 为了定量分析激光陶瓷中散射损耗对其透过率的影响,通过建立气孔尺寸分布模型,引入第二相体积比概念,并结合Mie散射、瑞利散射和全散射积分等理论,讨论了激光陶瓷中气孔、晶界第二相和表面粗糙度等引起的散射损耗对激光陶瓷透光性能的影响。研究结果表明:气孔率的大小将明显影响陶瓷透过率,且气孔尺寸分布决定了透过率包络的变化趋势;晶界和表面散射对透过率的影响主要集中在短波长处;在气孔率较低情况下,晶界第二相的存在是导致短波长处透过率急剧降低的主要因素。  相似文献

定量分析气孔大小和气孔率对陶瓷激光输出性能的影响,建立了气孔分布模型并结合Mie散射和固体激光技术相关理论,讨论气孔散射对陶瓷激光透过率和输出性能的影响。结果表明,气孔率对激光陶瓷的透过率和斜率效率有着决定性的影响。在给定的气孔尺寸分布下,气孔率越高,陶瓷透过率和激光斜率效率越低;在给定的气孔率下,气孔中心尺寸越大,陶瓷样品的透过率和激光斜率效率越低。减小气孔尺寸至0.3 m以下能有效提高激光斜率效率。气孔越大,激光阈值随气孔率增大而上升越快,越不利于实现激光输出。在实际工作中,改进和控制工艺减小气孔尺寸对提高陶瓷的输出性能同样有着重要意义。  相似文献

碳纳米粒子悬浮液具有良好的光限幅性质,是一种优良的宽波段光限幅材料。通过热传导方程和米氏散射理论建立了微气泡半径与入射光能量、碳纳米粒子悬浮液散射系数和透过率的理论模型。采用Matlab数值模拟了散射系数随微气泡尺寸因子的变化关系,碳纳米粒子悬浮液光限幅性能随入射光能量的变化规律。研究了气泡尺寸因子、入射激光能量以及波长对碳纳米粒子悬浮液光限幅特性的影响。研究发现当激光能量达到一定值时,微气泡的半径保持恒定,不再随入射激光能量的增加而增加。微气泡尺寸的增大对碳纳米粒子悬浮液的透过率有着显著的影响。同时,碳纳米粒子悬浮液对不同入射光波长和光能表现出不同的光限幅性能。研究结果为实验研究提供了理论指导。  相似文献

不同沉积参量下ZrO2薄膜的微结构和激光损伤阈值   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
ZrO2采用X射线衍射(XRD)技术分析了不同充氧条件和沉积温度对ZrO2溥膜组成结构的影响,并对不同工艺下制备的薄膜的表面粗糙度和激光损伤阈值进行了测量。结果发现随着氧压的升高,ZrO2溥膜将由单斜相多晶态逐渐转变为非晶态结构,而随着基片温度的增加,溥膜将由非晶态逐渐转变为单斜相多晶态。同时发现随着氧压升高晶粒尺寸减小,而随着沉积温度增加,晶粒尺寸增大。氧压增加时工艺对表面粗糙度有一定程度的改善,而沉积温度升高,工艺对表面粗糙度的改善不明显。晶粒尺寸大小变化与表面粗糙度变化存在对应关系。激光损伤测量表明,氧压条件和沉积温度对ZrO2薄膜的抗激光损伤能力有着较大影响。  相似文献

基于小斜率近似法建立了粗糙面激光散射双向反射分布函数的数学模型,采用该模型计算了粗糙度参量已知的合金铝样片的双向反射分布函数值,计算结果与实测结果吻合良好,验证了模型的正确性.研究了粗糙度参量和样片光学常量对双向反射分布函数的影响,结果表明,粗糙面激光散射的双向反射分布函数与表面高度起伏均方根、自相关长度及样片光学常量相关.当入射波长一定时,高度起伏均方根越大,或者自相关长度越小,粗糙面粗糙度越大,入射激光的漫反射特性越强,双向反射分布函数峰值越小且分布越分散;当粗糙度一定时,样片光学常量对双向反射分布函数影响较大,粗糙面对入射激光复折射率的虚部越大,样片双向反射分布函数的峰值越小,当粗糙度参量增大时,样片光学参量对双向反射分布函数的影响逐步减弱.  相似文献

