阐述了冷冻靶类球面物体X射线相衬成像机理;Tracepro软件模拟研究证明了X射线相衬成像法能用于冷冻靶燃料层参数的表征;研制了在线表征冷冻靶的X射线相衬成像实验装置,利用该装置开展了二乙烯基苯泡沫球壳及实际氘氘冷冻靶的X射线相衬成像实验研究,获得了玻璃微球内氘氘冷冻层X射线相衬图像,成像分辨力达1.5 m;利用X射线相衬成像法可同时表征烧蚀球壳及冷冻燃料层,为惯性约束聚变实验提供冷冻靶参数。  相似文献

 相衬成像方法利用硬X射线对低密度弱吸收物质成像,可获得高衬度图像。用菲涅尔衍射理论分析了X射线图像的形成机理。在频域中根据光学传递函数,对物像距离、样品空间频率等对图像相位衬度的影响进行了分析。分辨率和衬度是决定图像可见度的两个依据,分辨率主要依赖于光源的空间相干性,空间相干性又决定于源点尺寸,而时间相干性(单色性)是一个不重要的影响因子。利用多色微焦点源实现了X射线相衬成像技术,获得了有价值的相衬图像,如低原子序数低密度泡沫材料的硬X射线相衬图像,与吸收衬度成像相比,其图像质量得到了很大提高,能观察到泡沫材料的细微结构,分辨率可达μm量级。  相似文献

通过对基于空间相干源和具有分析光栅功能的X射线转换屏的微分干涉X射线相位衬度成像 系统的理论分析, 利用线发射体阵列结构阳极X射线管和光助电化学刻蚀技术 研制的相位光栅和具有分析光栅功能的X射线转换屏, 组建了一种无吸收光栅的X射线微分干涉相衬成像系统. 在此系统上开展了生物样品的实验研究, 获得了较传统吸收成像更为清晰和更多样品结构信息的相位衬度图像. 从而试验验证了该系统方案设计的可行性, 为X射线相衬成像技术从实验室走向临床应用提供了有效途径.  相似文献

随着同步辐射技术的发展,稳定、高强度、能量可调、具有优良相干性的X射线源成为现实,使得X射线成像技术在诸多领域得到了广泛的应用。成像方法也从传统的简单投影成像,发展出相衬成像、显微成像、相干衍射成像等多种实验技术。X射线衍射技术用于测量具有长程周期性的材料在微观尺度的结构信息;与之相比,X射线成像技术的可视化强,测量直接,可实现各种材料(晶体、非晶体、液体等)从微观、介观到宏观尺度的测量。近年来,X射线成像技术在静高压领域中有了长足的发展,如非晶态材料的物态方程测量、高压加载下的声速测量、熔融铁在地幔岩石中的输运过程研究、晶体材料中的应变分布以及材料相变的演化过程研究等。本文较系统地总结了X射线成像技术在静高压研究领域的应用,以期对今后的研究有所帮助。  相似文献

同步辐射相衬X射线成像技术的密度敏感性是普通吸收X射线成像技术的1000倍左右,因而它在研究软组织内部结构时具有很大潜力.本课题组采用同步辐射相衬X射线成像观察正常小鼠肺,可见清晰的支气管树和重叠肺泡形成的衬度影像,分辨率可达20μm左右.结果表明,同步辐射相衬X射线成像技术有可能检测到普通X射线成像技术无法检测到的肺部微小病变,并进一步分析病变的细微结构.  相似文献

有机复合样品如大多数由低原子序数物质构成的多聚物组合材料、生物软组织等具有混合相位和振幅特性,采用传统吸收计算机层析(CT)或纯相位重构算法难以达到较高密度分辨的目的。采用基于吸收修正的Bronnikov相位恢复算法的X射线同轴相衬CT技术对高分子混合组份材料和药物医学样品进行了实验研究。结果表明该相位恢复算法可以实现多聚物组合材料的无损分辨和精确测量,能够清晰辨别各组份材料的电子密度分布;验证了药物样品多孔性结构三维测量的可行性,能够有效提供孔隙测量的阈值选择。该方法在材料科学尤其是聚合物组合材料、泡沫多孔材料都会发挥很好的作用;单距的低辐射优势,尤其适用于生物医学样品三维无损成像。  相似文献

 通过控制体系的受热历史,改进了惯性约束聚变靶材料聚4-甲基-1-戊烯(TPX)泡沫二元溶剂体系的制备工艺,并利用β射线检测和X射线照相技术,对不同制备工艺的泡沫柱进行密度分布表征。结果表明:两种方法检测的结果基本一致,即凝胶过程的冷却速率为1 ℃/min,且凝胶后采用淬冷使其快速固化的方法能制得密度分布均匀的低密度TPX泡沫样品,从而确定了均匀泡沫的最佳制备工艺。由于二元溶剂体系的超低密度TPX泡沫样品孔径太大,极个别大孔可达数百μm,均匀度极低,所以采用TPX的环己烷一元溶剂体系可以成功制备出最低密度达3 mg/cm3的超低密度TPX泡沫样品,且满足Z箍缩物理实验用靶的需求。  相似文献

