测量了从欠掺杂区域到过掺杂区域变化的一系列Bi2212单晶样品ab平面内和c方向电阻率ρab.ρc随温度T的变化关系.按照几种不同模型分析了测量数据.比较两块处于过掺杂区域的Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ(单晶和Bi2-xPbxSr2CaCu2O8+δ(单晶,发现尽管平面内电阻率ρab与温度T依赖行为类似,且Tc值基本相同,但c方向电阻率ρc与温度T的行为差别很大.这种氧空缺和离子取代的无序效应所造成c方向电阻率ρc不同温度行为表明:无序的阻挡层(blockinglayer)对于c方向电阻率ρc有重要影响  相似文献

LiAlO2和GaN的晶格失配率只有1.4%,是一种很有希望的GaN外延生长衬底材料。本文利用温度梯度法生长出透明的LiAlO2单晶,并通过化学浸蚀、光学显微镜、透射电子显微镜、同步辐射X射线貌相术对晶体中的缺陷进行了检测。结果表明:LiAlO2在钼坩埚中无籽晶自由凝固结日地,是沿(100)方向生长。用温度梯度法生长的AiAlO2晶体质量良好,晶体中无气泡和包裹物,在LiAlO2(100)方向晶面  相似文献

在光学多级互连网络的实现中,光学2×2开关的构造是至关重要的。本文介绍一种构成光寻址2×2光学开关的方法,该方法是在方解石晶体的双折射性质的基础上,利用普克尔斯只读光调制器(PROM)来控制入射光的偏振态,从而实现光寻址2×2光学开关,这种开关具有许多优点,并且可以在3-D方向堆栈集成。利用该开关可以很方便地实现3-D集成的蝶形互连网络  相似文献

本文利用矢量分析,提出了一种分析极射赤面投影的新的解析方法.它首失建立一个直角坐标系统,当知道投影方向矢量GH1L1时,利用倒易空间和实空间矢量之间的相互关系,在垂直于投影方向的平面上找出两个相互垂直的倒易矢量GH2K2L2和实空间的矢量RH3K3L3作为投影面上两个坐标轴的方向;再在平面坐标系中求出每一个倒易矢量的投影矢量,以及求出每一个倒易格矢的极射赤面投影点在平面坐标系中的坐标,这样就可以绘制出一张完整的以GH1K1L1为投影矢量的极射赤面投影图.  相似文献

Propagation of two waves in a transparent one-dimensional medium with cubic nonlinearity is analyzed. Correlation between the two beams develops, which periodically changes with the length of a medium and is quantum or classical in nature. A computational study aiming to simulate an oxygen single acoustic bubble oscillation under a dual-frequency sonication was presented in this paper. The non-linear response of the bubble to the superposition of two fields of ultrasonic waves was investigated through dynamics parameters, collapse ratios and average velocities. The main goal of this analyze is to link the properties of the wave resulting from the dual-frequency excitation to the dynamics behavior of the bubble. The obtained results prove that, in contrast with the mono-frequency, coupling a wave to lower frequencies enhances the collapse duration and raises the compression ratio in the case of 35 kHz, while associating any of the studied waves to a higher frequency elevates the number of bubble oscillations during a time interval as compared to mono-frequency. The total sonochemical production has been investigated in accordance with the dynamics results, as well as the proportions of the three predominant free radicals, that show a dependency on the value of the basic frequency.  相似文献

A formalism is introduced which may describe both standard linearized waves and gravitational waves in Isaacson's high-frequency limit. After emphasizing main differences between the two approximation techniques we generalize the Isaacson method to non-vacuum spacetimes. Then we present three large explicit classes of solutions for high-frequency gravitational waves in particular backgrounds. These involve non-expanding (plane, spherical or hyperbolical), cylindrical, and expanding (spherical) waves propagating in various universes which may contain a cosmological constant and electromagnetic field. Relations of high-frequency gravitational perturbations of these types to corresponding exact radiative spacetimes are described.  相似文献