高空卷云主要由各种不同形状的冰晶粒子组成,是地空链路上激光信号传输的重要影响因素。依据高空卷云中冰晶粒子的分布特征和散射特性,采用C版本的离散纵标法(CDISORT),充分考虑地球球形曲率及云层冰晶粒子多次散射影响因素,研究准球形边界云层的激光透过率和衰减特性,并比较了太阳天顶角不同时平面平行模式和准球面模式下卷云大气激光透过率的差异,数值计算了三种激光波长(0.65,1.06和3.8 μm)在卷云中传输时的衰减和透过特性。计算结果表明:较小太阳天顶角(小于80°)入射时,两种模式下卷云大气激光透过率相对误差很小,其中0.65 μm激光波长入射时两种模式下的相对误差仅为1.72%,较大太阳天顶角(大于80°)入射时,两种模式下卷云大气激光透过率相对误差明显增大,0.65 μm激光波长入射时两种模式下的相对误差最大达到69%;卷云粒子单次散射时,激光在云层的衰减与卷云粒子有效半径、传输距离、光学厚度及激光波长等因素有关,随光学厚度的增加,云层的激光透过率减少,1.06 μm激光波长入射时透过率最大,3.8 μm激光波长入射时透过率最小;0.65和1.06 μm激光波长入射时,随云层粒子有效半径的增加激光透过率逐渐增加,而3.8 μm波长激光,随云层粒子有效半径的增加激光透过率逐渐减少,随相对方位角的增加,云层的激光透过率减少,且不同卷云传输模型对激光透过率也存在不同的影响。该研究工作将为开展地空链路星载、机载激光通信、激光雷达探测等工程系统中的激光信号云层传输特性的应用提供理论支持,同时也可进一步拓展为地空链路激光遥感、制导和预警等应用提供预先理论研究基础。  相似文献

采用直流磁控反应溅射法,分别在室温,200,300,400和500℃下制备了HfO2薄膜。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、椭圆偏振光谱(SE)和紫外可见光谱(UVvis)研究了衬底温度对HfO2薄膜的晶体结构和光学性能的影响。XRD研究结果显示:不同衬底温度下制备的HfO2薄膜均为单斜多晶结构;随衬底温度的升高,(-111)面择优生长更加明显,薄膜中晶粒尺寸增大。SE和UVvis研究结果表明:随衬底温度升高,薄膜折射率增加,光学带隙变小;制备的HfO2薄膜在250~850nm范围内有良好的透过性能,透过率在80%以上。  相似文献

 实验采用直流磁控溅射沉积技术在不同溅射功率下制备Mo膜,研究了不同溅射功率下Mo膜的沉积速率、表面形貌及晶型结构,并对其晶粒尺寸和应力进行了研究。利用原子力显微镜观察样品的表面形貌发现随着溅射功率的增加,薄膜表面粗糙度逐渐增大。X射线衍射分析表明薄膜呈立方多晶结构,晶粒尺寸为14.1~17.9 nm;应力先随溅射功率的增大而增大,在40 W时达到最大值(2.383 GPa),后随溅射功率的增大有所减小。  相似文献

研究了真空状态下保温60min不同退火温度对镜面纯铁的表面粗糙度、表面形貌及晶粒取向的影响。结果表明:在纯铁的多晶型性转变温度点以下,面均方根粗糙度随退火温度的升高而缓慢增大;在多晶型性转变温度及以上发生突变,从面均方根粗糙度为4~5nm的镜面突变到700nm;用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察样品表面,发现在810℃出现再结晶细小晶粒。研究了原材料及860~960℃之间几个温度点的X射线衍射{200}晶面极图,结果发现:晶粒在860℃开始择优取向,随温度升高,取向越来越明显;再结晶对表面粗糙度的影响不大,晶粒的择优取向使得晶粒在不同方向的膨胀系数不同,以及多晶型性转变导致体积的变化使得晶粒之间挤压造成晶粒之间的凹凸不平和表面较深较粗的晶界,这是造成粗糙度突变的主要原因。  相似文献

A method that utilizes the Fresnel diffraction of light from the phase step formed by a transparent wedge is introduced for measuring the refractive indices of transparent solids, liquids, and solutions. It is shown that, as a transparent wedge of small apex angle is illuminated perpendicular to its surface by a monochromatic parallel beam of light, the Fresnel fringes, caused by abrupt change in refractive index at the wedge lateral boundary, are formed on a screen held perpendicular to the beam propagation direction. The visibility of the fringes varies periodically between zero and 1 in the direction normal to the wedge apex. For a known or measured apex angle, the wedge refractive index is obtained by measuring the period length by a CCD. To measure the refractive index of a transparent liquid or solution, the wedge is installed in a transparent rectangle cell containing the sample. Then, the cell is illuminated perpendicularly and the visibility period is measured. By using modest optics, one can measure the refractive index at a relative uncertainty level of 10(-5). There is no limitation on the refractive index range. The method can be applied easily with no mechanical manipulation. The measuring apparatus can be very compact with low mechanical and optical noises.  相似文献

