推力主动磁轴承的动特性参数辨识   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对五自由度刚性非对称磁轴承 -转子系统 ,建立了系统动力学模型 ,在此基础上推导出系统动特性参数辨识公式 ,并用多频电流激励法辨识出参数 .与理论计算结果相比表明 :系统所建模型符合实际 ,辨识方法有效 ;径向轴承在 x和 y方向上的力 -刚度和力 -电流系数相同 ,与推力轴承对应系数相比稍大 ;推力轴承对转子横向振动产生的耦合效应明显影响系统的稳定性 ,在设计系统时必须加以考虑  相似文献

The vibration and buckling of an infinite shear beam-column, which considers the effects of shear and the axial compressive force, resting on an elastic foundation have been investigated when the system is subjected to moving loads of either constant amplitude or harmonic amplitude variation with a constant advance velocity. Damping of a linear hysteretic nature for the foundation was considered. Formulations in the transformed field domains of time and moving space were developed, and the response to moving loads of constant amplitude and the steady-state response to moving harmonic loads were obtained using a Fourier transform. Analyses were performed to examine how the shear deformation of the beam and the axial compression affect the stability and vibration of the system, and to investigate the effects of various parameters, such as the load velocity, load frequency, shear rigidity, and damping, on the deflected shape, maximum displacement, and critical values of the velocity, frequency, and axial compression. Expressions to predict the critical (resonance) velocity, critical frequency, and axial buckling force were proposed.  相似文献

Considering the axial and radial loads, a math- ematical model of angular contact ball bearing is deduced with Hertz contact theory. With the coupling effects of lateral, torsional and axial vibrations taken into account, a lumped-parameter nonlinear dynamic model of helical gearrotor-bearing system (HGRBS) is established to obtain the transmission system dynamic response to the changes of dif- ferent parameters. The vibration differential equations of the drive system are derived through the Lagrange equation, which considers the kinetic and potential energies, the dis- sipative function and the internal/external excitation. Based on the Runge-Kutta numerical method, the dynamics of the HGRBS is investigated, which describes vibration properties of HGRBS more comprehensively. The results show that the vibration amplitudes have obvious fluctuation, and the frequency multiplication and random frequency components become increasingly obvious with changing rotational speed and eccentricity at gear and bearing positions. Axial vibration of the HGRBS also has some fluctuations. The bearing has self-variable stiffness frequency, which should be avoided in engineering design. In addition, the bearing clearance needs little attention due to its slightly discernible effect on vibration response. It is suggested that a careful examination should be made in modelling the nonlinear dynamic behavior of a helical gear-rotor-bearing system.  相似文献

The governing differential equation of motion for an undamped thin rectangular plate with a number of bonded piezoelectric patches on its surface and arbitrary boundary conditions is derived using Hamilton’s principle. A moving mass traveling on an arbitrary trajectory acts as an external excitation for the system. The effect of the moving mass inertia is considered using all the out-of-plane translational acceleration components. The method of eigenfunction expansion is used to transform the equation of motion into a number of coupled ordinary differential equations. A classical closed-loop optimal control algorithm is employed to suppress the dynamic response of the system, determining the required voltage of each piezoactuator at any time interval. In a numerical example for a simply supported square plate under two different loading paths, the effect of the mass velocity and mass weight of the moving load on the dynamic behavior of the uncontrolled system is investigated. The results show that, depending on the path of the moving mass, the inertia effect is very important, causing different behaviors of the system. In addition, the number of vibrational modes involved in determining the dynamic response of the system is crucial. The inertia effect is more important for an orbiting mass loading case compared to the case in which the moving mass is traversing the plate on a straight line. A number of equally spaced piezo patches are used on the lower surface of the plate to control the displacement of the center point of the plate. The implemented control mechanism proves to be very efficient in suppressing the near resonant dynamic response of the system, requiring fairly low levels of voltage for each patch. Increasing the area of the employed piezo patches would reduce the required maximum voltage for controlling the response of the system.  相似文献

针对磁场环境中周期外载作用下轴向运动导电条形板的非线性振动及混沌运动问题进行研究。应用改进多尺度法对横向磁场中条形板的强非线性振动问题进行求解,得到超谐波共振下系统的分岔响应方程。根据奇异性理论对非线性动力学系统的普适开折进行分析,求得含两个开折参数的转迁集及对应区域的拓扑结构分岔图。通过数值算例,分别得到以磁感应强度、轴向拉力、激励力幅值和激励频率为分岔控制参数的分岔图和最大李雅普诺夫指数图,以及反映不同运动行为区域的动力学响应图形,讨论分岔参数对系统呈现的倍周期和混沌运动的影响。结果表明,可通过相应参数的改变实现对系统复杂动力学行为的控制。  相似文献

对在不同位置粘有任意多组压电传感器和压电执行器的轴对称弹性环形薄板的振动控制进行了研究.根据压电执行元件的等效作用量得到了压电智能环板的振动控制方程和传感方程,再利用分离变量法以及由传感器测得的电量和作用在执行器上电压之间的控制模式得到振动方程的全解.实行了对整体结构的主动控制.对不同的压电片布置进行了数值计算.结果表明:当离散分布压电元件布置越密,振动衰减的效果越佳  相似文献

