由于空间狭小且不能通视,分离扇回旋加速器的检修与准直复位一直困扰着机械准直人员。加上时间紧张,如何快速准确找到故障原因和准确复位是保证加速器正常运行所必须思考的问题。分析了磁通道的工作原理和传动机制,建立了有效的传动监测模型,标定并改善了电机的传动性能。基于多重坐标系转换总结出一种快速安装的方法,快速复位精度满足物理要求,保证束流的顺利引出。该方法精度满足实验要求(不超过0.2 mm),具有可继承性,能够为相关加速器类似元器件的检修与准直工作提供依据。 相似文献

针对加速器驱动次临界系统(ADS)中强流质子直线加速器,即ADS注入器Ⅱ,设计了采用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)切束技术的加速器快保护控制系统。当系统检测到束流异常故障信号时能快速切断束流,并上传故障信息,方便故障排查和后期数据分析。该控制器基于FPGA设计,可实现光纤通信、串口通信、逻辑电平信号输出等功能。其中,光纤通信功能用于控制斩波器电源快速切断束流;串口通信用于实时传输设备状态信息;逻辑电平信号输出用于控制继电器产生开关量信号去远程控制保护设备,以防止运行设备的损害。通过现场运行测试,切束响应时间在10 s之内,达到安全设计要求。 相似文献

强流直线加速器的长时间稳定运行是该领域的难点和前沿课题之一。以加速器驱动嬗变研究装置(CiADS)的加速器为例,利用TraceWin软件模拟的虚拟加速器数据,提出了基于人工智能算法的超导腔失效的分段故障补偿方法。当有腔体故障时,故障腔的相邻器件将用于重新匹配束流包络,而所有下游腔均可用于补偿束流能量。与传统的优化方法相比,该方法可实现低能耗的超导腔段的故障补偿,具有计算速度快、普适性强等优点,为实际应用器件故障补偿提供了新的可行性。 相似文献

用于流体动力学诊断的强流LIA是庞大而复杂的系统,其性能预测和评估是十分困难的。针对强流LIA大量的单次快脉冲非平稳信号,提出基于小波包分析与RBF神经网络技术相结合实现故障智能诊断和性能评价的方法。该方法以强流LIA高维信号的小波包结点能量提取的特征向量来表征信号平顶、脉宽以及暂态特性。在此基础上,建立了“神龙一号”加速器腔电压及注入器出口束流故障诊断与性能评价原型系统,该系统不仅可进行故障诊断和性能评价,还可探测到加速器运行参数的变化趋势,为加速器的精细维护提供预测信息。 相似文献

针对加速器驱动次临界系统(ADS)中强流质子直线加速器,即ADS注入器Ⅱ,设计了数据归档系统。该系统能实时采集加速器运行时各设备的状态信息和通过中央控制室远程发出的指令信息,为加速器调束人员和系统维护人员提供最真实的参考信息,方便故障排查和后期数据分析。系统基于以太网,运行于实验物理与工业控制系统EPICS(Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System)架构上,和设备的数据交换采用CA协议(Channel Access Protocol)。采用Keepalived和MySQL实现高可用数据库服务,采用ArchiveEngine作为数据采集工具,采用DataBrower进行数据查询和曲线绘制。对归档数据库进行了查询优化,并自行开发了数据库服务器和归档引擎的运行状态监控程序,从而保证了整个数据归档系统的稳定运行。通过现场运行,系统可满足ADS注入器Ⅱ运行要求,维护方便,只需将相应PV(Process Variable)信息添加到数据库channel表格中即可实现数据采集。 相似文献

传统故障指示器在现场只记录采集信息,不能有效进行现场故障分析和判断,故障分析判断的延迟较大,故障判断的准确率较低。论文引入周期滤波方法,消除工频信号对采样的影响,利用微分符号统计和最大值统计方法,获得小电流接地系统暂态过程的纯净波形和峰峰值,采用基于聚类分析的故障判断策略,及时准确地判断供配电网络故障,上报故障集控中心综合处理,提高电网运行的可靠性,同时实现故障指示器采集信息的现场分析处理。 相似文献

为了对柴油车运行过程中发生的燃油稀释润滑油的程度作出及时定量评价,建立了差示红外光谱定量测定润滑油被燃油稀释程度的方法,并根据朗伯-比耳定律建立了吸光度与柴油浓度的校准曲线.结果表明,该分析方法对柴油车使用过程中燃油稀释润滑油的程度能快速准确定量,并且具有重复性好,可信度高的特点.柴油稀释润滑油的程度在0-5.0wt%内呈良好线性关系,线性回归方程为y=0.0085x+0.0048(R2=0.9933).本方法对于发生燃油稀释润滑油的故障能快速诊断,可用于对大批量的行车试验样品进行快速量评估.相对于美国材料与试验协会标准方法ASTM3524中采用气相色谱法来定量分析润滑油中燃油含量,本方法更加快速,使用成本更低廉. 相似文献