采用电子束热蒸发技术制备了ZnSe薄膜,研究了532 nm波长的不同能量(2.0 mJ、2.5 mJ、3.0 mJ)、不同脉冲数(3、10、15)激光诱导前后,ZnSe薄膜的透射率、折射率、消光系数、损伤阈值(LIDT)的变迁。研究结果显示,在能量为2.0 mJ激光辐照后,ZnSe薄膜折射率提高,透射率下降。相比较能量为2.5 mJ、3.0 mJ激光辐照,在能量为2.0 mJ激光辐照后折射率提高最明显,由2.489 4提高到2.501 6。薄膜损伤阈值从0.99 J/cm2提高到1.39 J/cm2(10脉冲辐照);薄膜的损伤经过了无损伤到严重损伤突变的损伤演变过程。采用原子力显微镜对预处理后薄膜表面粗糙度进行检测,发现激光预处理后的薄膜表面粗糙度Ra有所下降,从0.563 nm降低到0.490 nm(15脉冲激光辐照)。  相似文献

Nb doped SrTiO3 (Nb:STO) films were deposited on (100) SrTiO3 substrates using a pulse laser deposition technique. The effects of deposition pressure on their structural, electrical and optical properties were investigated. Decrease in deposition pressure lead to decrease in grain size and average surface roughness. Various optical parameters such as refractive index, extinction coefficient, and band gap were calculated by applying the envelop or extrapolation methods using the transmittance data obtained from a UV/Vis spectrophotometer. A systematic decrease in resistivity and increment of negative charged carriers was observed with decreasing deposition pressure. Experimental results exhibited electro- and opto-resistive switching behaviors with a resistive transition from high resistance state to low resistance state on the application of current-pulse or UV light. Multi-level resistance states have also been demonstrated using a train of current pulses of different magnitudes or a simultaneous application of current and UV light. Such observed phenomenon makes Nb:STO a potential candidate to be used in future for the fabrication of multi-level memory devices and transparent thin films transistors.  相似文献

The transmittance of a transparent plate is theoretically and experimentally investigated, taking into account Fabry–Perot effects due to Fresnel reflections of a Gaussian beam on the boundaries of a plate. On the basis of these theoretical and experimental predictions, we present the application of a variable laser attenuator based on a thin transparent plate and a temperature regulation. Here, the absorption of the laser energy in the plate should be as low as possible, and its transmittance is changed by the interference due to the different thicknesses and refractive indices for the different temperatures of the plate. Therefore, such an attenuator can be used for a broad range of wavelengths and high-energy laser applications.  相似文献

We perform a comparative modelling study to investigate how different morphological features influence the optical properties of hematite aerosols. We consider high-order Chebyshev particles as a proxy for aerosol with a small-scale surface roughness, and spheroids as a model for nonspherical aerosols with a smooth boundary surface. The modelling results are compared to those obtained for homogeneous spherical particles. It is found that for hematite particles with an absorption efficiency of order unity the difference in optical properties between spheres and spheroids disappears. For optically softer particles, such as ice particles at far-infrared wavelengths, this effect can be observed for absorption efficiencies lower than unity. The convergence of the optical properties of spheres and spheroids is caused by absorption and quenching of internal resonances inside the particles, which depend both on the imaginary part of the refractive index and on the size parameter, and to some extent on the real part of the refractive index. By contrast, small-scale surface roughness becomes the dominant morphological feature for large particles. This effect is likely to depend on the amplitude of the surface roughness, the relative significance of internal resonances, and possibly on the real part of the refractive index. The extinction cross section is rather insensitive to surface roughness, while the single-scattering albedo, asymmetry parameter, and the Mueller matrix are strongly influenced. Small-scale surface roughness reduces the backscattering cross section by up to a factor of 2-3 as compared to size-equivalent particles with a smooth boundary surface. This can have important implications for the interpretation of lidar backscattering observations.  相似文献

陷波滤光片在抗激光损伤、激光防护和光电对抗领域应用广泛,如何提高其通带透过率,降低陷波点透过率是研究热点之一。基于Rugate理论设计了400 nm~2 500 nm波段1 550 nm陷波滤光片,分析了Rugate折射率函数各参数对光谱性能的影响。采用PECVD技术在K9玻璃基底上镀制了单面的1 550 nm陷波滤光片,通带的平均透过率达到88.54%,在1 550 nm处的透过率为3.62%。  相似文献

After defining the properties of transparent lead-lanthanum zirconate-titanate ceramics (PLZT) we report the results of holographic and digital recording in quadratic electrooptic ceramics Pb0.91La0.09(Zr0.65Ti0.35)0.9775O3. Photoinduced refractive index changes in these ceramics by deflected and modulated argon laser beams, the behaviour of the diffraction efficiency versus light power density and applied field, the possibility of image selection and optical selective erasure are explained phenomenologically in terms of a photoinduced field model.  相似文献

It is shown that, on a surface of optical transparency of a medium with quasi-zero refractive index, surface optical waves traveling along the surface can be excited for different angles of incidence of external radiation. Expressions for the amplitudes of nonspecular reflection and transmission of light waves at an inhomogeneous boundary between two media are derived. Using these expressions, the boundary reflectance and transmittance for different angles of incidence and refraction can be calculated.  相似文献