梁的轴向运动会诱发其产生横向振动并可能导致屈曲失稳,对结构的安全性和可靠性产生重大的影响。本文重点研究了横向载荷作用下轴向运动梁的屈曲失稳及横向非线性振动特性。基于Hamilton变分原理,建立了横向载荷作用下轴向运动梁的动力学方程,获得了梁的后屈曲构型。使用截断Galerkin法,将控制方程改写成Duffing方程的形式。用同伦分析方法确定载荷作用下轴向运动梁的非线性受迫振动的封闭形式的表达式。结果表明,后屈曲构型对轴向速度和初始轴向应力有明显的依赖性。通过同伦分析法得出非线性基频的显式表达式,获得了初始轴向力会影响非线性频率随初始振幅和轴向速度的线性关系。另外,轴向外激励的方向也会改变系统固有频率。  相似文献

基于动力吸振器原理,在单自由度准零刚度隔振器基础上耦合可调频动力吸振器构成两自由度隔振系统。首先,对动力吸振器工作原理进行理论分析并提出其力学模型;其次,通过静力学分析,推导出系统满足零刚度条件时,各参数间的关系并分析其对系统刚度特性的影响;然后,建立两自由度隔振系统非线性动力学方程,利用谐波平衡法进行幅频响应解析分析,得到力传递率表达式;最后,数值分析动力吸振器阻尼、刚度、质量、激励力幅值和弹簧片有效长度对力传递率的影响规律,并与单自由度准零刚度隔振系统及两自由度线性隔振系统对比分析。结果表明:通过选择适当的动力吸振器参数不仅可以减小系统的起始隔振频率,增宽隔振频带,且还能加快系统力传递率在特定频段内的衰减速率,改善系统的低频隔振性能,实现激励频率的可适应性。  相似文献

研究压电弯曲执行器在强电场作用下的非线性动力行为.考虑电致伸缩和电致弹性的非线性压电效应,导出了压电悬臂执行器变刚度的弯曲振动控制方程.利用非定常振动的渐近理论,讨论了弯曲压电执行器的动力特征.根据目前的非线性模型可以计算压电悬臂执行器的固有共振频率与电场的变化关系.结果表明压电执行器端头挠度谐振幅度随作用电场振幅的增大而增大,以及力学品质因数随电场振幅的增大而减少,并且与实验结果非常吻合.通过数值比较得到在电场频率随时间变化非常缓慢的情况下非定常振动问题可以近似地用定常振动来处理.  相似文献

论文以某电动汽车为研究对象,采用理论与数值相结合的方法对电动汽车电驱动系统的振动特性进行研究.首先将整车模型划分为转子、定子、副车架、车身子结构及多个连接子结构;然后给出了电驱动系统电磁转矩和电磁径向力的解析表达式,采用模态综合法建立整车的非线性动力学模型,并对其响应特性进行分析.为了验证模型的正确性,论文还采用有限元法对系统的动力学特性进行仿真,仿真结果与理论结果具有较好的一致性;最后采用该模型分析了极弧系数和气隙长度对电驱动系统振动特性的影响以及电机悬置对车身振动的影响.论文研究对认识电动汽车电驱动系统的振动特性具有重要的促进作用.  相似文献

连接结构广泛应用于航空航天、化工装备和核电站等大型工业装备中。对于轴弯剪组合作用下的连接结构,需要螺栓、法兰和剪力销的联合工作以抵抗外力。本文针对含剪力销(锥)的螺栓法兰连接结构的动力学问题开展研究,将该类结构抽象为三自由度的质量-双线性弹簧系统,建立非线性动力学模型的数学列式,并进行数值求解。重点研究该系统在横向冲击(剪力)下的动力学特性。通过理论分析与数值计算,指出该非线性系统存在3个方向自由度全耦合的振动现象,并阐述该系统自由度的解耦条件;对纵向振动与横向错动的耦合振动频率关系进行讨论并分析其相互联系;研究剪力销倾角对螺栓最大轴向拉力的影响规律并给出关系曲线,指出其最佳设计角度区间。  相似文献

研究磁场环境中轴向运动导电薄板磁弹性动力学及分岔特性。考虑几何非线性因素,在给出薄板运动的动能、应变能及外力虚功的基础上,应用哈密顿变分原理,得到磁场中轴向运动薄板的非线性磁弹性振动方程,并给出洛伦兹电磁力的确定形式。针对横向磁场环境中条形板共振特性进行分析,应用多尺度法和奇异性理论,得到稳态运动下的分岔响应方程以及普适开折对应的转迁集。通过算例,分别得到以磁感应强度、轴向运动速度和激励力为分岔控制参数的分岔图、最大李雅普诺夫指数图和庞加莱映射图等计算结果,讨论不同分岔参数对系统呈现的倍周期和混沌运动的影响。结果表明,通过相应参数的改变可实现对系统复杂动力学行为的控制。  相似文献

