以1,6-二氢-6-哒嗪酮-3-甲酰肼(1)与芳香醛反应得到相应的1,6-二氢-6-哒嗪酮-3-羰基芳香醛腙(2a~2e). 再将2a~2e与乙酸酐作用, 合环得到一系列含有1,3,4-噁二唑啉环的衍生物3a~3e; 在DMF中用HSCH2COOH合环, 得到含有4-噻唑烷酮的衍生物4a~4e. 所有化合物的结构均经元素分析, IR, 1H NMR 和MS谱得以证实. 相似文献

以1-肼羰亚甲基-2-三氟甲基苯并[d]咪唑(1)为原料, 与芳基异硫氰酸酯在无水乙醇中反应得酰氨基硫脲2a~2d, 继而在氢氧化钠水溶液中合环得4,5-二氢-3-(2-三氟甲基苯并[d]咪唑-1-亚甲基)-4-芳基-1,2,4-三唑-5-硫酮(3a~3d), 然后分别采用超声辐射法和常规加热法与四种胺反应合成了16个未见报道的Mannich碱4a~4d, 5a~5d, 6a~6d和7a~7d. 与常规加热法对比, 超声辐射法具有操作简单, 反应时间短, 条件温和, 产率高, 副反应少等优点, 为此类化合物的合成提供了一种有效的新方法. 目标化合物的结构经元素分析, IR和1H NMR确证. 相似文献

根据生物等排原理和新烟碱类化合物与乙酰胆碱酯酶的作用机理, 以4-噻唑啉酮(4)为中间体设计合成了2-取代-3-(2-氯-5-吡啶亚甲基)-4-氰基亚胺基-1,3-噻唑烷(8a~8c)和5-芳基次甲基-2-芳基-3-(2-氯-5-吡啶亚甲基)-4-噻唑啉酮(5a~5e)两类化合物. 中间体(4)由醛、胺和巯基乙酸缩合得到. 所有化合物的结构均经元素分析和1H NMR确证. 初步生物活性试验结果表明, 部分化合物具有一定的杀菌活性和促进黄瓜子叶生根活性, 化合物8b显示出很好的抗HIV-1蛋白酶活性. 相似文献

A series of novel 5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamide derivatives(6a–6n, 7a, 7b, and 8a-8f)were synthesised by placing the amide bond at the 4-position of the pyrazole ring. These derivatives differed from the structure of chlorantraniliprole analogues with the amide bond at the 5-position of the pyrazole ring. Preliminary bioassay results revealed that a few title compounds exhibited good insecticidal activities against lepidopteran pests, such as Plutella xylostella, Mythimna separate, Heliothis armigera, and Ostrinia nubilalis. Some title compounds also elicited broad-spectrum insecticidal activities against dipterous insects including Culex pipiens pallens after altering the amide position. Similar to pyrazole-5-carboxamide analogues, compounds 6b and 6e showed 100% insecticidal activity against P. xylostella, C. pipiens pallens, and M. separate at concentrations of 200, 2, and 200 mg/m L, respectively.This finding suggested that 5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamide derivatives are potential alternative insecticides for management of agriculture pests. 相似文献

根据活性基团拼接原理, 以4-取代-苯胺为原料, 经重氮化、 关环和缩合反应合成了17个化合物1-(4-取代苯基)-5-取代苯基亚氨基-4-取代-1,2,3-三唑(7a~7c和13a~13d)和1-(4-取代苯基)-5-取代苄基氨基-4-取代-1,2,3-三唑(5a~5c, 10a~10c和14a~14d), 其中化合物5a~5c, 7b, 7c, 10a, 10c, 13b~13d和14b~14c为新化合物, 对所制备化合物的结构进行了表征. 生物活性测试结果表明, 所有化合物均表现出一定的抑菌活性, 对大肠杆菌的抑菌活性均优于氟康唑; 化合物7a和10c对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制活性明显优于氟康唑; 而化合物13a和13d则对白色念球菌表现出良好的抑制活性, 与三氯生相当. 相似文献

A series of glucose-cholesterol derivatives 8a-8e as ligands for brain targeting liposomes were synthesized.The preparation of compound 6 involved temporary protection of glucose with chlorotrimethylsilicane and hexamethyldisilazane followed by selectively hydrolyzed.The known cholesteryl tosylate 1 were coupled to ethylene glycols to afford alcohol 2a-2e.Substitution and deprotection of alcohol 2a-2e furnished the acids 4a-4e,which was condensed with compound 6 to get compounds 7a-7e,and then was deprotected in tetrahydrofuran with TFA to obtain the title compounds.As a model drug,tegafur was entrapped by liposomes coupled with 8b,and preliminary in vivo evaluation shown 8b could enhance the ability of liposomes delivering tegafur across the blood brain barrier. 相似文献

The asymmetric reaction of the chiron 2(5H )-furanones (4a-4c) with the Horner-Emmons reagents (5a-5b) has been investigated. The newly chirai organophosphorus derivatives 6 and 7 were obtained using the phosphoryl-stabilized carbanion as a building block in DMSO under mild conditions. Through the asymmetric introduction, the Horner-Emmons reagent could be transformed to a chiral building block to afford the novel functionalized phosphorus derivatives. The structures of the synthesized compounds 6 and 7 were identified on the basis of their elementary and spectroscopic data, such as IR,^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, MS and X-ray crystallography. These resuits provided a valuable approach to the synthesis of potentially interesting chirai organophosphorus derivatives and probing their biological activities. 相似文献

1,6-Dihydro-3-hydrozinocarbonyl-6-pyridazinone(compound 2) were prepared from α-ketoglutaric acid and hydrazine hydrate. A series of N-aryl-2-(1' ,6'-dihydro-6'-pyridazinone-3'-earbonyl) thiosemicarbazides 3a-3f were synthesized from the reaction of aryl isothiocyanates with compound 2. The terminal compounds 1,3, 4-thiadiazole, 1,3,4-oxadiazole and 1,2, 4-triazol-5-thione derivatives were cyclized from compounds 3a-3f. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elemental analyses. 相似文献