Transmission of quasi-longitudinal elastic waves through elastic bar transitions between uniform and collinear bar segments is studied by means of three-dimensional (3-D) finite element analysis. The aim is to examine, through an example, to what extent two geometrically different transitions which are transmission-equivalent in a one-dimensional (1-D) context may retain this property under 3-D conditions. The difference between the two transitions is assessed from the difference between 3-D results for reflected waves, while the presence of 3-D effects is judged from the difference between 3-D finite element and 1-D analytical results for transmitted waves. It is found that two smooth and significantly U001different elastic bar transitions which are transmission-equivalent in a 1-D context may retain this property with good approximation under significantly 3-D conditions, well beyond those under which 1-D theory can be used for prediction of wave shapes. This extends the domain of potential applications in areas such as percussive drilling correspondingly.  相似文献

By introducing a new type of solutions, called the multiple-mode wave solutions which can be expressed in nonlinear superposition of single-mode waves with different speeds, we investigate the two-mode wave solutions in Degasperis-Procesi equation and two cases are derived. The explicit expressions for the two-mode waves as well as the existence conditions are presented. It is shown that the two-mode waves may be the nonlinear combinations of many types of single-mode waves, such as periodic waves, solJtons, compactons, etc., and more complicated multiple-mode waves can be obtained if higher order or more single-mode waves are taken into consideration. It is pointed out that the two-mode wave solutions can be employed to display the typical mechanism of the interactions between different single-mode waves.  相似文献

A new type of wave solutions, called as multiple-mode waves, which can be expressed in the superposition forms of more than two types of single-mode waves of Vakhnenko equation have been investigated in this Letter. A new general method for obtaining the multiple-mode waves is proposed, based on which four cases of the possible forms of wave solutions with two-mode have been derived. The explicit expressions of the two-mode waves as well as the existence conditions have been presented, which may be the nonlinear combinations between periodic waves, solitons, compactons, etc., with different wave speeds, respectively. It is pointed out that more complicated multiple-mode waves with more than three single-mode waves can be derived accordingly, which can be used to reveal the evolution of interactions between different types of waves, especially between various solitons.  相似文献

The nucleation and growth of cavitation bubbles few micrometers in size in water generated by a 60 ps 515 nm fiber laser is observed and visualized near nucleation threshold. The study is performed by monitoring the plasma size, the cavitation bubble size and the emitted shock waves. The latter two aspects are supported by the Gilmore model using a Noble-Abel-stiffened-gas (NASG) equations of state. For the first time, two types of cavitation events are identified and visualized that exhibit a difference of more than two orders of magnitude in the excitation energy converted to mechanical effects with minimal change in excitation laser pulse energy. The result is localized cavitation and reduced mechanical stress on water-based media with potentially positive implications for laser treatments of biological tissue.  相似文献

Bursts of gravitational waves may be detected by searching for coincidental excitations between multiple, widely-spaced antennas. However, accidental coincidences due to random, local sources of excitation may mask true events due to gravitational waves. In this paper, we demonstrate experimentally that the use of an amplitude ratio filter can reduce the rate of accidental coincidences between two resonant-bar gravitational wave detectors, improving the statistical significance of zero time delay coincidences.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel Brillouin fiber laser (BFL) is proposed based on the hybrid fiber ring cavity composed of two types of fibers with different Brillouin shifts. Single mode fiber (SMF) and truewave fiber (TWF) are used in our experiments. Bi-directional dual-wavelength Brillouin lasing is achieved in the hybrid fiber ring cavity. The lasing lights along the two directions come from the Stokes waves generated in the two fibers, respectively, with different Brillouin shifts, however, they share the same fiber ring cavity. The BFL based on the hybrid fiber ring cavity provides a simple possible way to realize Brillouin fiber optical gyroscopes (BFOGs) without lock-in effect.  相似文献
