通过三维层流数值模拟,与平片计算结果对比,设计了适用于低流速和Re数(迎面风速1-3 m/s,对应Re数 901-2702)下的空调蒸发器用管翅式换热器的开缝翅片形式。研究表明:在上述迎面风速和Re数范围内,开缝翅片性能曲线和平片性能曲线不可避免地有一个交叉点,对应Re数称为转折Re数,在交叉点前的速度和Re数范围内,平片换热器的综合性能优于开缝翅片,而在高于转折Re数后,随着迎面风速的增大,开缝翅片的综合换热性能将越来越优于平片;依据“前疏后密”原则适当减少开缝翅片换热器开缝的条数,可以有效降低转折Re数,并显著改善低流速和Re数下换热器的综合性能。另外,再次验证了场协同理论-温度场和速度场的协同性与换热器换热量间的必然联系。 相似文献

本文以Sampson旋转子在圆管中反演得到的无穷级数作为基本奇点,对分布函数采用离散奇点线分布法和分段二次抛物分布法,解决了任意轴对称体在无限长圆管中绕中心轴旋转的Stokes流动问題。通过对长球的数值计算,比较了两种方法,结果表明分段二次抛物分布法各方面都优于离散法。此外,本文还研究球串在无穷长圆管中绕中心轴旋转的小Re数问题,第一次给出了每个球所受的阻力矩系数。 相似文献

从流体力学的基本方程和基本定态解出发,通过Boussinesqu假定及线性稳定性分析方法导出广义的奥尔-索末菲方程,使用有限差分方法对方程进行数值求解,得到低雷诺数下库特流失稳、实现Benard对流强化传热的临界瑞利数Rac。计算结果表明:库特流Benard失稳所需的临界瑞利数Rac随雷诺数Re的增大而减小,并且存在参考雷诺数Rer,当Re大于Rer时,Rac随Re变化很慢,此时,增大Re不能明显降低Rac,流体的传热量也不会随Re的增大而增加。 相似文献

在利用烟道余热喷雾蒸发脱硫废水时,烟道中的飞灰会与喷雾液滴发生碰撞,进而影响废水处理效率.本文利用大涡模拟(LES)和离散相模型(DPM),模拟脱硫废水喷入烟道的雾化过程及粒径分布,重点考察了烟道飞灰与喷雾液滴碰撞时烟道流场分布及液滴空间分布,分析了Stokes数和喷雾角对流场和空间分布的影响规律.研究结果表明,采用空气雾化喷嘴雾化333.33 L·h~(-1)的脱硫废水,喷雾液滴的粒径分布为20~250μm;无飞灰进入烟道时,Stokes小于1时喷雾液滴速度衰减极快,Stokes大于1时喷雾液滴速度衰减最慢,且喷雾角较大时衰减更快;含飞灰进入烟道时,由于动量交换,喷雾液滴速度衰减更快,且碰撞主要发生于速度衰减到35 m·s~(-1)后的位置. 相似文献

We present a statistical mechanics model treating the formation and the fragmentation of fullerenes as a phase transition.
Based on this model, we investigate the formation and fragmentation of C60 and C240 fullerenes from and to a gas of carbon dimers by means of molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. These simulations were conducted
for 500 ns using a topologically-constrained forcefield. At the phase transition temperature, both the cage and gaseous phases
were found to coexist and the system continuously oscillates between the two phases. Combining the results of the MD simulations
and the statistical mechanics approach, we obtain the dependence of the phase transition temperature on pressure and compare

It is one of the basic concepts of Newtonian fluid dynamics that at low Reynolds number (Re) the Navier-Stokes equation is linear and flows are reversible. In microfluidic devices, where Re is essentially always low, this implies that flow resistance in microchannels is isotropic. Here we present a microfluidic rectifier: a microscopic channel of a special shape whose flow resistance is strongly anisotropic, differing by up to a factor of 2 for opposite flow directions. Its nonlinear operation at arbitrary small Re is due to non-Newtonian elastic properties of the working fluid, which is a 0.01% aqueous solution of a high molecular weight polymer. The rectifier works as a dynamic valve and may find applications in microfluidic pumps and other integrated devices. 相似文献

