合成了ErFe29-x-yCoxMy化合物(M=Cr, V, Ti, Mn, Ga, Nb )并用x射线衍射和磁测量等手段研究了它们的结构和磁性. 发现Fe基Er(Fe,M)29化合物结晶成哑铃对Fe-Fe无序替代的Th2Ni17型结构(P63/mmc空间群)而不能形成Nd3(Fe,Ti)29型结构,因此其化学式也可以用Er2-n(Fe,M)17+2n (n=0.2)表示. 当ErFe29化合物中部分Fe原子被M原子所取代时,其居里温度均有一定程度的提高. 所有Er(Fe,M)29化合物在室温均为易面型各向异性. 当Er(Fe,M)29 (M=Cr, V)中的部分Fe原子被Co原子取代且Co原子数与Fe原子数达到一定比值时,得到一个单斜结构的新相. 磁测量表明ErFe19.5Co6V3.5在室温可能为单轴各向异性,在162K出现自旋重取向,其各向异性由易轴型变为易面型. 在5K下于难磁化方向磁化时观察到一个一级磁化过程(FOMP). 关键词: 稀土金属间化合物 晶体结构 磁晶各向异性  相似文献

通过X射线衍射及磁测量手段研究了Er2AlFe16-xMnx(x=1,2,3,4,6,8)化合物的结构和磁性. 研究结果表明Er2AlFe16-xMnx化合物具有六角相的Th2Ni17型结构. 采用X射线热膨胀测定法在103—654K的温度范围内测量了Er2AlFe16-xMnx(x=1,2,3,4)化合物的热膨胀性质,发现这些化合物在低温下存在热膨胀反常现象,在居里点附近具有负膨胀性质. 对自发磁致伸缩的研究结果表明Er2AlFe16-xMnx化合物中存在着较强的各向异性的自发磁致伸缩,低温下自旋重取向的出现使得化合物的自发体磁致伸缩有所增强. 磁测量结果表明Mn的替代导致Er2AlFe16-xMnx化合物的居里温度及自发磁化强度急剧下降,并且使得化合物的磁晶各向异性发生显著改变. 关键词: 2AlFe16-xMnx化合物')" href="#">Er2AlFe16-xMnx化合物 反常热膨胀 自发磁致伸缩  相似文献

通过X射线衍射分析和磁测量研究了Gd-Fe-Co-Cr四元系中对应于化学式Gd3(Fe,Co,Cr)29且Gd含量为一定值的截面内富Fe,Co区的相关系,重点探索了高Co含量3∶29型化合物合成的可能性,研究了3∶29型Gd3(Fe1-xCox)29-yCry化合物的结构与磁性.研究结果表明,获得3∶29型单相Gd3(Fe1-xCox)29-yCry化合物的范围为:y=5,0≤x≤0.7;y=5.5,0.7≤x≤0.8和y=6,0.8≤x≤0.9.基于对Gd3(Fe1-xCox)29-yCry化合物成相条件的研究,成功地合成了纯Co基Gd3Co29-yCry化合物,其固溶范围为6.5≤y≤7.3.3∶29型单相Gd3(Fe1-xCox)29-yCry化合物的晶体结构都属于单斜晶系,Nd3(Fe,Ti)29型结构,空间群为A2m.得到3∶29型单相Gd3(Fe1-xCox)29-yCry化合物的固溶极限即Co含量的极大值与稳定元素Cr含量有关.Co原子的含量越高,所需稳定元素Cr的含量越大.值得注意的是,用Co原子替代Fe原子会导致Gd3(Fe1-xCox)29-yCry化合物磁晶各向异性的显著改变.当x≥0.4时,化合物的磁晶各向异性从易面型转变为易轴型 关键词: 3(Fe1-xCox)29-yCry化合物')" href="#">Gd3(Fe1-xCox)29-yCry化合物 相关系和相结构 X射线衍射 磁晶各向异性  相似文献

用熔炼和甩带的方法制备了组分为Ni50FexMn25-xGa 25(x=0—25) 的系列样品.x射线衍射实验结果表明,当Fe取代Mn的含量x<17时,用熔炼和甩带的方法均 能合成高度有序的L21结构的Heusler相.而当x>17时,普通熔炼方法只能得到 低有序度的 γ相,只有采用甩带急冷的方法才能获得高度有序的纯L21结构的化合物.根据 交流磁化率 和分子磁矩的测试结果,初步分析了Fe原子对化合物磁性的贡献,认为Fe原子占据了Mn原子 的位置后,具有高于一般含铁合金的原子磁矩,可达2.55—3.55μB. 关键词: Heusler合金 50FexMn25-xGa25')" href="#">Ni50FexMn25-xGa25  相似文献

通过熔体快淬方法获得Pr(Fe1-xCox)2合金条带,经过X射线衍射、差示扫描量热计和磁性测量对其结构、磁性和热稳定性进行了研究.发现当Co的含量x大于0.2时才可能获得Pr(Fe,Co)2立方Laves相化合物.对Pr(Fe0.6Co0.4)2合金,在快淬速度为30m/s时,条带由Pr2(Fe,Co)17,Pr(Fe,Co)2和富稀土相组成;在速度为40m/s时,获得了几乎单相的Pr(Fe0.6Co0.4)2化合物,其居里温度为305℃;在速度为45m/s时,除了Pr(Fe0.6Co0.4)2化合物外,还存在少量的非晶相.Pr(Fe0.6Co0.4)2化合物在770℃以上发生分解.用40m/s快淬纳米晶粉胶粘磁体有大的磁致伸缩系数(λ=140×10-6)和高的硬磁性能(iHc=398kA/m). 关键词:  相似文献

