This paper presents a new hyperbolic-type memristor model,whose frequency-dependent pinched hysteresis loops and equivalent circuit are tested by numerical simulations and analog integrated operational amplifier circuits.Based on the hyperbolic-type memristor model,we design a cellular neural network(CNN)with 3-neurons,whose characteristics are analyzed by bifurcations,basins of attraction,complexity analysis,and circuit simulations.We find that the memristive CNN can exhibit some complex dynamic behaviors,including multi-equilibrium points,state-dependent bifurcations,various coexisting chaotic and periodic attractors,and offset of the positions of attractors.By calculating the complexity of the memristor-based CNN system through the spectral entropy(SE)analysis,it can be seen that the complexity curve is consistent with the Lyapunov exponent spectrum,i.e.,when the system is in the chaotic state,its SE complexity is higher,while when the system is in the periodic state,its SE complexity is lower.Finally,the realizability and chaotic characteristics of the memristive CNN system are verified by an analog circuit simulation experiment.  相似文献

采用常见元器件等效实现一个广义忆阻器, 进而制作出一个电路特性可靠的非线性电路, 有助于忆阻混沌电路的非线性现象的实验展示及其所产生的混沌信号的实际工程应用. 基于忆阻二极管桥电路, 构建了一种无接地限制的、易物理实现的一阶有源广义忆阻模拟器; 由该模拟器并联电容后与RC桥式振荡器线性耦合, 实现了一种无电感元件的忆阻混沌电路; 建立了无感忆阻混沌电路的动力学模型, 开展了相应的耗散性、平衡点、稳定性和动力学行为等分析. 结果表明, 无感忆阻混沌电路在相空间中存在分布2个不稳定非零鞍焦的耗散区和包含1个不稳定原点鞍点的非耗散区; 当元件参数改变时, 无感忆阻混沌电路有着共存分岔模式和共存吸引子等非线性行为. 研制了实验电路, 该电路结构简单、易实际制作, 实验测量和数值仿真两者结果一致, 验证了理论分析的有效性.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel chaotic oscillator is proposed, which is derived from the classical Shinriki oscillator by substituting the series-parallel diode loop with a flux-controlled memristor and connecting an active charge-controlled memristor in series with an inductor. The mathematical model of the circuit is established, and the stability distribution maps of three non-zero eigenvalues in the equilibrium plane are obtained. The basic dynamical behaviors depending on the variation of the circuit parameters and memristor initial conditions are investigated by standard nonlinear analysis tools, such as bifurcation diagrams, Lyapunov exponents and phase portraits. Particularly, some striking phenomena, including the routes to double-scroll chaotic attractors, coexisting periodic-chaotic bubbles and asymmetric coexisting behaviors are observed. Furthermore, extreme multistability of the new oscillator is revealed by attraction basins under the initial condition of different dynamic elements. Finally, the Shinriki oscillator with two memristors is realized through Field-Programmable Gate Array (i.e., FPGA) to verify the effectiveness of the numerical simulations.  相似文献

In this paper, two kinds of novel non-ideal voltage-controlled multi-piecewise cubic nonlinearity memristors and their mathematical models are presented. By adding the memristor to the circuit of a three-dimensional jerk system, a novel memristive multiscroll hyperchaotic jerk system is established without introducing any other ordinary nonlinear functions, from which \(2N+2\)-scroll and \(2M+1\)-scroll hyperchaotic attractors are achieved. It is exciting to note that this new memristive system can produce the extreme multistability phenomenon of coexisting infinitely multiple attractors. Furthermore, the dynamical behaviours of the proposed system are analysed by phase portraits, equilibrium points, Lyapunov exponents and bifurcation diagrams. The results indicate that the system exhibits hyperchaotic, chaotic and periodic dynamics. Especially, the phenomenon of transient chaos can also be found in this memristive multiscroll system. Additionally, the MULTISIM circuit simulations and the hardware experimental results are performed to verify numerical simulations.  相似文献

