基于复合光栅投影的快速傅里叶变换轮廓术   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
在实际傅里叶变换轮廓术测量中,获取条纹图的零频分量对傅里叶变换轮廓术的测量精度和测量范围有很大影响,甚至妨碍三维面形的正确重建。π相移技术常被用来消除零频分量对傅里叶变换轮廓术测量的影响,但它需要采集两帧具有π相位差的条纹图。这影响了傅里叶变换轮廓术测量方法的实时性。提出采用复合光栅投影来实现从一帧条纹图中消除零频对傅里叶变换轮廓术测量的影响,该复合光栅是由两个不同频率的载频分别调制与其方向垂直的两帧具有π相位差的条纹并叠加形成的。实验表明,同传统的π相移方法相比,提出的新方法没有明显降低π相移傅里叶变换轮廓术的的测量精度,因此能真正实现实时高速测量。  相似文献

在实际傅里叶变换轮廓术测量中,获取的条纹图扩展的零频分量对傅里叶变换轮廓术的测量精度和测量范围有很大影响,甚至妨碍正确三维面形的恢复。π相移技术常被用来消除零频分量对测量的影响,但需要在测量系统中安装精密相移装置,并需要采集两帧具有π相位差的条纹图。传统傅里叶变换轮廓术中,完成精密相移需要较长的时间,影响了傅里叶变换轮廓术测量方法的实时性。提出了采用双色正弦光栅投影来实现从一帧条纹图中消除零频对傅里叶变换轮廓术测量的影响。该方法同传统的π相移方法相比,不需要相移装置,测量系统简单,并且能真正实现高速测量。  相似文献

为了消除傅里叶变换轮廓术中零频成分的扩展对测量范围和精度的影响,将经验模态分解方法引入到傅里叶变换轮廓术中,对变形条纹图进行经验模态分解,将条纹图分解为一系列的从高频到低频排列的固有模态函数,达到将高频成分和低频成分相分离的目的,用以消除零频成分,提高测量范围.同采用相移消除零频成分的技术相比,此方法只需要一帧条纹图,测量装置简单、实时性强、计算速度快.文中给出了理论分析和实验验证.  相似文献

提出了一种对条纹对比度和背景光进行校准的正交复合光三维测量方法。从参考平面的复合光栅像中解调获得各帧相移正弦条纹,通过频域滤波的方法获取条纹的零频和基频分量,计算出各帧相移正弦条纹相对第一帧正弦条纹的对比度和背景光比例系数,并以此系数对实物测量时解调出来的各帧变形条纹对比度和背景光进行校准,建立了新的三维测量数学模型。实验证明该方法能降低传统正交复合光三维测量方法中的解相误差,提高系统的测量精度。  相似文献

应用傅里叶变换轮廓术测量物体三维面形时,当被测物体形状复杂或是被噪声严重污染时,导致频谱分布展宽,发生频谱混叠现象,基频提取困难,无法准确恢复物体的三维面型.提出了基于小波分解的傅里叶变换轮廓术,采用小波变换的方法对变形条纹图进行二维多尺度分解,重构被测物的背景图像,滤出图像的零频成分,得到相对变形条纹.运用小波变换与傅里叶变换轮廓术相结合的方法,只需拍摄一幅变形条纹图,将被测物体与背景分离,不受背景成分的影响,且易于基频信息的提取,降低了对滤波器的要求.实验证明该方法较好地防止了频谱的混叠问题,提高了测量范围与解相精度.  相似文献

研究了利用投影栅线法测量光滑鼠标的三维轮廓。对传统的傅里叶变换轮廓术提出了一点改进,在傅里叶变换之后,不对频谱部分频移,而是直接滤出需要的高、低频部分,再分别进行傅里叶逆变换,就可以得到与高度有关的相位差。该方法与传统的方法相比,减少了3次频移的过程,大大减少了计算量,也提高了滤波的精度。实验结果表明:只需要0.1 s就可以完成测量过程,测量精度达到0.2 mm, 可以成功实现光滑物体的三维轮廓测量。  相似文献

针对强度调制新型偏振光谱仪,研究了基于傅里叶变换法实现偏振光谱信息解调的可行性.结合强度调制偏振光谱仪实现偏振光谱信息调制的机理,给出了采用傅里叶变换法实现偏振光谱信息解调过程的完整数学推导,并对解调过程进行了计算机仿真模拟.模拟结果表明:基于傅里叶变换的解调方法可以高保真获取待测光辐射的偏振光谱信息,将该方法应用于强度调制偏振光谱仪偏振光谱信息的解调是可行的.  相似文献

提出了一种基于不等占空比二元光栅的相位测量轮廓术(PMP)。所用的光栅只有0和255两个灰度,消除了投影仪的伽玛非线性对正弦光栅灰度的影响,同时可将投影系统的刷新频率提高一个数量级。所提方法的测量精度高于罗奇光栅离焦投影傅里叶变换轮廓术的,重复精度高于传统正弦光栅PMP。  相似文献

