The β+/EC decay of doubly odd nucleus ^176Ir has been studied via the ^146Nd(^35Cl, 5n7) heavy ion fusion evaporation reaction at 210MeV bombarding energy. With the aid of a helium-jet recoil fast tape transport system, the reaction products were transported to a low-background location for measurement. Based on the data analysis, the previously known γ rays from the decay of ^176Ir are proven. Moreover, three new excited levels and ten new γ rays are assigned to ^176Os. The time spectra of typical γ rays clearly indicate a long-lived low-spin isomer in ^176Ir.  相似文献

利用8.4MeV/u的18O束轰击天然铅靶,分离出汞元素产物,并以此研究208Hgβ衰变的新γ射线.除已报道的γ射线以外,观察到对应于208Tl已知能级间跃迁的9条新γ射线.The Hg products produced in the bombardment of natural lead targets by 18 O beam of 8.4 MeV/u were separated by means of an off line gas thermochromategraphic device. The coincident gamma spectra and time successive single γ ray spectra were measured. Except the already known γ rays, nine new γ rays assigned to the transitions between the known levels of 208 Tl were observed.  相似文献

通过92Mo(58Ni, 2p3n)熔合蒸发反应生成了非常缺中子核145Er。利用氦喷嘴带传输系统把研究目标核传输到低本底测量站, 进行了质子 γ符合测量, 得到了不受同量异位素干扰的145Er的β延发质子谱。经过仔细分析与延发质子符合的γ谱, 发现了145Er的11/2-同核异能态具有β延发质子衰变性质。经拟合退激144Dy不同激发态γ跃迁的衰变曲线, 得出145Er的1/2+基态和11/2-同核异能态的半衰期分别为(1.6±0.6)和(0.6±0.1) s。最后, 简单介绍了中重质量区缺中子新核素的合成及衰变研究计划。The neutron deficient isotope 145Er was produced via the fusion evaporation reaction 92Mo(58Ni, 2p3n). The reaction products were transported to a low background counting area using a He jet tape transport system, and proton γ coincidence measurements were carried out. Based on the analysis of γ transitions in coincidence with β delayed protons, the β delayed proton decay of an νh11/2 isomer in 145Er was proposed. By fitting the decay curves of the γ transitions depopulating the low lying states in 144Dy, the half lives of the ground state and the νh11/2 isomeric state in 145Er were deduced to be (1.6±0.6) and (0.6±0.1) s, respectively. An experimental plan to synthesize new β delayed proton precursors in the medium heavy mass region has been presented.  相似文献

189W activities were produced via the 192Os(n, α) reaction using irradiation of isotopically enriched 192Os metallic powder of ~100 mg/cm2 with 14 MeV neutrons. The X-γ and γ-γ coincidence measurements were made so as to obtain γ rays from 189W decay and its coincidence relations. A new simple decay scheme of 189W including three γ rays of 210.2, 229.6 and 260.2 keV is proposed. Two new levels of 189Re at 470.4 and 489.8 keV are assigned.  相似文献

The β-delayed neutron and γ spectra of neutron-rich nucleus 21N using β-γ and β-n coincidence measurements were presented in this paper. Thirteen new neutron groups ranging from 0.28 MeV to 4.98 MeV and with a total branching ratio 88.7±4.2% were observed. One γ transition among the excited states of 21O, and four γ transitions among the excited states of 20O were identified in the β decay chain of 21N. The ungated half-life of 83.8±2.1 ms was also determined for 21N.  相似文献

The decay of ^72Ga has been investigated by means of γ-ray spectroscopy. The 72Ga nuclei were produced through the ^71Ga(n, γ)^72Ga reaction. The Compton-suppressed spectrometer and high-purity Ge detectors have been used singly and in coincidence, separately, to study γ-rays in the β-decay of ^72Ga to ^72Ge. Ninety-three events of γ-rays were reported, of which 7 were observed for the first time. A decay scheme of ^72Ga including 4 new levels is proposed which accommodates 87 of these transitions. Spins and parities for new levels are proposed from calculated logft values, modes on the observed decay, and some nuclear reaction experimental results.  相似文献

The β-delayed neutron and γ energy spectra taken from the decay of neutron-rich nucleus 21N were measured by using the β-γ and β-n coincidence detection method. Thirteen new neutron groups ranging from 0.28MeV to 4.98MeV and with a total branching ratio of 88.7±4.2% were observed andpresented. One γ transition with an energy of 1222keV emitted from the excited state of 21O, and four γ transitions with energies of 1674, 2397, 2780, and 3175keV emitted from the excited states of 20O were identified in the β decay chain of 21N. The β decay half-life for 21N is determined to be 82.9±1.9ms. The uncertainty of half-life is much smaller than the previous result.  相似文献