通过在蔡氏电路的耦合电阻支路中串联一个电感,采用压控忆阻替换蔡氏电路中的蔡氏二极管,提出了一种新颖的五阶压控忆阻蔡氏混沌电路.建立该电路的数学模型,从理论上分析了平衡点及其稳定性的演化过程.特别地,该电路在给定参数下只有一个不稳定的零平衡点,却形成了混沌与周期的非对称吸引子共存的吸引盆,意味着双稳定性的存在.进而利用数值仿真与PSIM电路仿真着重研究了本文电路在不同初始状态下产生的双稳定性现象及其形成机理.PSIM电路仿真结果与数值仿真结果一致,较好地验证了理论分析.借助分岔图、李雅普诺夫指数、相轨图和吸引盆进一步深入探讨了归一化五阶压控忆阻蔡氏系统依赖于系统初始条件的动力学行为.结果表明,该忆阻蔡氏系统在不同的初始条件下能够呈现出混沌吸引子与周期极限环共存的双稳定性现象.  相似文献

This paper investigates twin attractors in a two-neuron-based non-autonomous Hopfield neural network (HNN) through numerical analyses and hardware experiments. Stability analysis of the DC equilibrium point is executed and an unstable saddle-focus is found in the parameter region of interest. The stimulus-associated dynamical behaviors are numerically explored by bifurcation diagrams and dynamical map in two-dimensional parameter-space, from which coexisting twin attractors behavior can be observed with the variations of two stimulus-associated parameters. Moreover, breadboard experiment investigations are carried out, which effectively verify the numerical simulations.  相似文献

Based on the two-dimensional (2D) discrete Rulkov model that is used to describe neuron dynamics, this paper presents a continuous non-autonomous memristive Rulkov model. The effects of electromagnetic induction and external stimulus are simultaneously considered herein. The electromagnetic induction flow is imitated by the generated current from a flux-controlled memristor and the external stimulus is injected using a sinusoidal current. Thus, the presented model possesses a line equilibrium set evolving over the time. The equilibrium set and their stability distributions are numerically simulated and qualitatively analyzed. Afterwards, numerical simulations are executed to explore the dynamical behaviors associated to the electromagnetic induction, external stimulus, and initial conditions. Interestingly, the initial conditions dependent extreme multistability is elaborately disclosed in the continuous non-autonomous memristive Rulkov model. Furthermore, an analog circuit of the proposed model is implemented, upon which the hardware experiment is executed to verify the numerically simulated extreme multistability. The extreme multistability is numerically revealed and experimentally confirmed in this paper, which can widen the future engineering employment of the Rulkov model.  相似文献

通过在文氏桥振荡器中引入广义忆阻器和LC吸收网络,提出了一种忆阻文氏桥混沌振荡器.建立了忆阻文氏桥混沌振荡器的动力学模型,研究了它的平衡点和稳定性,进一步开展了电路元件参数变化时的动力学行为分析.研究发现,忆阻文氏桥混沌振荡器有3个确定的平衡点,其稳定性取决于电路元件参数,当参数发生变化时,存在周期振荡、混沌振荡、快慢效应等复杂的非线性现象.实验电路简单易制作,实验波形和数值仿真一致,较好地验证了理论分析结果.  相似文献

提出一种超多稳态忆阻Hopfield神经网络, 它仅包含3个神经元和一个多稳态忆阻突触。从理论上分析神经网络的耗散性和平衡点的稳定性, 并利用分岔图、李雅普诺夫指数谱和相位图等数值方法分析不同忆阻突触耦合强度对神经网络动力学的影响。网络参数固定时, 揭示与初始状态值密切相关的超多稳态性动力学行为。最后, 设计忆阻Hopfield神经网络的模拟等效电路, 并通过PSIM电路仿真验证MATLAB数值仿真结果。  相似文献