(31)P-NMR spectroscopy was carried out on M. longissimus dorsi samples chilled by two different cooling profiles corresponding to commercial batch and tunnel chilling. The half-life of post mortem phosphocreatine (PCr) degradation was found to be significantly less in muscle samples exposed to tunnel chilling (rapid) compared with muscle samples exposed to batch chilling (soft) conditions, while no difference in the post mortem ATP degradation was found. Moreover, the post mortem pH development in the muscle samples differed considerably between the two cooling regimes. A maximum difference of approx. 0.25 pH units between the two cooling profiles was observed around 150 min post mortem. Theoretical calculations of the registered pH difference between rapid and soft chilling of muscle samples revealed that the temperature effect on the buffer capacity of muscle is the major determining factor in the detected difference in intracellular pH between the two cooling profiles, while any contribution from a temperature-induced delayed progress in the lactate formation post mortem seems negligible. Moreover, calculations on the effect of the registered pH difference between rapid and soft chilling of muscle samples resemble a 2.5 times greater denaturation of myosin in samples which were chilled softly compared with samples chilled more rapidly. Finally, the relationship to the functionality of meats from soft and rapid chilled pork carcasses is discussed. 相似文献

An original method for characterizing the γ′-phase tertiary precipitates in a Ni-based superalloy manufactured by powder metallurgy is described. This investigation is made using post mortem transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It is based on the analysis of sheared areas within crept specimens, which allows the precipitates revealed by the dislocations in their glide plane to be observed. The characteristics of these nano-precipitates, i.e. their size, their volume fraction and the channel width between them, are determined for two different heat treatments (HTs). The results show a wide distribution of the microstructural parameters for a given HT, but only slight differences between the microstructures produced by the two different HTs. This microstructural information allows a better understanding of the wide variety of the deformation micromechanisms observed during creep at high temperature. 相似文献

Nowadays there is great progress on laser-driven plasma-based accelerators by exploiting petawatt-class lasers, where for one aspect electron beams can be accelerated to multi-GeV energy in a centimeter-scale plasma due to laser wakefield acceleration mechanism. While to date, worldwide researches on laser-plasma accelerators are focused to create compact particle and radiation sources for applications in a wide range of sciences, including basic, medical and industrial sciences, there are great interests in applications for high energy physics and astrophysics that explore unprecedented high-energy frontier phenomena, for which laser plasma accelerator concepts provide us with promising tools. Here, our endeavors toward “extreme light” in the IZEST are envisaged for the next 30 years perspective and issues on laser plasma electron acceleration beyond 100 GeV and furthermore toward the TeV regime, aiming at high energy physics applications. 相似文献

Accelerator based positron sources are widely used due to their high intensity. Most of these accelerators are RF accelerators. An LIA (linear induction accelerator) is a kind of high current pulsed accelerator used for radiography. A conceptual design of an intense pulsed positron source based on an LIA is presented in the paper. One advantage of an LIA is its pulsed power being higher than conventional accelerators, which means a higher amount of primary electrons for positron generations per pulse. Another advantage of an LIA is that it is very suitable to decelerate the positron bunch generated by bremsstrahlung pair process due to its ability to adjustably shape the voltage pulse. By implementing LIA cavities to decelerate the positron bunch before it is moderated, the positron yield could be greatly increased. 强流直线感应加速器(LIA)主要应用于闪光照相试验,对其工作可靠性的要求很高。但LIA中包含了庞大的高电压脉冲功率系统,在充电及等待时期,存在发生自激的可能性,从而导致试验失败,并造成重大经济损失及严重影响。从对Marx等装置发生自激后进行立即监测控制的角度,提出了一种提高闪光照相试验可靠性的方法,并研制了可靠性高、适应各种高压放电装置的无源放电检测探头,采用大规模可编程集成电路作为系统中的逻辑处理单元,提高了系统集成度,降低了线路的复杂程度,降低了系统调试的难度,研制的监测控制器可方便地进行监测路数的扩充,适应多达几十路放电装置的检测与监控。功率系统装置自激后,自激监测控制系统响应速度快,最快可以达到100 ns级,且系统抗干扰能力强,满足在闪光试验环境工作的要求,达到了在一定程度上提高闪光照相试验可靠性的目的。 相似文献
