采用紫外-可见透射光谱仪测量了对靶磁控溅射沉积法制备的氢化非晶硅(a-Si:H)薄膜的透射光谱和反射光谱.利用T/(1-R)方法来确定薄膜的吸收系数,进而得到薄膜的消光系数|通过拟合薄膜透射光谱干涉极大值和极小值的包络线来确定薄膜折射率和厚度的初始值,并利用干涉极值公式进一步优化薄膜的厚度值和折射率|利用柯西公式对得到的薄膜折射率进行拟合,给出了a-Si:H薄膜的色散关系曲线.为了验证该方法确定的薄膜厚度和光学常量的可靠性,将理论计算得到的透射光谱与实验数据进行了比较,结果显示两条曲线基本重合,可见这是确定a-Si:H薄膜厚度及光学常量的一种有效方法.  相似文献

在洁净K9玻璃基底上沉积TiO2薄膜,将透射光谱和X射线反射光谱相结合分析获得膜层的厚度和光学常数。X射线反射谱拟合能精确得到膜层的厚度、电子密度及表面和界面粗糙度,其中膜层厚度的数值为透射光谱的分析提供了重要参考。基于Forouhi-Bloomer色散模型拟合膜层透射光谱,得到薄膜折射率和消光系数,理论曲线和实验曲线吻合良好。对于同一样品,两种光谱拟合分析得到的厚度数值非常接近,差值最大为4.9nm,说明两种方法的结合能够提高光学分析结果的可靠性。  相似文献

基于经典的色散理论建立的单振子光谱分析模型,通过理论推导,借助计算机辅助处理,提出了一种比较简捷直观的只利用垂直透射光谱对薄膜光谱进行分析的方法.利用这种方法分析了直流溅射制备的ZnO薄膜的透射光谱,计算出了薄膜在透明振荡区的折射率色散关系以及厚度等参量,并对分析方法给出了验证.  相似文献

准确的测量薄膜的厚度和光学常数,在薄膜的制备、研究和应用中都是十分重要的。借助Cauchy色散模型,通过薄膜透过率测量曲线,用改进的自适应模拟退火遗传算法对透过率曲线进行全光谱拟合,从而反演得到薄膜的厚度和光学常数。对由电子束蒸发制备的TiO2单层膜和SiO2/TiO2双层膜的厚度和光学常数进行了测量计算。实验结果表明,计算得到的光学参数与实测结果相一致,厚度误差小于2nm,在560nm波长处折射率误差小于0.03。  相似文献

在讨论光学薄膜色散模型的基础上,对收集到的八种常见薄膜可见光谱内折射率色散的实测值,用统一的色散简化方程去拟合,得到方程中各种薄膜的色散系数A、B,由此可利用色散简化方程计算各种薄膜的色散。文中给出了八种薄膜的A、B值及色散的理论计算曲线,并与其实测值进行了比较,结果是令人满意的。  相似文献

改进了测量液体色散的棱镜法,并用于测量水的色散,得到了与文献一致的结果.利用该方法测量氯化钠和葡萄糖在不同浓度下的色散曲线,按照Cauchy经验公式拟合实验数据,得到了拟合常数与浓度的关系.通过理论分析,实验规律得到了合理的解释.  相似文献

提出一种综合利用区域逼近法和柯西拟合法精确获取Ge_(28)Sb_(12)Se_(60)薄膜和Ge_(28)Sb_(12)Se_(60)薄膜透射光谱范围内任意波长处折射率与色散的多点柯西法,并从理论上证明了该方法的准确性.实验上,采用磁控溅射法制备了这两种Ge—Sb—Se薄膜,利用傅里叶红外光谱仪测得了透射光谱曲线,运用分段滤波的方法去除噪声,然后使用多点柯西法得到了这两种薄膜在500—2500 nm波段的折射率、色散、吸收系数和光学带隙.结果表明Ge_(28)Sb_(12)Se_(60)薄膜的折射率和吸收系数大于Ge_(28)Sb_(15)Se_(65)薄膜, Ge_(28)Sb_(15)Se_(65)薄膜的光学带隙小于Ge_(28)Sb_(12)Se_(60)薄膜.最后,利用拉曼光谱对两种薄膜的微观结构进行了表征,从原子之间的键合性质解释了这两种硫系薄膜不同光学性质的原因.  相似文献

The electronic structure, band parameters, and optical spectra of wurtzite-type ZnO were studied by first-principles calculations within different approximations of the density functional theory. The local-density approximation underestimates the band gap, the energy levels of the Zn-3d states, the band dispersion, the crystal-field splitting, the spin-orbit interaction, and location of peaks in the optical spectra. The generalized-gradient approximation slightly corrects the discrepancies with the experimental findings and it shows good agreement for the optical spectra with experimental data at energies 10-20 eV for Ec. Studies within the local-density approximation with the multiorbital mean-field Hubbard potential show that strong Coulomb correlations are in operation. From effective mass calculations it is found that holes are much heavier and more anisotropic than the conduction-band electrons in ZnO.  相似文献

Using right angle Raman scattering we measured the directional dispersion for LO- and TO-phonons in ZnO. The experimental results are in good agreement with calculated dispersion curves. We also computed the directional dispersion from the measured dispersion branches of the A1-polariton. The scattering cross section of this polariton increases with polariton character.  相似文献