给出了四阶非线性电路通向复杂性的两种演化模式,指出这两种模式与三个共存的平衡点有关.在第一种模式中,不稳定的平衡点由Hopf分岔导致了稳定的周期运动,经过倍周期分岔通向混沌,其所有的吸引子都保持对称结构;而在第二种模式中,另两个平衡点由Hopf分岔产生相互对称的极限环,并分别导致了两个混沌吸引子,其分岔过程步调一致,而且所有的吸引子都相互对称.随着参数的变化,这两个混沌吸引子相互作用形成一个扩大的混沌吸引子,导致与第一种分岔模式中定性一致的混沌运动.  相似文献

We present a class of two-dimensional memristive maps with a cosine memristor. The memristive maps do not have any fixed points, so they belong to the category of nonlinear maps with hidden attractors. The rich dynamical behaviors of these maps are studied and investigated using different numerical tools, including phase portrait, basins of attraction, bifurcation diagram, and Lyapunov exponents. The two-parameter bifurcation analysis of the memristive map is carried out to reveal the bifurcation mechanism of its dynamical behaviors. Based on our extensive simulation studies, the proposed memristive maps can produce hidden periodic, chaotic, and hyper-chaotic attractors, exhibiting extremely hidden multi-stability, namely the coexistence of infinite hidden attractors, which was rarely observed in memristive maps. Potentially, this work can be used for some real applications in secure communication, such as data and image encryptions.  相似文献

提出在高阶Jerk系统中产生多涡卷混沌吸引子的一种电路设计与实现新方法.根据高阶Jerk方程,构造了一组具有参数控制的阶跃函数序列,在此基础上设计了产生多涡卷混沌吸引子的高阶广义Jerk电路.用这种方法设计电路的一个主要特点是通用性强,基于一种广义的电路形式,通过双掷开关切换,可分别实现多涡卷四阶和五阶两种不同类型的高阶Jerk电路,并由联动开关控制产生涡卷的数量.给出了在四阶和五阶Jerk电路中产生多涡卷混沌吸引子的计算机模拟和硬件实验结果. 关键词: 高阶广义Jerk电路 阶跃函数序列 多涡卷混沌吸引子 电路实验  相似文献

We study how the basins of attraction of coexisting states can be controlled by either harmonic modulation or small noise applied to the pump parameter in a multistable erbium-doped fiber laser. The results of numerical simulations using the three-level laser model display good agreement with previously reported experimental studies on attractor annihilation by periodic modulation. In the laser with stochastic modulation, the attraction basins' volumes have a noise-dependent probabilistic character displaying some resonances for each of the coexisting attractors.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel memristive Shinriki oscillator is established by adding a flux-controlled memristor and a charge-controlled memcapacitor. The similar symmetry is observed with the Biolek memcapacitor model. Bubbles are also investigated with varying system parameters and initial conditions from the perspectives of cascade and location. Extreme multistability occurring with different initial conditions is clearly found in attraction basins. Different firing patterns with coexisting spiking, bursting and chaotic patterns are discussed in Shinriki oscillator. Spiking and chaotic firing with periodic coexisting large limit cycle and quiescent state are detected. In this oscillator, circle/circle buster is also observed, whose quiescent state is a small amplitude oscillation and spiking state has multiple peaks. The firing multistability of the adjusted Shinriki oscillator is implemented by a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). The experimental results validate the accuracy of the numerical analysis, which shows the proposed oscillator is good for the relevant research and application.  相似文献

This paper proposes a fractional-order simplest chaotic system using a bi-stable locally-active memristor. The characteristics of the memristor and transient transition behaviors of the proposed system are analyzed, and this circuit is implemented digitally using ARM-based MCU. Firstly, the mathematical model of the memristor is designed, which is nonvolatile, locally-active and bi-stable. Secondly, the asymptotical stability of the fractional-order memristive chaotic system is investigated and some sufficient conditions of the stability are obtained. Thirdly, complex dynamics of the novel system are analyzed using phase diagram, Lyapunov exponential spectrum, bifurcation diagram, basin of attractor, and coexisting bifurcation, coexisting attractors are observed. All of these results indicate that this simple system contains the abundant dynamic characteristics. Moreover, transient transition behaviors of the system are analyzed, and it is found that the behaviors of transient chaotic and transient period transition alternately occur. Finally, the hardware implementation of the fractional-order bi-stable locally-active memristive chaotic system using ARM-based STM32F750 is carried out to verify the numerical simulation results.  相似文献

