基于文献[1]的工作,电子在固体中的弹性散射用Mott微分截面计算;非弹性散射分为单电子激发和等离子激发并由Streitwolf、Gryzinski及Quinn的截面描述.模拟了低能电子在Al块样及薄膜中的散射过程,对不同能量低能电子作用下Al的背散射系统、能谱又透射系数作了计算,结果与实验符合较好.也对背散射电子、低能损背散射电子表面分布作了计算,结果表明低能损背散射电子具有较好的空间分辨率.  相似文献

实验通过17F+p共振弹性散射研究了复合核18Ne激发态中与天体核反应14O(α, p)17F相关的共振态性质。利用兰州放射性束流线(RIBLL)对弹核碎裂反应产生的放射性束17F进行了分离和提纯。经过降能后,能量为4.22 AMeV 的17F束流轰击在T2终端的厚氢靶(CH2)n上。 两套∆E-E Si探测器望远镜放置在两个不同的探测角度θlab≈2.3°和14°上,对反冲质子的角度和能量进行了测量。实验观测到了复合核18Ne的几条质子共振能级。通过R-Matrix理论程序对激发函数进行拟合,得到了共振态的能量、 自旋、 宇称和衰变宽度等共振参数。Resonant properties in18Ne relevant to the stellar reaction of 14O(α, p)17F have been investigated through a resonant elastic scattering of 17F+p. The 17F RI beam was produced via a projectile fragmentation reaction, and subsequently separated and purified by Radioactive Ion beam Line in Lanzhou(RIBLL). After a series of energy degradation,a 4.22 AMeV 17F beam bombarded a thick(CH2)ntarget at T2 terminal. Energy and angle of the recoiled protons were measured by two sets of ∆E-E silicon telescope at θlab≈2.3°,14° respectively. Several resonances in 18Ne were observed,and their resonant parametersincluding energy,spin parity and decay width have been determined by an R-Matrix analysis of the experimental excitation function.  相似文献

应用壳模型方法计算了O~(17)和F~(17)的低能反宇称态。核子间剩余相互作用取为δ型核力。第一步在L-S耦合近似下求解方程。结果表明,低能态具有“配对”的相干结构。第二步用一种近似办法加进了自旋轨道耦合力,得到了可以和实验进行比较的能谱。计算了已有实验数据的跃迁几率。  相似文献

在兰州放射性束流线(RIBLL)上完成了17O/17F+208Pb的弹性散射微分截面角分布测量. 分析了17O/17F弹性散射产物的角分散, 即微分截面的对数ln(dσdθ)随散射角平方θ2的依赖关系. 结果表明, 在所测量的角度范围内(6°—20°), 17O的这一依赖关系可以用一条直线很好地拟合, 而17F的这一依赖关系需要两条不同斜率的直线才能拟合. 17F数据拟合中的这种斜率改变可能 起因于17F的奇异结构. 对其他实验组数据的分析支持以上的结论, 即在一定的角度范围内, 弱束缚核与稳定核相比, 弹性散射产物的微分截面与散射角平方的依赖关系有明显的差异, 这可以作为深入研究"晕/皮核"的一个新探针.  相似文献

在扭曲波冲量近似下,讨论了反质子与核的电荷交换反应A(p,n)B和非弹性散射A(p,p′)*A.并具体地计算能量为Ep=179.7MeV和46.8MeV下12C(p,n)12B,18O(p,n)18N和18O(p,p′)18O的微分截面.用严格的分波法处理扭曲波.非弹性散射的微分截面能符合实验.同时预示了在这些能量下,反质子与核发生电荷交换反应可能出现的微分截面理论结果.  相似文献

利用全量子的分子轨道强耦合方法,我们研究了基态的O3 (2s22p2P)与氚分子和氢分子碰撞的电荷转移过程,计算了方位角为45°,能量分别为0.1eV/u,1.0eV/u,100eV/u,500eV/u的单电子俘获的振动分辨的态选择截面及总截面.分子轨道强耦合计算中采用了自旋耦合价带理论计算的三原子分子势能面和径向耦合矩阵元.对体系的电子运动同H2(T2)或H2 (T2 )的转动和振动之间的耦合,根据能量的不同,分别采用了无限阶的冲量近似或振动冲量近似.结果发现,低能O3 与H2碰撞电子俘获过程中靶的同位素效应显著:对不同的同位素靶,单电子俘获的总截面以及振动分辨态选择截面的分布明显不同;入射离子能量越低,同位素效应越显著.  相似文献

14O (α,p)17F是天体X射线暴中重要的突破反应。本工作通过厚靶方法测量其逆反应1H (17F,α)14O的反应截面来研究这一关键反应。本实验工作是在日本东京大学原子核科学研究中心(CNS)的低能次级束流线(CRIB)上完成的,后续的扣除本底实验是在兰州放射性束流线(RIBLL1)上完成的。CRIB实验是通过2H (16O,n)17F转移反应产生17F次级束,经过CRIB分离提纯之后,利用该次级束轰击氢气靶。在氢气靶后布置了三套望远镜探测器系统,用以探测不同实验角度的反冲α粒子,在数据处理的过程中经过动力学重构后得到了1H (17F,α)14O反应在质心系能区Ec.m.=2.7~3.4 MeV的反应截面。实验结果在3 MeV以上的高能区与前人的薄靶实验数据是一致的,在低能区本工作获得了新的实验数据,倾向于支持干涉相消的理论预言结果。The 14O(α, p)17F reaction is one of the important breakout reactions in type I X-ray burst. This work reported a new cross section measurement of its reverse reaction of 1H(17F,α)14O. The experiment was performed using the CNS radioactive ion beam separator (CRIB), located at the Center for Nuclear Study (CNS), the University of Tokyo. The sequent background measurement was carried out at Radioactive Beam Line in Lanzhou (RIBLL1). 17F beam was produced via the transfer reaction of 2H(16O, n)17F, subsequently separated and purified by CRIB and bombarded a thick hydrogen H2 gas target. The recoiling α particles were measured by three △E-E silicon telescopes at three different angles. The total cross sections of 1H(17F,α)14O have been derived at Ec.m.=2.7~3.4 MeV based on an isotropic angular distribution assumption. Our results are consistent with the previous ones in the energy region of Ec.m.>3 MeV, and we also obtained some new data in the low energy region, which partly support the destructive interference between the direct and resonant reaction mechanism predicted by the theory.  相似文献

