从原理上阐述了圆双折射光纤光栅中的传输特性和偏振特性.通过坐标变换,得到圆双折射光栅的琼斯矩阵,并基于此详细分析了磁场大小、传输距离和入射光偏振态对透射光传输特性和偏振特性的影响.结果表明,一定大小的磁致圆双折射将使透射谱产生分裂,透射光偏振态随磁场和波长变化.同时偏振相关损耗和第三斯托克斯参量与外加磁场大小在一定范围...  相似文献

 YAG晶体是一种无磁石榴石,YIG晶体是铁磁石石榴石。通过对YAG和YIG晶体在高压加磁场和不加磁场条件下,研究铁磁石榴石和无磁石榴石晶体的超声行为。采用“回波重合法”测量声速,通过比较回波的幅度进行衰减的测量。我们发现,不存在磁场时,有磁石榴石和无磁石榴石在高压条件下声速和声衰减有类似的变化行为。我们也发现,无论有无高压,在YAG晶体中不存在磁声相互作用,而在YIG晶体中,则存在磁声相互作用。  相似文献

通过建立并求解硅酸铋(BSO)晶体内电光、磁光相互作用的耦合波方程,得到了BSO晶体的偏振传递函数,由此分析了BSO晶体内偏振光的周期性变化规律,并给出直接描述外加电场、磁场对偏振光作用的琼斯矩阵和米勒矩阵.最后设计了一种基于BSO晶体的电压、电流同时传感系统.  相似文献

在很多精密原子光谱实验中,杂散磁场或者磁场强度的不均匀所引入的系统误差,是影响实验不确定度的主要因素之一.为保证测量精度,必须实现精密的磁场控制.氦原子精细结构的精密光谱测量可用于测定精细结构常数,同时也是检验多电子原子体系量子电动力学理论的一种重要方法.本文介绍所设计制作的磁屏蔽系统和余弦线圈产生精密可控磁场,并利用He原子光谱对所加磁场进行了精密测定.磁屏蔽结构可将外磁场降低到小于0.8 mGs(1 Gs=10-4T),控制磁场在20 Gs范围内时,光谱测量区域磁场的不均匀性和控制误差均小于10 mGs.在此实验条件下,氦原子精细结构精密光谱测量中磁场所导致的系统误差小于0.2 kHz.  相似文献

利用矩阵方法分析了液晶的旋光效应,导出了液晶旋光的矩阵表示. 利用JG-3型连续可调谐磁场仪搭建实验装置,红外1350 nm激光器做光源,测量了偏振光通过磁场作用下BL-009型向列相液晶的旋光角,详细分析了磁场对液晶旋光性能的影响. 通过实验测试,对液晶的阈值磁场强度进行了讨论,同时对实验结果进行了理论上的分析,得出了液晶旋光角随磁场与液晶盒表面夹角而变化的结论,验证了液晶分子轴的旋转方向与磁场的方向无关,这为更好的研究液晶的特性以及液晶器件的设计具有重要的参考价值. 关键词: 液晶 矩阵 磁致旋光  相似文献

提出一种基于琼斯光瞳的光刻投影物镜偏振像差检测方法。推导了基于琼斯矩阵的检测方程,建立了光强矢量与琼斯矩阵克氏积的线性关系,利用该线性关系直接检测琼斯光瞳形式的偏振像差。以一个典型的光刻投影物镜的琼斯光瞳为检测对象对所提方法进行仿真验证,仿真中考虑了偏振元件与CCD的实际参数误差,并与传统穆勒矩阵椭偏法转换得到的琼斯光瞳进行比较。对于同一种典型的偏振元件旋转角组合,与传统测量方法相比,所提方法测量的偏振衰减和偏振相位延迟误差均明显降低。仿真结果表明,所提方法在不增加现有测量装置复杂度的基础上,明显提高了琼斯光瞳形式偏振像差的测量精度。  相似文献

建立了磁光晶体磁致偏振特性测试系统。对Bi YIG晶体样品在大范围磁场下的退偏现象进行了测试。结果表明,达到磁饱和或接近磁饱和时,Bi YIG晶体的偏振性能最优;达到磁饱和后,随着磁场的增强,出现了磁致退偏效应。根据实验结果分析了磁致退偏效应的产生机理,并说明了磁致圆二向色性及磁致线双折射是产生退偏的原因。  相似文献

测量了铁基非晶薄带巨磁阻抗效应的阻抗实部和虚部并且计算出磁导率的实部和虚部,通过磁导率的非线性解释了巨磁阻抗效应的非线性原因,并且利用Nyquist图推出磁导率等效电路模型,指出磁导率等效电路模型中的LC共振频率是解决磁导率非线性的关键.研究结果表明:在激励电源横向磁化和外加磁场纵向磁化的过程中,非晶薄带磁导率的变化无规则,导致非晶薄带的巨磁阻抗效应呈现非线性变化.当激励频率在5 MHz、纵向磁场发生改变时,磁损耗角依然保持不变,磁导率与纵向磁场的非线性关系转化为磁导率模值与纵向磁场的关系,通过实验数据可以拟合出纵向磁场与磁导率的函数关系.  相似文献

用激发磁波的方式在面内磁化的外延YIG膜上得到了一组等间距、慢衰减的磁模。考虑到磁化强度在模内不均匀性及进动为椭圆进动,导出了模式间距和磁性参数间的关系。和实验比较可以推算出表征不均匀的参数。对于我们的样品,该不均匀性约为2.6—5.8%。 关键词:  相似文献

