对包含不同类型裂纹(横裂纹、横-斜裂纹以及任意斜裂纹)的转子的耦合振动进行研究,以揭示裂纹转子在不同方向上刚度参数的变化规律及其交叉耦合机理,特别是由此引发的振动特征. 对于包含不同类型裂纹的转子轴段,采用六自由度Timoshenko梁单元模型对其进行单元建模,并基于应变能理论推导计算柔度参数和刚度矩阵. 在此基础上, 采用纽马克-$\beta$数值算法求解裂纹转子的运动方程,获得裂纹转子在单故障或多故障激励(不平衡激励、扭转激励或不平衡激励加扭转激励)作用下的耦合振动响应,进而分析耦合振动谱特征. 与横裂纹和横-斜裂纹相比,任意斜裂纹使转子刚度矩阵的交叉耦合效应更显著,导致转子发生更强烈的弯-扭耦合甚至是纵-弯-扭耦合振动.无论是在不平衡激励还是扭转激励作用下, 弯曲振动与扭转振动幅度都更大. 而且,包含不同类型裂纹的转子的耦合振动特征频率,例如旋转基频与二倍频、扭转激励频率及其边带成分的幅值,对裂纹面方向角具有不同的敏感性. 所得的这些研究结果,可以为转子裂纹的特征参数辨识与诊断提供理论依据.   相似文献

The stability of a rotor system presenting a transverse breathing crack is studied by considering the effects of crack depth, crack location and the shaft's rotational speed. The harmonic balance method, in combination with a path-following continuation procedure, is used to calculate the periodic response of a non-linear model of a cracked rotor system. The stability of the rotor's periodic movements is studied in the frequency domain by introducing the effects of a perturbation on the periodic solution for the cracked rotor system.It is shown that the areas of instability increase considerably when the crack deepens, and that the crack's position and depth are the main factors affecting not only the non-linear behaviour of the rotor system but also the different zones of dynamic instability in the periodic solution for the cracked rotor. The effects of some other system parameters (including the disk position and the stiffness of the supports) on the dynamic stability of the non-linear periodic response of the cracked rotor system are also investigated.  相似文献

Both the rotationally asymmetric inertia and transverse crack frequently appear in the rotor system. The parametric excitations induced by this two features cause instability and severe vibration under certain operating conditions. Thus, the parametric instability of a Jeffcott rotor with asymmetric disk and open transverse crack is studied analytically. The vibration equations of four degrees-of-freedom of the system are established, and the stiffness coefficients of cracked rotor shaft are derived based upon the compliance method and strain energy release rate method. Then, utilizing the harmonic balance method and Taylor expansion technique, the unstable widths of simple and combination instability regions (SIR and CIR) are solved approximately. For a practical rotor system, the approximate unstable widths are verified by the Floquet numerical analysis. The effects of crack depth and position upon the unstable widths are discussed, and the conditions for zero unstable points (ZUPs) are given: Besides the asymmetric angle should be π/2 (for SIR) or 0 (for CIR), the relationships between the inertia asymmetry and crack parameters (depth and position) are also presented analytically. These results would be useful for crack detection and instability control of the asymmetric rotor-bearing system.  相似文献

为研究偏心垂向荷载作用下梯形截面单室箱梁的横向弯矩,对框架分析法计算箱梁横向弯矩的方程进行优化,并在刚性支承法的基础上提出一种更加简单的横向弯矩计算方法;与框架分析法不同,横向弯矩可采用能量变分法求解,建立以箱梁顶板剪力差为未知量的四阶控制微分方程,采用比拟的弹性地基梁解法解出剪力差,得出梯形截面单室箱梁横向弯矩的能量变分法解。对几种箱梁横向弯矩计算方法用两个算例进行验证,结果表明,能量变分法解将箱梁底板上的弯矩误差绝对值由15.41%降到了9.68%;本文方法得出的横向弯矩结果和有限元结果吻合较好,弯矩误差绝对值最大不超过6.01%;本文方法和能量变分法可有效降低箱梁底板上的弯矩误差,计算精度得到提高。  相似文献