本文给出一个基于解相对论Dirac方程计算低能电子弹性散射截面的方法,比较Thomas-Fermi-Dirac(TFD)势及Hartree-Fock(HF)势对散射截面计算的影响,计算了C、Al、Cu、Ag、Au等多种元素在0.01~10keV能量范围的弹性散射截面,比较分析Mott模型、Pendry模型以及屏蔽的Rutherford截面之间的差异。  相似文献

The proton polarization in 16O(p, p0)16O has been measured for laboratory proton energies between 10.0 and 16.0 MeV. Measurements were made for 18 or more angles at 60 energies. In addition, excitation functions of polarization were measured at 6 angles in 50 keV steps from 12.8 to 16.0 MeV. Both optical-model and phase-shift analyses were performed using published cross-section data in conjunction with the polarization data. The energy dependence of the complex phase shifts yielded spin, parity, and width assignments for 10 levels in 17F and possible assignments for 10 additional levels. A review of the energy levels of 17F below 16 MeV is given.  相似文献

Reaction-product cross sections following 20Ne+12C and 16O + 16O collisions at several incident energies have been measured with a E-ΔE counter telescope. They are compared to statistical model predictions. Fair agreement is obtained for the high-Z evaporation residue cross sections, but a strong discrepancy is observed for the lower-Z reaction products. Possible explanations are discussed. It is shown that the compound nucleus formation does not depend on the structure of the colliding ions in the entrance channel and also that it is not limited by the 32S yrast line.  相似文献

We have measured 16O17O elastic cross sections at 22 MeV between 65°–140° to ± 1 %. The observed oscillatory interference between Coulomb scattering and the neutron transfer process is analyzed using exact finite-range DWBA. A model-independent value of C?2 = 0.82 ± 0.07 is obtained for the coupling constant of the 1d52 neutron in 17O. We also present an analysis of data on magnetic electron scattering from 17O, which yields precise information on the magnitude and the radial shape of the 1d52 neutron bound-state wave function. With this we relate the coupling constant to the spectroscopic factor and find S = 1.04 ± 0.11. We show that the magnetic electron scattering data alone yield S = 1.04 ± 0.10. Combining these results with earlier work we recommend C?2 = 0.79 ± 0.04 and S = 1.03 ± 0.07 as best values. This spectroscopic strength corresponds to (91 ± 7) % of the full single-particle value.  相似文献

The elastic scattering, inelastic scattering, single-neutron transfer reactions 13C(17O, 16O) 14C, 13C(17O, 18O)12C and 13C(17O, 18O2+, 1.98)12C, and seven other exit channels which involve 7Li, 9Be, 11B and 15N have been measured for the system 17O+13C at 12.9 and 14 MeV c.m. It is shown that all reactions mentioned above have significant contributions from compound nuclear decay, following fusion of projectile and target.  相似文献

Angular distributions from (16O, 15N) and (16O, 14C) reactions on 26Mg have been measured at both 45 and 60 MeV bombarding energies. The two reactions have approximately the same peak cross sections, but the (16O, 15N) distributions vary smoothly with angle while the (16O, 14C) cross section oscillates strongly as a function of angle. It is shown that the angular distribution shape is strongly dependent on the steepness of the form factor and that the magnitude of the (16O, 14C) cross section is very sensitive to the absorptive part of the optical potential.  相似文献

The cross sections for the 16O(α, 2α) reaction have been calculated in the distorted wave impulse approximation. The influence of the optical potentials in the incident and final channels on the energy sharing distribution and the spectroscopic factors has been investigated. Optical potentials with small imaginary content are shown to fit both elastic scattering and the experimental data well and give a spectroscopic factor of 1.1; the contribution from the nuclear interior broadens the energy sharing distributions, in agreement with observations.  相似文献

The reaction channels of the system 16O + 16O with outgoing heavy particles from lithium to magnesium have been measured using a ΔE-E telescope. Excitation functions from 49 to 65 MeV at θLab = 30° and angular distributions from θLab = 10° (20°) to 50° at ELab = 51.5 MeV are presented for the strong transitions. The excitation function of the 12C-20Ne (4.25 MeV) channel shows a pronounced regular cross structure with peaks at 52 and 60 MeV. A selective excitation of certain states in the inelastic scattering and the 12C-20Ne channel is observed; the yields of the other heavy-ion channels being weaker by at least one order of magnitude. An explanation of this phenomenon is given by considering the angular momentum matching between entrance and exit channels. Furthermore it is shown that no strong dependence of the cross sections on the transferred angular momentum or on the nuclear structure of the final states is observed. Possible implications of these results on the reaction mechanism are discussed.  相似文献
