分析表征. 生物活性实验结果表明, 该类化合物在较低浓度下部分化合物对小麦芽有很好的促进作用.     

贫电子环丙烷衍生物与2-巯基苯骈噻唑的反应研究

贫电子环丙烷衍生物1以精制四氢呋喃为溶剂, 与2-巯基苯骈噻唑(2)封管加热反应, 得到产物3和4. 产物3经IR, MS, ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR和元素分析等数据确定其结构为: (R)-β-取代-(R)-γ-(2-巯基)苯骈噻唑基-γ-对位取代苯基丁酸或(S)-β-取代-(S)-γ-(2-巯基)苯骈噻唑基-γ-对位取代苯基丁酸(3); 产物4通过IR, MS, ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, 2D-NOESY谱和元素分析等数据确定其结构为: 反式-β-取代-γ-对位取代苯基-3-丁烯酸(4). 对生成产物的机理也进行了推测.     

DETERMINATION OF MOLECULAR AND CRYSTAL STRUCTURES OF A UNIQUE NEW TETRATERPENOID——METHYL SARTORTUOATE

A unique new tetracyclic tetraterpenoid has been isolated from the Chinese soft coral Sarcophyton tortuosum Tixier-Durivault and designated as methyl sartortuoate. Its chemical and crystal structures as well as its absolute configuration were determined by IR, UV, NMR and X-ray diffraction analysis. The authors have also suggested a possible route for its biogenesis.     

Two new hirsutane-type sesquiterpenoids chondrosterins N and O from the marine fungus Chondrostereum sp.

The marine fungus Chondrostereum sp. was collected from a soft coral Sarcophyton tortuosum from the South China Sea. This fungus was cultured in glucose-peptone-yeast (GPY) medium and the culture broth was extracted with EtOAc. By the method of ¹H NMR pre-screening and tracing the diagnostic proton signals of the methyl groups, two new hirsutane-type sesquiterpenoids, chondrosterins N and O (1 and 2) were isolated from the metabolite extracts. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of MS, 1D and 2D NMR data.     

Novel cyclic sesquiterpene peroxides from the Formosan soft coral Sinularia sp.

Four novel cyclic peroxide-containing sesquiterpenes (1-4), with a γ-alkylidene-α-methyl-α,β-unsaturated γ-lactone moiety, have been isolated from a Formosan soft coral of the genus Sinularia. Their structures were elucidated mainly by extensive 1D and 2D NMR experiments.     

New metabolites from the marine-derived fungus Aspergillus fumigatus

A new alkaloid, fumiquinazoline K (1), and a new nordammarane triterpenoid (2), together with three known diketopiperazines (3-5) and tryptoquivaline F (6) have been isolated from a marine strain of Aspergillus fumigatus KMM 4 631 associated with the soft coral Sinularia sp. Their structures were determined by HR-MS and 1D and 2D NMR. Compounds 3-5 exhibit weak cytotoxicity against cytoplasm non-specific esterase in Ehrlich carcinoma cells. Compound 3 also induces early apoptosis of the same cells in a non-toxic range of concentrations.     

Sinularectin, a new diterpenoid from the soft coral Sinularia erecta

A new norcembrane, designated sinularectin 3, was isolated from the Kenyan soft coral Sinularia erecta. Sinularectin is a chlorinated highly oxygenated norcembrane with an unprecedented functionalisation of the cembrane isopropyl group. The structure of sinularectin was elucidated by interpretation of the HRESMS results as well as 1D and 2D NMR spectra.     

Cembranoid diterpenes and a briarane diterpene from corals

Two new cembrane diterpenes (+)-polydactylide (1) and (+)-7alpha,8beta-dihydroxydeepoxysarcophine (2) together with (+)-sarcophine (3) and (+)-sarcophytoxide (4) have been isolated from the soft coral Sinularia polydactyla. The new cembrane diterpene (-)-7beta-hydroxy-8alpha-methoxydeepoxysarcophine (5) has been obtained from the soft coral Sarcophyton trocheliophorum and the known briarane diterpene briaexcavatolide W (6) from the gorgonian coral Briareum sp.The structures were determined primarily by NMR spectroscopy. The assignment of NMR signals was performed by means of (1)H-(1)H COSY, ROESY, HMQC and HMBC experiments.     

软珊瑚中的新次生代谢物Lobocalone

前文~[1,2]曾从豆荚属软珊瑚中分离出两种大环二萜内酯,最近又在喀里多豆荚软珊瑚(Lobophytum caledonense Tix Dur)中分离出一种罕见的新型结构的次生代谢产物豆荚软珊瑚酮Lobocalone(1)].本文报道了1的结构测定结果.     

南海软珊瑚Sarcophyton molle化学成分的研究(一)

从中国南海软珊瑚（Sarcophytonmolle）中分离到三个含氮化合物，其结构经紫外光谱（UV）、红外光谱（IR）、质谱（MS）和核磁共振（1HNMR、13CNMR）分析分别确定为神经酰胺Sinumeramide（Ⅰ），胸腺嘧啶（Ⅱ）和脱氧尿核嘧啶苷（Ⅲ）．本文是首次报导该种属软珊瑚的化学成分。     

Structure and bioactivity of a trisnorditerpenoid and a diterpenoid from an Okinawan soft coral, Cespitularia sp.

An Okinawan soft coral Cespitularia sp. has proven to be a good source of cytotoxic metabolites having a carbon skeleton of the seco-type variety of xenicin. This soft coral yielded alcyonolide, the major constituent, and other related compounds, all of which have proven to be cytotoxic. Reinvestigation of the cytotoxic ethyl acetate extracts of the coral yielded two new alcyonolide congeners, trisnorditerpenoid 1 and diterpenoid 2, possessing the same carbon skeleton. Their structures were elucidated by a detailed analysis of spectroscopic data (1D, 2D NMR, and MS). Metabolites 1 and 2 showed cytotoxicity against HCT116 cells (IC₅₀ 6.04 and 47.0 μM, respectively) and a dose dependent, anti-inflammatory effect in LPS/IFN-γ-stimulated inflammatory RAW 264.7 macrophage cells.     

Lobozoanthamine, a new zoanthamine-type alkaloid from the Indonesian soft coral Lobophytum sp.

A new member of the family of zoanthamine-type alkaloids, lobozoanthamine (1), has been isolated from the Indonesian soft coral Lobophytum sp. This represents the first report of a zoanthamine-type alkaloid from a marine invertebrate different from zoanthids. The densely functionalized heptacyclic stereostructure of lobozoanthamine (1) has been established through the interpretation of 2D NMR data and application of the modified Mosher method.
