不含有5-圈和k4平面图的森林分解

本文研究了不含有5-圈和K₄的平面图的森林分解问题.利用权转移法,证明了任意不含有5-圈和K₄的平面图能分解成三个森林,且其中有一个森林的最大度不超过2,这一结果推广了文献[2,3]中的结论.     

解在QK 型及Dirichlet 型空间中的线性微分方程

对于单位圆盘上系数函数是解析函数的复微分方程

给出了方程的系数函数和解函数之间的关系, 即当系数函数A_j 满足给定的条件时, 方程的所有解属于Q_K型空间和Dirichlet 型空间.     

(α,β)-γ开集与(α,β)-γ-Ti空间

本文首先给出(α,β)-γ开集定义,获得了(α,β)-γ开集性质;然后引入了(α,β)-γ-T_i空间和(α,β)-γ-T_i^*空间概念(i=0,1/2,1,2,5/2),并得到它们更广泛的拓扑性质.     

辫子T-范畴的构造

本文首先引入了一类新的范畴_AYD_G^H, 这个范畴是一簇范畴{_AYD^H(α,β)}_(α,β)∈G的非交并, 获得了范畴{_AYD^H(α,β)}_(α,β)∈G是一个辫子T-范畴当且仅当(A,H,Q)是一个G-偶结构, 推广了2005年Panaite和Staic的主要结论. 最后, 当H是有限维时, 构造了一个拟三角T-余代数{A#H^*(α,β)}_(α,β)∈G, 它的表示范畴与{_AYD^H(α,β)}_(α,β)∈G是同构的.     

在险值与Lp-空间上的连续一致风险度量

本文研究了在险值和L^p-空间上的连续一致风险度量之间的关系.利用凸集分离定理和截尾逼近方法,获得了在险值可以用L^p-空间上的连续一致风险度量表示的结果,并且得到了L^p-空间上的表示定理的一种新的证明方法.它们分别是文献[2]的相关结论从L^∞-空间到L^p-空间上的推广和对Inoue^[4]做的一些补充证明.     

K3C60单晶膜的同步辐射光电子谱研究

在C₆₀单晶(111)解理面上制备出厚度约30 nm的K₃C₆₀单晶膜.利用同步辐射光源,在低温下(约150K)测量了样品法向发射的角分辨光电子谱.观察到K₃C₆₀导带和价带明显的色散.导带的光电子谱峰可清晰分辨出4个子峰,这些子峰的最大色散超过0.5eV,并且色散曲线与K₃C₆₀的一维无序晶体结构模型下的能带理论基本吻合,只是子带间隔差异较大.     

秩函数与K0群的状态空间

给出了局部秩与稳定自由秩的表达式,得到了一类VN正则环的元素特征.利用K₀群的状态空间,给出了K0R有关性态的本质刻画.     

实二次域的整元环上的K2群

本文给出了一个确定实二次域的整元环上的K₂群的2-Sylow子群的方法,进而由此确定了一批实二次域的整元环上的K₂群的2-Sylow子群的结构。本文中的方法对于代数整数环上K₂群的2-Sylow子群为初等Abel和非初等Abel的情形都是适用的,而在此以前已有的方法和结果大都限制在初等Abel的范围。

The decomposition of the complete graph Kv into Kr×Kc's, the products of Kr and Kc,is originated from the use of DNA library screening. In this paper, we consider the case where r=2 and c = 5, and show that such a decomposition exists if and only if v ≡ 1 (mod 25).     

The weight twoK-theory of fields

We verify the weight-two portion of the Quillen-Lichtenbaum conjectures, relating the modn weight-twoK-groups of a field with the appropriate étale cohomology groups. This extends the work of Merkurjev and Suslin onK ₂ of a field, and the works of Suslin and the author on the indecomposableK ₃ of a field.Partially supported by the NSF.     

On the K0 groups of nest algebras

In this paper we compute the K ₀ group of any nest subalgebra of ().     