The newly developed full-potential linearized augmented plane wave (LAPW) and local orbitals (lo) based on standard APW methods are briefly introduced, and the structure and magnetic properties of R(Fe, Si)12 compounds (R = Y, Nd) are calculated using the method. The distribution of Si at different sites is analyzed based on total energy of one crystal unit with structure having been optimized. The characters of magnetic moments, total density of states (TDOS) and partial density of states (PDOS) for different crystal sites Si occupies are obtained and analyzed. The results show that the total magnetic moments of RFe10Si2 (R = Y, Nd) are larger than those of RFe10M2 (M = Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Mo and W) and the hybridization mechanism is seen as follows. Si(8j) reduce the magnetic moments of Fe at three sites, however, Si(8f) mainly reduce the magnetic moments of Fe(8i) and Fe(8j) atoms. The Curie temperature is markedly enhanced by the introduction of Si atoms according to spin fluctuation of DOS at Fermi level.  相似文献

The structures and thermal expansion properties of Lu2-xFexMo3O12 have been investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD).XRD patterns at room temperature indicate that compounds Lu2-xFexMo3O12 with x≤1.3 exhibit an orthorhombic structure with space group Pnca;compounds with x=1.5 and 1.7 have a monoclinic structure with space group P21/a.Studies on thermal expansion properties show that the linear thermal expansion coefficients of orthorhombic phase vary from negative to positive with increasing Fe content.Attempts to make zero thermal expansion materials indicate that zero thermal expansion can be observed in Lu1.3Fe0.7Mo3O12 in the temperature range of 200-400℃.  相似文献

We use a multiscale approach to study a lattice-gas model of submonolayer growth of Fe/Mo (110) by Molecular Beam Epitaxy. To begin with, we construct a two-dimensional lattice-gas model of the Fe/Mo (110) system based on our first-principles calculations of the monomer diffusion barrier and adatom-adatom interactions. The model is investigated by equilibrium Monte Carlo (MC) simulations to compute the diffusion coefficients of Fe islands of different sizes. These diffusion coefficients are used as input to the coarse-grained kinetic rate equation (KRE) approach. We also evaluate effects of the range of Fe-Fe interaction, restriction of interaction to third nearest neighbors allowed to develop feasible atomistic kinetic Monte Carlo (KMC) model. We calculate time evolution of the island size distributions by both KMC and KRE methods and find good agreement between the two methods.  相似文献

Effects of such additives as Co, Zr, Nb or Ga on hydrogen absorption and desorption characteristics of Nd(Fe,Mo)12 alloys are investigated. It is found that Zr or Nb addition increases the disproportionation temperature of Nd(Fe,Mo)12 alloys, and Co or Ga addition decreases the recombined temperature of its disproportionated products. This shows that Zr or Nb addition retards the disproportionation, while Co or Ga addition is effective for improving the recombination, which is similar to the effects of the additives on the hydrogen absorption and desorption characteristics of Nd2Fe14B alloys. However, according to X-ray diffraction (XRD) investigations for the magnetic-oriented samples, the final hydrogenation disproportiontation desorption recombination (HDDR) NdFe10.5−XMXMo1.5 (M=Co, Zr, Nb or Ga) products are isotropic. The effects of additives on hydrogen absorption and desorption characteristics of Nd2Fe14B and Nd(Fe,Mo)12 alloys are very similar, but the magnetic anisotropy of the final two HDDR products are different. In order to investigate this, similarities and differences of the two alloy systems and their corresponding HDDR phenomena are further studied. The results show that the formation of anisotropic powders may be related to the disproportionated products and crystal growth direction of the Nd2Fe14B and Nd(Fe,Mo)12 system.  相似文献

Effect of manganese on grain boundary segregation of sulfur in iron   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The ASED-MO theory was used to study the electronic effects of S and the S-Mn couple upon the chemical embrittlement of Fe grain boundaries. The results obtained for S alone in a model of grain boundary (GB) are consistent with its observed behavior as a chemical embrittling agent. It was found that the total energy of the cluster decreases when the S atom is located at the GB. When S segregate at the Fe GB containing Mn, the embrittlement process was modified. The crystal orbital overlap population (COOP) curves gives a measure of Fe-Fe bond weakening due to the segregated atoms at the GB. Our calculations show that Mn behaves as a weak embrittler on the Fe GB. The Fe-Mn bonds were strengthened, while Fe-Fe bonds of the capped trigonal prism of the GB (CTP) were weakened. On the other hand, when S segregate at the Mn/Fe cluster, some metallic bonds were resistant to chemical embrittlement.  相似文献

Thermal expansion measurements in the high range of temperature (300–1000 K) have been performed from starting R2Fe17 intermetallics (R = Nd and Er). Large anomalies in the thermal expansion were observed during the nitriding process for increasing temperatures, which have allowed us to study the dynamics of the nitrogen absorption. From our results it is clear that this process takes place in the range of temperature 500–700 K. Large invar anomalies starting at high temperature ((733 ± 5) K for Nd and (688 ± 5) K for Er) have been also observed in the thermal expansion for decreasing temperatures, being an indication of the strong magnetovolume effect which apparently is responsible for the large increase of the Curie temperature in the R2Fe17Nx compounds.  相似文献