考虑裂纹的缝隙和黏性效应,将梁中横向裂纹等效为黏弹性扭转弹簧,利用广义Delta函数,给出了Laplace变换域内裂纹梁的等效抗弯刚度,得到了具有任意开闭裂纹数目且满足标准线性固体黏弹性本构的Timoshenko梁在时间域内的弯曲变形显式解析通解.在此基础上,通过两个数值算例,分析了时间、梁跨高比和裂纹深度等参数对黏弹性Timoshenko开裂纹梁弯曲变形的影响.结果表明:裂纹黏性对Timoshenko裂纹梁的弯曲具有显著的影响.相比于裂纹的弹性扭转弹簧模型,考虑裂纹黏性效应的黏弹性Timoshenko裂纹梁在裂纹处挠度尖点和转角跳跃现象十分明显.另外,由于横向剪切引起的附加变形,Timoshenko裂纹梁的稳态挠度与Euler-Bernoulli梁挠度的差值为常数,其大小与裂纹模型、梁跨高比或裂纹深度无关,这些结果对梁裂纹无损检测具有指导意义.  相似文献

The influence of the presence of transverse cracks in a rotating shaft is analyzed. The paper addresses the influence of crack opening and closing on dynamic response during operation. The evolution of the orbit of the cracked rotor near half and one-third of the first critical speed is investigated. The dynamic response of the rotor with a breathing crack is evaluated by expanding the changing stiffness of the crack as a truncated Fourier series and then using the Harmonic Balance Method. This method is applied to compute various parametric studies including the effects of the crack depth and location on the dynamic of a crack rotor. The evolution of the first critical speed, associated amplitudes at the critical speed and half of the critical speed, and the resulting orbits during transient operation are presented and some distinguishing features of a cracked rotor are examined.  相似文献

梁中横向裂纹等效为无质量内部转动弹簧,假定纤维增强聚合物(FRP)布与梁表面紧密粘贴,建立了考虑轴向压力二阶效应FRP 布加固裂纹梁线性弯曲的控制方程,并得到其显式解析通解.在此基础上,研究了FRP加固简支裂纹木梁的稳定性,通过数值求解方程,分析了纤维增强聚合物(CFRP)布含量、裂纹深度和位置以及数量等因素对CFRP 布加固简支裂纹杉木梁临界载荷的影响,结果表明:CFRP 加固可明显减小裂纹深度和数量等对裂纹杉木梁临界载荷的影响,且裂纹处弯矩较大或裂纹较深时加固效应愈加显著;CFRP 加固裂纹木梁临界载荷随CFRP 布加固层含量的增加而增加,但当CFRP 布含量达到一定值后,进一步增加CFRP 含量对CFRP加固裂纹梁临界载荷提高并不明显.  相似文献

基于梁横向开裂纹的线性扭转弹簧模型,给出了具有任意裂纹数目的简支外伸梁弯曲挠度的显式解析解,研究了集中载荷作用下简支外伸梁裂纹诱导弦挠度函数的性质,给出了裂纹位置和裂纹等效扭转弹簧柔度的近似表达式,从而实现了梁横向裂纹位置及裂纹损伤程度的识别.在此基础上,为利用裂纹梁的测量挠度识别裂纹损伤,提出了分段线性函数的最佳拟合法,实现了简支外伸梁裂纹的损伤参数识别.通过数值试验验证了该识别方法的适用性和可靠性,考察了识别结果对梁挠度测量误差和裂纹深度的敏感性,结果表明随着挠度测量误差的增大,裂纹损伤参数识别误差增大,但裂纹损伤识别方法具有较强的鲁棒性,在工程实际中具有一定的应用性.  相似文献

More coupling mechanisms between the six degrees of freedom (DOFs) are introduced by considering the contribution of the general transverse forces to stress intensity factor of mode I crack in predicting the crack additional flexibility matrix of the cracked rotor. And the obtained flexibility elements show a good agreement with the experiment result for a wide range of the crack depth ratio. Six DOFs coupled dynamic equations for cracked rotor are formulated by introducing three rotational DOFs. A response-dependent non-linear breathing crack model is applied to simulate the breathing behavior during operation in this paper. Numerical investigations are carried out to simulate the various parametric conditions on the dynamic characteristics of cracked rotor, including the crack depth, shaft slenderness ratio, and rotating speed ratio. A perturbation frequency component and its combinations with harmonic components are observed in the dynamic response obtained by six DOFs coupled models (SDCM). Some differences in evolution of whirling orbit obtained by SDCM and three DOFs coupled models are found, when the cracked rotor passes through the sub-critical speeds.  相似文献

