采用化学沉淀法一次煅烧工艺制备了Ba1.99-x/2-2ySiO4:Eu0.012+, Lix+y2+, Euy3+绿色荧光粉, 用X射线衍射仪和荧光分光光度计对样品的晶体结构、发光性能进行表征. 结果表明: 少量Eu2+, Li+和Er3+的共掺杂没有改变晶体结构; 其激发光谱分布在270–440 nm波长范围, 谱峰位于288 nm, 360 nm处, 可以被InGaN 管芯产生的360–410 nm辐射有效激发; 在360 nm近紫外光激发下, 测得其发射光谱峰值在500 nm 处, 是Eu2+4f65d1→4f7跃迁的典型发射; 荧光粉发光强度随着Li+掺杂量的增大先增强, 后减弱, 当x=0.1时, 发光强度最大; 随着Li+, Er3+共掺杂量的增加(y=0.012), 出现位于530 nm和488 nm的发射峰, 对应于Er3+2H11/24I15/24F7/24I15/2特征发射, 同时分析了Eu2+→Er3+的能量传递过程. 关键词: 化学沉淀法 2SiO4:Eu2+,Li+,Er3+')" href="#">Ba2SiO4:Eu2+,Li+,Er3+ 能量传递 发光性能  相似文献

采用高温固相法,制得一种新型荧光粉Na4Ca3(AlO2)10∶Eu2+,Mn2+。样品的结构和发光性质分别由X射线衍射谱和荧光光谱来表征。在Na4Ca3(AlO2)10∶Eu2+的激发光谱中出现了Eu2+的f-d跃迁吸收带;在发射光谱中,出现蓝光发射,峰值位于441 nm。当在Na4Ca3(AlO2)10∶Eu2+中掺杂Mn2+时,发生了Eu2+→Mn2+的能量传递,在542 nm处出现了Mn2+的发射峰。在Na4Ca3(AlO2)10∶Eu2+,Mn2+中,随着Mn2+浓度的增加,Eu2+粒子的发射强度减弱,而Mn2+粒子的发射强度增强,且Eu2+离子发射的衰减时间缩短,同时色度由蓝光移向白光。  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了Na2SrMg(PO4)2: Ce3+, Mn2+ (NSMP: Ce3+, Mn2+) 荧光粉, 并对其发光性质及Ce3+ 对Mn2+ 的能量传递机理进行了研究. Ce3+ 和Mn2+ 在334 nm 和617 nm 的发射峰分别为Ce3+ 的5d→4f 跃迁和Mn2+4T1(4G)→6A1(6S) 跃迁产生. Ce3+ 对Mn2+ 的发光有较强的敏化作用, 根据Dexter能量传递效率公式判断Na2SrMg(PO4)2 中Ce3+ 对Mn2+ 的能量传递属于电偶极-电四极相互作用引起的共振能量传递.  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法制备了系列Y1.98-2xYb2x Er0.02SiO5(0.00≤x≤0.15)以及Y1.736Yb0.24Er0.02Tm0.004SiO5上转换发光材料,比较了室温下Y1.98-2xYb2x Er0.02 SiO5 (x=0.00,0.08)样品在400—1600 nm范围内的吸收光谱,测量了所有样品在976 nm OPO激光器激发下的上转换发射光谱,以及Er3+离子4S3/2(4F9/2)→4I15/2,Tm3+离子1G43H6荧光衰减曲线和不同激发功率下的上转换蓝光发射强度,从而分析讨论了Er3+,Tm3+在Y2SiO5中的上转换发光机理.研究结果表明:在1250 ℃相对较低的温度下合成了X2型单斜晶系Y2SiO5 ∶Ln3+(Ln3+=Er3+,Yb3+,Tm3+),Yb3+的敏化显著增强了样品在976 nm附近的吸收能力,并大幅度加宽了该处的吸收带.分析上转换发射光谱发现:上转换绿光和红光强度都随着Yb3+浓度的增加先增强后减弱,但红光的猝灭浓度较高,归因于Er3+→Yb3+反向能量传递ETU4和Yb3+→Er3+正向能量传递ETU3过程的发生;上转换蓝光发射是三光子吸收过程,是通过Yb3+,Tm3+之间三次声子辅助的能量转移方式实现的. 关键词: 上转换 共沉淀 2SiO5∶Er3+')" href="#">Y2SiO5∶Er3+ 3+')" href="#">Yb3+ 3+')" href="#">Tm3+  相似文献