The paper details the characterization of thin magnetic materials layers, particularly soft materials, with respect to their behaviour in frequency (from 10 MHz to 1 GHz). The proposed method is suitable for any soft but insulating magnetic material; Yttrium Iron Garnet (YIG) is used as an example. The principle is based on a comparison between simulations for different values of the permeability and measurement values versus frequency of planar inductor structures; an experimental validation is proposed as well. Thin magnetic material is first deposited on an alumina substrate using RF sputtering technique; a planar spiral winding of copper is then deposited on the magnetic material by the same technique. The effective permeability versus frequency is obtained by comparing two samples of spiral windings with and without magnetic material. Network analyser measurements on samples of various geometrical dimensions and of different thicknesses are necessary to determine the effective magnetic permeability; we have obtained a relative effective permeability of about 30 for seven turns spiral inductor of a 17 μm YIG film.  相似文献

The commonly adopted projective measurements are invalid in the specified task of quantum state discrimination when the discriminated states are superposition of planar-position basis states whose complex-number probability amplitudes have the same magnitude but different phases. Therefore we propose a corresponding scheme via weak-value measurement and examine the feasibility of this scheme. Furthermore, the role of the weak-value measurement in quantum state discrimination is analyzed and compared with one in quantum state tomography in this Letter.  相似文献

This paper describes the effect of 5-nm thick platinum (Pt), aluminum (Al) and silicon oxide (SiOx) capping layers on the static and dynamic magnetic properties of 400-nm thick polycrystalline YIG films deposited on a Pt buffer layer. Both static and dynamic magnetic properties of Pt capped YIG film are totally different among all YIG films. Namely, the squareness of the magnetization curve for Pt capped YIG film increases, indicating that Pt capped YIG film is magnetically softer than other YIG films. Interestingly, the effective Gilbert damping parameter of Pt capped YIG films is about four times as large as those of other YIG films, and its value is approximately 9.52 × 10−4. However, the value of Gilbert damping is 2.55 × 10−4, 3.46 × 10−4 and 3.85 × 10−4 respectively for no capping, SiOx capping and Al capping samples respectively. This huge change in Gilbert damping parameter is mainly originating from the spin pumping effect, which arises at the interface of a material having strong spin orbit interaction such as Pt. Moreover, the enourmous increase in the value of effective anisotropic field and decrese in effective saturation magnetization indicates interface anisotropy is induced in Pt capped sample. These results suggest that the static and dynamic magnetic properties of YIG film can be controlled by selecting an appropriate capping layer.  相似文献

A scheme for instantaneous frequency measurement(IFM)using two parallel I/Q modulators based on optical power monitoring is proposed.The amplitude comparison function(ACF)can be constructed to establish the relationship between the frequency of radio frequency(RF)signal and the power ratio of two optical signals output by two I/Q modulators.The frequency of RF signal can be derived by measuring the optical power of the optical signals output by two I/Q modulators.The measurement range and measurement error can be adjusted by controlling the delay amount of the electrical delay line.The feasibility of the scheme is verified,and the corresponding measurement range and measurement error of the system under different delay amounts of the electrical delay line are given.Compared with previous IFM schemes,the structure of this scheme is simple.Polarization devices,a photodetector and an electrical power meter are not used,which reduces the impact of the environmental disturbance on the system and the cost of the system.In simulation,the measurement range can reach 0 GHz-24.5 GHz by adjusting the delay amount of the electrical delay lineτ=20 ps.The measurement error of the scheme is better at low frequency,and the measurement error of low frequency 0 GHz-9.6 GHz can reach-0.1 GHz to+0.05 GHz.  相似文献

Yttrium iron garnet (YIG) films possessing both perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) and low damping would serve as ideal candidates for high-speed energy-efficient spintronic and magnonic devices. However, it is still challenging to achieve PMA in YIG films thicker than 20 nm, which is a major bottleneck for their development. In this work, we demonstrate that this problem can be solved by using substrates with moderate lattice mismatch with YIG so as to suppress the excessive strain-induced stress release as increasing the YIG thickness. After carefully optimizing the growth and annealing conditions, we have achieved out-of-plane spontaneous magnetization in YIG films grown on sGGG substrates, even when they are as thick as 50 nm. Furthermore, ferromagnetic resonance and spin pumping induced inverse spin Hall effect measurements further verify the good spin transparency at the surface of our YIG films.  相似文献

In this study, we give a new proposal to measure the temperature of the spin in a sample in a magnetic resonance force microscopy system by using postselected weak measurement, and investigating the Fisher information to estimate the precision of the scheme. We show that in a high temperature regime the temperature of the spin can be measured via a weak measurement technique with proper postselection and our scheme is able to increase the precision of temperature estimation.  相似文献

A survey of characteristic optical and magneto-optical properties of the representative ferrite materials yttrium iron garnet (YIG) and iron borate is presented. The interaction of light with collective magnetic excitations, leading to pronounced magnetooptical phenomena, is discussed. The effect of target rotation rate on the magneto-optical properties and induced magnetic anisotropy of pulse laser deposition grown Bi:YIG garnets has been investigated. The rotation rate dependence of magnetic properties of thin films has been studied using magneto-optical Faraday rotation combined with magneto-optical Kerr measurement setup. Our results show that decreasing the target rotation rate can also increase the polar coercive field and hence magnetic anisotropy. Also the spectral answer of samples show the capability of use of them in one off optical ranges such as visible, near infrared and far infrared regions.  相似文献