An improved composite Fourier transform profilometry (ICFTP) is proposed through optimizing the composite grating. Compared with the composite Fourier transform profilometry (CFTP), the frequencies of the two sinusoidal images modulated along the orthogonal direction in the optimized composite grating are not equal. The overlapping degree of Fourier spectrum of the optimized grating is lowered. The measuring accuracy is improved because two frequencies are used to calculate phase more accurately. By using a more advantageous flat image extracted ingeniously from the optimized grating, the zero component of the lower frequency sinusoidal image in the Fourier spectrum can be eliminated. So the measuring range is extended the same as that by the π phase shifting technique. Both numerical simulation and experiment demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper proposes a novel method for reducing measurement error caused by spectrum overlapping in composite-structured-light 3D measurement systems. For a composite-structured-light 3D measurement system, spectrum overlapping causes parameters of each deformed phase-shifting fringe to change, and therefore leads to phase measurement errors. The proposed fringe parameter calibration method is based on the fact that variations in each deformed fringe's parameters are independent of height and reflectivity of the measured object. Three frames of composite grating are projected on the reference plane, and each carrier channel includes the information of three phase-shifting sinusoidal gratings used in Phase Measuring Profilometry (PMP). With the parameter calculation formulas of PMP, the parameters of fringes demodulated from the same carrier channel can be calculated, and therefore parameter relation coefficients between fringes demodulated from different carrier channels may be obtained. When an object is measured, these relation coefficients can be used to calibrate the parameters of the deformed phase-shifting fringes. A new 3D measurement mathematical model is established to reconstruct the shape of the object. Experimental data proved that the proposed method can effectively restrain the effect of spectrum overlapping and improve measurement accuracy by more than three times.  相似文献

Firstly, the causes of producing higher-order spectrum components and inducing spectrum overlapping are analysed theoretically, and simple physical explanation and analytical deduction are given. Secondly, aiming to suppress spectrum overlapping and improve measurement accuracy, the influence of spatial carrier frequency of projection grating on them is analysed. A method of increasing the spatial carrier frequency of projection grating to restrain or reduce the spectrum overlapping significantly is proposed. We then analyze the mechanism of how the spectrum overlapping is reduced. 结构光投影和条纹时间平均分析技术已被用于振动模式分析中,但由于投影单色正弦条纹时振动薄膜变形条纹傅里叶谱中零频涵盖范围较大,会限制滤波窗的选取范围,从而影响模式的最终重建结果。为提高振动模式重建的准确性,提出了一种利用π相移正弦条纹投影进行薄膜振动模式分析和振幅重建的方法,通过处理两个通道的条纹分量达到消除零频的目的。给出了该方法的理论分析,完成了相应的计算机模拟,分析了影响测量精度的因素。通过与投影单色正弦条纹的振动模式重建结果对比,表明该方法有较高的重建精度。不同激励频率下的实际薄膜振动实验结果也证明了该方法正确可行。  相似文献

This paper proposes a novel method for reducing measurement error caused by spectrum overlapping in orthogonal-composite-grating-based 3-D measurement method. For 3-D measurement systems based on orthogonal composite grating projection, spectrum overlapping causes phase of each deformed phase-shifting fringe changed differently, which violates the principle that the shifted phases between adjacent deformed fringes must be equivalent to 2π/3, and therefore results in phase measurement error. The proposed shifted-phase calibration method is based on that phase variation of each deformed fringe is independent of height and reflectivity of the measured object. Three composite gratings are projected on the reference plane, and each carrier channel includes three phase-shifting gratings needed in phase measuring profilometry (PMP). Because the adjacent phase-shifting fringes demodulated from the same carrier channel have the phase difference of 2π/3, we can respectively calculate the reference plane's phases of three carrier channels by the phase algorithm of PMP method, and the shifted phases between them are obtained. When an object is measured, the shifted phases between deformed phase-shifting fringes can be calibrated. A new 3-D measurement mathematical model is set to reconstruct object. Our experiments prove that the proposed method can effectively restrain the effect of spectrum overlapping and improve measurement accuracy almost one times.  相似文献

针对傅里叶变换轮廓术因混频难以准确提取基频的问题,可将小波变换用于三维形貌相位直接解调。对其原理进行了研究,通过编程实现了小波相位解调。取Morlet复小波作为小波母函数,对调制栅线图逐行进行连续小波变换,从各位置的沿尺度方向的小波变换系数幅值的极值中可直接求取对应的相位数据。由于小波函数具有空域_频率两域的局部化特性,因此它对变形栅具有很强的自适应能力。为验证新方法,对其进行了仿真分析,同时还对石膏半球模型和化妆品瓶进行了实际测量,并分别用傅里叶变换和小波变换进行了处理。结果表明,新方法有效地克服了混频的问题,改善了相位解调效果,提高了测量精度,特别适合于复杂物体的形貌测量。  相似文献

Windowed Fourier transform (FT) is introduced into Fourier transform profilometry (FTP) to extract zero component included in deformed fringe pattern without capturing two fringe patterns with π phase difference. First, we extract zero component of deformed fringe image using windowed FT and normalize it, then calculate the normalized Fourier spectra of deformed fringe image, finally subtract the zero component from Fourier spectra of deformed fringe image. We give the theoretical analysis of the proposed method. The experiment is carried out to demonstrate that the method can eliminate zero component and extend the measurable slope of height variation to nearly three times of the conventional FTP.  相似文献

针对傅里叶变换轮廓术在实际测量中容易受到光学成像系统和计算方法的影响而使得测量结果不精确的现象,提出基于最小二乘法的条纹图像预处理技术,并讨论了滤波器的设计、相位展开的方法及系统标定模型对测量结果的影响。实验表明,改进后的方法其测量误差在2%以内。  相似文献