为了采用模态参数对结构裂纹进行定位与定量,基于集中柔度模型,采用无质量的扭转弹簧模拟裂纹,建立简支裂纹梁的振动微分方程。针对现有柔度曲率指标仅能判断裂纹的大致范围,基于线性插值理论,建立裂纹位置与相邻测点均匀荷载面曲率差的关系,提出裂纹进一步定位公式,实现裂纹位置的精确定位。针对现有大多数损伤识别方法无法实现裂纹的损伤定量,基于位移曲率与结构刚度和弯矩的关系,理论推导了均匀荷载面曲率的结构刚度损伤程度识别方法,基于弹簧串联原理和线刚度思想,首次提出串联等效线刚度模型,建立裂纹深度与均匀荷载面曲率的关系,实现裂纹深度的定量。通过简支裂纹梁数值算例,考虑多裂纹的损伤情况,验证了新方法对裂纹定位与定量的有效性。  相似文献

This paper presents a robust damage assessment technique for the nondestructive detection and size estimation of open cracks in beams. The damage detection, based on the constitutive relation error updating method, is used for the identification of the crack's location and size in a simply-supported beam. The transverse open crack is modeled through the introduction of the flexibility due to the presence of the crack, i.e. by reducing the second moment of area of the element at the crack's location.This identification algorithm is illustrated through numerical examples involving different positions and sizes of a transverse open crack. We show that the detection of damage and the identification of the crack's size and position can be achieved with satisfactory precision, even if 20% noise has been added to the simulations and less than 5% of all displacements have been measured.  相似文献

谐波共振是识别转子裂纹的重要依据,但由于转子裂纹的弱激励、非线性、非平称稳等特性,导致利用传统信号处理方法不能准确有效地获取系统的谐波共振特性,从而难于识别出裂纹;小波时频分析方法是处理非线性、非平稳信号的强有力工具,将小波时频分析方法引入到裂纹识别的仿真研究中,基于建立的裂纹转子动力学模型,分析了利用小波时频分析方法识别裂纹的可行性。偏心激励转子裂纹故障识别的仿真研究表明了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

Experimental studies considering the dynamic transient signals of a notched rotor (i.e. a rotor with a transverse open crack) are investigated in order to examine the possibility of detecting the presence of open cracks in rotating machinery for low or high rotor accelerations. Firstly, the orbital patterns, spectrum cascade plots of the Power Spectral Density, evolutions of the 2× amplitudes of rotor with and without an open transverse crack are compared and discussed in the case of low accelerations of the rotor system. Secondly, the non-stationary vibration signals of the rotor with an open transverse crack at high accelerations are investigated. The timefrequency features and a tool based on the Continuous Wavelet Transform (CWT) to detect open cracks in a rotor system are discussed. It is demonstrated that both the Continuous Wavelet Transform (CWT) and changes on the 2× harmonic components are robust indicators for crack detection.  相似文献

利用裂纹诱导弦挠度函数,建立了悬臂Euler-Bernoulli 中开闭裂纹位置、深度、初始张开角等损伤参数的识别方法.为此,首先将梁中开闭裂纹等效为单向扭转弹簧,给出了考虑裂纹缝隙效应的裂纹梁等效抗弯刚度,并得到悬臂Euler-Bernoulli 开闭裂纹梁弯曲挠度的显式闭合解及裂纹诱导弦挠度函数,证明了裂纹诱导弦挠度的分段线性函数.其次,基于单向扭转弹簧的性质,建立了通过多步加载进行梁中开闭裂纹参数及其上下侧属性的识别方法.最后,通过数值算例验证了本文所建立的开闭裂纹损伤识别方法的适用性和可靠性,考察了裂纹分布位置、深度和初始张开角以及裂纹识别区间和挠度测量误差等参数对识别结果的影响,结果表明:当裂纹处于张开状态时,裂纹处裂纹诱导弦挠度斜率改变量随着施加荷载的增加而增加;当裂纹闭合时,其裂纹诱导弦挠度斜率改变量将保持为常量;裂纹损伤参数的识别误差随测量误差的增加而增加,但整体识别结果具有较高的精度,较好的鲁棒性.  相似文献

