注入半导体激光器混沌调制性能与内部相位键控编码方法研究

研究注入半导体激光混沌调制解调及其性能特性，提出外部光注入半导体激光器混沌内部相位编码方法. 小信号调制分析了系统混沌调制响应函数和解调响应函数以及解调因子，系统的调制解调响应函数以及解调因子在60MHz有一个峰值，系统在高频调制时，响应函数和解调因子明显下降. 理论推导出混沌调制解调方程，给出了小信号调制时的信息信号的解，数值分析出系统在低频有一个调制解调峰值，高频调制解调效果下降，但系统仍可以进行10⁹Hz频率调制解调. 数值模拟并证明了系统在较大的参数范围内都能实现同步，模拟了混沌调制速率200Mb/s和调制频率1.4GHz的保密通信应用. 还通过键控调制注入光的相位相移对激光混沌态进行了编码，通过同步与非同步进行混沌解码，数值模拟了具有调制速率10Mb/s的混沌相位键控编码通信应用. 关键词： 混沌 同步 激光器 相位     

量子阱激光器混沌相位控制同步以及编码研究

提出外部光注入多量子阱激光器激光混沌相位控制同步，及其混沌相位相移键控外调制ON/ON全光保密通信系统，数值模拟了在相位控制器控制下的激光混沌同步.通过连续ON/ON键控调制相位控制器调制通过相位控制器的激光相位相移，实现激光混沌相位相移键控连续调制，设置接收系统相位控制器，控制通过接收相位控制器的激光相位相移，以实现激光混沌解调.分别数值模拟了该系统调制速率01和05Gbit/s混沌相位相移ON/ON键控通信，进行了混沌ON/ON键控调制速率分析，以及系统参数失配和系统抗噪声扰动的数值分析. 关键词： 混沌 同步 通信 多量子阱激光器     

光纤混沌相位编码保密通信系统理论研究

通过耦合激光混沌相位控制同步系统和光纤信道，提出外部光注入半导体激光器激光混沌相 位控制光纤同步以及混沌相位相移键控外调制光纤保密通信系统理论模型，数值实现了在相 位控制器控制下的远程光纤混沌同步.理论分析了光纤自相位调制对混沌信号以及对同步的 影响，导出了光纤混沌最大传输距离公式.通过连续键控调制相位控制器实现了光纤激光混 沌相位相移键控编码调制发射，设置接收系统相位控制器控制激光相位相移实现了光纤激光 混沌同步解调.数值模拟了具有比特率50Mbit/s远程光纤混沌数字编码通信系统的应用，详 细地进行了在远距离光纤传输中的系统参数失配以及系统抗噪声能力的数值分析. 关键词： 混沌 同步 光纤混沌通信 半导体激光器 相位     

基于状态观测器的参数调制混沌数字通信

用状态观测器构造两个与混沌系统同步的子系统，将数字信号调制发送系统的参数，两同步系统交替与发送端同步. 在接收端，利用同步误差解调出信号. 以Henon混沌为例构造基于状态观测器的参数调制与解调系统，进行数值模拟，验证了该方法的有效性. 关键词： 状态观测器 混沌同步 参数调制     

驱动函数切换调制实现超混沌数字保密通信

在主动-被动分解同步的基础上,提出了一种利用不同超混沌系统的驱动函数切换调制实现数字保密通信的方案.根据二进制信号“0”和“1”的传输情况交替发射两个不同的驱动函数,这就增加了发射信号的复杂度,减少了信号的相关性.且通过进行多次非线性变换加密,进一步设置了新的密钥,使得基于预测法的攻击完全失效.理论分析和模拟结果均表明本方案在实现超混沌数字保密通信时的有效性. 关键词： 超混沌 主动-被动分解法 切换调制 保密通信     

两种调制方式下主从激光器同步性能的理论研究

 以单周期信号为例，数值模拟并讨论了注入频率和注入光场波动强度对主从式半导体激光器同步性能的影响。分别通过直接调制和外部调制两种方式获得单周期信号，并采用改进的参数——相似指数评价系统的同步性能。研究结果表明：当注入强度足够大时，系统实现注入锁定同步，外部调制的相似指数大于内部调制；注入强度恒定时，同步品质几乎不受调制指数的影响，而受调制频率的影响；由于内部、外部调制引起主激光器的输出反相，两种调制方式下同步品质随调制频率的变化趋势也相反。     

利用超混沌信号调制参数实现简并光学参量振荡器混沌同步

研究在超混沌信号调制参数作用下简并光学参量振荡器的混沌同步.计算结果表明,当调制系数在某确定的范围内使系统的最大条件李指数为负数时,两个或更多台简并光学参量振荡器在新的动力学基础上可实现同步或倒同步.同步方式与初始条件和调制系数有关.当初始条件确定的情况下,调制系数取某些值时,系统的同步方式具有突变性.     

适合传输快变信息信号的混沌调制保密通信

提出一种新的混沌调制通信方法.利用一个自适应控制器跟踪信息信号的误差对产生混沌载波的发射系统进行参数调制.同时，信息信号直接与混沌载波相乘作为发射信号驱动接收系统.在接收端，另一个自适应控制器维持收发系统的混沌同步并恢复出信息信号.由于同步误差与信息信号无关，从而实现了大幅度、快时变信息信号的混沌调制通信.理论分析和数值模拟的结果表明该方法增强了低维混沌系统的通信保密性. 关键词： 混沌调制 保密通信 自适应控制器 蔡氏电路     

超短激光脉冲调制上转换放大

在超短激光脉冲倍频过程中，由于调制不稳定性而产生多色圆锥辐射. 在多色圆锥辐射的任 意方向上同步注入一束宽带种子光，可以得到相应频率的调制上转换放大. 放大的光脉冲的 中心波长在500 nm时单脉冲能量最大可至150 μJ并且具有60 nm的频谱宽度. 通过改变种子 光的入射角度而实现上转换放大中心波长的连续调谐，范围约为290 nm. 关键词： 调制上转换放大 调制不稳定性 多色圆锥辐射     

激光混沌同步和解码以及优化

进行了激光混沌模拟信号(0.1—10GHz)和数字信号(0.2和0.3Gbit/s)以及频率键控调制解调等研究，优化分析了调制信号的频率和幅度等对同步误差和解调的影响以及激光器混沌键控速率极限；分析了彻底同步和伪同步，并优化分析了系统参数失配、反馈系数对同步误差以及同步时间的影响. 关键词： 激光 混沌 同步 解码 优化

Measurement of the e+e? → π+π? cross section with the CMD-2 detector in the 370–520-MeV energy range

The results of the experiment on the measurement of the e ⁺ e ⁻ → π⁺π⁻ cross section in a cm energy range of 370–520 MeV are presented. The systematic measurement error is equal to 0.7%. In the vector dominance model, the pion electromagnetic radius is calculated using all the CMD-2 data on the pion form factor. Energy dependence of collective flow of neutrons and protons in197Au+197Au collisions

We investigate the beam energy dependence of neutron and proton squeeze-out in collisions of¹⁹⁷Au+¹⁹⁷Au atE/A=400—800 MeV. The azimuthal anisotropy that describes the enhanced emission of mid-rapidity neutrons perpendicular to the reaction plane rises strongly with the transverse momentum of the neutrons. This dependence of the azimuthal anisotropy follows a universal curve — independent of beam energy — if the neutron momenta are measured in fractions of the projectile momentum per mass unit. Analogously, the kinetic energy spectra of mid-rapidity neutrons exhibit a universal behaviour as a function of the kinetic energy of the projectile. The members of the FOPI-collaboration: J.P.