ZnO films were deposited by RF magnetron sputtering at the substrate temperature of 120∼420°C. XRD measurements revealed the improvement of crystalline quality and grain size of the films with substrate temperature. The dielectric function of the films was determined by fitting the experimental transmission spectra with Tauc–Lorentz (TL) model and a single Lorentzian oscillator (SLO) dispersion function in the energy range of 1∼5 eV. The optical properties of the ZnO films strongly depended on the substrate temperature. The optical band gap and the Penn gap of the ZnO films increased with the substrate temperature. The band gap of the ZnO films indicated a direct interband transition between the valence and conduction band, and the change of the in-plane film stress promoted the enhancement of the band gap. These results of the optical properties of the ZnO films might be very meaningful to the application in the window design in solar cells.  相似文献

采用沉淀法并通过控制前驱体的煅烧温度来制备粒径不同的氧化锌(ZnO)纳米晶体,对粒子的透射电镜照片进行分析,结果表明,制备出的纳米粒子分散性好、形貌一致、粒径分布集中。样品的X射线衍射光谱分析表明,随着前驱体煅烧温度增加,晶体粒径增大、结晶度提高;样品的紫外-可见吸收光谱的峰位随粒径减小而发生蓝移,这一实验结果表明ZnO纳米晶体呈现出较明显的量子限域效应;红外吸收光谱测量结果表明,用沉淀法制备的ZnO纳米晶体的表面会吸附一小部分残余的离子,对红外吸收光谱中的ZnO特征振动峰随粒径减小发生宽化和红移的现象进行了理论分析;光致发光光谱测量结果表明,ZnO纳米晶体在紫外区(360 nm)存在一较弱的发光峰,而在可见区(468 nm)存在一较强的发光峰,与理论计算结果进行比较后,认为锌空位点缺陷是导致ZnO纳米晶体可见区发光的主要原因。  相似文献

The energy spectra and dispersion relations of carriers in the presence of an electric field applied along the growth direction in ZnO/MgxZn1−xO multiple quantum wells (MQW) are calculated using the asymptotic transfer method (ATM) on the basis of the quasistationary state approximation. The energy spectra of the carriers induce some quasi-bound levels under electric fields. The dispersion relations for the energy of the ground state and lower excitation states still have parabolic shapes for both the electrons and the heavy holes in the presence of a moderate electric field. Our results also reveal that the number of energy levels increases with increasing number of ZnO quantum wells and that the energies increase with both increasing Mg composition x and electric field strength.  相似文献

The ZnO quantum dots (QDs) were synthesized with improved chemical solution method. The size of the ZnO QDs is exceedingly uniform with a diameter of approximately 4.8 nm, which are homogeneously dispersed in ethanol. The optical absorption edge shifts from 370 nm of bulk material to 359 nm of QD materials due to the quantum size effect, while the photoluminescence peak shifts from 375 nm to 387 nm with the increase of the density of ZnO QDs. The stability of ZnO QDs was studied with different dispersion degrees at 0 ℃ and at room temperature of 25 ℃. The agglomeration mechanisms and their relationship with the emission spectra were uncovered for the first time. With the ageing of ZnO QDs, the agglomeration is aggravated and the surface defects increase, which leads to the defect emission.  相似文献

使用等离子体辅助MOCVD系统在金刚石,硅衬底上成功地制备了氧化锌多层薄膜材料,通过两步生长法对薄膜质量进行了优化。XRD测试显示优化后的样品具有c轴的择优取向生长,PL谱测试表明样品经优化后不仅深能级发射峰消失,同时紫外发射峰增强。对优化后的样品的表面测试显示出较低的表面粗糙度。比较氧化锌多层薄膜结构的声表面波频散曲线,ZnO薄膜声表面滤波器受膜厚和衬底材料的影响较大。当ZnO薄膜较薄时,在它上面的传播速度将与衬底上的传播速度接近,与其他衬底上生长的薄膜相比,以金刚石这种快声速材料为衬底的ZnO多层薄膜结构,声表面波滤波器的中心频率将提高1倍左右。  相似文献

We design and prepare three-layer graded ZnO nanowhisker/polyester composites. The dispersion configuration of ZnO nanowhiskers in the polyester is investigated, and their microwave reflectivity curves are also measured. Experimental results have shown that the graded dispersion with ZnO nanowhiskers contributes to broadband microwave absorption. In other words, the absorption band depends on the graded dispersion configuration of ZnO nanowhiskers in polyester matrix.  相似文献

We report direct observation of the strong exciton-photon coupling in a ZnO tapered whispering gallery (WG) microcavity at room temperature. By scanning excitations along the tapered arm of the ZnO tetrapod using a micro-photoluminescence spectrometer with different polarizations, we observed a transition from the pure WG optical modes in the weak interaction regime to the excitonic polariton in the strong coupling regime. The experimental observations are well described by using the plane wave model including the excitonic polariton dispersion relation. This provides a direct mapping of the polariton dispersion, and thus a comprehensive picture for coupling of different excitons with differently polarized WG modes.  相似文献