High-spin level structure of doubly odd nucleus ^140Pr has been investigated via the ^130Te(^14N,4n)^140Pr reaction at beam energies from 55 to 65 MeV. Measurements of γ-ray excitation functions, γ-ray singles and γ-γ-t coincidences were performed with twelve BGO(AC)HPGe detectors. The level scheme of ^140Pr, including 27 new levels and 42 new γ rays, has been established for the first time. The level structure is compared with those in the neighbouring odd-odd nuclei, and interpreted qualitatively.  相似文献

The decay of two previously reported isomers in195Ir has been investigated with Ge(Li) and Si(Li) detectors by observing β and γ rays as well as conversion electrons in single and coincidence measurements. To about 30 of the 85 observed transitions a multipolarity was assigned. The energies of the gamma rays from195Au were also determined accurately. The decay scheme of195Ir shows 13 new levels in195Pt between 389 and 931 keV. Probable spin and parity assignments could be made to most levels. The results are compared with those of a recent Coulomb excitation study, reaction work and theoretical calculations.  相似文献

Excited states in 182Os were populated by the β+/EC decay of 182Ir following mass separation. Gamma-ray and conversion electron spectroscopy techniques were employed. Monopole (E0) contributions were determined in transitions populating the ground-state band. A systematic study of the low-spin structures in the Os isotopes is presented and a detailed analysis in the framework of a microscopic configuration mixing approach is performed.  相似文献

Low-lying levels in192Os and192Pt are reinvestigated through192Ir (73.831d) decay with improved system performance and counting statistics. Experiments show that gamma rays reported in literature with energies 1413, 1237, 1147, 911, 773, 629, 362 and 325 keV are not from the decay of192Ir and gamma rays reported with energies 1200, 1056, 920, 904, 784 and 624 keV are resulted from sum-up or pile-up effects of low energy intensive gamma rays. New gamma-gamma coincidence relations are obtained with 105 cm3–110 cm3 germanium detector system. A level at 1384 keV is established in the decay scheme and four newly proposed levels at 1118.31 keV in192Os and 1146.95, 1237.35 and 1413.76 keV in192Pt are excluded from the decay scheme. Predictions of Interacting Boson Model on level energies andE2 absolute reduced transition probabilities are compared with experimental results.  相似文献

Extensive γ-γ coincidence measurements have been made on γ rays accompanying theβ ? decay of214Bi using a conventional GeGe coincidence spectrometer. A total of 33 new γ transitions among levels of214Po have been established. Twenty-three previously reported but unplaced transitions have now been assigned in the level scheme. In addition to confirming 56 previously proposed levels, four new levels are established at 1015.05, 1712.98, 3003.5 and 3160.5 keV. Directional correlation measurements have been made on six weak cascades which have the first excited state in common. Mixing ratios have been deduced for the transitions concerned.  相似文献

The level structure of 190Os has been investigated by the techniques of radioactive decay and neutron transfer reaction spectroscopy. The existence of 3.3 h 190mRe has been confirmed; it decays ≈ 49% by isomeric transitions and ≈ 51% by β? decay to levels in 190Os with spins $?= 5. In a re-investigation of the 12 d 190Ir decay, a virtually complete decay scheme has been established and discrepancies between the Iπ values assigned to several 190Os levels by earlier workers have been resolved. The reaction 189Os(d, p)190Os has been studied and information about the locations of two-quasiparticle states involving the 32[512]ν orbital and about the microscopic compositions of collective excitations has been derived. Various aspects of the 190Os level structure are discussed in the light of the combined radioactivity and transfer reaction results.  相似文献

Low-spin states of 182Ir were populated through the β+ /EC decay of 182Pt . Two strong E2 transitions were observed for the first time: a 25.7keV transition in 182Ir and a 34.0keV transition in Re of probable mass A = 178 . Spin and parity, I π = 3+ , are firmly assigned to the 182Ir ground state (g.s.). For the excited states, the parity is established and the spin determined or restricted. These assignments support most of the interpretations of the level structure previously suggested. The systematics for the known 5+ → 3+ transitions in π h 9/2 ⊗ ν 1/2-[521] bands is presented. Using a semi-microscopic two-quasiparticle axial-rotor coupling model, particle configurations have been attributed or suggested for most of the coupled states lying at low energy in 182Ir .  相似文献

The energy differences for 19 pairs of γ rays are measured with a γ spectrometer. The first γ transition in each pair is excited in decay of 191Pt, and the second transition, accompanying the decay of 182Ta or 192Tr is a third-order nuclear spectroscopic normal. The energies of nine 191Ir levels and 36 γ-ray photons accompanying decay of 191Pt, were determined with high accuracy on the basis of these data.  相似文献