A model based technique for online identification of malfunctions in rotor systems is discussed. Presence of fault changes the dynamic behavior of the system. This change is taken into account by equivalent loads acting on the undamaged system model. Equivalent loads are fictitious forces and moments acting on the undamaged system model, which generate a dynamic behavior identical to that of the real damaged system. The mathematical representation of equivalent loads is referred to as Fault Model. The work focuses on developing a fault model for a transverse fatigue crack in shaft and testing it through simulated studies. The basic principle of the technique is validated for unbalance identification, through numerical simulations as well as by experiments on a real rotor system.  相似文献

The use of through-thickness reinforcement in the form of short rods has been proposed to improve the interlaminar properties of laminated composites in the recent years. Compared to a fibrous short rod, which is often referred to as z-fiber, a metallic rod, referred to as z-rod in this paper, has reasonably high capability to carry transverse loading, i.e., a z-rod can provide both axial and transverse bridging tractions to the delamination crack. Therefore, a new analytical model is proposed to study the bending effect of the z-rods on mode I delamination toughness of laminated composites. In this new model, both the axial pull-out and the transverse bending are considered simultaneously. New bending moment and displacement relationships for a single z-rod are established by modeling the z-rod embedded in a linearly elastic and rigid-perfectly plastic matrix using the classical beam theory. By using an approximate expression for mode I fracture toughness of double-cantilever-beam (DCB) specimen, a parametric analysis of DCB specimen reinforced by the z-rods is conducted. The present numerical results show that the bending effect should not be ignored when stiffer z-rods are employed to reinforce the laminated composites.  相似文献

A model-based procedure for rotor crack localization and assessment is presented in this paper. The procedure is applied to a small-size test rig provided with a notch. Both the position and depth of the notch are estimated through a neural network on the basis of the first four natural frequencies of the rotor. A 3-D finite element model is used to generate the data for training the net. One of the contributions of this paper consists of a meshing procedure that reduces the systematic errors of the model, which have a significant influence in identification accuracy. A sensitivity analysis has been carried out for any size and position of the notch, which constitutes another original contribution in this field. In the studied case, the proposed procedure is able to predict both the position and depth of the notch when the notch depth is greater than 20 % of the rotor diameter. The sensitivity analysis reveals that there are blind spots in the rotor as regards notch identification.  相似文献

根据碰摩裂纹耦合故障转子轴承系统的非线性动力学方程,利用求解非线性非自治系统周期解的延拓打靶法,研究了系统周期运动的稳定性。研究发现,小偏心量下系统周期运动发生Hopf分岔,大偏心量下系统周期运动发生倍周期分岔,偏心量的加大使周期解的稳定性明显降低;系统碰摩间隙变小,碰摩影响了油膜涡动的形成,使失稳转速有所提高;裂纹深度的加大降低了系统周期运动的稳定性。本文的研究为转子轴承系统的安全稳定运行提供了理论参考。  相似文献

建立了轴向压力作用下悬臂裂纹梁边界支承和裂纹损伤程度识别方法.首先,将悬臂梁边界非完整支承等效为竖向和扭转弹簧、梁中开裂纹等效为内部扭转弹簧,利用Laplace变换,得到了边界弹性支承、考虑轴向压力二阶效应、具有任意裂纹数目Euler-Bernoulli悬臂梁弯曲挠度的解析解.其次,提出了边界弹性支承弹簧柔度和裂纹等效扭转弹簧柔度的识别方法.最后,通过数值试验,考察了轴向压力,裂纹深度以及测量误差等对识别结果的影响,说明了本文考虑轴向压力二阶效应的悬臂梁边界支承弹簧柔度及裂纹等效扭转弹簧柔度识别方法的适用性和可靠性,结果表明:相比于应变测量误差,挠度测量误差对裂纹损伤程度识别结果影响更加敏感,且轴向压力对裂纹损伤程度识别影响较小,因此,应严格控制挠度的测量误差.同时,边界支承扭转弹簧柔度的识别误差大于其竖向弹簧柔度识别误差.这些结果为实际工程中边界非完整支承悬臂裂纹梁的参数识别提供了指导.  相似文献