Generators and Relations for O

Tate's algorithm for computing O for rings of integers in a number field has been adapted for the computer and gives explicit generators for the group and sharp bounds on their order – the latter, together with some structural results on the p-primary part of O due to Tate and Keune, gives a proof of its structure for many number fields of small discriminants, confirming earlier conjectural results. For the first time, tame kernels of non-Galois fields are obtained.     

Note on theK0 of rings with Zariskian filtration

For a noncommutative Zariski ringR with associated graded ringG(R) of finite global dimension there is an injectionK _o(R) K _o (G(R)). The result applies to certain rings of differential operators, in particular to the ring of germs of microlocal differential operators that also provides an example of a nonpositively filtered Zariski ring.Research fellow at UIA, supported by a grant from the Province of Antwerp.Supported by an NFWO grant.     

Nondurable K-Theory Equivalence and Bousfield Localization*

In this paper we consider what happens when Adams self maps are modified by adding certain unstable maps. The unstable maps which are added are trivial after a single suspension. We can choose the modification so that the maps are still K-theory equivalences but the loops on the map are no longer K-theory equivalences. As a corollary we note that the maps are K-theory equivalences but not v ₁-periodic equivalences. Another consequence is the behavior of the cobar spectral sequences for generalized homology theories. Tamaki shows that in certain cases a cobar-type spectral sequence for generalized homology theories is well behaved. The maps we construct give an example where despite the connectivity of the spaces the cobar spectral sequence is still poorly behaved. Finally we use our maps to construct spaces whose Bousfield class is distinct from the cofiber of the Adams map but which becomes the same after one suspension.     

Relative MilnorK-theory

LetR be a commutative, semi-local ring,I ₁, ...,I _s ideals. In this paper, we define therelative Milnor K-groups of (R;I ₁, ...,I _s ),K _p ^M (R;I ₁, ...,I _s ), and show that these groups have many of the properties of the usual MilnorK-groups of a field. In particular, assuming a weak condition on the ideals, we show thatK _p ^M (R;I ₁, ...,I _s ) is isomorphic to the weightp portion of the relative QuillenK-groupK _p (R;I ₁, ...,I _s ), after inverting (p–1)!. We also define the relative group homology of GL _n (R;I ₁, ...,I _s ), and show thatK _p ^M (R;I ₁, ...,I _s ) is isomorphic toH _p (GL_p(R;I ₁, ...,I _s ))/Im(H _p (GL _p–1 (R;I ₁, ...,I _s ))). Finally, we consider a generalization to the relative setting of Kato's conjecture asserting that the Galois symbol gives an isomorphism fromK _p ^M (F)/l ^v to , and show that this relative version of Kato's conjecture implies the Quillen-Lichtenbaum conjectures asserting the Chern class:

Dimension Theory and Nonstable K1 of Quadratic Modules

Employing Bak's dimension theory, we investigate the nonstable quadratic K-group K _1,2n (A, ) = G _2n (A, )/E _2n (A, ), n 3, where G _2n (A, ) denotes the general quadratic group of rank n over a form ring (A, ) and E _2n (A, ) its elementary subgroup. Considering form rings as a category with dimension in the sense of Bak, we obtain a dimension filtration G _2n (A, ) G _2n ⁰(A, ) ; G _2n ¹(A, ) ... E _2n (A, ) of the general quadratic group G _2n (A, ) such that G _2n (A, )/G _2n ⁰(A, ) is Abelian, G _2n ⁰(A, ) G _2n ¹(A, ) ... is a descending central series, and G _2n ^d(A)(A, ) = E _2n (A, ) whenever d(A) = (Bass–Serre dimension of A) is finite. In particular K _1,2n (A, ) is solvable when d(A) < .     

On K0-groups of operator algebras on Banach spaces

This paper merges some classifications of G-M-type Banach spaces simplifically, discusses the condition of K ₀(B(X)) = 0 for operator algebra B(X) on a Banach space X, and obtains a result to improve Laustsen's sufficient condition, gives an example to show that X ≈ X ² is not a sufficient condition of K ₀(B(X)) = 0.