The heat and mass transfer from a grooved tube is investigated experimentally for a falling-film flow. The experiments are conducted on a helical trapezoidal grooved tube at three temperatures of the feeding water: 30°C, 35°C, and 40°C. The Reynolds number (Re) of the air ranges between 1,500 and 3,500. Nusselt number (Nu) is expressed as a function of the Prandtl number (Pr), Re for air (Rea), Re for water (Rew); Sherwood number (Sh) is expressed as a function of the Schmidt number (Sc), Rea, and Rew, and the correlation coefficients are determined. 相似文献

A unified lattice Bhatnagar-Gross-Krook (ILBGK) model iDdQq for the incompressible Navier-Stokes equation is presented. To test its efficiency, the lid-driven cavity flow in three-dimensional space for Reynolds number Re=3200 and span aspect ratio SAR=1, 2 and 3 is simulated in detail on a 48×48×(48×SAR) uniform lattice using the model. The test results agree well with those in previous experiments and numerical works and show the efficiency and strong numerical stability of the proposed ILBGK model. 相似文献

We propose a simple hybrid model for the shear viscosity of isotopic fluid mixtures by coupling the contribution of the Stokes–Einstein relation with the existing linear model of Roults's law for the shear viscosity. The calculated values of shear viscosity using this simple hybrid model are found to be in excellent agreement with the molecular dynamics (MD) simulation results. The calculated value of the shear viscosity obtained from the theoretical model as well as the MD simulation increases with increasing mass ratio. 相似文献

实测强风工况下高度167 m的徐州彭城电厂冷却塔的表面风荷载,并归纳历史上其他研究人员给出的实测结果,以丰富高超临界雷诺数(Re)区间二维圆柱绕流的试验成果.在低湍流度均匀流场和高湍流度大气边界层流场中分别开展4种风速8类粗糙度条件下的冷却塔刚性模型测压风洞试验,通过对比低雷诺数(Re=2.1×10~5—4.19×10~5)条件下的风洞试验结果和高雷诺数(Re=5.4×10~7—1×10~8)条件下的现场实测结果研究各种静动态绕流特征随雷诺数的变化规律,重点考察雷诺数无关现象的产生条件.研究结果表明,对于物表相对粗糙度在0.01以上的圆柱绕流,雷诺数不相关现象存在于很宽的雷诺数范围(2×10~5Re1×10~8)内;增大来流湍流度亦能引起的雷诺数无关现象,但此时该现象可能仅存在于一个较窄的低雷诺数范围内. 相似文献

The paper deals with the numerical study of heat and mass transfer in the process of direct evaporation air cooling in the laminar flow of forced convection in a channel between two parallel insulated plates with alternating wet and dry zones along the length. The system of Navier–Stokes equations and equations of energy and steam diffusion are being solved in two-dimensional approximation. At the channel inlet, all thermal gas-dynamic parameters are constant over the cross section, and the channel walls are adiabatic. The studies were carried out with varying number of dry zones (n = 0–16), their relative length (s/l = 0–1) and Reynolds number Re = 50–1000 in the flow of dry air (φ0 = 0) with a constant temperature at the inlet (T 0 = 30 °C). The main attention is paid to optimization analysis of evaporation cell characteristics. It is shown that an increase in the number of alternating steps leads to an increase in the parameters of thermal and humid efficiency. With an increase in Re number and a decrease in the extent of wet areas, the efficiency parameter reduces. 相似文献

Both ionic solutions under an external applied static electric field E and glassy-forming liquids under undercooled state are in non-equilibrium state.In this work,molecular dynamics(MD)simulations with three aqueous alkali ion chloride(NaCl,KCl,and RbCl)ionic solutions are performed to exploit whether the glass-forming liquid analogous fractional variant of the Stokes–Einstein relation also exists in ionic solutions under E.Our results indicate that the diffusion constant decouples from the structural relaxation time under E,and a fractional variant of the Stokes–Einstein relation is observed as well as a crossover analogous to the glass-forming liquids under cooling.The fractional variant of the Stokes–Einstein relation is attributed to the E introduced deviations from Gaussian and the nonlinear effect. 相似文献