探讨了具有分段线性特性的广义BVP电路系统随参数变化的复杂动力学演化过程. 其非光滑分界面将相空间划分成不同的区域, 分析了各区域中平衡点的稳定性, 得到其相应的简单分岔和Hopf分岔的临界条件. 给出了不同分界面处广义Jacobian矩阵特征值随辅助参数变化的分布情况, 讨论了分界面处系统可能存在的分岔行为, 指出当广义特征值穿越虚轴时可能引起Hopf分岔, 导致系统由周期振荡转变为概周期振荡, 而当出现零特征值时则导致系统的振荡在不同平衡点之间转换. 针对系统的两种典型振荡行为, 结合数值模拟验证了理论分析的结果.  相似文献

提出一种新型忆阻器模型, 利用标准非线性理论分析三个忆阻特性, 并设计模拟电路。基于忆阻突触, 构建一个忆阻突触耦合环形Hopfield神经网络模型。采用分岔图、李雅普诺夫指数谱、时序图等方法, 揭示与忆阻突触密切相关的特殊动力学行为。数值仿真表明: 在忆阻突触权重的影响下, 它能够产生多种对称簇发放电模式和复杂的混沌行为。实现了该忆阻环形神经网络的模拟等效电路, 并由PSIM电路仿真验证MATLAB数值仿真的正确性。  相似文献

通过对蔡氏忆阻电路的数学建模分析,提出了忆阻电路动力学建模的降维问题.以包含两个磁控忆阻器的忆阻电路为例,进行了忆阻电路降维建模,由此建立了一个三维系统模型.基于该模型,分析了忆阻电路的平衡点和稳定性,研究了电路参数变化时忆阻电路的动力学特性.进一步,对包含两个磁控忆阻器的忆阻电路常规模型的分析结果和其降维模型的分析结果进行了比较.结果表明:忆阻电路降维模型的维数只与电容器的数量和电感器的数量有关,而与忆阻器的数量无关;当电路参数变化时忆阻电路存在分岔模式共存等非线性现象;降维建模降低了系统建模复杂度,有利于系统的动力学特性分析,但消除了忆阻器内部状态变量的初始条件对忆阻电路动力学特性的影响.  相似文献

A nonlinear Bazykin-Berezovskaya prey-predator model under the influence of parametric stochastic forcing is considered. Due to Allee effect, this conceptual population model even in the deterministic case demonstrates both local and global bifurcations with the change of predator mortality. It is shown that random noise can transform system dynamics from the regime of coexistence, in equilibrium or periodic modes, to the extinction of both species. Geometry of attractors and separatrices, dividing basins of attraction, plays an important role in understanding the probabilistic mechanisms of these stochastic phenomena. Parametric analysis of noise-induced extinction is carried out on the base of the direct numerical simulation and new analytical stochastic sensitivity functions technique taking into account the arrangement of attractors and separatrices.  相似文献

近年来,忆阻混沌电路受到国内外学者的广泛关注,然而目前四维忆阻系统往往只存在普通混沌(仅有一个正Lyapunov指数),本文通过用忆阻替换Chua电路中电阻的新途径,得出一个简单的四维忆阻电路,与仅含有限个孤立不稳定平衡点的大多已知系统不同,本系统存在无穷多个稳定和不稳定平衡点,研究发现该系统存在着极限环、混沌、超混沌等丰富的复杂行为,通过进一步数值分析和电路仿真实验,证实了超混沌吸引子的存在,从而解决了关于四维忆阻电路是否存在超混沌的疑问。  相似文献
