A new acousto-optic diffraction configuration is described. At a liquid-solid interface, a light beam is incident from the solid side of higher refractive index. The maximum acousto-optic diffraction of the Raman-Nath type occurs in the liquid with light incident at the critical angle. The angular dependence of the diffraction efficiency indicates accurate optical alignment requirement. Application to acoustic imaging is briefly discussed.  相似文献

 由均匀平面电磁波在左右手媒质界面满足的切向边界条件出发,推导了电磁波由线性传统媒质入射到非线性左手媒质时波的传播特性。利用时间延迟的方法,给出全反射情况下媒质界面非线性Goos-Hänchen位移表达式。分析了非线性左手媒质界面的侧向位移随入射角及入射波电场强度的变化关系,发现入射波场强对传输特性起决定作用:当入射波电场小于临界场强时,调节入射场强可以控制相应的侧向位移;当入射波电场大于临界场强时,不再满足全反射条件,部分入射波透射到非线性介质中。波导中加入非线性介质不仅可以调节侧向位移的大小,且可以实现对入射波场强的控制。  相似文献

采用基于量子力学的分子动力学方法,模拟了高能粒子辐照导致钨表面的溅射和结构损伤.结果显示,当PKA能量高于200 eV且入射角度大于65°时开始产生溅射原子,当入射角度在45°-65°之间时,钨表面因受辐照而导致的空位数目最少.因此,当PKA入射角度取在45°-65°之间时,可以有效地降低辐照导致的钨表面的结构损伤.还发现钨表面含有间隙原子时会加剧表面原子溅射,而包含空位原子且PKA取在空位附近时则会抑制表面原子的溅射.  相似文献

为了深入研究不同入射频率下超声波纵波在砂岩中的传播特性,以灰、红、褐砂岩为研究对象,开展了基于50 k Hz、100 kHz、200 kHz、500 kHz和1000 kHz入射频率的超声波纵波测试。提取纵波波速、幅值衰减系数、主频幅值、波形能量这些声学参数,结合入射频率和砂岩孔隙率进行传播特性的相关性分析。结果表明,在3种砂岩中,纵波波速随入射频率增大呈非线性增长趋势,砂岩种类不同,波速增长规律也不同;波形能量和主频幅值随入射频率呈指数关系降低;灰、红砂岩纵波波速随孔隙率越大,下降速率越大,褐砂岩在同级孔隙率下波速差异性明显。建立了基于3种砂岩的入射频率和幅值衰减系数的回归方程;基于200 kHz的入射频率,建立了砂岩孔隙率于波形能量的回归方程,实际测试中建议采用200 kHz作为入射频率,可较好兼顾检测的灵敏度和探测距离。研究成果为建立声学参数与砂岩抗压强度之间的内在联系提供了更多数据支撑,为实际物探测试中超声波入射频率的选择提供参考。  相似文献

基于高入射能量电子产生二次电子发射的物理过程, 分别对高入射能量电子产生的真二次电子和背散射电子的概率进行理论分析与建模. 利用Bethe能量损失模型和内二次电子逸出概率分布, 推导出高入射能量电子产生有效真二次电子发射的系数与入射能量的关系式; 根据高入射能量电子在材料内部被吸收的规律, 推导出高入射能量电子产生背散射电子的系数与入射能量之间的关系式. 结合两者得到高入射能量下金属的二次电子发射模型. 利用该模型计算得到典型金属材料Au, Ag, Cu, Al的二次电子发射系数, 理论计算结果与采用Casino软件模拟金属内部散射过程得到的数值模拟结果相符. 关键词: 二次电子发射 高入射能量 金属表面 散射过程  相似文献

In a great number of papers that deal with the study of the magneto-optic diffraction (MOD), theoretical analysis and interpretation of experimental data are performed without regard for reflection effects of the incident and diffracted light beams on the entrance and exit surfaces of the transparent film. In consequence the MOD parameters are not connected with the angle of light incidence and the orientation of the incident light polarization plane. In the present work the reflection effects are taken into account. For the Raman-Nat diffraction region the general expressions involving the relationships of diffracted light polarization and intensity with the symmetry of the grating, angle of incidence and polarization of the incident light are obtained. In particular it is shown that even for a symmetrical grating the polarization of the zeroth-order diffracted beam differs from that of the incident light, and the polarization of higher-order beams differs from the orthogonal one providing that the incident light is not s- or p-polarized. A maximum in the angular dependence of diffraction efficiency is predicted being observed experimentally.  相似文献