Visualization of the microvascular network and thrombi in the microvasculature is a key step to evaluating the development of tumor growth and metastasis, and influences treatment selection. X‐ray phase‐contrast computed tomography (PCCT) is a new imaging technique that can detect minute changes of density and reveal soft tissues discrimination at micrometer‐scale resolution. In this study, six human resected hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues were investigated with PCCT. A histological stain was added to estimate the accuracy of PCCT. The results showed that the fine structures of the microvasculature (measuring 30–100 µm) and thrombi in tiny blood vessels were displayed clearly on imaging the HCC tissues by PCCT. Moreover, density distributions of the thrombi were obtained, which could be reliably used to distinguish malignant from benign thrombi in HCC. In conclusion, PCCT can clearly show the three‐dimensional subtle structures of HCC that cannot be detected by conventional absorption‐based computed tomography and provides a new method for the imageology of HCC.  相似文献

Using powerful synchrotron X-ray radiation of the beamline “Belok” operated by the National Research Center “Kurchatov Institute,” we perform X-ray diffraction (XRD) study of an intact, virgin (not subjected to any external mechanical loads) particle isolated from reactor powder of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene. Along with the peaks originating from the orthorhombic phase, we detect the peaks characteristic of the monoclinic phase that is stable only under mechanical stress, suggesting that the mechanical stress that leads to the formation of the monoclinic phase and persists at room temperature develops during the polymer synthesis. The monoclinic phase gradually disappears when the particle is heated stepwise in increments of 5 K, and its peaks become undetectable when the temperature reaches 340 K. We contrast the results obtained for the phase composition of the virgin particle to those for a tablet prepared by compaction of the same reactor powder at room temperature. XRD analyses of the tablet were performed on D2 Phaser (Bruker) instrument. The monoclinic phase that originates during the polymer synthesis and the one that forms in the tablet during compaction have different parameters. We discuss the mechanisms by which these two different monoclinic phases originate during the processes involved.

作为云微物理过程测量的重要利器,机载云降水粒子成像仪在云降水物理与人工影响天气研究中具有重要的作用.从采样结果来看,机载云降水粒子成像仪所测粒子图像中含有大量的粒子图像仅是粒子的一部分而已,即部分状粒子.因其数量较多,对该类粒子所选处理方法不同,会引起测量结果的很大差异.本文介绍并分析了现有部分状粒子处理方法的优劣,通过对部分状粒子的再定义与粒子形状分类,提出了一个融合粒子形状识别技术、"粒径重构"和"中心在内"方法的新的部分状粒子处理方法;利用实测数据,对所提方法与现有方法进行了云微物理参量处理结果的对比,发现本文所提方法与"粒径重构"方法处理结果比较一致,能较好地克服"整体在内"与"中心在内"两种方法存在的缺陷;同时,在针柱状粒子占比较多情形下,本文所提方法要比"粒径重构"方法处理后的结果相对合理.因此本文所提方法对仪器所测粒子数据处理具有更好的适应性.  相似文献

A high-dimensional phase space is reduced in an approximate way to a much smaller dimensional phase space, by singling out a “cluster” of a smaller number of particles (e.g. two or three). We derive the invariant mass distribution of the cluster, and, for fixed invariant mass, its c.m.s. energy distribution. The basis of the method is a two-cluster decomposition of the original phase space into the cluster of interest and the remainder. Simple, explicit formulas are given for all particles massless, and for one particle with mass and the others massless. A recipe is stated for the application of these easily calculable distributions to practical situations where the masses of particles must be taken into account. Numerical examples illustrating the validity of the approximations and applications to high-energy elementary particle collisions are given.  相似文献

X-ray microtomography was used to evaluate the inhomogeneous characteristics of newly-developed Al–Zn–Mg foam. Using the synchrotron K-edge subtraction technique, a highly heterogeneous distribution of Zn was quantified three-dimensionally (3D) in the cell wall of as-cast foam. Time-resolved analysis of the concentration evolution revealed a tendency to a homogeneous Zn distribution as solution time prolonged. This was accompanied by a declined variation in hardness measurement. Other microstructural features after solution treatment, such as number and size distribution of micropores, were also characterised. By utilising various quenching rates, the inhomogeneities in microstructure and compression properties inside the foam were also clarified. Thus, element-sensitive tomography provides a novel solution for the 3D/4D analysis in the study of foams.  相似文献

X-ray grating interferometer has attracted widely attention in the past years due to its capability in achieving x-ray phase contrast imaging with low brilliance source. However, the widely used phase stepping information extraction method reduces system stability and prolongs data acquisition time by several times compared with conventional x-ray absorptionbased imaging. The mechanical stepping can be avoided by using a staggered grating, but at the cost of low vertical spatial resolution. In this paper, employing a modified staggered grating and the angular signal radiography, we proposed a single-shot grating-based x-ray differential phase contrast imaging with decent vertical spatial resolution. The theoretical framework was deduced and proved by numerical experiments. Absorption, phase, and scattering computed tomography can be performed without phase stepping. Therefore, we believe this fast and highly stable imaging method with decent resolution would be widely applied in x-ray grating-based phase contrast imaging.  相似文献