对节能灯用BaMgAl10O17: Eu2+,Mn2+荧光粉的热劣化和紫外辐照劣化机理进行了对比研究. 发现热处理和紫外辐照处理均对BaMgAl10O17: Eu2+,Mn2+产生明显的发光劣化作用. 研究结果表明:热劣化主要涉及到Eu2+ 的氧化及其格位偏移, 而紫外辐照劣化与上述过程无关. 紫外辐照劣化主要源自高能紫外辐照使Eu2+ 处于更加不稳定的状态, 从而降低Eu2+ 的直接吸收和发射强度.  相似文献

利用高温固相反应法制备了Eu3+掺杂的Sr2CeO4样品,并对其吸附水前后的光谱特性进行了研究.结果发现,对于刚制备的Sr2-xEuxCeO4+x/2样品, 在Ce4+—O2-的电荷迁移激发中,只有强激发带(~35700cm-1)与Eu3+离子间存在能量传递,而弱激发带 (~29400cm-1)只是引起Ce4+—O2-的电荷迁移发射;在Sr2-xEuxCeO4+x/2样品吸附水后,Eu3+的线状吸收跃迁强度显著增加, Ce4+—O2-两个激发带均向Eu3+离子传递能量. The Er^3+/Yb^3+ co-doped TeO2-Nb2O5-Li2O glass is prepared by conventional melting method, and its upconversion spectra are measured. The intense green upconversion luminescence upon excitation with a 976 nm laser diode is observed with the naked eyes. The dependence of luminescence intensity on the ratio of Yb^3+/Er^3+ is discussed in detail, and the relationship between the ratio of green luminescence intensity to red luminescence intensity and the ratio of Yb^3+/Er^3+ is also studied, The luminescence intensity increases with the ratio of Yb^3+/Er^3+ increasing. The ratio of Yb^3+/Er^3+ plays a more important role than the concentration of Er^3+ in determining the upconversion luminescence intensity. The ratio of green luminescence intensity to red luminescence intensity reaches a maximum when ratio of Yb^3+/Er^3+ is 3. Thus the glass could be one of the potential candidates for LD pumping solid-state lasers.  相似文献

研究了退火温度对ZrO2纳米材料中Eu3+离子发光性质的影响. 材料的结构、晶粒尺寸和形状以及晶格的排列分别由XRD,TEM表征. 结果表明:用共沉淀法制备的ZrO2纳米材料具有不随退火温度变化、稳定的四方结构;材料的晶粒尺寸随退火温度的提高而增大;晶格的排列由无序逐渐变为有序;发射光谱表明其主要发射在595 nm和604 nm处;在394 nm的紫外光辐照下得到了不同样品的604 nm荧光发射强度的变化不同. 这种现象与样品中O2-离子含量和样品表面的表面缺陷有关;另外,电荷迁移带随退火温度的变化而变化.  相似文献

The emission properties of Eu2+ and Mn2+ in monoclinic SrAl2Si2O8 (M-SAS) and hexagonal BaAl2Si2O8 (H-BAS), both of which have only one alkaline-earth site, were studied. The emission peaks of both Eu2+ (405 nm) and Mn2+ (564 nm) in SrAl2Si2O8, are located at longer wavelengths, compared with those in H-BAS (373 nm for Eu2+ and 518 nm for Mn2+), because of the stronger crystal field strength at the Sr site. EPR spectra showed that the g values of Mn2+ are 4.5065 in M-SAS:Mn and 2.0247 in H-BAS:Mn. Magnetic measurements proved that Mn2+ was at high-spin state in both hosts. The large g value of Mn2+ in M-SAS was ascribed to the mixing of the first excitation state to the ground state, both of which have lower d orbital degeneracy due to the lower symmetry of Mn2+ site. The transfer efficiency from Eu2+ to Mn2+was about 10% in M-SAS, higher than that in H-BAS (5%). This was probably because Eu2+ emission overlaps the relatively low excitation level of Mn2+ in M-SAS. In order to obtain high transfer efficiency, it was necessary for the Eu2+ emission to overlap the lowest excitation level of Mn2+. The results obtained in this work may be helpful to design the new white or red phosphors for white-light emitting diode (w-LED) applications.  相似文献