 根据原电子射程表达式和金属的有效真二次电子发射系数表达式,推导出金属的高能有效真二次电子发射系数与入射能量、能量幂次的关系式;并根据金属的高能有效真二次电子发射系数与金属的高能二次电子发射系数的关系,推导出金属的高能二次电子发射系数与入射能量、能量幂次的关系式。用实验数据计算出高能原电子轰击在金或银上时原电子入射能量幂次n,采用实验数据证实高能二次电子发射系数与原电子入射能量和能量幂次三者的关系,对结果进行讨论并得出结论:当高能原电子轰击在同一块金属上时,高能二次电子发射系数与原电子入射能量的n-1次幂之积近似为一常数。  相似文献

The propagation of a filamentary laser beam at an air-glass surface is studied by setting the incident angle satisfying the total reflection condition. The images of the trajectory of the filamentary laser beam inside the sample and the output far-field spatial profiles are measured with varying incident laser pulse energies. Different from the general total reflection, a transmitted laser beam is detected along the propagation direction of the incident laser beam. The energy ratio of the transmitted laser beam depends on the pulse energies of the incident laser beam. The background energy reservoir surrounding the filament core can break the law of total reflection at the air-glass surface, resulting in the regeneration of the transmitted laser beam.  相似文献

The structures of the Si/Cu heterogenous interface impacted by a nanoindenter with different incident angles and depths are investigated in detail using molecular dynamics simulation.The simulation results suggest that for certain incident angles,the nanoindenter with increasing depth can firstly increase the stress of each atom at the interface and it then introduces more serious structural deformation of the Si/Cu heterogenous interface.A nanoindenter with increasing incident angle(absolute value) can increase the length of the Si or Cu extended atom layer.It is worth mentioning that when the incident angle of the nanoindenter is between-45° and 45°,these Si or Cu atoms near the nanoindenter reach a stable state,which has a lower stress and a shorter length of the Si or Cu extended atom layer than those of the other incident angles.This may give a direction to the planarizing process of very large scale integration circuits manufacture.  相似文献

 强流脉冲电子束在材料中的能量沉积剖面、能量沉积系数和束流传输系数受其入射角的影响很大,理论计算了0.5~2.0MeV的电子束以不同的入射角在Al材料中的能量沉积剖面和能量沉积系数,并且还计算了0.4~1.4MeV电子束以不同入射角穿透不同厚度C靶的束流传输系数。计算结果表明,随着入射角的增大,靶材表面层单位质量中沉积的能量增大,电子在靶材料中穿透深度减小,能量沉积系数减小,相应的束流传输系数也减小;能量为0.5~2.0MeV的电子束当入射角在60°~70°时在材料表面层单位质量中沉积的能量较大。  相似文献

分析了两个各向同性材料界面处的本征模,从另一个角度来分析解释了布儒斯特定律.当入射光与界面处的表面模匹配时,入射光的能量就会全部转移到界面的本征场上,如果电磁波在折射介质中为行波,界面的本征场又会在折射介质中激发新的电磁波,形成透射波,也就是布儒斯特定律描述的横电波或者横磁波的全透射现象,这也可以看作是一种光学共振现象.横磁波的全透射现象往往出现在两个具有相同磁导率的介质的界面处,而横电波的全透射现象则往往出现在两个具有相同介电常数的介质的界面处.  相似文献

根据单轴晶体的双折射和双反射性质,通过数值计算研究了光轴在入射面内并与晶体界面成任意角时光波p分量在单轴晶体表面反射和折射的相位特性.结果表明,光轴取向对相位变化有较大影响,光从光疏各向同性介质射入单轴晶体时,光轴方向改变反射光p分量的相位突变点,但对折射光p分量相位无影响.光从光密各向同性介质射入单轴晶体未发生全反射时,光轴方向同时影响p分量反射光和折射光的相位突变|发生全反射后,光轴方向影响反射光p分量的相位变化曲线.从单轴晶体出射到光疏各向同性介质未发生全反射时,光轴方向改变反射光p分量的相位跃变规律,折射光p分量在光轴方向和晶面成小角度时在布儒斯特角附近发生相位突变|发生全反射后,反射光p分量的相位变化曲线随光轴方向的改变发生较大变化.  相似文献