Slender axisymmetric dielectric liquid bridges are made stable by the action of an axial electric field. In this paper, the subsequent dynamics of a slender liquid bridge after turning off the electric field is considered. The evolution in time of the bridge profile is investigated both theoretically and experimentally. A one-dimensional model is used to simulate the dynamic response of the system. Experiments are performed applying an axial electric field to a liquid bridge of 1 mm of diameter, and turning-off the electric field. The evolution of the liquid bridge is recorded using a video camera, and the digitized images are analysed. Good agreement between computations and experiments is found.  相似文献

The nonlinear vibrations of a rotating cantilever beam made of magnetoelastic materials surrounded by a uniform magnetic field are investigated. The kinetic energy, potential energy and work done by the electromagnetic force are obtained. A nonlinear dynamic model, based on the Hamilton principle, which includes the stretching vibration and bending vibration is presented. The Galerkin method is adopted to discretize the dynamic equations. The proposed method is validated by comparison with the literature. The nonlinear behaviors of the responses are studied. Then simulations for different kinds of magnetic field are conducted. The effects of magnetic field parameters, including the amplitude, plane angle, spatial angle and time-varying frequency, on the dynamic behaviors of the stretching motion and bending motion are investigated in detail. The results illustrate that the interaction effects between the rotating cantilever beam and the magnetic field will increase the vibration amplitude and fluctuation of the beam. In particular, we found that: collinear magnetic fields with equal amplitude lead to the same dynamic responses; the amplitude of magnetic field intensity increases the dynamic responses remarkably; the response amplitude changes nonlinearly with the plane angle and spatial angle of the magnetic field; and the increase of time-varying frequency enhances dynamic responses of the rotating cantilever beam.  相似文献

In this study, nonlinear static and dynamic responses of a microcantilever with a T-shaped tip mass excited by electrostatic actuations are investigated. The electrostatic force is generated by applying an electric voltage between the horizontal part of T-shaped tip mass and an opposite electrode plate. The cantilever microbeam is modeled as an Euler–Bernoulli beam. The T-shaped tip mass is assumed to be a rigid body and the nonlinear effect of electrostatic force is considered. An equation of motion and its associated boundary conditions are derived by the aid of combining the Hamilton principle and Newton's method.An exact solution is obtained for static deflection and mode shape of vibration around the static position. The differential equation of nonlinear vibration around the static position is discretized using the Galerkin method. The system mode shapes are used as its related comparison functions. The discretized equations are solved by the perturbation theory in the neighborhood of primary and subharmonic resonances.In addition, effects of mass inertia, mass moment of inertia as well as rotation of the T-shaped mass, which were ignored in previous works, are considered in the analysis. It is shown that by increasing the length of the horizontal part of the T-shaped mass, the amount of static deflection increases,natural frequency decreases and nonlinear shift of the resonance frequency increases. It is concluded that attaching an electrode plate with a T-shaped configuration to the end of the cantilever microbeam results in a configuration with larger pull-in voltage and smaller nonlinear shift of the reso-nance frequency compared to the configuration in which the electrode plate is directly attached to it.  相似文献

研究磁场环境下轴向运动导电梁的弯曲自由振动.首先给出系统的动能、势能以及电磁力表达式,进而应用哈密顿变分原理,推得磁场中轴向运动导电梁的磁弹性弯曲振动方程.在位移函数设定基础上,应用伽辽金积分法分别推出三种不同边界约束条件下,轴向运动梁的磁弹性自由振动微分方程和频率方程,得到固有频率表达式.通过算例,得到了弹性梁固有振动频率的变化规律曲线图,分析了轴向运动速度、磁感应强度和边界条件对固有振动频率和临界值的影响.  相似文献

本文设计了一种滚珠丝杠惯容器及ISD隔振系统,通过实验研究了惯性轮的转动惯量对惯容值的影响;同时,分析了滚珠丝杠惯容器的机械动力学特性,推导了ISD隔振系统的振动传递率计算公式,探讨了惯容器对ISD隔振系统动态特性的影响。在电机被动、主动和混合隔振工况下,开展了弹簧阻尼系统和ISD隔振系统的振动性能对比实验,验证了惯容器对振动系统固有频率和减振效果的影响规律。研究结果表明,惯容器可降低振动系统的固有频率,使共振频率向低频移动,共振振幅降低;在共振频率附近,惯容器可抑制共振振幅,惯容值越高,抑制效果越明显;ISD隔振系统在低频的减振效果优于传统的弹簧阻尼系统;随着频率比的增加,ISD隔振系统的传递率趋于稳定值,惯容器会引起高频隔振性能降低。  相似文献

通过直接求解轴向受载的单对称均匀Bernoulli-Euler薄壁梁单元弯扭耦合振动的运动微分方程,推导了其动态传递矩阵,讨论了轴向载荷的变化对薄壁梁弯扭耦合振动固有频率的影响,并由此得到零频率振动(弹性屈出)发生时相应的轴向载荷,数值结果表明本文方法在其适应范围内是精确有效的。  相似文献