Zinc phosphate glasses doped with Gd2O3:Eu nanoparticles and Eu2O3 were prepared by conventional melt-quench method and characterized for their luminescence properties. Binary ZnO-P2O5 glass is characterized by an intrinsic defect centre emission around 324 nm. Strong energy transfer from these defect centres to Eu3+ ions has been observed when Eu2O3 is incorporated in ZnO-P2O5 glasses. Lack of energy transfer from these defect centres to Eu3+ in Gd2O3:Eu nanoparticles doped ZnO-P2O5 glass has been attributed to effective shielding of Eu3+ ions from the luminescence centre by Gd-O-P type of linkages, leading to an increased distance between the luminescent centre and Eu3+ ions. Both doped and undoped glasses have the same glass transition temperature, suggesting that the phosphate network is not significantly affected by the Gd2O3:Eu nanoparticles or Eu2O3 incorporation.  相似文献

Binary (ZnO)0.5(P2O5)0.5 glasses doped with Eu2O3 and nanoparticles of Gd2O3:Eu were prepared by conventional melt-quench method and their luminescence properties were compared. Undoped (ZnO)0.5(P2O5)0.5 glass is characterized by a luminescent defect centre (similar to L-centre present in Na2O-SiO2 glasses) with emission around 324 nm and having an excited state lifetime of 18 ns. Such defect centres can transfer the energy to Eu3+ ions leading to improved Eu3+ luminescence from such glasses. Based on the decay curves corresponding to the 5D0 level of Eu3+ ions in both Gd2O3:Eu nanoparticles incorporated as well as Eu2O3 incorporated glasses, a significant clustering of Eu3+ ions taking place with the latter sample is confirmed. From the lifetime studies of the excited state of L-centre emission from (ZnO)0.5(P2O5)0.5 glass doped with Gd2O3:Eu nanoparticles, it is established that there exists weak energy transfer from L-centres to Eu3+ ions. Poor energy transfer from the defect centres to Eu3+ ions in Gd2O3:Eu nanoparticles doped (ZnO)0.5(P2O5)0.5 glass has been attributed to effective shielding of Eu3+ ions from the luminescence centre by Gd-O-P type of linkages, leading to an increased distance between luminescent centre and Eu3+ ions.  相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备了纳米晶ZrO2-Al2O3∶Er3+发光粉体.所制备的粉体室温下具有Er3+离子特征荧光发射,主发射在绿光,其中位于547 nm、560 nm的绿光最强,并得出稀土离子与基质之间有能量传递.对不同煅烧温度下的样品研究表明:因不同温度下所制得的样品晶相不同.研究了纳米晶ZrO2-Al2O3∶Er3+及ZrO2-Al2O3∶Er3+/Yb3+的上转换发光,并分析了上转换的跃迁机制.发现ZrO2-Al2O3∶Er3+的绿光为双光子过程,而ZrO2-Al2O3∶Er3+、Yb3+的上转换光谱中,红光和绿光也为双光子过程,而极弱的蓝光为三光子过程.讨论了Er3+的浓度猝灭现象.最适宜掺杂浓度的原子分数为2%(Er3+/Zr4+).  相似文献

使用基于密度泛函理论的CASTEP软件计算了BAM:Eu2+(BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+)荧光粉在SiN掺杂前后的能带、态密度、吸收光谱和Mulliken布居.Eu2+处于BR位置光吸收更强;SiN掺杂使处于BR位置的Eu2+的数量上升,而处于mO位置的Eu2+的数量下降,抵消了SiN掺杂降低Eu的态密度对光谱的影响.所以适量掺杂的SiN提高了BAM:Eu2+荧光粉的吸收发射光谱强度.Si-N键和Eu-N键的Mulliken布居数分别高于Al-O键和Eu-O键, 说明Si-N键和Eu-N键的共价性分别强于Al-O键和Eu-O键.发光中心Eu2+局域结构共价性的增强降低了BAM:Eu2+镜面层的活性,这是SiN掺杂提高BAM:Eu2++荧光粉光学稳定性的主要原因.  相似文献