为分析非常偏振光在晶体表面的能量损耗,给出一种求解反射率和透射率的方法,即根据电磁场的边值关系以及晶体的双折射和双反射现象,求解晶体光轴在入射面内时,非常偏振光从各向同性介质入射到晶体和从晶体出射到各向同性介质两种情况的反射率和透射率的方法,并给出反射率和透射率的解析解,同时得到对于晶体光轴在入射面内的情况,光轴的取向对非常偏振光反射率的大小几乎没有影响,但对产生全反射的临界角θc影响较大的结论。实验上用LiNbO3晶体验证了非常偏振光从各向同性介质入射到晶体时的反射率公式。求解方法简单实用,所给的表达式具有一般性,可以直接使用。  相似文献

采用传输矩阵法对Al0.5Ga0.5As-AlAs材料的发光二极管分布布拉格反射器进行入射角的反射光谱研究,计算发现反射偏振光p和s随入射角的增大呈“V”形变化,在49.8°处有最小反射值。不同入射介质[以空气和限制层(Al0.7Ga0.3)0.5In0.5P材料]下的反射光谱受入射角的影响差异很大,其中入射角对空气入射介质的反射谱影响较小,由0°入射的反射率88.13%降至45°的84.94%,反射峰值波长蓝移仅10 nm;但入射角对(Al0.7Ga0.3)0.5In0.5P入射介质的反射谱影响很大,仅从0°到45°入射,反射率降幅就超过45%,反射峰值波长蓝移超过127 nm。为了减缓这种影响,提出了多波长布拉格反射器结构设计。计算表明多波长分布布拉格反射器在0ο~45°的入射角内比传统的分布布拉格反射器有更好的光谱特性,这对提高发光二极管的出光效率有现实意义。  相似文献

利用透射波函数和由菲涅尔公式求解反射相位差并对其求导的方法,分析了非常偏振光在单轴晶体表面发生的全反射现象,求解出晶体光轴在入射面内时,非常偏振光从各向同性介质入射到晶体和从晶体出射到各向同性介质两种情况的隐失波穿透深度和Goos-Hnchen位移的一般表达式。通过计算机模拟给出了单轴晶体为方解石和水晶情况时的穿透深度和Goos-Hnchen位移图像。结果表明,对于不同的晶体,光轴的取向对穿透深度和Goos-Hnchen位移的影响是明显不同的,若选取合适的晶体、光轴取向和入射角,可以得到较大的隐失波穿透深度和Goos-Hnchen位移。  相似文献

在采用MOCVD技术生长的GaN膜上制备出MSM紫外光探测器,分别在室温下和94K低温下,测量了探测器对不同光波长的响应、同一光波长下对不同偏压的响应、不同斩波频率下的响应。结果表明,在94K下响应有了很大的改善。当光波长从360nm增加到450nm时,响应下降了3个数量级,而常温下只下降两个数量级,但探测器的时间响应常数变长了。  相似文献

The excitation of surface plasmons (SPs) with a strip grating at the boundary of an unmagnetized overdense plasma has been investigated theoretically and experimentally. An incident electromagnetic radiation was p-polarized at the frequency of 5 GHz. Experiments showed that when the plasma density was four times higher than the critical density with the grating present, and the SPs could be excited at the boundary of the overdense plasma. Contribution of the glass layer in the formation of the SP dispersion relation was examined. When the incident electromagnetic radiation was coupled into SPs the coupling order with the effective permittivity was simulated qualitatively. We find that the existence of SPs at the boundary of overdense plasma indicates that the reflection coefficient of the incident electromagnetic radiation reaches its minimum and even becomes total absorption. In this work the plasma density was diagnosed by a Langmuir double probe.  相似文献

The incident photon-energy dependence of the Brillouin-scattering intensity from acoustic waves injected into GaP is studied at room temperature in the photon-energy range 2.175–2.27 eV. It is found that the Brillouin-scattering cross-section resonantly cancels near the indirect absorption edge. The observed cancellation can be accounted for by the resonant contributions arising from the resonance between the incident photon-energy and the indirect-energy gap.  相似文献

It has been previously established that for p-polarized light incident onto a semi-infinite absorbing medium, large negative Goos-Hanchen (GH) shifts can be expected in the case of weak absorption at incidence close to the Brewster angle. The effect has been demonstrated for certain semiconducting media at optical frequencies. Here we point out that similar phenomenon can take place for strongly reflecting and attenuating medium such as metal at IR frequencies, with large incident angles close to grazing incidence. Moreover, unlike the previously-studied case with semiconductors, the Brewster angle in the present case with metals plays an insignificant role in the possible hindrance of the observation of such large negative shifts.  相似文献
